The staff makes customers feel they are right where they belong for all their vehicle needs. Just had my car serviced with John and it was such a pleasant and professional experience. My salesman, West, is terrific. Super knowledgeable and responsive. I'm sure I'll buy again (and again) from this dealership. Guess what? It’s 2021 and I just bought again! Feels just like my 2018 experience… super responsive staff, very knowledgeable, committed to customer care and keeping the relationship going. West did it again! Love Dale Jr GMC-Buick-Cadillac!!

Dale Earnhardt is top notch! I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership from West Phillips. My second vehicle had some unforeseen issues. West and the Sales Manager, Matt Cohen, worked together with me to get me in a vehicle that met my needs for incredibly close to what I was currently paying. Jermaine was awesome at his approach. He was not pushy and was determined to make things work for our needs.
