The puddle light on the mirror was out on my 2020 escalade. Service advisors seem lazy and unwilling to help. It was easier for me to buy the bulb and replace myself. Then to try and put the car through the shop. I worked at bmw for years. We would warranty bulbs in the service drive all day. Quick and easy for the customer. Maybe I'm just used to the service at bmw. On a side note the parts lady is amazing.

I have been a GMC truck owner since 1977. At D'Addario GMC the appointment for my 2015 Denali was made quickly with the assistance of Evelysse. The day of the scheduled repairs, I spoke with Dana when the vehicle was dropped off and when I picked it up. Both were great representatives of D'Addario; professional yet friendly. The repairs were made in the time frame that was given. The dealership was the cleanest of the four that I have dealt with.
