I have had my 2007 Mazda cx7 in and out of Dale Spradley Kia multiple times since Oct of 2015. As of yesterday May 15th 2016, I took it back for the 3rd time to fix the air conditioner, they are going to start with the air compressor hose. I have replaced the front end, the turbo and what I thought was the engine but only come to find out It was only a partial engine and have had to replace parts that were swapped over from the old engine. Now it's the EGR valve and gasket that has been removed on two separate occassions, 1 to fix the 3k turbo which was not the problem 2 to put a new partial engine in. Cost to replace EGR $800-1000. I have been offered $500 for trade then $2000 after I put a $5000 partial engine in. As of today after I had it in their shop yesterday my car will not start. I called them she said to jump it and let her know. My cat will not start without being jumped. I would not recommend this shop or the dealership to anyone.

On January 27, 2016 I located a new 2016 Mazda MX-5 Club online at Spradley Mazda dealership in Pueblo, CO. Since I live in Littleton, CO, I asked the salesperson, Jay Cortez, to text me some pictures along with an out the door price which he quoted me $31,444 before tax. I still have this text on my phone. I told Jay I needed to get financing and would get get back to him in a couple days. On Monday, February 1, 2016 I received approved financing. When I called Jay back he informed me that the price was now $31,744, $300 higher due to a dealer handling fee. I asked him to honor the original price and to speak with a manager. The manager Mat Gomez called me and said that the original price was only good for that day and it was now $300 higher and there was nothing he could do. I then called the dealership back and asked to speak with Troy Miller, the head general sales manager for the dealership. Once I explained to him the events, he agreed he would call the owner Carol Spradley and see what he could do. He called back a little later that afternoon stating that the owner agreed to the original price of $31,444 if I would put a deposit down on it that day. I agreed and he transferred me to the finance person, John Secora, who then charged a $1000 deposit on my credit card. I informed him I would drive down on Saturday, 2/6 to take delivery of the vehicleOn Friday, February 5, 2016 at 2:38pm Carol Spradley called me to inform me that she was going to refund my $1000 and if I was still interested in the car it would be at MSRP which was $2000 higher, or $33,500 plus dealer handling fees. I asked her how she could do that after we already had an agreement and had taken a deposit and she told me that she didn't agree with what Troy Miller had done, that he had overstepped his boundaries and she wasn't "going to loose $2000 on a car that is in such great demand".I feel this is fraud and this dealership should be reprimanded for these actions. Looks like according to the F rating on the BBB website I am not alone.

This time when we decided to buy a car, my husband and I decided to research it extensively. We went to at least 6 other dealers, driving Lexus, Honda, Mazda, Chevy, Toyota, etc. It was Pueblo Spradley Kia Mazda that we started with and ended with because we liked them so much. The experience was exceptional, not the typical "I feel like I just got screwed over ... ." Josh and Abe were our salesmen. They were very pleasant, fun, and dynamic, no pressure whatsoever, just there to answer any questions we had in understanding the cars we were driving. Even after the sale was completed, Josh has called to check in with us to make sure all is well. We really appreciated the finance manager John as well, very pleasant and actually enjoyable to work with when financing not just one but two cars. The team at Spradley Kia Mazda really worked hard to make the two cars affordable for us. When we compare these guys to the other dealers we visited, there is no comparison, they were miles above the rest.

Came in totally frustrated (not with Spradley Kia) just to look and obtain info on a new 2014 Kia Soul and left very happy thanks to Jay, Tara & John. Although they had a great selection to choose from I had to be a "pain" and have them find just the right car at the right price...and they did. Not only did they find what we wanted they found it in a 2015. Even though I gave them all a hard time and misunderstood one thing they kept smiling and delivered 110% even on the misunderstood.Jay is genuinely friendly, experienced and very knowledgeable, We received exceptionally great customer service, and from our observation that appears to be the norm. So if your in the market for a vehicle stop in and talk with Jay... you won't be disappointed!

There was no pressure from the sales people. They let us go at our own pace and answered all of our questions. It was great. All of the people, Dan Casades, the best salesman I have bought a car from, and John and Kenny. All three were great people to deal with.

Nic worked with us to purchase a used vehicle. He hung in there and did not pressure us into any one vehicle. His information was very good, his customer service was excellent. Nic, even while off work, kept us informed of what was going on and made sure that someone could help us when he was not available. The after sale customer service so far has been excellent. I Leased a new Mazda 3 ! I worked with Angelo as my salesman and trusted John with my finances! The experience was a change of pace from what I have been used to during this last week, I was recently in a car wreck and dealt with many unreasonable people, but as I arrived at Spradley, the environment is friendly and comfortable. The team at Spradley each greeted me and tried to assist me in any way they can, I felt like a person and not a dollar sign. I enjoyed working with Angelo, he and John as well as other team members, because they were very efficient in finding me a car that fits my driving needs and wants. I appreciate Angelo's effort in making the deal as easy as possible by delivering the car to my house and how convenient it was to come up with some reasonable numbers. My husband and I had been searching for a small SUV for MONTHS! Other salesmen were too pushy or just didn't care to bother with us. Corey and Kreg got us into exactly what we wanted in less than 2 hours! Everyone there even stayed after closing time to accommodate us and were very kind and pleasant to deal with even having to stay late on a Saturday after a busy holiday. I certainly appreciated feeling welcomed and feel as if we made a very good decision to do business here. My family and I went to Spradley Kia to get a price on a used vehicle that was within our price range and we were greeted immediately by a very nice gentleman named Angelo Mondragon. Once Angelo understood what we wanted he showed us prices for some used vehicles, however, he also gave us a suggestion that would allow us to get a new vehicle that was within our price range. We were introduced to the 2014 Kia Optima, which is an awesome vehicle that we are very happy with. After falling in love with the vehicle we decided to proceed with the pricing. At first the price was out of our budget but Angelo and Kenny Martinez, the sales manager, found us a price that we were happy with. I have to say that I did not believe that there could be such a nice and honest auto sales team at a dealership, but I have found one. Thank you for everything!

I worked with daniel who was very freindly and helpful in all i needed. After my car was purchases they stated they would replace my remote to my car. I called and left messages and the only person who called back was daniel. Daniel tried to help me as much as he could with my remote . Do not work with Kenny he was very rude and never called me back. I highly reconmmend to work with daniel!!!

I had a positive experience overall with purchasing my Kia OptimaPositives: Angelo Mondragon the salesman was kind, knowable and not pushy at all. He knew I was interested in the Kia Optima and he did not push me to look at other cars. I liked this right away. My experience in the past with other car dealers is they try to get you to purchase a car that you are not even interested in.Angelo also made a follow up call with me to see how my experience with my new cars was going. I much appreciated his care and concern for my new car purchase.John Secora in finance is a people person. He made my purchase of the Kia Optima a very smooth process. Purchasing a new vehicle has always been a stressful activity for me. Angelo and John eased my worries with their good customer service.Negatives:My car was to be set up for window tint. I was told by Abraham (sorry forgot last name) to bring my vehicle in and that they would have a replacement car ready for me. I showed up at Kia and nobody was expecting me, there was no car ready for me. Abraham was nowhere to be found to find out the details of what he had arranged. Angelo was very kind to follow me to the window tint facility and then gave me a ride to my next destination. My window tint was not completed till 7:30 PM at night. I had traded in my former vehicle to Kia Optima. Two weeks later I noticed that my account was still showing I owed a balance on my former vehicle. I called my bank to see if they had received the payoff from Spradley. My bank stated no there was no payoff. I made a phone call to John Secora; I got voice mail and left a detailed message. I never did receive a phone call back. A couple of day later my balance was paid off. I normally pay my bills online which I find easy and convenient. I went to pay my first car payment in March. I got my statement in the mail with the option of paying online at KMFUSA.com. I created an account on line to pay, when I finally got to the end where you put your payment in there was an extra charge a processing fee of $14. I then called Kia Spradley. John Secora was not in. I was transferred to Troy who did not know why there was an extra charge of a processing fee. I was told to call back on Monday.

I owned a 2012 Kia Optima and happend to go to Spradley Kia for a routine oil change and came home with a brand new 2014 Kia Optima!! Although my deal took a couple of days, Angelo Mondragon was an absolute great salesman and ever though he is just starting out, he is a very friendly young man who stayed positive through out the whole entire process. He took me around the dealership and introduced me to the service manager as well as explained what I could expect when having my vehicle serviced. Troy Miller and Tara Spradley are just absolutely wonderful, friendly people, they acknowledge you while you are there and ask if there is anything they can do for you and that to me goes a long way. John Secora is one heck of a finance guy, he had a great sense of humor and makes you feel like a friend rather than someone who is just there to process your paperwork. In fact everyone at Spradley Kia hade a great attitude, they just made us feel very welcome and comfortable. So much so that we bought another car :) I know a lot of people and in a place where word travels, so you can bet I will definately refer people to Dale Spradley after my experience. THANK YOU AGAIN for helping me drive my dream car.

My salesman Nic Gurule was very informative non pressuring and I was done in a very timely manner..Greg Herman the F&I man was also very informative and quick.... The gentleman Kregg Hartel that delivered my car to me was also very infomative and walked me through how my new 2013 Sonata works..The staff at Spradley Chevrolet were all very accommodating..over all my experience was quick non pressuring and great..I would highly recommend Spradley Chevrolet in Pueblo..

We purchased a new vehicle from this dealership last year. We were told at the time of purchase that the optional extended warranty ($1300) and gap protection ARE refundable/cancelable. We chose based on that information to go ahead and purchase the warranty and gap. We recently traded the vehicle in and we are now being told by this dealership that they cannot cancel the extended warranty and we will not receive a refund. We would have NEVER purchased the extended warranty if that was told to us at the time of purchase. We were lied to so we would purchase the extra extended warranty and now because we traded the vehicle we are getting stiffed out of the pro-rated refund? Not acceptable!!! Maybe an ethics course should be taught to everyone at this dealership.

Kregg gave me the opportunity to test drive several makes and models of vehicles, and listened to my needs, driving habits and concerns and built up to the Santa Fe.When I drove the Santa Fe, it was better than an Ah Ha moment, It was the OH YES! Moment. It was a perfect fit for me and Kregg was right about that.The actual sale went smoothly and all persons involved were professional and knowledgeable of their products. (legal paperwork and Insurance policies.)The followup has be wonderful, and I know that If I have any questions in the future all I have to do is call Kregg or any of the staff.

Our salesman almost seemed a little pushy. He kept asking if we had a deal before we even knew numbers from finance. We bought our new car and was not given a spare key or owner's manual that same night because "parts was already closed". What an inconvenience! Then they didn't even ship them when they said they would and we had to call twice to remind them. We also left a few things in our used car we traded in. I called the next day to get these things and was told they would be put in the mail with our spare key and owner's manual. I called a week later and our salesman said one thing was found and he would put it in the mail. I still have not received anything from him. A little fed up already. Great car, not so good service.

We had the worst experience ever at this dealership. My wife and I called in advance to get a rough estimate on our trade in being we were going to be driving 300+ miles to look at a vehicle and didnt want to waste anyones time.When we arrived it appeared that their whole sales team was standing outside of the dealership smoking cigarettes; not impressed. So we were introduced to the salesman, LEON ???, that was waiting for us to arrive and as we were walking to a vehicle to drive over to their Chevy dealership to look at the truck we called on, he exhaled his smoke and it blew right in my face. He apologized and said sorry, its been 3 hours since I have had a smoke. Again not impressed, we drive to the dealership to look at the truck. When we arrived to look, the truck was in bad shape. The visor was broken, the seat adjustment on the passengers side had been busted, and it needed new struts and much, much more. After we drove it we were hesitant to even proceed but we figured being we drive so far we would look at some numbers. The number he game me initially for our trade was 12,000 but the salesmen stated it would probably be more once we have seen the car. When they brought out the numbers, we were astounded when they offered us 10,500. This was more than 2000 dollars LESS than we had received at any other dealership we had gone to. I was irritated that he wasted our time when he asked where we needed to be to make the deal happen. We threw some more numbers out and they AGAIN came back with a slap in the face by offering 500 dollars off of the vehicle but nothing more on our trade in and accused us of having the vehicle repainted after an accident. The CARFAX was the proof that the vehicle hadnt ever been touched. After I thanked him for wasting our time, we left the dealership and LEON followed us out spouting off about our vehicle and his time. I called back and talked to a manager at the Chevy dealer where we initially saw the truck and got nowhere. I even provided them with a phone number for the general manager to call me with no calls back.Needless to say, this dealership lacks integrity and we wouldnt buy a collar for our for our dog from them even if it was a good deal.
