Steven was with us from beginning to the end of our decision which was to commit to buying our new Ford Explorer! Allan was outstanding as well, he walked us through the numbers and answered all of our questions that night! He understood our concerns with our budget and was able to meet our budget needs while getting us everything we wanted! Terry in the financial department exceeded our expectations even more when we sat down to talk to him! He also answered all of our questions with our budget in mind! For the very first time in our history of purchasing a vehicle, Dahl Ford is at the best service we'd ever received. There was no pressure, no intimidation but most importantly the entire process was so amazingly smooth & assuring. Lisa Blaser our sales agent, Mike Ohm from finance gave us the most comfortable atmosphere that for once we knew there was no doubt we'd be completely satisfied. The icing on the cake was, we got to meet the owner of the dealership which made it more personal and the sense of excitement was from start to finish!. I was very frantic when I ran over a tire in the middle of busy road and I called Dahl Ford asking what I do because I had never had this happen before. I talked to Dan Wich. He was amazing!! He could tell I was freaking out and on the verge of tears. He sent some guys down to help me out and had me bring my Fusion in to look underneath to make sure there was no damage. I have worked in retail/customer service for 17 years and have to say, there is not many people with great customer service skills. He is a good one!!!

We had been looking at a few lots and we were ready j St to take tha cash we had in hand and go buy a junker just to get by, nothing caught our eye and the dealers where. It helpful at all. In fact one dealership we went to, we got out walked around, even tried to get the attention of some of the sales guys chatting it up with each other, that was at Courtesy Kia in Moline, Illinois, we had purchased a car from Courtsy in the past from Mike and he was terrific, so we went back there, Mike had retired and the salesmen were not on their game at all, very disappointing. We come home and out of the blue,we get a call from Dahl Ford, tell them our situation and they said we'll come on over I know we can help! So, whT did we have to loose? They were amazing! Top notch sales people! Thank you Lisa Blaser Dave OBrien and Brenton Miller! I love my car! Ford Edge wow! Bells and whistle,s right in our price range! I was trying to buy a vehicle and was currently laid off. The finance manager tried to finance me but did not go thru. The financing did not go thru due to lack of employment but car should never left lot without being fully financed. I never did receive apology for mistake. All I got was a call saying that I had to bring vehicle back due too lack of management skills. If you buy car from there double check your paperwork to make sure the idiots fully finance you

I was amazed. You know how you pull into a lot and as soon as you even step out of your car the salesman are in your face? Not here. You know how you will be talking to a salesman and they take over the conversation by some kind of LIFE LONG PERSONAL STORY that has nothing to pertain to why you are there? Not here. You know how you are there for HOURS trying to get through the paperwork and you just want to get up and leave? Not here. JAVIER CALLEJA JR. has changed all that. I "use to" dread about going to look at a vehicle! My husband and I stopped to look at a Truck...we had time to look at it without someone jumping on top of us. When he gave us time to look he walked up casually and opened up the truck. Every question we had he answered with no delay...he knew every inch of that truck. He didn't push us, make up stories, he was like a next door neighbor just sitting and chit chatting. Well we ended up buying the truck (called Big Bertha now) and Javier made darn sure we got EVERYTHING we needed and wanted and then some. If ever we need a new vehicle or we know of someone that is in need of one Javier Calleja will be our first choice. Thankyou Mr. Calleja for everything.

I wasn't planning on buying a vehichle when I walked into the dealership. I wanted to test drive a Ford Explorer, but I wasn't sold on getting one. Lisa Blaser was able to convince the higher ups to let me drive one for the weekend to see if I would like it. I expected to get to drive a used one, but NOOOO they put me in a brand spanking new one with no miles on it. My husband & I were both surprised they did that. I was concerned with taking it since it didn't have any miles on it and I drive 66 miles one way to work. By the time I returned with the vehicle on monday night I had put over 300 miles on this vehicle. Needless to say I loved it and we bought it. It had been a long day and I told Lisa I had to be out of there by no later than 8:00 and they rushed around and got the paperwork done and the vehicle cleaned up and we were pulling out by 8:01. Great Job Lisa!!! Thanks Jim Isaacson for getting started in a new vehicle while Lisa was finishing up with a client, Thanks Terry Nelson for getting our paperwork finished in record time, & Thanks Gary Mendoza for getting that vehicle cleaned up and ready to go before 8pm. I had noticed a shudder in the first gear shifting months ago and mentioned it to the the service manager, but was told this was normal and it was not scheduled for further inspection. I got a second opinion from a master technician, who, after five minutes in my car, determined that there was a major problem. I called the dealership and they were able to get my car in and repaired under warranty. While that was happening, I was approached about trading in my car, to the point that they wanted me to consider that instead of getting it fixed., After speaking to three or four different people, I was finally given a value for the trade in of my car, but it was not a high enough value, so I am glad that I decided to get it fixed instead. I will not be working with anyone on the sales staff to trade in the future--hoping to keep this vehicle for the rest of its useful life.

I set aside an entire day based on previous car purchases at other dealers. The 6-8 hour marathons of paperwork and waiting, so I was prepared for that. 2.5 hours later, I was driving out of the lot extremely satisfied with my new car, and the rest of the day to play around with it. And because we were at 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, we proceeded with an extended warranty taking us to about 100,000 miles for five years total.

Went into Dahl ford with the expectation that a dealership that old must be doing something right... I was disappointed to find that this was not the case. Service department promised me a quote on a windshield, didn't get it. Service department guaranteed me a loaner car, didn't save one. Front desk girl left to talk to managers and came back to tell me I was "SOL". Maybe I set high expectations, but when I travel an hour to a dealer looking for better service and get the same stuff, I am waiting my time.

Purchased a 2005 Ford F150 on February 25, 2016, and have had nothing but problems with it starting about a week after I brought it home. The check engine began to flash and has now been permantly on for the last four months, the entire dual exhaust fell off after only two months of driving, there is an electrical issue with the lights and stereo, and the gas pedal has stuck twice in the last month. Dahl Ford employee Dave Budd refused to fix these issues so I demanded they take the truck back when I contacted them on March 11, 2016. I wanted my trade-in back, but was told they had already sold my trade-in, even though they did not have the title to it. They have not followed Iowa regulations for titles and only gave me 10 days, when Iowa law is 30 days. When I emailed the owner of Dahl Ford, he sent his lawyer after me, who also acted illegally by sending his representative to my house at 6:30am. A company that is honest and honorable and who respects their customers would have had me bring in the truck to have the issues corrected. Dahl Ford is dishonest and dishonorable. I've spoken with other customers of Dahl Ford who have purchased used vehicles and they have experienced similar circumstances as mine. Please reconsider purchasing from Dahl Ford. It's not worth it.

After 20 years of driving Toyotas I was unconvinced about buying a truck or a Ford. I was just shopping around when Bjorn Bohley took me around the lot and started explaining the feature of a F150. I did not like anything on the lot, so we established my must haves and a price cap and he searched other dealers. By the end of the evening, with a great trade in on my Highlander, I signed the papers for a Ford. The rest of the process was very smooth. Thanks for a great buying experience.

Went to Dahl for a Summer Oil Change and check-up, knowing I was going to do some long distance driving in the next few weeks. From Check-in to pick up they had me covered. I love how they told me that my tires were safe, but probably would need attention next time in. No pressure to buy, just information. I was very happy overall. Only thing was when I got home I noticed the rear hatch interior area was dirty. I had to get cleaner and clean dirt off the sides. I had noticed this when I test drove. Did not check it before I left with the car later in the day. I assumed it would be cleaned. It was not a big deal, and I only mention to avoid this for someone else.

I brought in our 2015 Fusion for it's first oil change and tire rotation. I was also told it was time to renew my Nitrofill subscription (Nitrogen for my tires). All of this was performed within 1 hour with no problems. The price was very reasonable thanks in part to my oil change being free as part of my original purchase deal on the Fusion. The service department here always keeps an eye on any upcoming service needs and lets me know ahead of time what I might expect on upcoming service intervals; which allows me to budget ahead of time for things that would go beyond a regular oil change. All in all, there are rarely any unwelcome surprises when visiting this service department.

This dealership deserves more praises than I know how to give. I went to them for a used SUV because my car was too small. I was greeted outside by a salesman, which is normally off-putting, but this salesman approached me differently. He didn't assume I was there to buy a car and start offering sales, he offered his assistance in finding where I needed to be. I told him that I was only looking to see what was available, wasn't making promises that I'd even buy a car, so we went inside to his desk to chat. It was absolutely no pressure. He offered to "run the numbers" first to see where we are, which is probably the smartest thing to do instead of falling in love with something you can't afford. He made some offers, told me some extra promotions on brand-new that were going on and then we went on the test drive. It was a brand-new Escape. I was ecstatic. I was in love. I went back to the dealership knowing that I was taking this car home. So, we got back, I said I wanted it, he got the paperwork rolling and then we just sat and chatted. The rest of the sales team was extremely friendly (and funny) while we sat and waited for the Escape to actually be mine. I really cannot express how amazing the entire staff was. I walked away that day as a 100% loyal customer, never to shop elsewhere again.

Bought $48,000 mustang with everything except navigation and got no instruction on it other than the owners manual. They don't treat you like family just a wallet because once sold you are worthless to them. Worst is the salesman quit or got fired so I have nobody to deal with that is familiar with the sale. Should have bought Chevy at McEleny's in Clinton Iowa. Girlfriend bought new truck and they went over everything before we left the lot. Never will I ever go back or say one good word about that place.

Overall, I like the dealership. However, when looking for a vehicle I wish the sales representative would have took my must haves more seriously. I feel for pretty and got all of my WANT items, but missed a key NEED item. The waiting room is ok with coffee available and plenty of T.V. channels, but needs more magazines and children's toys. The only toys there were torn up and missing key pieces. I bought a 5 year old vehicle, pre-certified and have been in several times with in 6 months. I was in the first time within a month and half the items were fixed with $100 deductible. They provided a rental car without hassle and have flexible pick up times. Staff are friendly and very nice to work with. The second item was a module they tried to resent and I had to take it back in when that didn't work. They replaced it stating it was covered by warranty. I do wish they would have told me it had an extended warranty due to this module being a recall item. Make sure they go over fixed items with you to ensure they are fully working before leaving or you may end up back again. But they were again flexible and willing to fix the small issue.

My daughter is a single mother with an old clunker that died. In looking for replacement vehicles, I searched local car dealerships for used autos in her price range and found a very nice Ford Five Hundred at Dahl Ford. I have had service done and bought parts at Dahl before but never purchased a vehicle. The experience for both my daughter and I was OUTSTANDING!!! I set up an appointment to look at the car through Patrick in Customer Service and then we met with Alex and Joshua in sales. The process then included Dave in finance and concluded with Mike for the final paper work. Amy in the Body Shop was involved in helping me with some touch up questions too. Through it ALL we were treated to a very pleasant experience with all questions being answered and really felt like we were appreciated as welcome guests - not just customers. We were not rushed or pushed in any manner to complete the process either. From my first contact to driving out with a new vehicle this was a unique and pleasant experience with no pressure to "buy now". The sales staff does not work on commission. So when I showed up with my wife unannounced and the two people I had been working with were both out, another manager and another sales person picked up without missing a beat. After I finally decided on a vehicle and options there was not one in stock. I did not have to settle or order, they found one a few hundred miles away. No problem! They got it. Then it came time to do the paperwork. I don't think it took fifteen minutes. They had done their homework, asked the right questions and I was out of the business office in no time. We have a Cadillac dealer in Arkansas that we dearly love, Dahl Ford is on track to equal or surpass them. My first service experience will determine the outcome. He was easy to talk to and didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in. Sitting at his desk crunching numbers, I couldn't help but overhear other deals being made around me and from what I could hear, the other customers were experiencing the same type of service. At my initial visit I was greeted by receptionist and directed towards sales person, Elias Munoz. Elias showed me the vehicles I was interested in and encouraged me to test drive while he gave detailed information about the vehicle. Follow up was appropriate and professional by Elias, as well as the customer relations personnel. Not a "hard sell" dealership. Management made personal contact and asked if I had any further questions. I was introduced to the idea of leasing and actually used that option was I got the car.

I originally had no intention of buying a new vehicle when I stopped in a few days ago. I was coming in for maintenance for my 2013 Ford Fiesta, but they offered to do an appraisal for it. Long story short, I ended up buying a 2016 Ford Focus for decent deal.I've left a very positive review for Dahl before when I purchased my last sedan from them, the aforementioned Fiesta. This time will be no different.Elias Munoz (whose name needs to be added to this site) was very friendly, very knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly to me -- not too pushy. Just like my last purchase from Dahl, the experience was one of the best I've had a dealership and they continue to treat me well as a customer. I even had the pleasure to speak with both Javier again (my previous sales consultant) and then also met Allan, who was incredibly helpful in getting me over the hump of making me sure I was making the correct decision in getting into this new vehicle.I also don't see Mike Ohms on this list as a Dahl Ford employee. I think it's very important when you start talking about the final dollar figures, that the same level of professionalism and positive attitude you experience with the sales consultants is also displayed by finances manager. Both times I've been in the finance room with Mike, he has made sure I'm comfortable and that everything is explained properly to me so I'm not overwhelmed by the number of documents that have to be handled before everything can be properly completed.Keep up the good work, everyone. On a long trip home to Michigan we had a breakdown on New Years Day that required a repair of our Expedition. The Service Department worked with me to get the vehicle back up and running in a couple of days. April and crew had it ready to roll when I arrived back to Iowa. When I jumped in the Expedition to drive off, they had strategically placed in next to a shiny F150 Limited that caught my eye. Chad got with me and gave me the rundown on the vehicle and we started a test drive. Chad and Mike were easy to work with and worked hard to make the sale amicable for all parties involved. My wife and I showed up there this morning around 8:50am just when all the sales reps were coming out of a meeting. Elias stopped to say hi to us and see what we were in for today. Little did he know that my car actually was towed there the night before and we really needed to get a new car specially with my driving I do daily. It was the best experience either of us could have asked for, we never felt pressured all day but also felt that Elias and Javier really listened to our needs. Dahl id a good job on a complicated project in getting the heat and AC systems working properly (1997 Ford F250 purchased from Dahl). Service kept us informed during the service performed. What excites me most about Dahl is the co-operation of ALL the employees. Ask a question to any of them and if they cannot answer with a solution, they immediately get you to the person that can resolve. I have seen that they will drop whatever they are doing to make sure you are taken care of.

Before this last visit to Dahl Ford I had swore I would never come back there again due to the way I was treated by a salesperson. I was hesitant at first to come in again but when I could see the person I wanted to that made my decision to return real easy. This time when I came in I dealt with Allan Jackson and Travis Caldwell. Two sincere and awesome individuals. When we started the process of going for the new vehicle I already had an idea of what all I wanted on it so Allan and I were working on that process while he had someone else evaluating my trade in. When we finished building the new Explorer Limited I wanted, Allan presented me with what I would be allowed on the trade. When I saw the figures I was shocked and it wasn't because it was a bad deal--it was because the deal was the best I could have wanted to have. I didn't get a chance to negotiate it because it was exactly what I wanted right off the bat. Travis and Allan kept us informed through the whole process and Allan called me this past Thursday to tell me the car was in and he wanted to know when we wanted to pick it up. My wife and I decided to get it later that day and when we got there Allan and Travis greeted us and put us at ease right away. Travis thoroughly explained the features on this new Explorer like no other dealer has in the past. While we were with the finance manager he was busy switching out my mats and taking care of some other small details. Next they took us out and we sat in the vehicle discussing the new features. But what set these two fine gentlemen apart from many other dealers was their sincerity and their genuine concern for both my wife and I as customers. Your finance manager was also very nice and listened to our concerns along with getting us the best financing available. We also sat up an appointment with Dan Medberry to go over the technical things on this so we can use all of the features this vehicle offers. Our whole experience with Dahl Ford was nothing short of exceptional and we have been telling our friends already how we love our Ford guys and our new vehicle. We will definitely be back when it comes time to purchase another vehicle because of your dealership. We appreciated the fact that Allan and Travis listened to our concerns and treated us with the utmost respect anyone could ask for. These two sales people are definitely two that others should try to emulate and other Ford dealers could really take a lesson from the way Dahl Ford treats it's customers. I absolutely love going to the service department at Dahl. Dan Wich and his staff come out like old friends at a high school reunion. No less than three people were at one point talking to me about the car and why it was in. Just needed an oil change and regular winter checkup.Fast, efficient, friendly, and just plain awesome. They made sure they went over the results of their systems checks, and made sure I knew that the next checkup would be a 30,000 mile scheduled, and it might be pricy. I appreciate how they are always looking out for me by keeping my car in great shape. Keeps my own pride in owning such a great car at the highest level.

I had a wonderful experience with my sales person Elias. I find buying a car to be stressful and Elias made it easy and I was excited to purchase my fusion. Dahl Ford had a large selection of the car I was looking for I found the business department to be an unpleasant experience. I feel the business person I worked with deceptive. He offered me an price with several extra features in ( maintenance plan, gap insurance and clear coat). When I said it was to expensive he said he was discounting it, he did not discount anything, he substituted a lesser product. He was rude when I asked questions about what he had done. I called his business manager the next day and he was very abrupt but said he would give me the original product offered. He sent me a xerox copy which he had scribbled on. I was in the dealership this past Saturday and asked him about it as well as a confusing letter they had sent saying my loan was not done even though I have made the first payment. He was again rude, abrupt and refuses to may eye contact. He did give me a new contract and told me the letter was a glitch in the system. Unfortunately my experiences with the business department took the shine off an otherwise great experience. When I took my car in for the clear coat, again I received great service from the staff.I would recommend Dahl Ford for the sales department, especially Elias, and cars they have but would strongly caution anyone to be on their toes when dealing with the business department as the same level of service does not exist there.

We have a 2000 Ford Explorer that recently needed work on the back suspension and breaks. We used to go to the dealership we bought the SUV from but changed to Dahl after several visits where I felt we were treated less than 100% credibly. We've been at Dahl for several years now and,. even though the Explorer is not under any warranty, I won't go anywhere else. This is because of Dan, April, Ian and Matt who work in the Service department. They are all great at customer service and very knowledgeable about car repairs. This last visit, I was even introduced to the mechanic who did the work on my vehicle. I think it helps both me as a customer and the mechanic to meet eye to eye, so I appreciated this, Other places might costs less but the lowest price does not mean it's the best price. Go where you have good service and the problems GET FIXED the first time!!! Go to Dahl Ford in Davenport Iowa.

My vehicle issue was intermittent from day one of ownership and I asked the dealer (River City Ford) to repair the speaker issue and they claimed they did. Several moths later it started acting up again and has been intermittantly ever since. I called the service department at Dahl Ford and had a lengthy discussion with an advisor and asked him how we could approach the issue. He agreed to actually have the speaker looked and not just expect to validate the issue by sound due to my distance traveling to the dealership and the issue being intermittent. He told me he replaced the speaker because he found enough evidence to condemn it and it has been nearly a month since the repair and it has not been static filled since. It also sounds better all around, better than ever. Thank you so much for getting to this issue and resolving it!

I was referred to Jim "Ike" Isaacson from the Service Manager, Dan Wich. I was in search for a new vehicle and Ike made me feel very comfortable and went out of his way to accommodate my needs and wants. His personality was very easy going, fun, and unforgettable. Ike made me feel as though I was an equal and not someone he could "fool" or that I was below any understanding of the whole car buying process. In addition to his wonderful service and great demeanor, he is makes it his personal duty to make sure the vehicle is 100% to the satisfaction of the costumer. I was in the dealership and bought my car on Thursday, but due to him being out of the office the next two days, I have to take my new vehicle back in on Monday for the detailing and "extras" just so he is able to oversee the process and make sure everything is completed to his and my satisfaction. I would also like to compliment Dan Wich for all of his help, flexibility, and for taking care of me like a personal friend or family member. This is the best experience I've had buying a vehicle in the quad cities. I've bought a truck from Mills, an SUV from Lujacks, and a car from Courtesy. The only buying experience I recommend, is from Dahl. Not only are the sales personnel not pushy (ask for Travis, you'll have a great experience.), the finance department will go to great lengths to get you an awesome rate. He explained the options available and listened to what I wanted by showing me trucks with the appropriate options. I test drove 2 trucks and decided on the 3.5l Ecoboost engine. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership to anyone! I bought my car on sept. 9, 2015 and have a simple problem with the radio. Called my sales rep., can't get ahold of him (because they fired him), finally talk to someone who tells me a manager will be getting a hold of me ASAP.The manager, Alan, first thing out of his mouth "did you sign an as is warranty?"Me:"I have no idea what I signed they pushed me through the signing in 5 minutes because they were trying to close." Alan:"well you can bring it in but I'm not going to tell you were going to fix anything, we'll look at. She won me over from the second I walked in . ??I had some issues with the first vehicle I had purchased from them and had gone into their service dept to have them addressed but instead walked out with a different vehicle ...my salesmen ( javier) was awesome, I tend to be picky and undecisive lol... My wife's 1999 Accord was rear ended and we decided it was time for a new car for her. We had a couple ideas of what we wanted but the biggest thing was that we did not want to buy a car we could not afford to pay cash for. We met with Travis Caldwell and told him our desire and that we had a max amount to spend around $12,000. He showed us a couple of cars and never pressed us to go higher than the amount we wanted. Travis showed us a Taurus that although it was a 2008 only had 37k miles that was right at the price we wanted to stay at or under. My wife loved it when he told her that there was a passenger eject button (thankfully she hasn't found that button yet). When we said that had to go think about what we saw for cars we felt no pressure at all and were just called the following day to see if there was anything else we needed. A couple days latter we returned and test drove the Taurus, when we got back Travis asked if we were interested in the car or if he needed to show us something else. He said it wasn't worth talking about price unless we thought that this was the car. All in all my wife thought that it was a rather stress free event to buy the car. The next day we did notice a couple of problems, the overdrive button came off of the gear shift and a light was burned out. We took the car back and talked to Travis again. Even though the car was sold as is and they had no obligation to take care of these issues he made sure that they were corrected. All in all a very positive experience.

Two months before I went to Dahl Ford, I had purchased a 2015 Kia and I was totally disappointed with it . When I had first started looking at new cars my first choice was the Ford Taurus but thought there was no way I could possibly afford one. On a whim, we decided to drive over to Dahl Ford and just look at the Taurus. It was at this point we met Brenton. He was very informative and very personable. Just out of curiosity I pointed to the Kia and said what could you give me for that. He said he could give me a figure in about 15 minutes, took us for a spin around the parking lot in the Taurus and we went inside. I told him I was just looking because I couldn't afford a Taurus but was curious as to how much my Kia might be worth on a trade-in, not believing that there was anyway he could possibly make it possible for me to get into a Taurus. I was so very wrong! When I left he had worked his magic and I had purchased the car that I had wanted at the beginning of my car search. Thanks Brenton!! I picked up the car up today and it drives like a charm...it is like floating on a cloud!

I just graduated college in Chicago and had never owned my own car. When I found out I needed a car to move to Florida I went back home to the QC to look for cars and went to Dahl Ford to work with Javier Calleja at the recommendation of K.V. Dahl III. Javier made buying a car easy and fun! I got to test drive all the cars that I wanted to and even a few that were new to me. In the end I went with a 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback. He told me the different types of financing options for both the automatic and the manual versions because he knew i had a pretty low budget and I ended up with the manual (which I never thought I'd do!) The day I purchased my car I drove in from Chicago and made it to Dahl 15 minutes before they closed but Javier and Terry Nelson stayed almost 2 hours late to make sure I could buy my car and head back to Chicago that evening! I was recently in the market for a new vehicle. When I first came in I met with Brenton Miller, who asked what I was looking for. Although I was not absolutely sure what I wanted, I was checking out the recently advertised 2014/2015 Clearance Sale in hopes of finding a SUV that was reasonably priced. Brenton asked me several questions to help narrow our options down. He stated that he didn't just want me to buy a new vehicle, but that he wanted me to buy a new vehicle THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH for the next few years. Brenton explained that if I wasn't happy with my choice or with the experience that I most likely wouldn't return for a future car purchase.... and that he wanted to see me in the future as well. We test drove 3 different vehicles before deciding on "the one" but due to how late it was getting we needed to let the financing people do their thing the next morning. The experience seemed too easy and, being somewhat skeptical, I decided to check out another dealership for the same type of vehicle I was looking for. I found the same year, make and model of vehicle (that I had decided on at Dahl) for approximately $1200 less at the other dealership. Upon arriving at that dealership, however, I quickly discovered a HUGE difference.... that being the Customer Service Experience at that other dealership (or should I say, lack thereof ?). It took over a half an hour to actually meet with a sales person (Red Flag #1). I also inquired about Certified Pre-Owned vehicles and the salesperson at that dealership stated that "they didn't do that, but they 'inspect' all of their vehicles. (Red Flag #2). Upon bringing out the vehicle I had gone their to see, we looked around and in the vehicle. Inside the back hatch, there was several crumpled leaves and there was some kind of oil leaking from the headrests on the rear-row seat. (Apparently 2 things that had not been inspected?). I explained this entire experience to Brenton upon my return to Dahl that afternoon. Unfortunately, my new dream vehicle was not within the budget that I wanted to pay for a monthly car payment. This is where Brenton REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE !!! He could have easily said "It's only XYZ dollars more" but he know that my budget payment was important to me. By the time I had returned to Dahl, Brenton had 2 other vehicles pulled up front that would fall within my budget payment.... one of them was the same year, color and style as the vehicle I was originally looking for, but the difference was $160/month less in payments. We took that vehicle for a drive and I decided that this vehicle would fit my needs, at a payment within my budget. (This vehicle even had less miles on it). I even got to meet K.V. in person, as he stopped over to Thank Me for coming in. The "Dahl Difference" is REAL... primarily due to caring, non-pressuring sales people like Brenton. I found a vehicle that fits my needs (and wants) and that also falls within my budget. After one visit to another dealership, I know I will never find that anywhere else. Brenton not only helped me find a vehicle that I was happy with, but also succeeded in providing an EXCELLENT Customer Service experience that I look forward to returning to Dahl for in the future.... just like he explained when I first came in. When I called in to get an appointment, I was given an appointment The next day. When I arrive I was greeted at the car and asked why I was there. I told them I needed an oil change and my cruise looked at. The service was done quickly. I waited for my car and it was done in a timely manner. ( not happy that my cruise control is a switch. It worked before I had my dimmer switch fixed and now it doesnt. I was told it is covered under warranty but that is another 100.00. Which I don't have)

My sales man was amazing, I was terribly insulted when I tried to trade in my car (120% KBB value) and the sales manager offered $500 dollars on my daily driver. the 120% would of been $2100. I voiced my opinion and was hurried out of the dealership, I didn't have my truck cleaned or my tank filled. My truck didn't have any floor mats to speak of. The General manager did call and offered to give me the best floor mates, have my truck gasses and cleaned as well as giving me a $500 credit to buy accessories. This made me feel a little better but I did walk in and didn't haggle on the price, had the money the next day, waited a day so I could have the same salesman and was done wrong in my eyes. I never expected this from Dahl I have always known this dealer to be a family car dealer.

I discovered I had a flat tire and hoped it was something that could be quickly fixed and send me on my way. Unfortunately, it wasn't that simple and I was going to have to replace the tire. They offered me the option of only replacing one (the cheapest option), but recommended two. I opted to replace two of my tires, but needed to get to work. They took me to work, and dropped me off, then picked me up to get my car, at a time that was convenient for me, so as to not disrupt my day any more than it already was. They also proved to be the lowest price in town on my particular tires. I called a few other places and no one could put the exact same tires on my car and the ones that had the correct size were more expensive. I've always been happy with the service I receive at Dahl. This time was no different.

When I went on my test drive I was so glad Dahl Fords policy is to have the dealer drive with you. Why I am so happy is because we got into an accident. Many places before would have me go by myself, and didn't not give me any information I would have needed to know. Anyway, the story is: we were at a complete hault and two other cars hit each other, which crashed one of the cars, into the car I was test driving. It was a very bad accident but luckily the car I test drove had very minimal damage. Brent was very nice and made sure everyone was okay and gave the police Dahl fords insurance cards. We got to know him quite a bit, he was very funny. It wasn't just good customer service, he is more like a friend. Anyway I took the car to the mechanic to get it looked at, there was a coolant problem. I talked with Brent and he said they could take a look. Which keep in mind they usually don't look at teir 4 cars at all, because there trade ins. He really went out of his way for me. They ended up finding the problem an fixing it for me.! It's driving GREAT. I appreciate this so much!!!!!! I'm just a young girl, I work my xxx off and take care of my mother.. I'm so GLAD I got a nice car with no problems. I had so much trouble before I came to Dahl ford. I love how Brent and the employees at Dahl don't judge you on how you look, that's the worst mistake a car salesmen/women can do. Many dealerships before did not take me seriously because I was young, and they did not believe I knew what I was talking about because I was a girl. They probley thought I only knew how to pump gas. Lol. Brent is awsome he didn't judge me at all, he came right up to me. This is one of the reasons why I bought the car, because of the respect he had. He had answers to all my questions, he was very knowledgable. I also like how Brent is just like a regular guy, he doesn't try to push you into it, and shove the sell down your throat. Many other places before just kept being too persistent, which makes people feel uncomfortable when they do that, but brentwas very sincere. Many other dealerships need to take a lesson from Dahl ford and other salesmen/women need to take a lesson from Brent because he's the best and very smart. Thank you soo much again Brent and Dahl ford . I appreciate everything you have done for me!! Brent went the extra mile for me. If he didn't do all those things for me and treat me so respectfully, I probley would of got stuck buying a car from one of these unethical dealerships and had a broke down car already. I worked with Brenton on buying my first car. He was very open to thing aspects I was looking for in a car and didn't talk down to me just because I was a woman. He and the financial department did a fantastic job finding a car that suited me (I love the Ford Escape thus far!) as well as helping me find payments that are doable with my income. Brenton also had told me if i ever have any questions or concerns even after my purchase has been finalized to feel free to call him. I have owned (4) Ford F-150s. Mostly lower trim lines. On a day helping my daughter with the service department I wandered over to the used truck lot. I've always wanted a truck with power windows and locks. And there she was... a beautiful Sterling Gray Metallic 2011 F-150 4WD 33,000 miles and Ford Certified Pre-Owned!Totally unprepared to take a test drive I called Renee and she instantly set up a appointment with Tim O'Leary. During the test drive Tim slowly showed me the features without overwhelming me. At no time was there any pressure to BUY THIS TRUCK TODAY. When Tim and I finished the test drive I knew the truck was a keeper.The rest of the transaction was fantastic. Mike Ohms in financing helped me by personally calling Ford Credit and cleaning up an issue. This got me the special 1.9% financing because it was Ford Certified Pre-Owed!!!My old truck was a mess as I was unprepared for trading it in. Tim provided me boxes and helped unload it. I brought the wife's Explorer in for an oil change, and asked if I could sneak in the SHO as well. Dan Wich snuck it in, and gave it a wash to boot! I was picking it up from the shop later that day and mentioned a deck lid squeak that had resurfaced with the warm weather. Dan asked if I had a second, and when I told him I did, he took The SHO himself over to a tech and before knew it they had made an adjustment to the right side hinge, and the lid operated perfectly! I told them, "Thanks for fixing that," and Dan said, "That's what we do." It sounds simple to type it, but it is a lost art they practice over there--real customer service. You know how at some places you can feel like it's a bother for them to look over your car, or that it's an inconvenience for them to do anything that isn't written up at the time you first bring it in? Not at Dahl. These guys always, ALWAYS ask me if that's all they can do for me. I love that when I bring up and issue, they seem positively giddy about getting it done right. Well, 'giddy' might be a slight exaggeration, but since other places I've been (even other Ford dealers) have seemed annoyed, it's really cool to deal with "car guys" from start to finish. I came into Dahl Ford after a less than pleasant experience at a different and more local Ford dealership and James made the 45 minute drive worth it. I came in and sat down with James, told him what I was looking for and what I had to work with, he looked everything over, Terry worked his magic and within no time I was awaiting the arrival of my Factory Ordered 2015 F-250 Platinum. James took the time to explain every detail and answer every question I had. He made sure the truck was exactly how I wanted it and didn't give me any of the usual "salesman pitches" most people (myself included) experience when buying a vehicle. That's because Dahl is ABOVE average and it only takes walking in the door to figure that out. My truck arrived and I was introduced to Terry and he too made sure to explain everything and answer all my questions. The only way my experience could have been any better was if it was a Buy One Get One sale, but in all honesty it was by far the best experience I've had at a dealership to date. I was 4 months into paying for my car and didn't think I could trade it in yet but I went to Dahl Ford and spoke with Brent Pruis just to see what they had. I test drove a 2015 Ford Escape and fell in Love with it! They ran some numbers and well my credit wasn't the greatest when I got the car,(4 months ago) I was paying almost 19% interest, they called me the next day with the numbers and they got my interest down to 6.9% on the new Ford Escape! I still owed 14,000 on the car and they offered me 12,500 for trade in....How could I not go with that deal??????? Awesome deal,Awesome Price and amazing people at Dahl Ford made it Happen!!!!!!! I was looking for a used vehicle as I pulled into Dahl Ford's lot. My mother had accompanied me seeing as she was the co-signer of my current vehicle at the time and I had planned on trading it in. I parked and immediately we went for the dealership's main doors, but before we could even get to the stairs a gentleman by the name of Brenton Miller had engaged in greeting us and helping with any inquires we had. Brenton knew a lot of information that really helped our buyer needs. It was a huge relief having someone on that level of understanding. He didn't pressure us at all and almost seemed to go out of his way to make sure that we knew he was there to help in any way possible. Brought 2012 F-150 FX4 in for an oil change and to see if I could get my rear speaker replaced as it is blown. Luckily my factory warrenty is still in place for 3 more days, phew. This dealership does an alignment check and I found my front outter tires were worn quite a bit. I purchased my truck new at Lindquist in Bettendorf, huge mistake! If lindquist had done a tire rotation and alignment as they claimed they did I would not have worn front tires. Lindquist also said they replaced my blown speaker.I will submit another review when Dahl gets my speaker in and installs. Service thus far has been excellent.Dahl replaced blown speaker today! Very happy with this dealerships service and respect!

Javier was so nice and sooo helped us out, as we needed a work car for my husband. Found the perfect little car, but 5 minutes after purchasing it, noticed it had a tiny problem with the heater. We got ahold of him right away, and took it back it in and they fixed it right up at no cost for us. Service guys were AMAZING as well. They got me in and out in great time before my kids destroyed the waiting room. Somehow we ended up talking about how there was currently an independent assessor there and I should see what I can get for my trade. i was very hesitant because I was already upside down on my current loan paying more than it was worth and I didnt think that anybody would even work with me until I paid down my loan. I ended up making an appointment anyways just to see what they had available because she said that they would figure out how to help. We had been wanting a new vehicle because our family is growing and we needed something bigger. My dream has always been to have a Tahoe. When I went to Dahl they connected me with Travis Caldwell. After they assessed my vehicle and found a Tahoe in my price range, I still had a little issue with my monthly payment, long story short, Travis fought for me and they ended up giving me more for my trade which in turn gave me a monthly payment that i was comfortable with. I was not expecting to go and actually find a vehicle, but I am glad that I did. I am now in a vehicle that I am definitely in love with and its all because of the great dedication from Travis making it happen! Thanks Dahl Ford!

When I stopped into the lot at Dahl Ford to look at cars I had no intention of making a selection of or buying a car that day, however I was in the market for a new or used car. Javier Calleja came out to the lot to greet me on this cold morning wearing nothing but a fleece jacket and no head cover. I didn't have any intentions of talking to a sales person however Javier put me at ease almost as soon as soon as he greeted me with a warm handshake. I was looking at a couple of cars that interested me so Javier unlocked them and let me see inside, and gave me the details on the cars ie mileage etc. The rest is history I ended up purchasing the 2013 Ford Edge SEL that week. Javier took the time to patiently explain to my wife and I all the feature of the car and informing us we could attend a training session with their IT guy to go in depth on the operation of the electronics and touch screen operations. the whole experience was a very good one from the minute I met Javier until the final paper signing.I would recommend Javier to any one wanting to buy a car at Dahl Ford. Having dealt with many car dealers here and in Arizona I can honestly say that the people at Dahl Ford are super people. They deal with you as a person and not as a dollar sign. Tom Copeland sold us the truck and was extremely pleasant and very personable. He answered any questions we had and allowed us to make up our own minds without pressure. He has since helped and answered many questions when I would call him.As for the service department, you could not ask for a better group of people. On the day in question, we had left the doctors office and was on our way home when the dash lights became barely visible. I pulled into Dahl at about 5 PM and April immediately came out to see what the problem was. She stated it had something to do with the battery and stated the vehicle would have to remain over the weekend. She immediately got on the phone and called the car rental place getting us a vehicle for the weekend. She stated the truck would be ready on Monday and it was. We had looked at a Ford Fusion before Christmas and several other vehicles from other dealers. We finally narrowed it down to 2 different companies and 2 different vehicles. Anthony was very patient with us the whole time and very accommodating to our needs. We decided on Ford as they offered us a great trade in value for our vehicle, a good price for the vehicle we were buying and a very smooth purchase process overall. Anthony made us feel like we were his priority and even came in on his day off. He listened to our needs and concerns but didn't miss a beat! It was a random Saturday morning and we decided to wash our car and then go look at vehicles at Dahl on the way to breakfast. After circling around once I knew the one I really liked (2014 Escape). Javier suggested we test drive it to breakfast and it was such a smooth ride we decided to go for it. We didn't need to look at other dealers and this is my third vehicle from Dahl. I had traded my first Escape in for a Focus since I was working an hour away from home and wanted something smaller/little better on gas, and I had always missed the Escape. 2 days in and car had bad vibration, someone one in service or previous owner had to of known about this issue. The sales team is taking care of the new driveshaft but feel bad for sales because of the costly repairs. This car has had a clean bill of health and has been serviced by Dahl since new, I think this issue was overlooked by someone and now sales is taking the hit. We greatly appreciate the sales team for taking care of this matter but what a bad deal for everyone involved.

I have never thought to have a car detailed at the dealership, instead I always head to a detail center or local carwash. I pride myself on taking care of my vehicles and in doing so I have our vehicles detailed 2 times per year. I was tired of going to the local detail centers and had noticed how nice the used cars at Dahl looked when I had been shopping for my new F-150. I called up and asked if they do details and was pleasantly surprised when they said yes. I booked my appointment and the prince was very reasonable.When I picked up my Truck I was overly impressed. Mark did the best job I have ever had for a detail. The truck was better looking than when it rolled off the assembly line. He got everything, seats, windows, jams, crevice's , nooks, crannies, everywhere. I was so impressed I set up a detail on a Black Expedition for the next day.I am always nervous about Black vehicles becuase of the marks that can be left behind, not with Mark, the car looked brand new! I have and will highly recommend the detail center at Dahl Ford. You will be as impressed as I was!Keep up the great work Mark!

Our family has purchased our last few cars (1 new, 2 used, and 1 leased) from Dahl Ford. We plan to continue using Dahl for all of our car needs. The business has been family owned for several generations because of their trust worthy product and customer service. In our last experience, we bought an "as is" car and noticed that there were a few things that we felt should have completed before we took possession of the vehicle. We voiced our concerns and they were taken care of right away with no questions asked--even though it was on a chaotic Black Friday after Thanksgiving. The things were just overlooked, which we know happens sometimes, but Dahl Ford backed their product and demonstrated what our business meant to them.We would highly recommend Jim "ike" Isaacson. It's clear to see that he is a very busy figure at Dahl, but never too busy to take a call on his business line or cell phone. He also met with us about 4 times throughout the process. Even just for repairs or oil changes, we really like Dan Wich in the service department. While our car was being serviced, they went so far as to get us a loaner.KV III is a very approachable and nice manager. My experience with the sales team was great when i came in to purchase my first used vehicle. transaction was quick and painless and i couldn't be happier. however the vehicle ended up being unsafe, and i worked with the service department for two weeks where i had no vehicle at all and mine was in the shop. they did absorb the cost for parts and labor attempting to correct the issue but i had to call in at least every other day for a status update as i never got any of the promised phone calls. service just kept telling me they had no loaners available and they would get a hold of me later. after two weeks of this i called Travis directly and within a few hours he had set up a loaner and we started working on another solution which involved replacing the vehicle. i had to eat a cost above what the 2nd car was worth but they never charged me for the parts or labor on the first vehicle. i did not have the best experience with the service team but Travis did a great job of salvaging the situation once he was involved. Thanks Travis i appreciate your effort great job.

Javier was a customer of mine at another place of business, and in chatting with him, discovered he worked at Dahl. I told him I was looking to to get a newer car at some point. He gave me his card, spoke highly of Dahl Ford and encouraged me to come and see him. Months passed by, lost his card, and forgot his name, but I walked in there 3 days ago and luckily enough I was introduced to him. He was helpful, understanding, patient with me, engaging and made me feel at ease working with him. No pressure at all!He took his time to explain the neat features of the car that he figured I'd find interesting. He was helpful in answering what questions I had, and if he didn't know the answer, he'd find out and got right back to me. I stopped in on Saturday to pick up my license plates for my 2002 Ranger FX4 that I purchased from Dahl with help from my salesman Brenton. Absolutely love my truck and the service and friendliness Brenton provided me with. Even though they don't have Saturday service, they hooked me up with a new battery which the service manager installed himself. Great purchase experiance and had issue that the body shop fixed immediately. The service department is where I had had issues. Seems to be lack of knowledge and care when it comes to on going safety issues with the vehicle that was bought brand new. Since they can't find reasons or anything they dismiss it and say it is fine. Because of this I wont even consider buying from them again, i don't care how good of a deal it is or how much they give me for a trade. I wish we had never bought from them in the first place.

When we first talked I told Allan that I was still shopping around for the best deal. He gave me his best, and said to see what other dealer could offer. Without question Dahl Ford and Allan had the best deal in town. I even consulted with Allan on Sunday about another new car on the lot. The following Monday we did the paper work on a new 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. I was first looking at the Base ES but the Titanium was the better deal in the long run. Terry Nelson needs recognition too. We started the paper work for this car at about noon on Monday and at 7:30 pm Terry gave me a call at home. I contacted Dahl Ford and was put in touch with Dave O'Brien. Dave was really honest and up front about everything and every questions I had. I was in and out in less than 4 hours. I didn't have time to do any comparison shopping that I ordinarily do. After 333 miles of driving, I'm still learning how the eco boost Fiesta should be driven. It has low power at low engine speeds and when loaded below 1200 rpm is rough as should be expected from a 3 cylinder engine, but its smooth like a 6 cylinder above 1500 RPM. It holds my double bass as if it was a custom made solid bass case. Its ride is comparable to the Golf though its a little more affected by cross winds. Nothing I can't handle. I need to adjust the driver's eat a little more to reduce my right leg pressure on the center console or add a cushion. I look forward to driving it for at least a decade and I already have it muddy from the gravel road.

I was quite impressed at how I pulled up to Dahl and was getting out of my car when Travis's beaming face walked up to me! He wanted to sell a car! He was very friendly and knowledgeable while showing me cars out in the lot...very thorough. I initially wanted to look at Explorers, but in record time Travis showed me an Edge that was loaded with a beautiful pearl white finish. I was sold! In the next 3 days we worked out the deal for me to buy that car. At times, I was overwhelmed at how much time it took to buy this car...no real fault here, I guess it takes almost 3 days...lots of hours. It seemed to me I would sit for a long time in Travis's office while he consulted with others. I think he had to wait for his consultations too. The only thing that bothered me is the whole routine seemed to be disorganized with not enough upper people available to help the salesmen. When it came time to organize the actual sale, Terry (the financier) was running crazy trying to keep up with everything which causes customers to wait and wait and wait. Selling lots of cars is the name of the game, but one guy to finish all the deals is nuts. But...I was treated fairly on the sale, so that made up.There were mistakes made during the sale of my car which maybe wouldn't happen if there was more help and more organization. I constantly had the feeling that everyone was running a muck. But it all got done and I LOVE my new car and I think Travis is a great salesman. I recently purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado from Dahl ford specifically Brenton Miller. My father and I came to the dealership after a long day of car shopping and it was very close to closing time. Brenton was very helpful and gave us a good blend of our privacy to speak amongst ourselves as well as being there for any questions we may have had. We test drove a couple vehicles and I absolutely love the truck i drove away with. I have always been a GM guy so I was very fortunate that the dealership had what I was looking for. My husband and I had gone to another dealership before coming to Dahl Ford, and our experience was terrible there. We were debating on whether or not to go to Dahl Ford because we were so upset and we did not want to go through the same issues again. We did not want the hassle, but we still went. I had spoken with Nichole Simms and asked her to refer us to a salesman who was honest, blunt, and one who would treat us like individuals and not like every other customer who walked through the door. Nichole sent us to Javier, and that was a blessing. Javier greeted us with a huge smile and handshake. Javier made the entire car buying process easy and non stressful. He made us feel at home, comfortable and like we were his family. He asked us from the beginning on what kind of car we were looking for. I told him what we were looking for which was the 2015 Ford Fusion. Javier directed us to the Fusion and gave us his keys so that way while he was getting out information processed, we could look at the cars and had the key to open the doors. He did not make us wait around for him. That surprised us, for a car salesman to hand us his keys, he trusted us, we have never had that before. That was the second part of our great experience, the first was how he greeted us. We chose the car we wanted. Javier never once backed down from us getting the car we wanted, he fought for us to be able to get the car. Every time I said something about going to look at another vehicle, Javier told me to wait and see what they came back with. We ended up getting the car we wanted and I am very glad that we got it. Out of many years of car shopping and buying cars, Javier is the 2nd care salesmen who is genuine, caring, honest, and fights for his customers. Javier has many great qualities and has a great attitude. His positive attitude the entire time of us buying this car kept of stress free and in a great mood. Javier is one of the most kindest people I have ever met. Javier is the only salesmen that we will ever buy a car from again. Javier at Dahl Ford was extremely helpful to us when deciding what we wanted and then worked diligently to try to find an available Transit Connect to meet our needs since it would take 8 to 12 weeks to order one from the factory. It was not an easy process, but Javier kept in communication and was open to suggestions as the search continued. He had the dealership provide us with a rental car at a great rate while the search continued. When we found the vehicle we wanted, he was able to secure it from another dealer. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, but an honest effort to get the vehicle and make sure we were satisfied customers, which we are. The vehicle cost a little more than we initially intended to spend, which is why I rated the price as "good," but that was our choice to switch from the XL model to the XLT, which we think will benefit us in the long run. Javier rocks!

A little over two weeks ago I went to Dahl Ford after looking online throughout the tri-state area. I was attracted by the low prices, the inventory to choose from, and the trade-in values. Tim O'Leary was very patient and willing to work with my scenarios. In the end we both got what we were expecting. The dealership is friendly, clean, and inviting.
