I was running late to catch a flight out of Charlotte and my A/C quit working on the way on a 91 degree day. I spoke to Ronnie when I called and he said he would get me right in. I was in-and-out in 10 minutes and my AC now feels like a refrigerator. That's what I call service. Thanks so much guys! Also, when you see a GM that's humble enough to sweep the floors, it's a good sign you've found a place with quality management and leadership.

Easy and fun truck buying experience. Rusty Cross (salesman) was helpful and easy going. No pressure whatsoever. From start to finish, I was driving away in the truck within 2 hrs. Will most definitely try the service department when the time comes.

We will never take a car back to Earnhardts to be worked on! Was told that numerous things were wrong with my car and was given an estimate to fix including parts and labor of $6,500-7,000. Took my car taken to a nearby garage and the TOTAL bill was $450! After talking to other people, I have heard the same type of stories. A large part of the cliental for service work at Earnhardts is older people and I wonder how many of these people have been taken advantage of!

I've bought many new and used cars throughout the years, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had at any dealership. I spoke w/ Bill by phone before driving 2+ hours to look at a car. He was very helpful, answered my questions, and sent me all the info I asked for. As it turned out upon arrival, he had described the car I was looking at honestly and there were no surprises. He had the car ready to drive, and had all accompanying paperwork concerning the vehicle there for me to review. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and went out of their way to make my wife and myself comfortable. This is a very laid back dealership, no high pressure tactics, just an honest & friendly staff to help you with your purchase.

Had my first service today at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet on my Chevy Impala.They did a great job on the clean up and service of my car.The staff was extra friendly and gave me prompt service. We love the Preferred Customer Service that they give you when you purchase your vehicle. I even ran into the salesman that sold me my car and he wanted to know how we were liking it. Worked with the fine folks (Steve Gelnett, Rick Hargett, Tim Rhyne) to trade in our 2010 Tahoe & our 2013 Corvette on a brand new LTZ Tahoe. Everything went so smoothly! Everyone at the dealership was courteous and the entire transaction went wonderfully! Couldn't have asked for better!

I called up around noon on Saturday to inquire about a 2015 2500HD Duramax CCSB 4x4, informed the sales rep. of the price I was looking to pay & took down my information. Within 10 minutes a very low pressure sales rep. called me back to said they could make the numbers work. I headed towards the dealership, now about 1:30pm not aware they closed at 3pm on Saturdays & made a deal within 30 minutes. Absolutely great customer service by all at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet!!! We bought a 2005 Tahoe, and you would think we were buying the most expensive vehicle that Chevrolet makes! We arrived about 30 min before closing. Our 2008 Honda with 40 thousand miles was repaired there because we trusted them, after all they are a blue ribbon 5 star shop,right, after they repaired it,the car was not right so we had it checked out, Nationwide then totaled the car because it would cost to much to repair the car right, because of the bad work that Dale Earnhardt did on it. The body shop does not do quailty work. BEWARE OF THIS BODY SHOP!!!!!!

Don't waste all day at one of those mega dealerships. I test drove two cars, by the time I returned to the dealership Rick had two sets of numbers ready. I left this dealership and went to a larger one in Hickory. Thank goodness I went to Dale Earnhardt first. The numbers for the same car were $2000.00 more. Give these guys a chance before you purchase a new car. Stay away from those big box dealerships with the same old line,"what is it going to take to earn your business".
