Great staff, specifically Nick H. He will go above and beyond to get you a good deal and is not just pushing sales. He is knowledgeable and enjoys what he does and it shows. All other staff very kind and attentive. If I ever looked confused, which I naturally do, somebody asked if I needed something.

My experience at this establishment was absolutely exquisite. My sales representative, who I’m not sure what his name was (Islander? Ishmael? Iscander?) did an amazing job. I don’t think I can ever buy a car from another person ever again. He helped me find the perfect car. I have never felt so comfortable crying in the car on the highway listening to Bad Bunny. These leather seats are just wow. I would definitely go back.

Have been dealing with Danbury Dodge for over 15 years. Have purchased a number of vehicles from them and recommended them to numerous family members and friends. Most recently, dealt with a newer member of their team, Max. Max helped our family throughout the complete purchase process. He called when he said he would, returned any missed call quickly and was attentive to our needs. Even after the purchase, I thought we had an issue, and Max remained calm and professional. Turns out I was wrong, but Max was determined to make sure I was happy! Thanks, Max!

Do not buy a car here! It's been over a month and I still have only one key fob. First they claimed they couldn't find it. Next it was the old owner couldn't find it. Now I have to drive all the way from Hamden on a Wednesday to get it. No, apparently it can't be mailed to us. I'm happy to take it to a local dealer to get it programmed, but no response anymore from my sales guy. We also don't have the title yet, despite being told it was in the mail within a week of the sale. And we don't have a spare tire. The previous owner kept it? We can't get it until November, though I'm leery about that date now. I understand that shipping is disrupted all over due to covid and don't mind waiting til November, if in fact, we can get it in November. You can't get anyone on the phone. They all transfer you to an extension that just has voicemail. The sales person has stopped answering our texts. We're not trying to be difficult, we're just trying to get some answers. I feel like we've done everything we can to comply and be patient, but there's no resolution in sight. Hence this review...
