This is a little late but I need to Rave about Dakota Chrysler Center! I was in desperate need of a vehicle after purchasing a very unreliable one from another dealer. Dakota Chrysler had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. They worked with me to get the deal taken care of over phone and email since I am over 300 miles away in Minot! They were very friendly and accommodating; even driving 2 hours to meet me half way to deliver it to me. It's been 2 months now and I haven't had a single issue with my new ride. Thank you for making this such a painless process and providing my son and I with a safe, reliable vehicle!

I had the pleasure of buying my new Ram pick up truck from this dealership. I was able to deal with Steve Kraus who was nothing short of fantastic to work with. He gave me a great deal on my new truck when he could have easily increased the price above MSRP as many dealers throughout the country have been doing. This dealerships, honesty, integrity and ease of working with will absolutely have me coming back. I cannot recommend this dealership more.

I paid over 1,000$ For them to tell me it was my timing an it was never my timing, got my car back found out 2 loose bolts egv valve, numerous bolts loose on the valve covers, missing bolt on electric fan, chip on my driver door. If you are going to take a car apart put it back together.

3 weeks before my wedding someone hits my car and totals it! I had very little time to look and I need a car soon. I called them up and told them what I was looking and the price I wanted to stick to. They called in back very quickly later and had 5 cars that would fit what I was looking for. I test drove the first car they recommended and love it! I couldn't have asked for a more pain free experience in car buying! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! We recently decided to trade our 2007 Ram 2500 diesel for a 2015 Ram 2500 - 6.4L. Not an easy decision! We wanted to "build" our truck so we would have just what we wanted. Ted & Teddy made the whole process soooo easy! We are 5 hours from Wahpeton and the entire process was done through email & phone calls, and it went smooth as silk. Teddy helped us through the whole process and was so patient and willing to let us make changes and ask tons of questions. Don't be hesitant to deal with this dealer if you are not able to actually visit the dealership - they can get the job done. We visited a lot of dealerships during this process and Dakota Chrysler beat them all with the best trade-in, knowledge, and overall service. When we closed the deal and took possession of the truck, it only took a short time to go through all the paperwork because it was all ready to go! We love our truck! I inquired about a pickup a couple months ago, but was really not looking hard to trade because I had alot of money tied up in my current pickup. Ted understood where I was at on my pickup, and was willing to negotiate and help me get into the brand new pickup I wanted. He not only got me a great interest rate, but was willing to include some hitch install labor and accessories etc. into the deal. I got quotes from some big dealerships, and in communicating with them they weren't even worth visiting. Found this dealership online and I'm certainly glad I did. The whole process was great and I'm very happy with the trade difference and rate Ted was able to get me. I live 3 hours away and it's well worth the drive. I am really enjoying my new Ram 2500 with the 6.4 Hemi, awesome pickup! I highly recommend this dealership, thanks Ted!

Couldn't be more happier with my experience. Ted and his staff took personal interest in our transaction, wasn't easy getting rid of the good old 98 Ram that I'd had since new, but the new 1500 with the awesome hemi made it too hard to pass up! Fair price for trade, great price on new vehicle made it the right time to trade up. The thing is - this place actually takes the time to listen to what you want and helps you get it done, without trying to get you into something you don't want. Great experience, takes the headaches out of buying a vehicle. Couldn't recommend more, they'll actually listen to what you want and help you find it!!

Unique because my wife is disabled so our search for a SUV was dependent upon the internet. Surprisingly, only Ted and his staff at Dakota Chrysler took my search seriously. Ted asked what I wanted, listened to me and then set his group to finding it. I picked up a Pontiac Torrent yesterday and it was a pleasure to work with such honest, competent and reassuring car dealers. I know I am one of many clients in any given year, yet they made me feel like I was the only client who mattered while I was working with them. I would trust recomending them to sell a car to may own mother - and this special treatment was given even though my purchase was only going to be a late model used SUV. Great folks!

Couldn't have asked for more with the entire transaction. They were thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely honest- refreshing feeling buying a vehicle and not having somebody try to upsell you! Extremely happy with my truck and will be sending everyone that I know there! Side note- The newly remodeled inside of the dealership looks great- nice move (and a big help for me) to put the 'waiting' area with a TV, Couches, a Child Play area, etc! Kudos!

Just a short while back, I took a trip up I-29 in search of a vehicle, and I had some friends I know tell me that for what I was looking for I might want to go over to Dakota Chrysler over in Whapeton ND, they knew I had been there before and never bought anything, however they had recently changed owners over there, so I thought I'd give it a try, however I was leery, what with the change in hands and all, I naturally assumed that what I would find on the lot when I got there was disorganization and confusion...I am so pleased to say that was not the case at all, in fact the dealership looked better than it ever had...it was clean, they had updated there selection of new and used vehicles, and I was greated by the nicest, friendliest, most honest man I had ever met on a car lot...and while I didnt end up buying a car there (keep in mind I havent bought a car anywhere else yet either)I still got a goodbye with a big smile and a "please come back and see us anytime." It was so refreshing to be treated like a real person instead of just a walking wallet, and I would recommend Dakota Chrysler in Whapeton ND to ANYONE in the market for a car!
