Was interested in buying a 2015 Kia Soul, me and my husband walked around looking at the car and not one person came to see if we needed help, now mind you, there were at least 3 men standing around at front talking. Will not go back. Very disappointed.

The absolute worst experience buying a car ever. I cant even make this up but please call my number to verify all this bs. I drive an hour from indianapolis to buy a used 50000 ltz tahoe. I am told it needs 3500 worth of work before they can release it. This is weird since it is for sale but i take it home with the intent to bring it back when the parts come in. The first week it leaks oil all over the driveway. Then the battery dies and my local dealer tells me that it was the original battery with 42000 miles. If this isnt bad enough after 5000 miles literally the car shakes when i brake which probably means i need my rotars changed. Which after spending 2600 on a 5 year warranty this is not covered.. 70000 dollar vehicle and no fs given. Do not ever buy f4om this place ever again this is horrible serivce

If we could rate this company with less than one star we would! We brought our truck in for service and they "repaired" it for nearly $700. We did not even get it home before it was displaying the very same problems. We took it back expecting them to stand behind their work. They kept our truck for another full week, "diagnosing the problem". At the end of this week they gave us a long list of issues and quoting a price in the thousands to fix the problem they supposedly fixed in the first place. Now we have to take our truck to another mechanic who will hopefully be honest and not spend a week looking for something because they could not find the real problem. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this service department to anyone. Shame on them for taking money and not standing behind their work!!
