I visited your dealership to purchase a car for my son. I had been unsuccessful at several other local dealerships. The 'games' in the buying process always frustrate me because I generally state my desire not to haggle, I am a buyer, let's make a deal. Mr. Davis actually accepted my statement ans went to work. I purchased the car. His post sales follow up was professional. He called to check find out how my son liked the car and how his birthday went. Great job.

Typically, when visiting a dealership it is a long, boring, bs kind of experience. You can never tell if you are being told the truth or if you are just being fed a line because the salesperson is trying to sell a car. I was interested in the new Impala. After discussing my options with the sales guy I have decided to wait because I am too upside down in my current car but when I get it paid down a little more I will be sure to come back to this place. Friendly and honest.

Beware of service department. I've bought two vehicles from this dealership and have been basically happy with the service until the last encounter. I took my vehicle in for a basic oil change and the check engine light. What happened next was a comedy of errors/frustrations. First, my service advisor was terminated, therefore I couldn't get my car for a week. I bought new Michelin tires just three days before the service and told them not to rotate, but they did anyway and charged. There were other up charges. Please avoid the W. Tennessee store.

The only problem I have is on my first service visit I didn't know the proper way to select the computer sets on the steering column and the service report said basic I was stupid and should have read the instructions but its funny the service adviser could not figure it out either. Now on the second service visit I had a defected center console plastic trim ( it was so sharp around the edges that it cut my finger.The service report stated Replaced the front floor console trim plate under Customer Enthusiasm! Why do you service dept Personnel have to make such negative comments about me the paying customer?

We bought a Cadillac CT6 recently ... good job by the salesman (West Phillips) who was very patient with two old folks from Georgia. My wife drove half of the cars in the place before settling on the CT6. Wade was very helpful in explaining all the new-fangled gizmos on the car, ad getting us on the road. I went to Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet to trade in my 2011 Chevrolet Impala and fell in love with the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. Clayton Bell, the dealer, was awesome and very knowledgeable about the car. His customer service was excellent and so was everyone else at Chevrolet until I met the Finance Manager, Billy Joe. He stated that my payments would be $464 a month and that the car would be financed thru FSU credit union. Perfect! We signed all the paperwork, got my tag and insurance transferred l and I drove off the lot very pleased. Then 2 1/2 weeks later I received a call from Billy Joe telling me that I need to tell him when I can go to FSUCU to sign the rest of the paperwork. I called FSUCU and they informed me that there was no car loan pending. I called Billy Joe back and he insisted that I had a auto loan with FSUCU and that he needs to set up an appointment with Kioana for me to go in and sign paperwork with her. I get up and go to FSUCU and find Kioana and she tells me that they do not have a loan for me. While sitting in front of Kioana I call Billy Joe who still insisted that the loan was approved with FSUCU. After telling him that I was sitting in front of Kioana and that she has no loan for me, he then gets off the phone, calls me back 3 hours later and tells me he has good news and bad news. "Bad news is that I can't get you with FSUCU, good news is, is that I got you with Ally Bank and your payments will be $513! When can you come sign the paperwork? " I tell him never because you told me my payments would be $464 and I even signed paperwork saying my payments would be $464. I get off the phone with Billy Joe and call Terrell, the Sales Manager, who told me that he would help me and to come to the dealership the next day. I went to meet Terrell at Chevrolet and after waiting a hour he tells me that they can not approve me for $464 and that Billy Joe said he told me $529 not $513 and that is the best that they do. I returned the Malibu after 2 1/2 weeks and felt so unappreciated. Also Billy Joe did not give me copies of all of the paperwork that I signed so I then I had to wait another hour to get those copies cause he couldn't find them. Billy Joe not only made me feel disrespected, he lied to me and wasted my time. I believe he saw me, a woman, walk into the dealership by myself and tried to take advantage of me. Yes, the difference in payments was only $65 but its the fact that they told me one price, had me sign a stack of paperwork and then let me drive the car for 2 1/2 weeks.

I came in to have an oil change, tire rotation and throttle body cleaning. Jason and George greeted me and we discussed the work to be done. I also asked about the scratch on my rear quarter panel and they called over Mr. Cole form the body shop who happened to be in the service center at the time.He said he could most likely get 90% of the the scratch out when i came to have the front end repaired. When I came back to get my car from the oil change, tire rotation and throttle body cleaning Jason went and pulled my car up and took me out to the car. He showed me where the scratch was and they had buffed the scratch out at no charge!!! You can't even see where it was. What a great surprise! Way to make a great impression on a customer! Word of mouth is a great advertiser!!! Thank you Jason, George, Mr Cole and Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet!!!

The absolute worst car buying experience me and my wife had ever had the sales staff were real pushy I agreed to the shipping of a vehicle seen on another lot on by Hendrix motors I was told several times by this dealer and the other dealer that it was a beautiful truck The truck was delivered in horrible condition totally scratched up lots of dings in each side of the vehicle two huge debts on the roof and they still expected me to buy this truck not a good experience when I refuse to purchase this vehicle The management staff got angry andI was called a liar to my face by one of the sales management personnel never in my life have I been treated so poorly at dealership

I scheduled an appointment for 2pm to get an oil change. I arrived 5 minutes early, but the service advisor didn't come out until 2:15 and then informed me that the appointment was for them and not for the oil change. After meeting with them, my truck would be placed in line. What good is an appointment???? I could have driven in and gotten the same service. I thought after the terrible experience with them when I bought the truck, I thought that I would give their service a shot. Not any more. I will drive 100 miles to avoid this dealership if I have too and I suggest that you do the same!!

I made an appointment to bring in one of my vehicles for tire service on Saturday Feb. 27th 2016. After talking to the manger and Rashad about what was covered under my tire guarantee I purchased when I bought two sets of tires. That Service Department talked me into buying from them instead of purchasing them at Discount Tire like I normally do. I told Rashad to please have them inspect the tires because I had one go low almost flat the week prior. I also informed him I volunteer with a youth group and did not want to get stranded when we were traveling. I left my vehicle with the Service Department for several hours. After I picked up the vehicle I noticed they had not removed screw from a tire. I have called and left messages with NO reply to schedule another appointment. What a waste of time! So much for Dale Earnhart Jr. Tallahassee Chevrolet World Class Inspection.

I went twice to the Chevrolet place on Tennessee st. Each time I asked them for cash price on vehicles after an hour and 45 minutes the first time the second time I kept it down to 30 minutes with let us see if we can finance you.......ugh. So now I just went to another dealership in Tallahassee and bought a car in cash, and it took all of about one hour including the test drive. Too bad for your loss Chevrolet.

I found a used vehicle at another Hendricks dealership and Dale Jr Chevrolet had it picked up and brought to their location. I agreed to the transport fee. When the car came in Justin Caraway called and kept telling we what a clean nice vehicle. When I inquired about picking it up I was told there was some minor issue and it was in the service dept. I was put off several weeks and finally told the motor was bad and they were sending it back to the dealer it had come from. When I asked if they were keeping it for them selves I was assured it was going back. I had asked this because I saw it listed on there Web site but was told every vehicle that comes to them is automatically listed and it was a mistake. Well two months later I see it on the lot and on there web site for sale at nearly double the price I found it for. I know it is the same vehicle because I verified the vin#. If you plan to make a purchase there be careful because you sure can't believe what they tell you.

Had an "appointment" for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told "based on the number of cars that came in ahead of you, it will be about 2 hours". Huh? Why does it matter how many cars were ahead of me, I had an appointment? (And it was early; 7:30 am, not like it was late in the afternoon!). OK, so I waited 2 hours for my "free" oil change and tire rotation, not ideal but whatever. The icing on the cake came the next morning when I woke up and discovered 2 quarts of oil spread across my garage floor. I took my truck to SuperLube and let them fix Chevy's screwup. They only charged me for the 2 quarts of oil they added. I then went home and cleaned up a nasty mess on my garage floor. Needless to say I will not be heading back to Dale E. for service on my Silverado ever again!

Brought my truck in today to get serviced after making the appointment yesterday . I get here and they tell me I am not on the schedule then they said it will take up to 3 hours to change my oil and lube it what a joke . Get the same results every time we come here for service . Someone needs to address this issue ASAP

Had first tire rotation and oil change on my 2015 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado free of charge today. Had 6300 miles on it and the oil was down to 19% at the time. Had an appointment for 3:30. Got there about 3:20. Rashad processed me in. Rashad said there were two vehicles ahead of me. Ok, no problem. I don't expect a bay to be immediately open upon my arrival! They have work to do! Truck was ready in an hour and ten minutes. I have absolutely no problem with that. Rashad was great and I was acknowledged by all of the employees that passed by as I was in the showroom and outside. Nick, a salesman, was very personable and conversed with me outside. Great experience. Note: This review made me pick an employee worked with even though I worked with none of them.

We visited the Dealership and found a Vehicle we were interested in. We spent 2.5 hours haggling over the payment within our budget. We got it! A dollar under the Budget we had. Now I know to never haggle the payment..etc.. It seemed to end up there. We were talked into a trade-in or Give your car away deal to meet that price. Next evening, We were expecting to work a deal with the magic number that got us back again, But met with a number halfway above our number, next to our surprise we got another deal for about 50 pts above the original 19 pts....Shaking your head? SO WERE WE? Next we had to just about beg for our keys keys so we could leave.. I was expecting dancing clowns to come out and do tricks as the desperation mounted..At this point the deal was dead and way above what got us back the second night.. We even got offered another vehicle and they were going to add an after market sunroof.. Obviously insulting and as we had a down payment just under 8K I thought we had the upper hand.. Please do homework before getting taken here! The poor Salesman was screwed by his manager.. Very nice gentleman..

I completed the online credit application on 10/14/15and within minutes received a call from Bri Burns who informed me that the application would be processed by the end of the date and she even scheduled an appointment for me to meet with her the over weekend so that I could check out the inventory. However, when I didn't hear from her by the close of business, I naturally expected that she would call me the following morning. By 2pm on Thursday, I still had not heard from her so I called to check the status and she informed that the application "got lost in the shuffle" and that she would get it taken care of and give me a call before closing; I never heard back from her. But on Friday, I received a call from the Sales Manager, Mr. Baker, who contacted me to confirm my appointment with Ms. Burns. I explained to him the I had not heard from Ms. Burns and therefore, have no update on my application status. He assured me that he would look into this situation and give me a call back; never heard back from him either. So I called this morning and had the pleasure (please note the sarcasm) of speaking with Mr. Shaw who sound like he had just rolled out of bed and was pissed that he had to be at work! It was in that moment that I realize that I realized that I had unrealistic expectations for this dealership because customer service is clearly not their specialty. If they offered me a car for free, I wouldn't take it; and no I am not angry, just disappointment in the manner in which they treat their potential customers. It was their lost and Kraft's gain :)

I would like to take a moment and tell you about a very unpleasant and unprofessional visit to your dealership that wasted 3 hours of mine, my wife and my daughter's time yesterday, Wednesday evening, 8/12/15... I work 6 days a week, and Wednesday is my only day off each week, therefore I must make the best use of that one day off. My family has been looking at the all new 2016 Chevy Cruze advertisements as my daughter currently drives a 2012 silver Cruze and has been wanting a new red one. I have been looking at the dealer websites looking for one. I even received a mailing awhile back telling me that your dealership could probably get me into a new vehicle for less monthly payments and I told them at that time what we were looking for. On Wednesday, 8-12-15, at approximately 5 PM, I called your dealership and asked to speak to new car sales. I was connected to "Sam". I proceeded to tell her that we were looking for the all-new 2016 Cruze and I had seen on the website that you only had one in stock, but I know that inventories change daily, and since this was my only day off, I was wondering if you had any others in the color red hot. I explained to her that we live in Crawfordville and I don't want to drive all the way into Tallahassee if you do not have more than that one. She informed me that you currently had 16 Cruze's and had 4 in red hot. I explained that I know that there are two red colors, red hot and siren red and that I was specifically looking for the "red hot" color. She informed me that yes, 4 are the red hot color. (Later we discovered that this was untrue). She asked me how soon we could be there and I told her within the hour so we made the appointment to come in. Please feel free to review the recorded telephone conversation if you do not believe that I was lied to by your emplyee. When we arrived at your dealership, Sam introduced us to Clayton Bell. For the first two hours, we did not even get to look at the new Cruze's. We were filling out applications and applying for a loan on a vehicle that we had not even seen nor picked out. When I asked Mr. Bell about this procedure, he told me. " You told me what you want. I already know what vehicle you want". In purchasing new vehicles previously, I have always looked at the vehicles that I was interested in, picked out the want that I wanted to apply for, then do the paperwork. I explained to Mr. Bell, that I understood that there are 4 new Cruze's and that I would like to see than all and pick the one that we are interested in. That never happened. Then things began to get worse. After two hours, we were finally "allowed" to go look at the new Cruze's, only to be walked right past them and never shown them and for Mr. Bell to pull out a key and go get a 2015 red hot Sonic over to us and proceed to impress us with that. We were not impressed, although my daughter did drive it to appease Mr. Bell. He also attempted to talk us into a Spark, I explained to Mr. Bell that we are not going to accept something else just because that is the vehicle that your dealership can get us into when we want the Cruze. If we can't get into the Cruze that we want, then so be it. At this point I was not happy. When then parked the Sonic at the front door and went back inside for Mr. Bell to see what he could do. He then brought out a purchase order and started filling it out for the 2015 Sonic and wrote a statement to the tune of "I agree to purchase this vehicle if all terms are agreed upon".... My wife and I both said "No, we do not want to buy the Sonic. We are not interested in the Sonic". I do not know if this is standard procedure at Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet or not, but I have never seen a tactic like this, and I don't believe that Mr. Dale Earnhardt Jr. would have his name on a dealership that practices tactics such as this.... And it continued.... After we emphatically stated that we did not want any other car than the 2016 Cruze. I told Mr. Bell, how about this, you show us the four red hot 2016 Cruze's, you let us pick out the one that we want to apply for, then you tell us what we need to do to get into that one.... He agreed to go ask the Sales Manager. He then came back with "Good News". They had located a new 2015 red hot Cruze that they could have at the dealership tomorrow.... I asked for more info about that one and where was it coming from and was told, "I don't know." We then walked out to "look" at the Cruze's. We were only allowed to look through the windows, not once was a single door opened... Again, I ask, what type of procedure is this? I did manage to get the vehicles VIN. Mr. Bell explained that we would be leaving my daughter's Cruze there and he would put her into another vehicle for the night and that we could come back today and pick up the new Cruze. My wife and I both said absolutely not, that we were not making any deals or signing anything without seeing the vehicle in person. Mr. Bell then brought out keys to a new 2015 Cruze that he was going to show us that was the same as the one they were bringing in, only this one was champagne in color. We walked the entire lot with Mr. Bell "clicking" the key FOB attempting to get a chirp from the car to find it's location. That car was never located.... We then left the dealership after approximately three hours of very unethical and unprofessional treatment. When I got home, it took me all of 30 seconds with the vehicle's VIN to see that the Cruze was in Bainbridge, Georgia. Now, I ask, why is that such a big secret when I asked for that information at the dealership? After seeing the photos of that Cruze and the options that are on it (or not on it), we have no interest in that Cruze. Also, upon further research, I find on the GM website that the 2016 Cruze is very similar to the 2015 Cruze, but that the All-New redesigned Chevy Cruze will be available in early 2016..... And that's the one that we were inquiring about in the first place. Is your dealership not informed of this? Do the salesmen not know that there are actually two designs of the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze? If they would have informed us that the all new, redesigned Cruze won't be available until early 2016, we would have not wasted three hours of my family's time. Also, if Sam would not have lied to me on the phone that you currently have four all-new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze's in red hot in stock, I would not have come in and would not have wasted three hours of my family's time. I realize that I can't pay cash for one of your vehicles, I can't put $3000 down on one of your vehicles, that I don't have a great credit rating, but I feel that I should have been treated more professionally than my family was and should never have been lied to in order to get me to come into your dealership...... I am confident that Mr. Dale Earnhardt Jr. does not endorse this or these practices and I intend to forward this correspondence to him and/or his people. My family had a very unpleasant visit to your and his dealership. We will be waiting for the All-New, redesigned 2016 Chevrolet Cruze when it is available in early 2016. We will be saving until then and will be able to put a sizeable cash down payment. We will get that new 2016 red hot Cruze, but it will not come from Tallahassee. I would rather drive to Quincy, Panama City, or even Georgia to be treated professionally. Please inform your employees to not telephone me or my family any more. This was the worst experience ever when trying to buy a new vehicle. They kept me at the dealership for 7 hours. When I got ready to sign the contract they so oh and by the way we can not release the vehicle there is a minor recall but we have another vehicle for you to drive home. I found out that the recall had been taken care of days prior to me coming in. I chose not to go with the vehicle. Poor poor customer servie

My Wife,(Debbie) and I were car shopping and after some very frustrating experiences We called Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet. We needed some help with some special financing, I explained my needs as well as my challenges fully expecting to be treated with a very lackluster approach as I had already had seen at other dealerships. To my surprise I was invited in and from the very start felt as though my situation truly mattered to THIS WORLD CLASS TEAM OF PROFFESIONALS!! We had the honor of working with salesman Curtis Fornes, as well as general manager Tracy Thacker, and later during that visit we had the pleasure of meeting Chris Howard, and Mark Pelham. We cannot say enough Great things to equal the time and attention that was given to our needs. This team of pro's addressed our need with great detail and by the end of our visit we were signing paperwork on our new 2015 Chevrolet. I know it took alot of hard work from the enitre team to meet the expected goal and get us in a new car that was meeting my budget,and at a rate that was Awesome to say the least!!!.But They Did IT!! and I might add at no time during the entire process did we feel pressured, or as if we did not matter. Of course they are in the car sales business, and i am sure they have goals to meet. But I want to be clear this was not a high pressure push us through the process car deal. We felt very comfortable thorughout the visit and when any obstacles arose, this team handled it with th utmost professionalism!!!! It Is clear That Mr Thacker has a great. team and a awesome program in place. My only regret is that I cannot tell Dale Earnhardt jr. himself what a great team he has here at this location. Went today to buy a new impala. Spoke with a young man who was very nice but new so he got barbie. Boy what can I say. We all know when buying a new car or any car you negotiate. Please someone at Dale teach this woman about negotiation, because we asked 4 times what is your final price not to mention we only got the sticker price. Her comments was this is the mrsp price I want to make a deal what can I do. Hello we asked is that your bottom number she said I didn't say that. I got up and left. If you leave her in charge you will drive business to your competitors. I would definitely go to another Chevy dealer

First , the dealership called me and stated they wanted my vehicle. I arrived and they brought me a 2014 Impala, LT, it was going good until the vehicle had serious vibrations, and it was brand new!! I should've walked away. Called my saleman Richard and he said this was not his issue and it was since the deal was not complete. He continued to try to tell me how great the deal was instead of listening to what the issue was. I was told to bring the car in and was told by service there was a bad set of tires and they had to order another set. To make matters worse, Richard promised something that he was not able to deliver on (Found this out two days later).To add insult, he told me the service department was just trying to make me happy and nothing was wrong with the car. Long story short, I was told to bring the car back and they would have a loaner waiting for me when i arrive, another promise broken, I had to wait two hours using my leave time and had to walk back to the sales area just to be sent back to service (Richard no where to be found). Apparently he did not care about the customer. Service Dept and their customer service staff I am ok with, sales, I would not go back to this dealership for anything other than service and warranty issues. Also, two of my coworkers received a call from this dealership, and I told them go to the Chevy lot in Quincy or Thomasville. Several family members love the car and I told them to go anywhere besides this dealership in Tallahassee. To add salt to the wound, their customer service representative called me and told me they had the wrong email address on my profile, I gave it to them twice!!! Terrell was the sales manager, but Richard was my salesman and he is not listed.

I had a good experience the first time I bought from Dale Earnhardt jr Chevrolet but I guess when you buy a used vehicle they decide you shouldn't get the same treatment. My vehicle that I bought took hours to get ready for me to drive home and I understand they had to replace a couple of parts. But I did drive all the way back to Perry with a wonderful saleswoman Samantha to pick up my trade in truck. Only to come back to the dealership to wait until 830 pm to finally get my truck. Samantha and Jerrod were great! My buying process started at about 130 pm and I left at 830 pm with my new used ride. I didn't care anymore so I didn't bother looking at my truck when it was ready to leave. All i wanted to do was eat and get home. But my new used vehicle was filthy, the bed of the truck had I don't know what in it I scrubbed it for at least 2 hours to get it clean and who ever washed it missed huge spots and I don't know if they tried to wax it or not but I was able to buff out a couple of spots to get a shine instead of the dull finish they sent me home with. And then without getting under the truck I could see the mud the dealership ppl didn't wash off. All I can say is thanks but I will not be coming back to this dealer again.

I contacted the dealership via email and received a response from Mike Shaw within several minutes. We set up a time for later that afternoon for me to look at the used Toyota Tundra that I was interested in. Mr. Shaw assigned a salesperson to me who took me to his desk and started typing on the computer. I told him that I wanted to look at the truck first before we got too far into this. He said, well let me finish booting my computer up, and continued to type. I started to walk off and he saw me and said let me go get the keys. He was gone more than five minutes and when he returned he had Mr. Shaw with him. Mr. Shaw said I am so sorry we sold the truck yesterday. I immediately got up and walked out, Mr. Shaw hurried behind me and said, is there anything else we can show you. I replied that there are no vehicles that I will ever be interested in at this dealership. Mr. Shaw either knew that the truck wasn't there and just wanted me to come to the dealership to try to sell me something else or he is imcompetent and failed to check to see if the vehicle was still there before having me come to the dealership. I have also had issues with the other Dale Earnhardt dealtership in Tallahassee. The GMC dealership tried to sell me a used GMC Acadia with, among other things, a cracked engine block. I will never step foot in another Dale Earnhardt dealership. I wonder if Dale Jr. knows what sort of people are working in his dealerships.

I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. We went there expecting the worse and got exactly what we expected. I did online app was told to come in that they were eager to work with us, but when we got there it was a different story. Not only did they talk bad about our trade in we left we no deal....then was called the next day to hear they can work something out but then never got a call back not even to say nothing could be done. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They get your hopes up then never contact you back. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!DO NOT GO TO DALE EARNHART CHEVROLET!!!

Worst dealership I have ever encountered. There was nothing but haggling in the price. The manager kept coming in to convince us they were giving us the best price! I told them I wanted a payment under a certain amount and they showed me cars I did not want. I worked with a guy who knew nothing, and Barbie. She was a case. I would avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!

I had been shopping on the internet for a month looking for the best deal on either a 2014 or 15 GMC or Tahoe. I had a very good offer in hand from a dealer out of town. Before I made a three hour trip, I went to the GM web site one more time looking for a particular color and trim level. The next morning I got a e-mail from Lynn Mihalich offering her assistance. I dDcided to stop by Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet to see what they could do. I was pretty direct with Lynn that I had found the Tahoe I was looking for out of town for a very good price. Lynn turned me over to Jerome Hill to see what they could do to earn my business. Explained to Jerome what I was looking for and the price point I wanted. While they didn't have the Tahoe in inventory that I wanted, they found one at another dealership, acquired it, and had it delivered to Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet the next day. Jerome and Barbie Jordan worked to give me a great price on my trade-in and a price on the Tahoe that saved me a trip out of town! Every one I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. I have probably owned more than 50 cars in my driving years and the crew at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet made this experience memorable!

My husband emailed the internet sales manager about a 2011 Chevy camaro at a sister lot. After receiving a response on Dec. 1 we discussed it for two days. On December 3, my husband and I decided to pursue it. We called the number they gave us back and scheduled an appointment for 30 minutes from that time after confirming the car was still available. On our way to the dealership we called our bank and were preapproved.Once we got there, the salesman informed us it would be a $1,000 transfer fee to bring it to their lot. When we questioned it, they went in another room and came back to tell us the vehicle was sold the night before. When we told the salesman just to give us a call if a similar deal came available, he went to another office "to get his card". Instead of bringing us his card he brought us a shorter woman who was obviously his manager. She got in my face and tried to tell me I didn't know what I wanted. I let her talk, but I was very angry that she would speak to me in such a manner. We let the salesman pull some information about similar cars, but everything he brought back was $10k over what we already told him we were willing to spend. I stopped him in his tracks and just told him we would have to come back another day.My husband and I immediately drove to Napleton Infiniti and bought a car there. Moral of the story is that these guys think that every person that walks into their dealership is dumber than rocks. They WILL set a BAIT AND SWITCH if given the opportunity.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT SALESMEN!

I am a senior car buyer with many experiences to my credit. This one was as joyful as having another hole in one at my favorite golf course. From the initial email to the first call and finally driving out the car dealership I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Lynn was the catalyst to get me to the dealership. Her telephone response to my email inquiry was prompt; informational; friendly; and very professional. When I arrived at the dealership I talked to Beverly and Tony who were also of the same cut as Lynn. I told them what I was looking for and what I would pay for it and would not spend 4-6 hours in buying anything let alone a car. I was in and out in two hours with the car that I wanted at the price I wanted. When I buy my next vehicle I will go back to this dealership.

He made us feel that he sincerely wanted to help us get the automobile we wanted. How customers are treated is very important. Tony has great customer service skills. I can't say enough about the friendliness and ease of purchasing our 2013 Chevy Volt through Mike Shaw and Dean Sims at Dale Jr Chevrolet. Both Dean and Mike were both very knowledgeable about the Volt, and were more than willing to let us look the car over at our leisure. When it came time to "make a deal", Dean fostered a conversation between Mike and ourselves that lead to an honest and fair deal on all sides. We couldn't be happier with how we were treated with respect and honesty. Even after the sale, Mike has contacted us to make sure everything was going well and ensure we didn't need anything.

My family always bought their vehicles from Champion Chevrolet. When it became Dale Jr. Chevrolet, we embraced it... And we're so glad we did! This dealership, these people, are so friendly, and so helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and put at ease every step of the way. Everyone from Lynn with internet sales that greeted us after we called about a car we found online, to Steve Tucker- possibly the friendliest and most honest, straightforward salesman I've ever encountered- to Mike Shaw who stayed with us, even well after they were supposed to be closed, until we felt comfortable with the package they put together... And then there's Julian, who handled our paperwork. She was so friendly and helpful, it made me totally forget that it we'd looked at so many cars that day. Phew! So that's it. We didn't even mean to by a car today but we looked at two other dealerships in town and nothing held a candle to what Dale Jr. Had to offer.

I listened to a commercial on radio and it said with an 495 credit score or higher get a new equnix with no money down and a 2.97 interest but when i got there didnt offer 2 show me or ask me wat i wus interested n just wanted to know credit score b4 they answered any questions sales man Charles 2 thumps up his manager 2 thumbs down he wantef me 2 have an 600 score or an co signer with an 720 score or higher wouldn't talk about the commercial and I had 2 other people coming 2 buy if I was treated rite so they lost 3 sales cause of manager not working with customer

Took my car in for a check engine light on a friday, they told me the only way they could look at it was if I left my car over the weekend! Wouldnt even pull out the code reader or anything. Just no. Made an appointment for the following monday for the OPENING time (7:30am), waited waited waited, get a call at 4pm saying they havent even GOTTEN TO MY CAR YET! and I had to leave my car over night. They are terribly show and inconsiderate. Would not come back here ever again!

She was very polite and professional with answering my questions, scheduling an appointment, and with a follow-up email. She was the reason why I did come out and ourchase here. I had my 2010 Silverado in for routine maintenance and checks. Servicing was timely and followed up with full explanation of services performed and to be aware of the need to replace all four tires within the near future. I was provided with an estimate of the cost of replacement tires - very expensive! As in all of my previous visits over the past seven years, staff was excellent and professional.

I was looking for a used car for only 4 months while I am in the US, but didn`t want to buy one from a private person. So I went to Dale and Earnhardt`s Chevrolet and met Marion Lee, which turned out to be my luckiest day ever. Even though my budget wasn`t very high, Marion tried her best and found a convenient car for me and there it was: A Plymouth Acclaim! So it took her only 10 minutes to find the perfect car, that I was looking for. We went for a ride and she explained everything to me, was very kind and helpful. Then we did all the paper work and she helped me to get an insurance, a plate and everything I needed to be able to drive that car home the same day. During this process she was caring about me all the time, explained everything to me, as I am not familiar with everything not being an US resident. I came there with a rent car and had to bring it back the same day trying to organize this somehow. Marion just noticed that and organized that Glenn, another nice guy working there, would bring me to the car rental and take me back from there with my new car. That was so nice! Unfortunately the car just broke down just when I got home, which really made me upset. But Marion came AFTER work as a private person to look at it and try to find a solution. We thought it was the battery, but 2 days later it broke down again several times, which of course was so annoying, but again angel Marion helped me out after the operator-guy of Dale and Earnhardt`s just totally left me alone while I was crying on the phone. Marion organized that the car was towed off and the mechanics just fixed it (it was the alternator by the way). I am so glad, I met her! Dale and Earnhardt`s just would`t be so good without her personal support and her big heart! She`s an angel!

I visited D.&E Jr. Chevrolet as I wanted to buy a used car for my 4 months stay in Tallahassee, which was really not easy. But I met my angel Marion, who found the perfect car for me within 10 minutes, helped me do all the paperwork and even organized a driver (Glenn), who helped me giving back my rent car at the car rental so that I could drive home with my new car the same day. Unfortunately the car broke down when I just got home the same day which made me so upset. But angel Marion honestly was so helpful and came to my house the same evening AFTER work to help me fixing it. That was the cutest thing a car dealer ever did to me. She told me that I could call her whenever there will be a problem and I again unfortunately had to do that because the car broke down again some days later and would`t start anymore. I would have been so annoyed and disappointed of Dale and Earnhardt and I would have never recommended it, if Marion wasn`t there. She was my angel and again helped me out, even tough beforehand the D.&E- operator guy just totally left me alone while crying on the phone. She managed to tow the car off and made the mechanics fix it again. Of course, you could say they should not have sold that car to me with a broken alternator, but Marion was just so helpful and constructive and so fast, that I just cannot be angry. She helped me with every problem within a very short time and she has got such a big heart! She is not just a car dealer, she`s a friend! I`m glad I met her!

I bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox and was very please with the experience. I started on line and then came to the dealership. I loved smelling the fresh popped popcorn and enjoyed eating it while I waited for the the paperwork to get done. I liked that all the staff had on matching shirts so I knew who worked there and who didn't. I am a Loyal Chevy driver, I have owned a Prizm, a Malibu, and this is my second Equinox. I bought my first Equinox in 2006 and my teenage daughter not only learned how to drive with it but she doesn't feel safe driving any other car. I bought it new and other than the oil changes, one tune up and brake pads I have not had any other maintenance required in 8 years. I am confident that the new Equinox will be just as reliable.

Mr. Steve Tucker is the best sales person of all times. When my fiance and I first entered Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet we felted so welcomed and comfortable. They weren't out to sale my fiance and I any car! The mileage of their used cars are very low and reasonable! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

I visited Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet, due to heavy gas fumes coming from my 2008 Chevy Colbalt. As soon as I arrived on site, I was immediately greeted by Mr. George Bell. He immediately addressed the issue and my concerns and took action. I told him the gas fumes were getting stronger. He immediately went to the computer, gave me two options, one the price that it may cost to get the car repaired if the fuel pump needed to be replaced, and two, if it was covered under the recall there would be no cost to me. He took the burden and stress off me, just by taking the time to explain what the options might be. When he took the time to research to see if there was a recall on the part that had the problem, that is what you call looking and taking care of the customer. He saved my life by taking control as quickly as he did. When a car is leaking gas, there could have been an explosion and took my life or my love ones. I had my Chevy Cobalt recalled and the guys at Chevy were super quick about getting the parts ordered for my car, getting me scheduled, and getting my car back to me right away. Because of how great they were to me at Chevy, I even had them fix other minor things with my car that I needed to have fixed, and they were so quick and made the process so much easier. None of us like car problems, but Chevy definitely made it an easier time for me. David Rodes espiecally who helped me when I came in, provided wonderful support and customer service, and made sure that I was understanding of what my car needed and how it would be fixed. I strongly recommend this dealership, and although I did not buy my car directly from the Tallahassee dealership, I'm a very proud to be a Chevy owner and no that they will be happy to help me should I ever run into further complication with my vehicle. Very loyal and apprecicative of their customers.

Ask for a copy of car fax. salesman all he could show it had been in some accident. Even though I had to start from rebuilding my credit . I fill strongly . I fill salesman Terry White to great advantage of me . Found all kind of dents all over car you could not see due to it was kept in sun the whole time. I went into Dale Jr Chevrolet and wasn't expecting be approved for anything... I met with Roger McKenzie, the salesman, and he immediately started helping me...I told him I wanted a 2008 or newer SUV and didn't want to put money down, only my trade in. He got right on it. He sent in the finance manager named Aubrey, an extremely nice younger man, to help me. After some time they got me approved and Roger showed me a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer. It was nice but while we were looking at the Trailblazer, Aubrey brought the Keys to the 2008 GMC Envoy and said "this is the nicest vehicle on the lot for what we got you approved for". He brought it around and we decided to take it. When I went in on Tuesday afternoon, I had no plans on making a decision that day.....I just wanted to look around. Brianna introduced me to Joey. I was in the market for a new truck, but I wanted to test drive several different makes and models. My wife and I decided to first try Dale Earnhardt Jr,'s Chevy dealership. A family member recommended I speak with Justin Carraway who would make sure we were introduced to someone who was knowledgeable on trucks. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Justin and then introduced to Joey Higdon as one of their knowledgeable truck salesman. We indicated to Joey that we were interested only in test driving their models, as we were also going to other dealerships to test drive their trucks as well. Joey was pleasant to work with and did not pressure us to purchase that day. We returned several days later and made our decision to pursue the purchase of a new Silverado 1500 truck. Mr. Higdon and others in the sales department made the purchasing process a pleasure. The paperwork and loan closing process was conducted by Aubrey Goodson who was efficient and very friendly. Our overall experience with Mr. Higdon and other staff at the Dale Earnhardt dealership was very pleasant and I would recommend to our friends to consider the dealership when purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Recently bought a 2014 Silverado from Earnhardt Chevrolet in Tallahassee, Fl. We were very impressed by the sales staff of Gerald Stalvey & Justin Carraway. After explaining that my wife & I were only there for their best deal & would be pricing in other states as well,we decided to go no further. We probably paid a little more but it was worth it to get the sales service that these 2 individuals exhibited. Wish I had a business so I could hire them away from Earnhardt!! P.S. Not related & have never met these two until we went looking for a new truck, also not related!!!!!!!! The jury is still out on the service dept. as I have not needed it as of yet. Quality of repairs & facilities are rated as poor as we have not had a chance to use either one.

I had just purchased a scooter and I thought I made a good decision buying it because I felt like I was saving money in the long run and save up to buy a car. Because I had not been able to buy a car do to my credit and I didn't make enough to support myself and afford payments. But at this time I had the scooter for about four days and out of the four days I road the scooter once because of the rain! And I quickly doubted my decision and told myself I need a car. I was riding home which my co worker and I heard the advertisement for Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet and I had heard it before but this time it was different it was like the guy was talking to me. So I went and the first person that came up to me as soon as I step out the car was Christopher Howard and he made my day and change my life. He was able to put me in a new 2014 car with no money down and he was even willing to go as far as to come out his own pocket to help me out. Great experience buying from dale Earnhardt Chevrolet and Julius. We were a referral from another family and found Julius to be very helpful. I love my new silverado. As a lifetime silverado truck owner, the new model is awesome. Even when they didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot, Julius worked hard to make it happen. My new leather interior will be ready soon and I cannot wait! I traded in my 13 for a 14 and the trade was handled well also. I don't know who is writing the bad reviews but maybe it was their sales person.

I got my cobalt ss fixed here under recall witch took over a month to get finished when I did get the car back they put a new ignition in it and then gave me some bull about it had been rekeyed is why my doors and truck had to have a separate key I went and picked my car up the day I had a surgery finished so I did not think much of it then I got better and the more I thought about it the more it bothered me I sent the car with one key for every thing as it was when I bought it and got it back with two keys I'm glad it was no longer at risk for hurting some one but I'm not ok with the fact I was lied to about why it was not all keyed alike as it was when they received it . This is not the first time I had a run in with this place when they worked on my g6 we had to go threw he'll to get it fixed right .

Nice facility. Bought a 2011 suburban in the poring down rain. Had looked at several vehicles finally picked this one. Supposed to be certified pre owned. Also purchased warranty. Somehow financing got all messed up and put in wrong co owners name. Got the vehicle home and noticed the paint was peeling. Took it back and the shop said it had been wrecked so the damage Wasn't covered. Talked to the sales manager because it was sold as never been wrecked. They assured me it would be fixed. It was touch up 3 times and turned out to be worse than before. Now I can't even wash it for fear of the paint peeling. Now i have paid to have the cargo door struts fixed after they broke and the door fell on my head after the shop telling me they were fine. As of right now I have no low beams because on some type of electrical issue. I'm not sure what the certified pre owned is for. I've owned plenty of Chevy's but I'm really considering getting rid if this one.

I recently bought a used 2005 mini cooper from Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet in Tallahassee florida. I walked in and Julius took me right back to see what i could afford. He was amazing! Answered all of our questions took great care of us and didnt make us feel like we "HAD" to do anything. We were so relaxed through the whole process it hardly felt likely we were buying a car, seemed more like hanging out with aa good friend. He took us out and showed us the cars in our price range. The main thing that won us over is that he didnt try pushing us into something out of our price range, we told him what range we were looking to stay within and he didnt mind helping us. He seemed like he was there to take care of us an no line his pockets with our sale. We enjoyed our exprience so much we told everyone we knew and even took two of our dear friends back up the next weekend to see julius. So if you need a vehicle go see them and ask for julius Jimenez. You wont find a better customer service experience no matter where you go.

She checked in on us and asked if we needed anything and would let us know if anything came in that she thought we might be interested in. Finally we stopped to the fairgrounds and saw a vehicle that we thought would work and it didn't. We were looking for a vehicle for my daughter, one that was affordable, reliable, used/certified, and warranted. Terry White made this buying experience extremely pleasurable; he was knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in, genuinely friendly, and even allowed my daughter the opportunity to drive the vehicle home to show her father (prior to a purchase commitment). We also worked with Greg Skinner, the finance manager, to find the package plan best suited for our budget and personal needs. He explained in great detail (so that we understood) the warranty packages and already had options available and ready for us to look at the following morning. My 18 year old is on a tight budget and I wanted to make sure that the vehicle being purchased was covered under a warranty too. He made it work!! I traveled all around looking for the right vehicle at the right price for me. I ended up having to cross the Georgia-Florida line to find what I was looking for and boy I'm happy I did! I have and will continue to tell family, friends, coworkers, and anyone else I know who are in the market for purchasing a vehical to go to Dale Earnhardt Jr's dealership. I had and awesome experience! The staff, inventory, and price was all on point! I worked with Nice Marshman, he was very helpful in helping me choose the perfect vehicle for me. I recently noticed that my Acura MDX was getting poorer gas mileage and it's transmission was slipping, which happend to coincide with a change in employment that added 30 miles to my daily commute so I decided it may be time to start looking for a replacement vehicle. After visiting several dealerships and trying choose a vehicle thaht appealed to my practical side as well as be fun to drive, I was starting to get pessimistic until my visit to Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet. As soon as I walked on the lot, a very friendly and knowledgeable sales agent by the name of Matt Wheeler greeted me and genuinely listened when I explained what qualities were important to me in choosing my next vehicle. Most of the shops I'd visited up to this point had tried to push me one way or another, based on their agenda but dealing with Matt was totally different. I could tell that customer satisfaction was the priority over making the most profitable sale possible. Ultimately I chose to purchase a 2013 Chevy Volt because of it's outstanding performance and efficiency, not to mention the cool points I get with all the engineers in the IT shop I work at for owning an plugin gas/electric car with all the bells and whistles. When it came time to close the deal, Matt made sure the car I chose had all the features I'd asked for and then introduced me to finance manager Greg Skinner. Greg seemed to know just as much, if not more about my new car and walked me through in great detail exactly how to get the best performance as well as how to cash in on federal incentives for this type car so next tax season I'll be getting a $7500 rebate from Uncle Sam. I really cannot say enough good things about the experience I had at Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet and the high degree of professionalism and prioritization of customer satisfaction that Matt Wheeler and Greg Skinner displayed throughout the entire process. I love my new car and years down the road when it's time to replace it I know I'll be returning to Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet.

My husband and I were looking for a new Silverado to replace his Tahoe. I went to the dealership on a Friday night and met Robert Mann, who was very patient as I walked the entire lot looking at the available trucks. We came back the next day to make our purchase. Both Robert & Mike were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured or rushed. And, at the end of it all, I still felt like we really got a fair price both for our trade and the new truck. Moving into finance, we were met by Greg Skinner, who carried on the great service, thoughtfully explaining all of our options and getting us out the door and into our new truck. I cannot say enough about the staff at Dale Jr....by far and away better than any other dealership in town. In fact, I came back three days later to trade in my Nissan for a Chevy!

He was very attentive to my purchase requests and understood the importance of helping me to find the best possible vehicle for my daughter's travel needs. I would recommend this dealership over and over again simply because of how well Terry took care of us. I also appreciated that Terry has 20+ years of auto sales experience. I went to dale jr chevy on Monday to look at used trucks and was very kindly greeted by Chelsea when I walked in. And within 2 minutes of being inside Brianna burns introduced me to Terrell baker. Terrell worked as hard as he could for me and didn't pressure me to buy anything in the least bit. He was as helpful as he could be to get the payments to where I wanted. Lastly Greg skinner was very honest with all of my warranty stuff he didn't try to pull my leg on anything and was very straight forward. Patrick was extremely helpful and kind. He was very considerate, keeping in contact with me through the phone and email and sending me a list of cars he went out of his way to gather information on so I would have a better idea of what was in stock. I appreciate the time and effort he gave toward finding cars that suited me and I was impressed with how much the dealership had to offer. I did not buy due to financial constraints, but I will be back in the near future and hopefully have Patrick help me again.

We went to get information on an Extended Warranty for our current Sonic but ended up walking out with a 2011 Camaro!! Bought a 2013 Camaro which was up in Charlotte NC about 3 weeks ago . I was told that I could not pick it up from Charlotte even though I was there was because Dale Jr. Chevrolet had to inspect it first. So I paid an additional 1,000 to have someone drive it to Tallahassee so it could be inspected (what a joke) . Had the car less then two weeks before anyone ever rode it the backseat. My 13 year old son got back there and said look Mom at this hole in the seat. I stopped the car and was like holy crap. Anyway, thought for sure that the dealership would fix it for me since I had only had it a couple weeks but, NO they will not. If they would have inspected the car they should have seen the hole and fixed it. I took it out to the dealership and showed it to Marion Lee and Mike Shaw. Mike saw the hole but, Marion says she did not see it. They told me they would have their upholstery man call me which he did. He said he could plug the hole that it looked like a dog may have put it there. I DO NOT HAVE A DOG! But, the dealership would not pay. First off I do not want a plug in a seat for a new car. First car payment is not even due till 3/31/14 and I have already going to have to fork out a couple hundered dollars to have the panel replaced. Not good business!!!!!

Love these guys. Two years ago we were driving to Ft Myers,Florida from Indiana when our 2010 cobalt started acting up. When we found out how much it would cost to fix it, Julius said he could put us in a new car. We bought a 2012 Cruze which we loved so much that we decided to buy another Cruze when the time came to trade. After trying to deal with the Chevy dealer in our state we contacted Julius and he could save us 3000$ on the car we wanted. So over 1400 miles and 4days later we are driving our brand new Cruze. We were treated like royalty by everyone we met and were very happy with the deal that was made. A special thanks to all, but especially Julius. I purchased a new 2013 Tahoe and love it. This is my 4th car that I have purchased with the help of Barbie Jordan and her team. Joseph Higdon, my sales person, was terrific and helped me every step of the way. In fact, he followed up with me after the sale to make sure I did not have any questions about the vehicle. (I think he knew I am "technology challenged" and wanted to make sure I was able to work everything. :)) Barbie knows I hate buying cars and, as always, she and Joey made the process easy, efficient and fun. I am very happy with my Tahoe. When I am ready for a new car again, I will absolutely return to Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet.

After car shopping for months and months I found the best deal at this dealership. We drove from 2.5 hrs away and were greeted as soon as we pulled up. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked if we would like water or popcorn. Our whole experience was so wonderful. Terrell bent over backwards to meet in the middle on our trade/deal. I would highly recommend this dealership. They even made sure we had bags of popcorn for the ride home! ??

I took my 2005 Chevy Malibu to this dealership Oct 22, 2013 for leaks. Was informed when trying to get oil change prior to taking to the dealership that car had an oil leak. Took Vehicle to Dale Earnhardt in Tallahassee for the repairs. They found engine and transmission leaks and an issue with CV axle boot. Had all repairs fixed that were recommended. Issues Number 1: CV Axle boot they billed me roughly $500 for that repair when they could ahve replaced the entire boot for half of the repair I found out after the fact when I called another Chevrolet dealership and priced CV axles. Problem number 2: less than 90 days to be exact Jan. 3, 2014 Started my car on way to work heard a strange noise like something caught in a fan and then car quit. Had vehicle towed to the dealership and they denied any responsiblity along with the extended service warranty companay, but that is a different issue, and I was told by Jodie Pitwell of the dealership that even though i was given a 12month unlimited mile warranty this problem is not under warranty by them. My extended warranty company came out and found that seals and gaskets leaked and caused engine failure and that is exactly what the dealership repaired for me in October 2013. I was told by Mr. Pitwell since i had driven the car 7000 miles its not their fault had there been a problem it would have shown up by then. Not only did they deny my claim and warranty they extended to me after initial repair but they billed me $400 for breaking down the engine so the extended warranty co. investigator could investigate the cause of failure so I had to pay dealership $400 and still my engine is not repaired. I am very disappointed in this dealership from intial repair to this major malfunction of the vehicle and engine failure they have caused nothing but heartache and money.

My 84 year old mom and I started the day looking to trade in her 1999 Cadillac. We had thought about trading the car about a year earlier when she thought she wanted an Impala. When we arrived we were warming greeted by salesman, Steve Tucker, who seated us so he could find out what we were interested in. After gathering the information he brought up three different style cars and it was at that point we realized the Impala was too large for her but the Malibu seemed to be the right fit! But we were not convinced she would feel she had the luxury of a Cadillac. Since we wanted to run over to the Cadillac dealership, which is also owned by Dale Earnhardt, Steve took us over to look at the SUV Crossover. It was at this time she decided the Malibu was perfect for her. We then returned to his dealership to make a deal. While working on the paperwork I realized I had to pick up my car which was in the shop before they closed. At this time Barbie Jordon graciously stepped in to finish the paperwork for Steve and had him take me to pick up my car! Wonderful people and wonderful experience.....and the Malibu has all the bells and whistles that the Cadillac ever thought of having!

I'm handicap and my wife had service done at dale earn heart dealer, they dealt with us unprofessional they take advantage if they can not owning up to there mistakes. If u are disable and women I telling you the biggest mistake of your life is having them service your vehicle. My vehicle was leaking oil and they Advised my wife, who took the car in that she needed cv axle work done, they change the plastics boot and charge $400 both sides. Ppl u can buy brand new axles for that price whole assembly. Any way ethics is a big problem on them. Now to the causing of failure with engine w/shote repair of seals leaking of oil caused my engine to have a blown motor costs $1800. Now because extended warranty endurance says your mechanic is at fault they denied to fix leaving me to pay for expenses of dealer finding out the cause of there mistake $400. Without service department fixing there mistake. Leaving the consumer responsible for buying a new motor that had only put 7000 Miles since service.

I purchased a new Silverado, and a new Equinox for the wife. Overall our initial sales experience was as we had come to expect from our times of dealing with them as Champion Chevrolet. After that it started unraveling from there. Both myself and my wife when it came time to sit down and do the final paperwork found the finance rep to be extremely rude in impersonal, and as others have stated we did not come in anywhere near the agreed upon price. In my deal the dealership had included a cover for my Silverado into the financing. It took me four weeks and constant bugging of my sales rep to receive the cover. I was consistently told that TOPS did not have it in stock and it was on back order. The owner at TOPS however stated that they always had this one in stock and they still had no paperwork to deliver it to me. They did give it to me that day however. Next came the referrals. I sent a total of 8 people in ready to buy cars, five of which did. At the time of my purchase the gentleman in the magic glass booth came out and told me I would receive a certain amount for each referral. On the first four it was like pulling teeth to get the money. I had to wait weeks for each one, and had I not continued nagging my sale rep I am sure I would not have received them at all. On the fifth one the salesman told the buyer I would be receiving a slightly higher amount. Which I thought was unexpected but I would not complain. That was Thanksgiving weekend, and here we are two months later and I have still not seen the money even after two emails to their GM, and non-stopping discussions with my salesman. Now he has even stopped offering me excuses and is not returning my calls. As for the repair department this is a whole other issue. Two of the people I referred in both have had some major repairs needed, after the repair department said nothing was wrong. One had to get a whole new transmission, and the other had water pump failure and pulleys replace just weeks after purchasing them. While neither individual bought into the salesman telling them how well cared for the car was, what they did buy into was they claim they had been checked thoroughly by the service department. That is why you buy a used car from a reputable dealer. Both my wife and I have experienced issues with our new vehicles and on all counts the service department states there is nothing wrong, and it just happens that it is common for new Silverados, and Equinoxes to idle very rough and even occasionally stall upon acceleration. They even went so far as to show me a company memo that stated as much. I could go more in depth on these issues but I am already too long winded. One other issue of grave concern to me is the "overly" friendly stature our sale rep has taken. We have dealt with him all the way back to the Champion days, so we chat and banter. However not once but on a couple of occasions, he has thought it was ok to tell me how hot he thought my wife was. I really enjoy buying Chevrolets, and like the vehicles. However I have to say more than just the name changed when Champion Chevrolet became Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet, and not in a good way.

Let me start off by saying that I drove 5 HOURS to pick up our truck that I saw online from Autotrader. I worked out the deal over the phone, was ensured the truck was in great condition, ran great, etc. Carfax checked out and I read the reviews online so I felt comfortable driving that far. We got down there and yes, the truck ran great...until now - I don't even have a permanent tag on the thing yet. We're looking at a knocking motor and the front end is having problems. Everything in the beginning was GREAT! They we're amazing - until we bought the truck and then nothing. We were promised a $100 gas card since they didn't fill up the vehicles on the spot so we drove off with an empty tank and over a month later still NO gift card. We live in GA and OF COURSE the paperwork was messed up - we couldn't get our tag because apparently the paperwork was filed in FL. We're almost 2 months into owning the truck and are just now able to get the tag - and thanks to wonderful "estimated" calculations owe another $300 for the stupid tag - a little off on your calculations when there is a formula to follow! I've called and emailed until I was blue in the face and of course I get NO response. I really thought that with a big name like they have that customer service would be better - well it is until they're able to stick it to you and get you out the door.

On their website for any car you are interested in, they cite the msrp and give you a button 'EPRICE'. ok, so i have cash in hand, i know what i want.. lets talk turkey....click. You get a standard form requiest contact info.. along with the following: " Enter your information and you will receive a special price quote by email ..." ok so i filled it out and yep, it says 'special price quote by email'. now we're talking! "Brianna" replies with a shiney happy bubbly email going on and on about their quality of service, their really hot deals that i can get, how they really want to serve me ....etc etc etc... and nowhere does it give me a price. hey, i thought EPRICE meant i would get their bottom line? where's my "special price quote"? so i wrote back and said if i wanted to come down there i wouldve. so happens i DONT want to drive down and get badgered by sales ppl who will go on and on about their shiney new vehicles and shiney new deals. i want my dang burned E-PRICE...ok say it slowly with me... EEEEEEE-PRIIIIIIICE. i wrote back and told them as much and...wait for it... got another email from their sales manager which went on and on about their "advisors" and quality products and super dee dooper deals and.... no price. yet another person who cannot read i guess. I dont understand. i got cash in hand... know exactly which vehicle i am interested in... know what i am willing to pay... but if dale jr's so called "experts" cannot answer a simple question posed multiple times to multiple ppl ... WHAT DOES THIS THING COST?... then i dont need them. so, way to go dale jr! i do not care if you take 70% of your most expensive vehicle now, you blew it. yep..blew it big time. i'm taking my money and going where the sales ppl actually care to answer what you ask of them. i know it's no biggee to you because there are other suckers willing to bite and willing to put up with run around. i for one am not.

First off our salesman, Daniel, was fantastic! He kept my 3 year old entertained with balloons, chocolate and popcorn. He was extremely helpful, and seemed more like he wanted us to be happy and not pressured more than he wanted to make a sale, that was comforting. I highly reccomend him if you are wanting a car. We went in with a tight money situation, and after turning down many renegotiation attempts by the team supervisor, Barbie, due to our budget, we got our car! I do have to say the finance guy, which was the next process, seemed like he wasnt let in on our financial situation, and was in utter relentless disbelief that we turned down his many attempts to get us to add additional warranties and coverages. They were great deals, just couldn't afford them, it took many no's, to the point of being uncomfortable, to get through that process. So, an average buying experience, what I expected. Also, if you are a first time car buyer, who is on a budget, go ahead and set aside up to 4 hours for the entire car buying process. I would definately reccomend my family and friends, love my new car! It's like the baby bear's porage, just right!

I have a 2010 Equinox that is not too far out of warranty and I don't have an extended warranty because I believed in the quality of GM and figured I would make it through the first five years without any major issues and then I could expect to pay out of pocket for repairs. Well, my air conditioner stopped blowing cold on Sunday afternoon, so I called on my way to work Monday and Robert took the call and said they could look at it that day. Robert wrote the ticket on the car and said he would call when they had it diagnosed. He called me around 9:15 to tell me that the condenser was bad and needed to be replaced and it would cost a little over $800. Shocked, I agreed because it's Florida and you can't live here long without A/C. He called me back at around 11 or so to say that while the technician was charging it the compressor locked up and was broken and it needed to be replaced and now the total bill was going to be $2,000. Of course, I balked and said "no way" and Robert said he would talk to his service manager. A short while later I talked to Robert again and he gave me the good news that they would do the entire repair for the original quote of about $800. This was consistent with the quotes I had gotten when I called around town to see where I would have to go to get the work done should the dealer stick to the $2,000 quote. The car was repaired as promised and on time and when I arrived I got the best news: Robert and the service manager were doing to the repair for $400. I have gotten every bit of service done at this dealership and when they checked the history they could see that I had been quite loyal and so they returned the favor. I was thrilled. My air conditioner is working, I have regained faith in GM, and I will continue to get my service at Dale Earnhardt JR. Chevrolet.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This dealership participates in PREDATORY LENDING. Went into discuss purchasing Car. Manager Tracy Thacker ran my credit application 7 times - resulting in a 72 point Drop in my credit score. Tried to pressure me into signing loan papers before I was ready Do not buy from this Dealer.

I went to Dale Jr to look at cars for my daughter, apon arriving I was met in there car lot by Norman he was very polite and calm not all in my face and trying to get me in the door like most salesmen. He gave me his card an told me to him a call and told me to call him when I was ready to purchase. Few weeks passed and I called him and he informed me that he had been relieved of his job. I returned to the dealership regardless of this and was bombarded with ignorance and no respect and left without purchase. Now I'm called. On a daily basis by someone to purchase from them and I refuse. This is a terrible to treat a customer and they are the reason I dot like car salesmen. They removed the one salesman I actually had a fine conversation with and I no longer will buy from my local Chevy dealer.

After spending a couple hours tesdriving, he stayed well after closing time to help me pick out the car I wanted for a steal of a price. He was so helpful and friendly. Jerimiah spent spent so much time educating me on all sorts of information, regardless of how stupid many of my question were, regarding my new Nissan Armada. We purchased a 2013 Camaro today from Dale Earnhardt dealership and it was a great car buying experience. Aubrey Goodson showed us a few cars 2 days ago. We went back today really just to get another look and do more research. Aubrey was so good we left with a car. He was patient, accommodating, friendly and treated my family with the utmost respect. This is different from the last 2 car buying experiences my husband and I have had since moving to Tallahassee. If you are looking for a car- ask for Aubrey. Honestly the entire staff treated us great- the friendly receptionists, the other sales people ( Mr. Baker), Mr. Fishburn, and the sales manager. They took the time to answer ALL of our questions. Even my 11 year old was happy-popcorn and drinks. I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. They should be commended for the way they treat customers. This was the fastest car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. I strongly recommend this dealership. Mr. Earnhardt would be proud of this staff.

It was finally the first time that I was able to pick out the car I wanted, not what I could afford. After about a week of looking, driving and go back and forth between cars I finally decided on the one I wanted. Everyone was not only patient but extremely helpful in helping me choose the right dream car for me, the Camaro SS. The sales manager, Greg, took an extended amount of time explaining to me exactly the difference between each model in the Camaro and the difference between the engines and performance. Tony Brewer, my sales person, was prompt, pleasant, courteous and very helpful as well. Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet stepped up and met the price I was willing to pay. When it finally came down to the number the sales manager just ask what would it take, I gave her the number and she met that amount. I also want to thank Mandy, the finance manager, for getting us in and out of her office so efficiently (my husband doesn't have patience). My husband drives an Impala for work and after this experience I'm sure he will be buying his next company car at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet!

Truck buying for myself is no easy process but Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet made it happen.. I am a business owner and my truck needs are specific and Katie (my sales rep) was eager to help me find just what I needed. We walked alot, joked alot (I made her spew coke) and drove several vehicles untill just the right one found me. Now I'm not typically a "new" vehicle buyer, I usually look for low mileage trucks but after looking at the benifits of a new vehicle versus a used it just made sence for me to buy a new vehicle and what a great decision!!! My new Silverado is a great truck and fits my needs and when I am ready for a new truck again in a couple of years I'll be right back at this dealership and hopefully Katie will still be there, what a great asset to a company!! Shook hands and made a verbal agreement with Gregory Skinner in the used car sales department not only once, but twice to the final agreed price for the car plus tags & taxes ONLY. When finalizing the paperwork, I asked what the dealership administrative fee was, and was told by the finance person it was a required fee like tax & tags and that they must charge it. So later found out this is not a "required" fee like tax and tags, it is a negotiated fee. Mr. Skimmer added this charge right out knowing we didn't agree to it, and then when questioning their finance department about it was given a "deceptive" answer. Called next day to try to resolve the issue, dealership had no clue as to what it took to make the customer happy. They got their money and that was that. Would I ever buy from again - ABSOLUTELY NOT. They knew what they did, and if they had any concern for customer service they would have tried to somewhat resolve the matter-they did not. Buyer beware! Money was more important than customer service.

My wife and I visited Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet not really knowing what to expect. We had two older cars that we were looking to trade in on one 2013 model and we were really worried about what kind of car we could afford with their combined trade in value. We clearly chose the right place. Catie Mook, our salesperson could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgable about the products she was recommending and her demeanor during all aspects of the purchase process was so professional yet personal. We purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe with a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS and a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder as trades on NOVEMBER 17, 2012. The sales "agreement" was good. At the time of the sale we were told we would get a set of floor mats and a key remote. To this day JANUARY 22,2013, we have yet to receive either one. And to top it all off, we have yet to receive our registration to the Tahoe. We have now had two temporary tags and working on our third. This kind of customer service is not going to get you a 10 on any survey. Good thing we weren't a new car customer. Chevrolet would not be proud. And Hendrick/Earnhardt wouldn't be either.

Everyone was great, before buying the vehicle. After the deal was finalized, it was a different issue. Things are "forgotten", it may take several phone calls to get something that was promised, etc. Dealing with no return calls from Mandy in the finance office after leaving messages for 4 days, was very unprofessional and aggravating. I didn't even get a resolution after speaking with the GM, Mike, who was not at all apologetic for his staff's "lack" of behavior.Another trip in and the sales manager, Jeff, finally took care of us!! He got Brian involved and it was taken care of in now time. All that was needed was a form printed / signed. It shouldn't have been that much trouble to get this taken care of. A big thank you to Jeff .... who made sure we were taken care of, when no one else would.

In 2006 I attempted to purchase a new Chevy Silverado pickup from Champion Cheverolet. This would have been the second new vehicle that I would have purchased from them. After spending the normal amount of time haggling with the salesman, I put off purchasing the truck for a short time. I traveled to another dealer (in Ga.) and saved about $5000.00 on the exact same truck. Fast forward to 2011: I had a deal from another dealer (not the one in Ga.) that I thought I might be able to better because Champion's truck that we looked at was a DEMO with approxamately 5000 miles on it. I told my wife confidently as we looked at the truck, "I'm sure they will come off of the price on this truck a lot because of the milage on it and because it had been in inventory since December 2010". Boy, was I surprised! Champion was still about $5000.00 over the deal that I already had for what was basicly a used truck. Moral of this story is that I will never waste another minute of my time or Champion salesmen's time again and go straight east or north so that I will again save $5,000.00 of my hard earned cash by purchasing my new Chevrolet elsewhere. Have issue that noone will help me resolve in a timely fashion. After I signed the papers to purchase the car, that is when everything went downhill. The salesperson who previously had been friendly and helpful, would not return my phone calls and i had to keep calling him to inquire about the issue i was trying to resolve. His lies have put me in a horrible financial bind and he hung up the phone on me several times. I cannot understand how you can treat someone in this way after they have purchased your product. I also talked to one of the managers who was unapologetic and had an indifferent attitude about my plight, even though it is because of one of his salespeople that i'm in the situation i'm in. Not once has anyone apologised or even tried to really listen to what i have to say. I had to call the Chevy Corporation headquarters to file a complaint and to get them to intercede in my behalf, since the dealership did not seem to care. I'm still waiting to hear how they are going to help me with the situation they put me in. Never again will i or any of my friends and family buy anything from this dealership and most likely never again will i own a Chevy. In short most of the people i've been dealing with have either been rude, arrogant or unfriendly. If you buy from here pray that everything goes smoothly otherwise this is the kind of treatment you will receive.
