I wish I could say I was pleased and satisfied with my customer service experience but I cannot. I brought may car in on 8/9 for a diagnostic test, I was told it would be ready 8/11 but my car wasn't completed until 8/18. I did not have another means of transportation and I was not offered a loaner. The entire time you had my car I never received a phone call from anyone following up with me or keeping me posted on the status. I finally spoke to a service manager on 8/17 after I'd called several times and left messages for a return call and I only spoke to him because when I called this time I told the rep I did not want to leave a message and I would wait for him to get out of his meeting. He apologized for the fact that no one had reached out to me and explained what was going on with my car but on this date the problem with my car had not been resolved. My car was completed on 8/18 and I picked it up on 8/19. Terrible, poor, ridiculous customer service, the worst I've experienced from any car dealership. A little consideration and communication can go a long way. I felt dismissed and disregarded. If there was another Cadillac dealership in the Savannah area, I would gladly take my business there. The crazy thing is when I went to pick up my car, the service advisor, says to me. Thank you for your patience..I'm saying to myself..Really, are you kidding me. I've shared my experience with others who can't believe this is the kind of service that was provided to me, well believe it. I can't make this story up.

Worst Cadillac dealer I’ve ever since experienced. You put a deposit down on a car and when it comes in they tell you a different price than ordered. They upcharge every car they have with ridiculous fees such as wheel locks, nitrogen filled tires, and floor mats while telling you that these few “extras” add permanent value to your vehicle. Horrible sales team from bottom to the very top. Not only is this the worst Cadillac dealer I’ve had the displeasure, it’s the worst dealership I’ve been to period. Sales director Bob King is incompetent and you can see why the sales team is so bad following his lead.

We have owned a Cadillac since 1988 and have always enjoyed a great experience as a Cadillac owner. Vaden Cadillac is extremely proficient in service and always treat us with respect. Vaden employs top notch employees who are very courteous to customers and treat each customer with care.

I’m absolutely blown away by the service here. The service manager Ashely, with Caddillac is incredible. They get my car in same day, call me several times throughout service being performed for updates and does everything to the best of their abilities to accommodate me. Thank you guys for such amazing customer service.
