Daughter bought a vehicle here & recommended them. Stopped today to look. They have a nice selection of vehicles. Was nice to be able to walk around and check them out. Liked that we could sit in and inspect without being hounded by sales people. When we're ready to be more serious we'll be going back to consider them.

I bought my first car from here and I couldn't be happier! Everything lived up to my standards and the staff was very friendly and patient with me, I was treated the same way as I was at any other dealer. Do your own research on a car before you buy it so you're not surprised. This dealership has great prices too, even while the car market has gone to hell. I'll be sure to come back here when I need a new car!

Asked if I could take the 2010 sequoia to a certified Toyota mechanic and right away his tone changed, telling me he has mechanics there that make sure the vehicles are running smoothly and they would never take in bad vehicles. Spoke to me on speaker phone, hard to hear, and apparently me showing interest in a vehicle and telling them I would be there that next morning requires me to call them when they're closed (6pm) that day to follow through that i am still interested. Seems like a fishy dealership. I'll take my business elsewhere.

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THE OWNER DAVE!! The guy has zero sense of decency and lack of communication. Has the worst attitude and doesn't want to work with you at all. He was so unclear when I could come to look at it, given the holidays, I totally am understanding and willing to meet on the weekend. Proceeds to hang up on me, after me just trying to set up a time during the weekend to come look at it. Told me I would have to buy it today but couldn't meet with me today after 1pm, I live over an hour and half away and was the first person to call him about the vehicle. I proceeded to tell him that I can meet on Saturday morning but that he was going to have it sold by then... but couldn't meet with me today. The whole thing is bizarre looking back and I was taken back from a guy who claims 40+ of experience to handle it the way he did. Would absolutely not recommend this place and I'm not the only one. If he was an employee there and wasn't the owner he would have been fired a long time ago. Total abuse of ownership and not a person worth dealing business with.

Recently bought a Honda Pilot from Dakota. They had a great selection of vehicles at competitive prices. The process for purchase was very simple. I talked to the salesman Bertrand about purchasing a 2010 dodge charger . Went to the bank got a loan called told him I was on my way had the cash to buy it and told him what time I would be there. This was a 2 1/2 hour drive from where I live . I called when I was on the road to tell him I would be there at 530 by my GPS. He calls me at 515 to tell me he just sold it. This is when I'm 15 minutes away are you kidding me after driving over 2 hours one way! And then he tells me sorry about your luck. Really this happened! Who does business like this!?

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle from Dakota Motor Company. They were kind and helpful and we didn't feel pressured at all. From the test drive, to financing, and purchase everything was very smooth and they met all of our needs. And then they went out of their way ... about a week after the purchase the TPMS warning light turned on. We brought the car to a mechanic who told us that the rear tire pressure sensors had gone out and would need to be replaced. I called Dakota Motor Company to ask if the repair would be covered under the warranty; I was told that it wasn't, but that they would cover the cost anyway. We really love our car (and the great deal we got on it) and appreciate the great customer service provided by Dakota Motor Company!

As a disclaimer, I've been a customer here for about 2 years. I've recently bought a new Toyota from Dakota, and I've bought two other vehicles from Ryan. One was for my wife, the other was for my daughter. I don't usually write reviews but Ryan and Bart have both been great resources when it comes to finding a quality used vehicle. I've referred friends and family and will continue to do so as long as their great customer service continues. Thanks Dakota!

I am 60years old and have purchased a lot of cars in my time. This was one of the best purchases that I have ever made. The car was better than was advertised. The purchase went very very smooth. The salesmen were great. All that they promised was completed and more. And the vehicle (Saturn outlook) was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this dealership.

We found a vehicle at Dakota Motors on Cars.com and traveled 260 miles from out of state to purchase. This dealership is pretty busy and it took us a little bit to sit down with a salesman. We liked the car and worked with Ryan to make a deal. They offer a 30-day warranty on their vehicles which is only valid at their own shop. However, 15 days after the purchase we had our front catalytic converter fail, and it wasn't feasible for us to take the car back for repairs. We called Dakota and they sent us a check to cover the cost of the part, no hassle. After installing the new part, it was discovered that the rear catalytic converter was also plugged up. We talked to Ryan again and he sent us another check to cover the cost of this part as well. Very pleased with how they worked with us after the sale.

I contacted the dealer two times about a vehicle at their lot and never heard back from them. About a week later, I drove to the dealership to look and see if the vehicle I was interested in was even there to which it was. Walking around the small lot, cars were unmarked and packed tightly together it was almost uncomfortable to look at the inventory. I contacted the dealer yet again about the vehicle I was interested in but never got a response back. I would think working in the sales industry you would want to contact perspective buyers immediately?

We bought an '07 CRV. The price was right and the transaction seamless. That should have been a red flag. We got the car home and after it a few hours, we went to show it to family members and when we opened the doors, we noticed a stench. Turns out the carpet is soaked, we've dismantled the car, pulled up the carpet, rented a high-power carpet dryer. Guess what we've NEVER had to do before when we've purchased a car? Any of this. Now we are realizing the deal we thought we got was too good to be true.

Inquired about a vehicle, got a voicemail the next day. When I called back the person was busy I was told but would call me back. He never did. Then I sent anothe email with no response. A little more follow up would of been nice.

Horrible Customer service. I did buy a car and stil have it for only half a year and I spent more than 1 grand already and once I got it everything started wearing out . Make sure you have a warrenty before buying.

I cannot recommend this company, they sold me a warranty that was null and void before I walked out the door. Initial customer service when purchasing the vehicle was fine but it went down hill from there.

I was very interested in a honda cr-v for my dayghter and left 2 messages and they still have not returned my call or email. I live out of town and was hoping to travel to their facility and purchase the vehicle. I ended up buying a vehicle at another dealership. I guess they are so busy that my potential business wasn't worthwhile to them.

I searched all over the town for hybrid highlander, Dakota motors had a very competitive price. i just walked in and within minutes i was test driving my dream car no questions asked. within 1 hour i was approved and got my highlander hybrid home. yes i would highly recommend you check on this dealership.. thanks Ryan,, good job Done.

In the fall we searched at a number of dealerships for a black Chevy truck. We began at Dakota and ended up at Dakota purchasing a 2009 black Chevy truck - the one we wanted from the beginning. The sales folks were helpful and courteous in the necessary transactions. Thank you for selling us what we were looking for --the 2009 Chevy LTZ. Today the Chevy boy is a happy trucker!

i bought a truck from these guys and not even a week later the transfer case was shot needed new rear axle, u-joints, tires, drive shaft , new leaf springs and new shocks they didnt mention any of this that was wrong with it so i am not even one bit happy the repairs are gonna cost me around 5k dollars. so i would not ever again go there.
