Stop in and ask for Melissa if you are looking for a vehicle from Dan Cummins. I came all the way up from South Carolina for a truck Dan Cummins had on the lot and Melissa was extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure my trip was not a waste of time or money. She was professional, communicated very well and had great follow through. I appreciated Malcolm in the finance department and his straight forward, to the point service. He understood I needed to start the long drive back and was very organized and respectful of my time. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I can honestly say that the Service Department at Dan Cummins Chevrolet saved our lives. We were driving our 2008 Chevy truck on I-75 from Michigan to South Carolina unaware that the front wheel bearings were disintegrating. One or both of the wheels could have come off the truck while we were towing a trailer doing 70 mph in the mountains. We heard/felt the bearing racket on our fuel stop in Georgetown. Thank goodness we found Dan Cummins Chevrolet! The Service Department Manager quickly identified the problem. The Service Representative (shhhh - he grew up in Michigan) worked us into their very busy schedule. They stored our trailer and even directed us to a nice hotel. They got it fixed safely, fast and did it for exactly what they estimated it would cost. We continued our trip and are now back home safe in Michigan. Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome but the Service Department folks ROCK! Our next truck purchase, we will be back!

The experience I had at Dan Cummins of Georgetown, Kentucky, Was probably one of the Best car purchase I have had in my life time, I am retired and in my 60s. Samuel Cox was my sale person, he was absolutely top touch, he went over and behind his responsibility to make sure I was happy, My brother use to sale cars, so I know what I am talking about, I highly recommend the dealership for it's detail to service.
