We bought our vehicle from here yesterday and we are very happy with our purchase. Before we went into the dealer we read reviews here and took the advice of the reviewer David who wrote a review recently about this dealer not honoring warranty repairs and opted not to purchase the extended warranty. They tried to pressure us but after realizing they might not honor a warranty repair we stood our ground and purchased our vehicle without the extended warranty. After we finalized we bought a warranty from a third party company with great reviews and feedback. Aside from this, it was a very easy process.

Our salesperson, Jess, was amazing. She gave us several options based on what we told her we wanted. My wife had an issue with her 2015 Equinox not holding a charge and not starting. We installed a new battery and the issue continued. We had it dropped off at Daniels Long Chevrolet and also dropped off a brand new battery after the tech states that the new battery we just installed must be bad. They called us later in the afternoon and told us that the generator feed wire that attached to the starter was disconnected and this is what was causing the vehicle not to start. Her Equinox has an extended warranty and we were told that since this wire was loose it was not covered under our warranty. How does that make sense and how does that fall on us? We are not mechanics and do not have time to troubleshoot charging issues ourselves let alone mess with wires which is why an extended warranty was purchased. We ended up paying $340.00 (invoice 448526) for something that should have been covered under the extended warranty but instead this dealership used a disconnected wire as a cop out to not honor their warranty and charge us to clip a wire back on the starter. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, think twice before you pay for an extended warranty. This is another way for car dealers to further line their pockets with your money. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM!

Daniel's Long Chevrolet service advisors to include the service manager are all very professional and courteous, except their technicians seem to care less for product quality. I had my 2016 Chevy Silverado 20 inch wheels damaged both times I had it serviced for excessive vibration. The manager had the issue resolved both times, but the service technician needs to be more careful and caring of all customer vehicles. I advise all customers to always perform a pre and post inspection of your vehicle with your service advisor to prevent a major headache in trying to repair a technicians careless mistake.

The best car buying experience ever. Dondi was helpful, knowledgable and helped me find the perfect vehicle. The Yukon I was considering wasn't exactly what I wanted so she went back and forth to the neighboring Mercedes dealership and found me the PERFECT vehicle. I told her I was concerned with the the time usually required in the financing department. She streamlined the process and we had financing and paperwork completed in about 15 minutes. Over the course of a few days we had settled upon the price of my trade in and the price of the car I was buying. I had obtained a loan from my bank based upon our agreement. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they would no longer honor our agreed price for my trade in. In fact the new price was $5500 dollars lower. The agreement should not have been changed, but even if it was, I should not have been informed after I had arrived. I informed them that if some lower number was part of our negotiations from the beginning then the deal would have probably went through. The last minute change makes me question the business practices of this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Divorcing and getting into a car that isn't any good was not one of my best moments, I work 2 jobs and need dependable transportation, the team that is working with me to get me into something better is awesome, you will never find people that work so hard to make sure that all your needs are met. I'm still going thru the process but this family at Daniel long has genuine concern for your budget, your family and getting you into something reliable and i thank them for that. Going to dealerships sometimes makes people nervous because the concern is making a sale, but at Daniel long it's about what is affordable for you and what's going to best fit your budget.I highly recommend them because they have compassion and understanding to any situation that you may be going through and they will work with you and give it their best. Not once did they pass judgment on me or my situation they just said let me try and help and that's what they have been doing and I thank them for that, so if your looking to buy a car and want honesty, truthfulness and all of your sales team fighting for you Daniel long is the way to go. Worst Car Dealership Experience Ever! January 2016 Totally Swindled Me with Their Unscrupulous Sales Tactics! As Soon as The Papers were signed, they didn't know who we were and moved on to other potential Suckers. Papers I didnt receive a copy of until 5 days after what I was lead to believe was a done deal. Dates on paperwork dont even match.I received a phone call saying My vehicle had been delivered and they would need a couple of hours to detail it. I was so frustrated with the dealership at this time, I waited a day to pick up my vehicle. When I returned to the dealership is when they treated me like Yesterdays Trash as they escorted me around to the back of the building to present me with my Filthy brand new car. I was told by the sales person that I probably knew more about the vehicle than he did, so he would help hook up my phone to OnStar and then he was Done. The first time I was on the lot, to get this great deal they were going to give, I watched as they, "Jumbled the Numbers to Make this Deal Work", every other customer's NEW car was brought to the front of the building and hoods and trunks were opened and the sales person would walk the customer throughout their new vehicle's features. What?!? because you brought my car to the dealership from somewhere else, I don't deserve the same consideration? While at home teaching myself about my NEW car from the owners manual, I opened the hood of the New vehicle to find it completely filthy. When I opened the Trunk to inspect the trunk area, I lifted the back panel up to find a puddle of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) around the filler cap and white spots throughout the trunk area. I went to the owners manual to find out that DEF is Corrosive and what I was seeing was the dried DEF that had been splashed all over the trunk. I called the dealership and asked about the way I had received my vehicle, I was told by the crook that negotiated with me, that the car had sat outside for a couple of days and that's how the engine compartment got dirty. (The exterior was washed completely clean when I took possession. And I was called earlier that day and told that the car had just arrived and that they would need a couple hours for prep.) When I asked about the DEF I was told that he was Not the salesman on the vehicle, so he has no idea how the car was presented to me. Then I was told that he has explained this enough to me and he was DONE with me. I spoke with the GM Brad at the dealership and his main concern was about the Broncos First and then that I had an issue about the customer service I received. I explained the situation to Brad and how unhappy I was with the way I was treated and the condition my vehicle was delivered to me. He offered to detail the vehicle for me. I responded, No. First impressions are everything. This is service you give every other vehicle that leaves that dealership. I was not afforded that service the first time you had possession of my vehicle, what makes me think you would treat it any better a second time? Because now you have to? His answer to the situation, " What do you want us to do?". I don't know Brad. It wasn't me and MY staff that provided a customer with less than adequate service.I took the car to another dealership and they serviced it free of charge and said whoever had it first just didnt care. 0% satisfied.

He made sure my needs were met in regards to what I was looking for in the vehicle. I recently had to have my 16 year old Chevy truck towed into Daniel's Chevrolet, and I was wary because I have an inherent distrust of dealers as being overpriced and always trying to upsell on every job! The service advisor (Carl) was very professional and upfront about what needed to be done and offered discounts to help with the bottom line. When the job was done it was exactly as I had been told it would be. I now have a very different attitude about Daniel's and will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back in the future!

His presence, professionalism, ability to be upfront, transparent and honest has me looking at Daniel Chevy in a different light. I am new to Colorado and have a Pre-Cirtified vehicle I purchased in another state. I called and to make an appointment. Scott Shanen answered. I told him my needs. Scott made an appointment to meet my schedule. He stated that I should ask for him when I arrived. I arrived and did exactly this. Scott was available very quickly. I asked Scott for an estimate on all weather tires. Scott stated that the ones I had on the car were all weather, and looked good. Some other places would have jumped, and charged me for a new set. Scott also took the time, knowing I was new to the area, to point out some things, such as to rinse the "chrome" areas of the car due to chemicals used for De-icing. The next day I went to the DMV to register my vehicle. They need a VIN Number Verification. They stated that any dealership could handle this. I called Scott, he said come in and he would be able to help. I now have a "guy" in Colorado Springs. Scott is a phenomenal person, and a great asset to Daniels Long.

Our sales rep, Christina, went the extra mile to put it mildly, to help us drill down to what we really wanted. She is a hard-working, extremely knowledgeable lady. No games-playing, up front, forthcoming with any and all information we asked for and searched for many days for the best deal we could get. The people are also very military-friendly (better be, in CO Springs!) and also some vets on the sales team. That's important to me. I will go here again whenever I need a new or used vehicle. Bought a new SUV earlier that year and was not too happy with it. Came to the dealership with the idea to just get the vehicle repaired and voice our opinion about the vehicle to the staff. Ended up trading the SUV in for a car that is worth more and in way better condition than the one we traded in, could not be more happy with the new car. while the buying was ok even after I was told they were holding a vehicle for me to look at. After I finally did get one its like they don't even want to know you any more. I was told there were 2 keys but after I asked there isn't. To get a second key the dealer wants $270.00 and my vehicle did not have a current oil change sticker. Also heather told me she had my plates and the plate holders from my vehicle but she locked her keys in her desk ( kind of hard to do with out a key) I was also promised she would have them mailed out that same day along with the plate holders that were on the truck when I bought it. One manger said he would call me back by 2 on Thursday never heard from him and when I tried to call the number he gave me it doesn't work. So I have a truck with 1 key don't know if or when my oil was changed. Don't think you are customer friendly after the sale.

I got a truck with them and went back the next day due to the fact I found a better deal else wear and was looking to use there exchange program . I had to leave for about a hour for work and received a nasty email from there sales manger . I just left this chevy dealer I looked at a 2015 Tahoe ( certified and used) Andre gave us a rate at 52,100 we told him we found better deal elsewhere, he said he would throw in a DVD player. Was having a problem with my drivers side windshield wiper clearing the water from the glass on the return stroke. I had purchased at least three sets of wiper blades (After market) and the problem persisted. Changed left to right wiper arms, all to no avail. Was considering a new windshield when I went to Daniels Chevrolet. The entire contact and buying process went very smoothly. I saw the vehicle I was interested in on the internet, made arrangements to test drive it and ended up taking it home. No pressure/no hassle/fair deal. The entire staff from sales to finance was extremely friendly and very courteous. I knew I wanted a Chevrolet, so I went to Daniels Long Chevrolet (they have a lot of used non-Chevys, too, though). I called to see if they had what I wanted. Of course, they did, their selection is huge. I ended up working with a salesman named Ben Wilcox. He was very friendly, very helpful, and answered all of my questions. I mean, I seriously gave this guy a hard time, and he just kept working harder and harder to get me the car that I wanted. Ben's wife, Christina, also works at the dealership, and she is a super nice lady. I have purchased many vehicles before, but never have I been shown such respect and courtesy by a dealership. I had my little girls with me too, ages 4 & 9. They actually had a blast playing there while we handled car business. My youngest keeps begging me to go back and play at the car place! It was just an overall positive experience, & I would recommend Daniels long Chevrolet, and especially salesman Ben Wilcox (& his wife Christina) to anyone! Heather in finance is a TOTAL ROCK STAR too. Seriously, she is the best!! I did a lot of research online and at dealerships before making my decision to purchase a Chevy Colorado. In the end, I had 3 choices. Al Serra, Daniels Long or drive out of Colorado Springs. I decided I would do business locally so option 3 was out the door.My situation was a bit different than most, as I had trade that was worth more than the car I was buying and I qualify for employee pricing. Not the easiest case for a dealership.I visited Al Serra first, and while the sales person was nice and all, the typical feeling of being sold to and pushed to buy was there right away. Not to mention the general sales manager that I was introduced to was arrogant and demeaning, made me feel very uneasy and like if I was stupid for even asking some questions.I got in contact with Daniels Long and exchanged a few emails with Christina. She urged me to go into the dealership right away because she had what I was looking for available and told me it would be sold quickly. At first I thought it was just another sales trick. Well, I was wrong, ha!I went in to the dealership the next week and met with her. Reviewed the truck I wanted, she showed me the color I liked, unfortunately, the truck in the trim and colors I was considering weren't in stock. Turns out the Chevy Colorado was a very hot commodity and they couldn't keep them in stock. - I should have listened and gone in when she told me to, it wasn't a trick.I had her give me an estimate for my trade, it just wasn't that good and I walked out. She told me she would check with her sales manager in the morning to see if they could do better. Well, she went out to bat for me and hit a home run. I was asked to bring my trade in one more time. This time they offered me exactly what I was looking to get for the trade and were really helpful around the purchase of my truck.The entire time, Christina was there ON MY SIDE, not the dealership's and not the fake good cop/bad cop routine. She understood what I was trying to do and why, and she made sure her superiors knew and they didn't give me the runaround. Because the Colorado is so limited right now, we placed an order in November, at that time we also made an agreement on the price of my trade AND they let me keep it until new arrangements were done or until my truck arrived. Expecting the truck to arrive quickly, I didn't think the trade price would be impacted.But it took 3 months and 1 week for the truck to arrive, not a reflection on Christina or the dealership, just a hot item for Chevy and slow production. It felt eternal. Anyhow, during that time, Christina kept me in the loop of the status of the truck, we even tried at one point to do a trade with another dealership, but the other dealer refused. She did everything in her power to get me the truck sooner and to make me happy.Once the truck finally arrived (last night) I was concerned that the dealer would try to play with me and low-ball my trade. It had been 3 months after all. But I went in today, Christina received me with the biggest and friendliest smile you have ever seen. Made me feel truly welcomed, not just for my business, but as a person. She was very attentive, and made sure I was well taken care of while I waited for the paperwork. To my pleasant surprise, just as she promised, the trade value had NOT been reduced. I still got from them what I was offered 3 months ago. When we made the order, I jokingly told her I wanted a big bow on the truck... Well, she made it happen, there was a big blue bow on the hood of my truck. Unfortunately, she didn't let me take it home :( but it was there.My experience with Christina was always pleasant, always felt truthful, I really felt and now I KNOW that she did everything in her power to make sure I was well taken care of. She went out of her way with the dealer's management to ensure the deal was intact and kept me in the loop of the status of my order at all times. I know I annoyed the heck out of her, with all my requests and indecision... Sorry!But I truly mean it, if I need to buy another car in the future and it happens to be on her dealer. We purchased a 2014 Tahoe from Guy Choi at Daniels Long Chevrolet last night. They are located in an auto mall so we went to 3-4 other dealerships before winding up there. This was the only dealership in which I didn't feel like I was a piece of meat being stalked by shady salespeople. The reps do approach you and offer to help, but aren't real pushy. Once we were inside making our deal the entire atmosphere in the lobby was relaxed and comfortable. The GM Rich Thompson continually made his way around engaging in conversation with all the customers. I was there a few hours all together and spoke with him 2-3 times...each time he remembered my name and NOT ONCE tried to sell me. We had a minor miscommunication after the fact, I called my rep Guy and he stepped up right away and made it right. Great overall buying experience!!!

My wife and I had an incredible experience and Daniels Long Chevrolet. My wife's car recently dies and was junked. We saved up some money to get her a used car, and after some research found a car we liked (mileage, price, size, etc.) on the internet. We called to come take a look and test drive, but while we were in route that car was sold. We were a little dismayed, but Ben was determined to fine us a car. Ben went out was searching their inventory, and actually found a recent trade in for us to look at. Ben went to his sales manager (Mike) who agreed to sell us the trade in for the price of the car we had gone to look at, over $4000 less than what there asking price was going to be on it, in fact. Ben (who we later found out was helping us on his day off), Mike, and Heather were incredible. They helped us out, answered every question, and were very profession, comforting and friendly. Jerry detailed the car extremely well (my wife was impressed which says a lot). And Greg in the service department did a great job as well. My wife and I were extremely satisfied by the service, friendliness and help of everyone we encountered at Daniels Long Chevrolet.

I walked into this dealership with a list that would give any salesmen a headache. I wanted an SUV with a back up camera, leather seats, 3rd row seating that laid flat and provided enough space for my great dane, low low miles....all for under $20k. Joel told me he would do his best and boy did he produce. He got me in a 2013 Kia Sorento with every box checked for the lowest he could get me. He was even willing to put his neck on the line when my husband told him if he could get some off the price we'd drive it off the lot that day. And he did! Ask for Joel and he will bend over backwards for you!We also worked with Heather in finance. She was equally as awesome. Not only did she answer all of our questions, but she also interacted and treated my two boys (4 and 16mos) wonderfully! She was very very accommodating and patient when our kids started screaming and we had to divert our attention from the paperwork.Overall, we had a wonderful experience here and will DEFINITELY do business with this dealership again!

so my old car blew up at the start of winter just after the holidays I was stranded at my house car-less, I really wasn't in a position to buy a new car but I sent them a message wondering if they were able to help me out.they responded quickly and eager to try and fix my dilemma, they even drove out in a snow storm to pick me up to look at cars.all the staff was really friendly, I didn't feel pressured to buy and I feel like I got a good deal love the new sonic nice not worrying about car problems and does great in the snow and very nice on the inside. definitely recommend.

When we received notification from our insurance company that our car was declared a total loss after our daughter was rear-ended, we were devastated. We are family friends of the Fentimans, and Gary immediately put us in touch with Mark Barton, who orchestrated our sale from start to finish. Our salesman, Guy Choi, was FANTASTIC! He spent the entire day with us showing us everything we wanted to see within our budget. He even gave us a personal tour of The Broadmoor during a test drive by the hotel! My wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle. We figured it was time to retire our 1998 Ford Taurus. So much like anything I do, I did Internet research first. I looked at a variety of mid-sized SUVs/Crossovers and a variety of dealers. I researched both because what is the sense of buying a vehicle if the dealership isn't going to take care of you afterward. After several days, I decided Daniels Long Chevrolet was the best dealership for me and the I knew I wanted an Equinox.I went in on a Tuesday and talked to Tyler Tust. He took down some information and we test drove a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. He even offered to let me take it home for 24 hours just to make sure I liked it. The next day, I brought my wife and son in and we test drove the same Equinox. My wife and son loved it. Needless to say, we left the dealership that night with a new 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LS. It has been almost a week and I still love this vehicle. Usually within 24-48 hours after making a huge purchase I am always plagued with regrets and thoughts of why did I do this. But thanks to the folks at Daniels Long Chevrolet, especially Ben Wilcox, my mind was set at ease. Ben took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us get the best deal possible. I definitely don't regret purchasing this vehicle. The best part is, this dealership doesn't just sell you the vehicle and then cut all ties. They follow up with you. Ben followed up the next day, then that weekend. Ben made sure there were no problems and if there was he wanted me to know Daniels Long Chevrolet will take care of them immediately. He stated he wanted us to feel the same enjoyment with our vehicle in our 3rd year as we felt when we drove it off the lot.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I received my first Saturn Recall (ignition) Notice in March 2014; reached out to a "close" Chevy Dealer since no Saturn dealers exist; was told there were no parts but would take my name and number for which was added to a Waiting List; received my second Saturn Recall (electric power steering (EPS) Notice in June 2014; reached out, again, to the "close" Chevy Dealer and was told since I was already on the List this would be taken care of at the same time; inquired about parts availability and was prompted advised "I wish I knew and I needed to call back, periodically"; received a mailer on 11/13 from GM with a different "not so close" Chevy Dealer contact info; called and was pleasantly received by Carl and had an appointment to repair both recalls the following week; Carl was expecting me and greeted me by name; learned he was a Vet and thanked him for his service to our Country and how pleasant it was that he remained in our Community; car was done as promised and Carl's smile greeted me upon my arrival for pick up; often Management only hears the bad but it was important to me that I write more then the norm to advise what a GREAT experience I had and that Carl is a keeper!!

I dealt with Heather Morgan this past Saturday and I really liked her friendly personality. I told her what I wanted and that's what she got for me she was up front and didn't try to put me into something that I didn't want. We spent most of the afternoon going over finances and finding the perfect truck for me. With the help of Dondi Coon doing the paper work and Heather negotiate with her manager on the price of the truck and putting up with me being very picky I ended up with a truck I came to buy and walked away very happy and gained some new friends that day. All the employees of Daniels long Chevy are very friendly and very professonal. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Daniels Long in an attempt to purchase a new vehicle. The first two phone contacts were very friendly and positive, but as soon as I started emailing the representative with questions in regards to cap cost, lease term, etc I received no response for over a week and half with 2-3 emails sent. When I finally did hear back it was from a different rep who said that another co-worker had been in contact with my husband and that we couldnt get the price down "as we should know a Tahoe is an expensive vehicle". Not only was her comment offensive, as if we were looking for a vehicle out of our price range--I can tell you THAT is certainly not the case, but her comment was completely false. My husband had spoke with not one person. Lastly, the few numbers she gave me, saying that they would be looking at $800 a month for the Tahoe is a joke. Tahoe lacks slightly comparing to a GMC Yukon, and our last talks with GMC about leasing a Yukon was not quite $600. These people are either deceptive or incompetent, either way--no good!

Me and my husband were picking up our 2011 Camaro from getting serviced and went to pay for it and WALAH! My bank card had been deactivated because of a mix up at my bank. Ray did something he did not have to do, he gave us the oil change for free as we did not have any other credit cards with us and my husband did not have his wallet. .we felt so bad, and really appreciated what Ray did for us. We were on the hunt for a used car. Andre drove us around all day to different lots looking. We settled on a very new used car with low milage. A little over a month later the car overheated and we did a vin search (carfax was clean) and determines the car had been wrecked and fixed under the table. Once Mark and Phil found out about this I received a phone call with an offer to buy something else. They paid off my entire loan and were very patient as we walked through what we wanted to do. We mainly dealt with Tyler, Andre, Mark and Phil and they were understanding in our stressful time and did everything they could do to make sure we were taken care of. We usually had our kids with us and they took care of them too. With the playroom, balloons, Popsicles and Cruz. Whenever we said we needed to go back to the dealership they were excited to go and immediately started to seek out Cruz and Tyler. Jim in finance was awesome explaining everything every time. We really love our leased Traverse and are so thankful that they went above and beyond to take care of us.

Daniels Long Chevrolet is in a great location for downtown or Westside folks in Colorado Springs, great facility. I have a new 2015 Silverado and have had work done twice at Daniels Long Chevrolet. Both time the vehicle came back with grease all over the leather interior and doors and any area they touched or sat on.After talking with the service receptionist about not having floor or seat protection on the new leather and floors, she said they always have the car protected, but this is not the case as both times I saw the mechanics driving truck without coverings.The oil mechanic drives the truck back to front after servicing with no glove on and oil all over him and his feet. All other major dealers have only the oil change guy stay in the pit changing oil. They need to change their system process of having a clean staff person drive vehicles out of the service area, if they want my business.They also serviced the DEF and blew white fluids all over the engine and exterior when servicing, and I noticed when picking the truck up.Beware of oil changes and service if you want to keep your vehicle clean.

Since I was having several items worked on (replacing a part, oil & filter replacement, etc.), they kept me informed of their progress. My car was ready to go in a reasonable period of time. Our recent experience with Daniels Long Chevy was great. We were just browsing on the lot when Drew came out and started talking to us. He was a wonderful and knowledgable salesman, not pushy and was genuinely interested in what we were looking for in a car. He was very honest and upfront about any questions we had. We actually purchased the car in the evening and when we got home and looked in the daylight we noticed some pretty significant hail damage. Drew helped us get hooked up with the proper person there to get it repaired and they did a fantastic job repairing it - you would never know there had been any damage. Our only disappointment in the whole experience was the fact that we asked about possibly getting a good deal on some mats or something because of the hail damage and we still haven't heard anything on that, but overall Drew and the body shop folks were top notch!!

This dealership is by far the rudest dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold me a car that has been in the shop twice in the three months I've owned it. This last time it was in the shop for over two weeks!! They never offered me a loaner car until I demanded one and told them I wasn't leaving until I was given one. They hung up on me, transferred me to voicemails of people that never called you back. When I finally got my car back from the dealership, I drove half way home before TWO more check engine lights came on. I called the dealership hoping to drop it off and trade back for the loaner and was told it was too late and service had gone home so I was out of luck, then he hung up on me. Please go somewhere else. Ive called and emailed the general manager, haven't heard from him yet.

Wow, I have to just say my experience with Daniels Long was simply amazing. I have never experienced such a great car purchase in my life and this dealership goes above and beyond to make your experience right. I had a 2011 BMW X5 which they provided a more than fair trade on and did everything to find a 2015 Tahoe with all of the options I wanted. The sales team of Katie and Aaron did a great job keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle and ensured that my customer satisfaction was most important to them. The finance person was great to work with as well, he worked directly with my lender and ensured the best rate and warranties were part of my deal. I will definitely buy another car from them again. I really cannot say enough...oh and Cruze the amazing Newfoundland is pretty awesome too. Thank you guys again for being honest and ensuring 100% satisfaction.

My husband brought his 2012 Chevy Silverado in for possible trade. We wanted to see what Daniels had that would better us financially. I had called prior to going in and spoke with Tyler (salesman) on the phone. I gave him a list of vehicles we would like to try out for our trade. He kept following up with me and checking in up til our appointment. Tyler worked super hard to get us in a vehicle that best fit my family. After searching the lot and test driving many vehicles we weren't able to get in a vehicle we had our mind set on but Tyler insisted we test drive a car that I was dead set against getting! Well let's just say when we test drove it I fell in love and we left Daniels with a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Tyler worked super hard and did an amazing job getting us in a vehicle. A++ service. I don't write reviews and I don't like car dealers, but Daniels Long deserves a good recommendation. Salesman Jeff Bentley was knowledgeable, honest (an honest car salesman?) and easy to bargain with as we worked out what to me was a good price on a 2015 new truck and accessories. Did I get dealer cost? Let's not be delusional, but to me a fair price. Susan Barr provided good service during the sale and a fair trade in value for my old truck that matched blue book. How many times do you get a blue book trade in? For me, only in dreams, until now. Finance Manager Jim Snyder was the best. No push, no hype. Very professional and informative, explaining every line item in detail and very easy to deal with. Am I a great negotiator, car buyer? NO. but I liked this place, If you're looking for a new Chevy, give them a try.

I was driving by and saw a row of Corvettes out front. I was looking for a sports car and thought 'What the Heck'. I was looking for about 5 minutes when Andre Clark showed up and before I knew it we were heading down the I for a test drive. I drove 2 that day and could not believe the amount of attention I received from the entire, friendly staff. Andre was very honest and open about each vehicle and actually noticed a couple of items that he thought were unacceptable on the vehicle. When during negotiations he mentioned that they would take care of theses discovered issues I was totally surprised. I have bought many vehicles in my life and I must congratulate the management for putting together such a great team. From reception to sales to service to parts to finance I was treated as a special guest in their home. This to me is why I will be back to Daniels/Long if I need another vehicle. Thanks to Derreck Jordan, My husband and I were able to drive away in the car I've wanted for some time now, 2013 Dodge Avenger! My husband had been talking to Heather about a Chevy Malibu while he was deployed. I was able to come in and test drive it and decided that it wasn't going to fit out needs. We came back to see Heather several months later and bought an Equinox. We loved Heathers fun personality and that she wasn't pushy. We knew what we wanted and she did everything to make it happen! As we we're leaving the dealership that afternoon with our new vehicle even my 7 year old daughter said "Ms. Heather kind of treats me like I am her daughter!" Heather was so sweet and so compassionate I came to the dealership not really knowing what position I was in with my vehicle and after talking with her on the phone I felt comfortable coming to the dealership she told me that no matter what happens I would leave with a new car or would at least know what I need to do to make that happen we spent about an hour or so going over my vehicle and my credit situation long story short I was not able to buy a vehicle at this particular point but I was so impressed with how compassionately she handled my situation I am looking forward to getting a couple things taken care of so I can come work with her again I could not imagine going anywhere else

I wanted a used Jeep wrangler, and Jeff Bentley found one I wanted in Salida, CO. He got it here and all the paper work was ready when I walked in. I am not a seasoned car buyer. It has been 14 years since I purchased a new vehicle and had my old vehicle not have had 235,000 miles I would not have purchased a new vehicle. I gave a 4 rating for over all experience because initially there were some snags in the process due to communication issues involving another rep. With that being said, the sales rep, Jeff, did an amazing job in assisting me to complete the process. He graciously took two of my panicked phone calls (that I made outside of normal business hours), without complaint. After the initial snag, I think Jeff realized how inexperienced I was at this process and took extra time to make sure that he understood my concerns. Before the process was completed, I got the car I picked out, the strip I wanted, and toured the dealership. My car is beautiful. Also noteworthy is that a co-worker recommended the dealership and did receive a check for that recommendation.And most impressive, very late one evening, while negotiating with Jeff, waiting in the dealership was a couple with a child that was stranded. The only rental agency open at that time of night was at the CSC airport. Jeff gave this couple a ride to the CSC airport to pick up a rental vehicle. No small task as the dealership is on the far west side of CSC and the airport is on the far east side of CSC. I gave a 3 for price of vehicle as I am not sure that I got the "best deal," but I believe I got what I wanted for a reasonable price. I would recommend Jeff Bentley as a sales rep because he will go the extra mile for you.

From start to finish, this was a pleasant experience. I was initially greeted when I arrived, and received immediate help in locating the car I came to see. I was shown the car, allowed to check it out without "pressure". When we made the deal, Mike made sure "we were on the same page", and got the paperwork ready fast. The worked with me fast and efficiently and made sure I was okay during the short waiting processes. The overall atmosphere was positive and comfortable, even leaving I was shaking hands and smiling. Mike delivered the car, made sure I had the owners manual, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the car before I left. Overall this was my best car buying experience so far. I was very hesitant to have my vehicle serviced at a dealership, but I was put at ease the moment I wanked into the office. I was greeted with enthusiastic, smiling, friendly staff. I explained the problems I was hearing and noticing at the service counter and gave the staff my best guess of the problem. Upon the technician looking at it I was given a detailed explanation of the what was wrong after it was looked at. I felt confident in the service I was receiving. I brought my car in late in the day and was generously offered transportation to my destination as I chose to have my beloved van stay safely at the shop overnight while parts were ordered. From the shop on my first trip back to work my van drove like it was loved, safe, and in a newer place than when I dropped it off.Thank you

I had purchased a used Toyota RAV4 for my daughter and we suspected brakes may need some work. We left it with Wayne to check out. He test drove it as well as checked brake pads and found nothing wrong. He did not charge us anything for this which I thought was very awesome! Jack Boehm helped me once again find the perfect vehicle for my 'just-turned 16' daughter. Even though my children have to pay for their auto insurance and expenses, I purchase their first used car to get them going. He found me a 1999 Toyota Rav4 that I think will work perfectly for a girl that wanted a truck and hates little cars. He knew my 'out the door' amount and did not try to persuade me to go over that. Excellent service again by Jack; wonderful sales person; knows what he is talking about. While completing the deal, a couple came by to say HI to him and they had also gotten 2 cars from him. That shows a lot when people come back and have a good feeling toward their sales person/facility. And of course, I need to mention Maggie again - wonderful person.

I asked him if i could take a look at a new truck, he asked what type of vehicle i was interested in and walked me out to the trucks. Derrick was very knowledgeable of the trucks and explained to me the differences. he answered all of my questions and the ones he didn't know he would get the answers in a timely manner. Derrick was up front with me and tried to get a vehicle within my price range, he didn't use any of those sales tricks or pressure me into buying a vehicle out of my price range. My husband an I bought our new 2014 Silverado and 2014 Impala from Daniels Long Chevrolet. We both shopped on the Chevrolet website to build our cars prior to going to the dealership. It took us several months to decide on exactly what we wanted. Once we knew, we went to Daniel and the entire team there made our vision come to fruition. Michelle in the Internet Sales department called us to make sure we felt welcome to come in and assured us of our USAA membership incentive. When we got there Jack (salesman) worked hard to find my car and located it in New Mexico. The next day my car arrived at the dealership here in Colorado Springs in beautiful condition just in time to get the President's Day incentives as well. They gave my husband the exact amount he wanted for his trade in on his old Silverado Truck and placed him in a beautiful new Silverado. Phil (Sales Manager) was great in helping us seal the deal, Heather (USAA Representative) helped me fill out paperwork and helped Jack get documents together, and Jimmy (finance guy) got us an even better interest rate (2.39) than we were originally quoted at 3.29 ; which allowed us to knock an entire year off of our finance package. And Cruz (the dog) played with my kids when we came back to pick up my car. Cruz belongs to the General Manager who passed out candy bars to my kids making my daughter very happy. After all was said and done, Dallas in the Service Department took care of getting my new weather mats for my car and arranged for my windows to be tented. While my windows were being tinted, he provided me with a car from the dealership to get around to run errands until my car was ready. The entire experience at Daniels Long was GREAT. We are happy and will be life long customers. Prior to this transaction, we purchased a Suburban and a Silverado and drove both for 10 years. After we drive these new Chevrolets, we will surely purchase again. We love the Chevrolet Brand and we love Daniels Long.

I took my car in for regular oil/filter change, and recall service. I showed up an hour earlier than my appointment. The service representative and a helper performed a four-wheel alignment check, and i was told I needed to get them aligned. (I did not like this process - felt like another way for them to get me to spend more money). Anyway, I told the service representative I also wanted the air filter replaced. Also, I received an e-mail from them offering oil change and four tire rotation service for a special lower price. I was told the procedure would take about three hours. I got a ride home from their service. After five or six hours, I received a phone call from the service representative who said my car is ready, and was going to cost me separately for the oil change and four tire rotation. I mentioned about the offer that they sent me, and also about the BIG sign they have before you entered the service check-in area. He said he was not aware of it, but adjusted my bill. When I came to pick up the car, the car was not washed or vacuumed, unlike the last time I took my car in for service. When I got home, I checked the engine area and the windshield washer and coolant level were low, and the air filter was not replaced either. I should have checked if they actually changed the oil, but got interrupted before I was able to do it, and my son had to leave. Was I expecting too much from a Chevy Service? If I've taken my car to Brakes Plus, I know the fluid levels would have been checked and refilled.

I purchased a 2013 Chev Tahoe in late September 2013. I was involved in a vehicle accident with this Tahoe. The vehicle was totaled. My first thought was to call this dealership and Drew Fairchild to see what I can do to get a new Tahoe. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze Manual last year at Daniels Long Chevrolet and had a wonderful buying experience. After having it for about 8 months we decided to switch from a manual to an automatic. We went back Daniels Long Chevrolet about 1 hour before they closed and met a very kind, energetic lady named Michelle Eaton. We thought they were going to just give us an appointment for another day because of how late it was but that wasn't the case. She took care of us as if we were the first customer of the day. We told her all we wanted to do was get a automatic Chevy Cruze because we loved our old one so much and she focused on just that. We ended up leaving Daniels Long Chevrolet that night with a 2014 Chevy Cruze 2LT that we love so much and will definitely return to purchase another car here.

I was shopping for an upgrade to my Honda Ridgeline so that I would feel more comfortable with towing my new travel trailer. I perused various local auto dealer web sites and subsequently contacted Heather Morgan. We arranged to meet and search for a truck that would meet my needs. I indicated to her that one vehicle I saw on the web site appeared to be a good solution. Heather arranged for a test drive and indicated that if that vehicle wasn't for me, she would work with me until we found the right one. As it turned out, the 2008 GMC Denali that I test drove was a good choice and I purchased it.Heather was a pleasure to work with and very professional throughout the purchasing process. I later worked with Dallas Ivey to purchase some accessories for the truck. Once again, I was impressed with the customer service given by someone at Daniels.A few weeks after I purchased the truck, the battery died. I called the service department and arranged for an appointment to install a new battery with Ray Noriega. The battery was replaced quickly with no issues. I was impressed with Ray's enthusiasm and customer orientation.

Ray was very helpful when i entered the service center to ask about getting my thermostat fixed on my 2011 chevy cruze ls. He looked up to see if it was under the power train warranty and found out the service would be of no cost to me and neither would be the diagnostic. He made sure the service was done in one day and that i had the vehicle back in a timely manner. i would go to Ray again if i ever had to bring my vehicle back to Daniels Long Chevrolet. We were very pleased with our latest vehicle purchase. Drew was very nice and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Although the financing took a while to complete everyone was very easy going and easy to work with. The only downfall was when I brought my car back to get detailed, the service area had my car all day, and when I came to pick up, it had never been done. That was frustrating, however I just brougt the car for an oil change, and the service was fine, and done in a timely manner.

If every dealership sold cars like "Daniels Long" did, the whole fear of car dealerships would be crushed. They were friendly, kind and understanding. Drew Faichild Was our car sales man but quickly became more of a friend than" the man I have to battle to get the car I want". He gave me a point of view on where the dealership stands on the car and the took our given information and put it into the equation, giving me a complete understanding of how far my income and credit could take me with the new payments along with trade in value. This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had and hopefully won't be the last, that's the reason I will be back next time i need a car!

What really impressed me about Daniels Long Chevrolet, Colorado Springs was the quality of service in the environment that was present. We where outside in a tent in 95 degree weather, and they were still able to please us in a timely matter. Customer service was excellent by everyone, an the vehicle is amazing as well. I found the 2011 GMC Acadia Denali on the Daniels Long Chevrolet website. I contacted Michelle Richardson (Internet Sales) and inquired about the vehicle and possible test drive. She immediately secured the vehicle such that it would be available just for my wife and I when we got to the dealership. When we entered the dealership, both Michelle and Jason Ziegler came out and introduced themselves to us and began the process of a test drive for both my wife and I. Jason took us through each step and allowed us to test drive the vehicle over a range of roads and speeds. He made sure my wife test drove the vehicle to see how she liked it and asked for her feedback.After the test drive, Jason inquired about our interest and after we told him that we were very interested in the vehicle. He asked if we wanted to make an offer. We had done our homework and found the asking price to be fair for the vehicle, we told Jason to write up a sales contract and secure the best possible financing available based on our credit rating. Jason came back in a very short time and went through the sales contract thoroughly. Each time Jason left us, Michelle came by to make sure we had everything we needed. Once Jason finished with the sales contract and we signed it, he handed us off to Jim Snyder (Finance officer). Jim went about his duties skillfully and quickly, explaining each closing document as he went through them, making sure we understood what was in them. He also secured a great finance rate for this loan with a local banking institution. That was an important point for us. Jim asked us and we agreed to a comprehensive warranty for this vehicle as it is a high end vehicle with complex electronic systems. When Jim was finished with his financial duties, he personally took us over to meet the service manager, Gerry Burrows, to set up an appointment to have the vehicle serviced as soon as we could bring it in after the Christmas holiday.When we brought the vehicle in, Gerry was waiting for us and took the vehicle right in and started the servicing. When the vehicle was ready, Gerry personally called us to notify us that we could pick it up. Which we did. From start to finish, the sales personnel were professional, but not in a hurry to close the deal. They were friendly and considerate throughout the process. Other staff members on the showroom floor also inquired if there was anything we needed or wanted. We feel great about our experience with Daniels Long Chevrolet and the people we interfaced with. The process was time consuming, yet each member of the staff made it easy to go through it. Each member was knowledgeable and experienced without any hint of attitude. Each member of the staff that interfaced with us made us feel welcome and made sure after the sale was finalized to contact us via email and phone making sure we still were having a great experience with their dealership. Buying an expensive vehicle such as we did and having the great experience that we did, means the people at Daniels Long Chevrolet work hard to provide great customer satisfaction and take a personal interest in each sale. That inspires confidence in the customer when they meet these people.

I called Mr. Noriega about my Equinox having "reduced power" at about 1:00pm and I dropped it off around 4:00pm. He assured me that they could look at it by the next afternoon. Instead, I received a call around 8:00 am explaining what the problem was, and that my extended coverage would cover it, and that it would be ready shortly. He was extremely helpful and friendly.

I just moved to the springs area a few weeks back, and needless to say my old two wheel drive truck wasn't cutting it. I went into Daniels by chance, and I am beyond glad I did. The hospitality and vibe was exactly what you would expect from Colorado. Jack was such a great guy to work with it was really like going shopping for a new truck with my buddy. Our Escalade water pump went out just a few days before a long trip. I called Joe & he was able to get it in right away, get it fixed and provide a shuddle ride for me. While the car was in the shop he called to update me as to what the mechanic found, what he recommended and the progress of the repair. The estimate came in right where he said it would. Can you imagine a car dealer where the sales and service members are friendly, honest, and actually have integrity? Until we found Daniels Long Chevrolet I didnt think that was possible. For the first time, weve found a dealership where I didnt feel pressured to buy or leave wondering if I was just taken advantage of. Weve purchased vehicles from Eddie Saxer and Derrick Jordan and both experiences were incredible. Both salesmen are top notch, and really care about their customers. To make a great experience better, the service department is second to none. Wayne Beauchamp and Ray Noriega are incredible service consultants who consistently go above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant as possible. While I was on a business trip, my wife locked her keys in our suburban at the carwash down the street from the dealership. One of their service department employees (Jake) was also at carwash and used his phone to call back to Daniels Long Chevrolet to see if they could get her back into her vehicle. Wayne had another key made for my wife and personally delivered it.seriously, I thought service like this was a thing of the past. Ray has been a great source of knowledge to keep our vehicles going strong for a long time. He understands that people have to work within their budget and works with us to get the required service accomplished in a time frame that is good for vehicle, and good for the budget. The technicians are amazing, in particular John (I dont remember his last name), who found a tiny hole in the sealant around the heat shielding that was caused by an air bubble bursting. That tiny hole caused a whistling at higher speeds that I thought I was going to have to live with but John worked hard to find it and never gave up. Ill stop writing now, but I could write a book on how great this dealership is. I was reminded again of how great Daniels Long Chevrolet, and how rare it is for a dealership service department to be so great, when I took my Ford Fiesta to Phil Long Ford at Motor City. The Fiesta is still under warranty, so I had to take it to Ford dealer for service. When I got there, I felt like I was an inconvenience to them, and trying to get status on my cars diagnosis and progress was horrible I often wondered if they ever actually answer the phone. I seriously cant wait until the warranty runs out on our Fiesta so that I can take it to Daniels Long Chevrolet for service. Buying a car, even a used one, is never a bad experience at Daniels Long Chevrolet.

Milt responded to my internet request right away and invited me down to the dealership to view several models of the Sonic, which were of interest to me. Jason provided several models for me to test drive and compare. Both Milt and Jason were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Once deciding on a specific vehicle they both worked with me to answer all of my questions completely.The purchase decision was made and I was able to drive my selection home that same day. I was very interested in a Buick Enclave. When I talked to the dealership the sales person I spoke to was Drew Fairchild. He was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles of the Enclave, but kind of moved me into the direction of a Traverse. My son and I came to Daniels Long to test drive a Chevy Cruze and five hours later we left with a 2014 Diesel Chevy Cruze, a big surprise but we've been pleased ever since. It's a great car! Our first encounter at Daniels was with Drew Fairchild, a wonderful, upbeat, energetic salesperson. He instantly connected with both of us. We went for two test drives, which Drew allowed us to lead, and he was very informative about the Chevy. We ended up with a Diesel because it was what they had in leather, one of our main criteria, and they had only 2 leather cars in stock. We had no idea the Cruze was made as a diesel, but my son and I both know the value of a diesel engine, the gas mileage and longevity. (The Cruze is worth researching for anyone interested in a diesel. It's built with a German engine and has "clean" technology). After our test drive, negotiations started with Drew beginning the process and other people stepping in through the back and forth. Daniels Long finally met our price and more. Everything was handled smoothly and in a very friendly manner. The only downside was a long wait (close to an hour) to pay up with the finance person, which was a bit aggravating at the time, but now I don't care because the car was worth the wait. We needed one thing on the car serviced two days later and Wayne in service was excellent and very accommodating. Overall, a top rate experience at Daniels Long. Would highly recommend this dealer for Chevy's and whatever else they carry.

So first off let me start off by saying I have bought two cars from this dealership both within the last 6 months so my review is for both of them. My first car was my 2500HD. I went to another dealership prior to coming to Daniels Long and they had the truck I wanted but treated me like I was a young kid who couldn't afford anything and I felt very demeaned when I left. I then received emails from Heather asking me when I wanted to come in and this and that and we worked out a time. I went in was treated great and found the truck I wanted. Mark the General Manager was great to talk to and work with. The second car we bough was our 2014 traverse. Jack and Eddie were a great team and helped out with the deal together because of how many people were in the dealership buying cars at the time they had to split up their attention so everyone to include me got a great deal. The finance managers we great and didn't pressure us to buy anything just recommended things and gave us their take on it so we didn't spend unneeded money. Overall this was the best two car buying experiences I ever had and would send anyone I knew there so they are treated right and get a great deal. Last but not least Phil the General Sales Manager was fun and energetic and shows you that he cares for you the customer and what he stands for.

Jack Boehm went above and beyond what was expected and was the most helpful and nice dealer I have ever dealt with. He was actually listening to what I was saying and was very understanding, He listened to my situation and what I was looking for and the price range I had (which was low) and found me the perfect vehicle that matched the the price range. He also made sure I was taken care of even after i left the lot (which I can't say about other dealers). He went above and beyond to find me a part that I needed for my car, he called about a week later to come in and get it,I came in today to get it and he told me if I ever needed anything else to just call him. He didn't blow me off after he made the sale and said have a nice life. I would recommend anyone to this dealership,and I would especially recommend Jack Boehm. I would give them a 10 on costumer service if the scale would go that high. costumer service was superior! I will be back for another car in the future.

I was in a fix for a car for a young driver (Matt / 17) that is not mine. Matt is the 3 year boyfriend of my daughter (Destiny) and father of their 21 month daughter; who was kicked out of his mothers home when Matts mom and step father found out that my daughter was with child. Since that time 2 1/2 years he has been under the care of my husband and myself. My husband had let Matt use his 79 pickup to learn to drive and go to work when a lady pulled out in-front of the truck totaling it. Being over 10 years old Larry got very little even though the engine had only 16,000 miles. Larry had a new engine put in so it could still be used.Matts grandfather had come up $3,000 and Larry put $2000 and there just isn't much to buy for that; that I would trust a young (my) family in.We had gone looking and I was getting stressed. Years ago I had purchased from Daniels (before Long) and still had gone for service. So we drove onto the lot, I was greeted by 3 gentlemen 1 was Jack. Jack brought out a car that fit the family, budget and checked out in reliability. It was just such a blessing to be there from beginning. I felt cared about and valuable.Matt loves the car, my daughter a little jealous and the baby girl will still be able to share room for the coming (late January) brother.Thank you so very much for the help and car.

Within one day of purchasing the car, the windshield wiper fell apart. They reluctantly fixed it. The next day the seat backs behind the driver and passenger fell off. They reluctantly fixed them. Several days later the seat backs fell off again and I could see why. Somebody had used duct tape to repair them. I skipped taking it back to have more duct tape applied. I took my car to a car wash a few weeks later. Chunks of paint fell off. Now it was clear--this car had been in an accident and someone had done a quicky paint job just to sell the car. I was thoroughly disgusted. I went back and spoke with the manager. I wanted a new paint job on the car because now I had a car that was going to rust and was hardly worth the amount of money I had paid for it. He refused. So buyer beware. I no longer trust Daniels Long and evidently they are comfortable with a reputation of selling junk cars.

Wanting to be one of the first in Colorado to purchase a 2014 Corvette Stingray, we added our name to the list at Daniels Long and put down a small deposit. We were informed of the anticipated timeframe, but received our Stingray much earlier than we anticipated! We understand the Stingray is a hot commodity and only a few dealers were able to deliver so early, if at all. Mark, Mitch and Mike were great to work with throughout the process. Mitch made sure our order specification and options were exactly what we wanted. Upon deliver, Mike took the time to explain all of the gadgets and toys included in this computer on wheels. I came into the dealership not really having in mind what I wanted. First, I couldn't decide with either getting a truck or an off-road type vehicle. I had several models in mind, and Drew showed me the specs of each vehicle as well as made the comparison between the vehicles. From there, I started to mention that I was a college student, and he helped me narrow my focus even more by evaluating what would be more efficient with my kind of budget. I don't think I could have had that kind of experience anywhere else.

I recently traded in my 2008 Chevy Tahoe for a 2013 Chevy Tahoe. The atmosphere of the dealership was outstanding. All the employees in each department were really knowledgeable and helpful. With dealing with the transactions of my new purchase, I worked with Drew, one of the salesman at the dealership. He was very knowledgeable with the workings of all vehicles I looked at. More than that, he was honest and straightforward. We didn't have a dramatic, back and forth haggling experience like we had at several other dealerships in Colorado Springs--we were given a fair price without a hassle. The general manager took the time to speak to us about situation and our needs, and to make sure we were taken care of. And--on top of it all--we got to meet Cruzer, the dealership dog, a lovable Newfoundland puppy. We had the most positive car buying experience we've ever had, and we'll definitely be returning in the future.

We are still dealing with the purchase of a 2013 Silverado Z71 Crew Cab from Daniels Long Chevrolet in Colorado Springs, CO. My son decided to trade vehicles before he graduates from college. The Salesman changed the deal on him three different times at closing, which should have encouraged us to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, my son decided he wanted to stay with this situation and it kept getting worse. After signing and agreeing on a trade-in and cash price the ability to get any kind of professional customer service from anyone ceased. Mary Michaels in the paperwork processing area was almost impossible to contact on the phone (from Texas). When I contacted her, I was met with condescending sarcasm concerning questions about paperwork she sent for me to sign. At this point, myself and my wife decided to deliver the paperwork back to the dealership in person. Our visit still ended unsatisfactorily after speaking with both Maggie and Phillip Muzi, General Sales Manager. It was very apparent, customer service did not exist because you were not spoken with in any conversation (Meaning either our voice was not heard in any conversation or they were not interested in listening and helping us in any conversation.). They only spoke to you, telling you how everything would happen. While there, Mr. Muzi promised in writing how the final paperwork would be sent to us (in Texas) but it did not happen in the guidelines in which he promised. We had to call his direct phone numbers which was never answered as he stated. The only way to get a phone answered was to go through new sales, otherwise our call was not returned for at least 24 to 48 hours. Mr. Mark Barton, General Manager, was even spoken with concerning the customer service and unprofessionalism of his employees and we were met with the same attitude ( I guess this shouldn't have been surprising.). I have worked in the automobile industry in the past and have bought numerous General Motors Products in my life. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. I just purchased a GMC at home in Texas and it was a great experience with unbelievable customer service (at Brown GMC in Amarillo). To top it all off, this transaction started 7-15-13 and I finally received the paperwork for the T.T.L. on 8-9-13, it was WRONG!! I would think Daniels Long would not be proud of my experience, if he exists. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED IN TEXAS...........

My husband and I entered Daniels Long Chev. dealership just to check out the prices and inventory for the Silverado 1500 PU. We really had no intention of making a purchase. Fortunately we were approached by Jack Boehm. Mr Boehm listened to what we were really interested in and went out of his way to show us the vehicle we would want, if we were ready to purchase. We did find the PU we wanted and decided to purchase it without any pressure from Mr Boehm. That made our experience with him and this dealership enjoyable. I don't feel we would ever purchase another vehicle from any other dealership. After we purchased the vehicle he took us on a tour of the dealership and introduced us to everyone in the service department, and then took the time to sit in the truck and explain everything in the truck and how it works Unfortunately, we missed meeting Cruz because he was in doggy day care that day!

I had been looking at used Tundras for a while. After having a bad experience with a Denver Toyota dealer that seemed totally inconvenienced by my pre-approved financing and desire for a used truck instead of a new one, a Tundra came available at Daniels Long. I spoke with Mike on the phone to get my questions answered, and later took my car in for a trade appraisal and test drive of the Tundra. Mike was great to work with and made sure that I received great value on both sides - the sale of my car, and the purchase of the truck. Mike followed up with me several days later to ensure everything was going well, and after having another set of keys turned in by the previous owner brought them to my office to save me a trip.I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience at Daniels Long, and working with Mike. The treatment by the Denver dealer resulted in the sale at Daniels of a new truck with fewer miles and a much better value. After all the research I did on used trucks, I am convinced Daniels is the place to start and end your search.

Instead of making me wait until Saturday for an appointment, which mean driving without a rear view mirror for three days, he took it upon himself to install it. Two years ago when I was buying the traverse , Daniel's had one of the worst reviews on dealer rater and other review websites and I ended up driving to a dealer in Broomfield and had a great experience buying my vehicle This year I went back to the websites and saw that Daniel's had a great customer service score and decided to give them a try It was an absolute pleasure working with Mitch Maltry . He almost knew as much about the volt as I did . I hope the way Mitch treats his customers can be taught or cloned because that would get everyone to come to daniels You feel like he cares about your family needs and makes sure all your questions and options from the vehicle itself to finance and service were explained to your satisfaction Speaking of explaining questions to my satisfaction, thanks for looking into getting a charge station at daniels !! The purchase even with my two girls running after puppy Cruz was very efficient with no surprises before or in the finance Process Jim was excellent at getting all the paperwork ready for us to sign and to relief of my wife quickly completed so I could get my volt keys and as she said "finally stop talking about it" If this dealership continues to take care of their customer, they will hopefully be Around to see my daughters get their first cars (hopefully electric or hydrogen ones :) ) i hope that Daniels can Make my service experience just as good when the time comes for service

My wife and I visited Daniels Long Chevrolet on Thursday, May 30, 2013. My wife had purchased a vehicle from numerous other dealerships and had never owned a Chevrolet vehicle. I talked my wife to at least just visit and look at what Daniels had on the inventory. Well! my wife looked at the 2013 Malibu and guess what!! she fell in love with it. My wife purchased the vehicle. One of the reasons She is now and will always be a Chevrolet owner is not only the vehicle but because Eddie Saxer greeted us, expertly described to us the dynamics of the Malibu, offered us refreshments and even took us on a tour of the dealership being it was our first time visiting Daniels Chevrolet. My wife and I, in the past have visited other Dealerships and I must say Daniels so far has impressed us. We took some friends on a ride in the Malibu and one of my friends was so amazed of the Malibu that during the ride he kept saying "I love this car" over and over. Now he is planning on buying one. Thanks again to Eddie Saxer for being a great representative for Daniels and making us feel as if we'd known Eddie for a long time even though we only met Eddie on May 30, 2013 for the first time. We came to Daniels Long because we had made an appointment with Ernesto. He was no longer working there and we were introduced to Heather. She met and exceeded our expectations. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer a wide variety of questions regarding several different cars. What was refreshing, was her willingness to admit when she didn't know the answer to a question, but also the quick response to find out. She was courteous and friendly to us and our children and sought to make them comfortable as well. We were also pleasantly surprised to be given more for our trade-in than we expected. We already have recommended this dealership and will consider Heather first when our daughter begins her search for a car. Coming in off the street and not knowing anyone at Daniels Long I was assigned to Heather - which I feel was a blessing. She was very professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently to assist me throughout the negotiation process on an '07 Avalanche. I have had many unpleasant car buying experiences in the past but this experience was very favorable. We are rebuilding our credit and had contacted other dealerships around town and even in Longmont, CO but once I was in contact with Mike Neufeld I was finally moving forward. He was consistent and HONEST. He knew who he was talking to unlike other dealers who would mix me up with other customers, therefor mix up the vehicle in which I was looking for. Other dealers didn't even know their monthly incentives when I was comparing vehicle prices. Remind you this process started over half way in to the month of March. How they can tell me they haven't even looked at their monthly incentives and we are well past mid month March is beyond me. They would talk the talk but didn't get anywhere when it came to answers. Mike always called back promptly and often times was diligently calling me to update me of the process. I rarely had to initiate a call. I was very particular of the vehicle I had wanted even if it was used and we lucked out and found a vehicle that was in better shape than most if not perfect condition. I have had some things that needed to be fixed after we have been home with the vehicle and he has been on it and making sure the repairs are taken care of. I have not had to worry about anything once having contact with Mike as he worked very hard every day until the sale was complete. To the gentleman who drove to Oklahoma to pick up the vehicle I wanted to THANK YOU! I would recommend Mike to any and everyone who would need to buy a car whether it be new or used. He worked tirelessly and I felt like I was his only customer, even though I know I wasn't. Maggie is awesome and works miracles, ha! She is definitely wholesome and down to earth, we felt comfortable and very relaxed doing business with her...even if she is a Broncos fan hahahahahaha! Y'all are amazing , keep up the good work!By the way it's no surprise that Mike was voted Salesperson of the Year!

We ended up driving around looking for a dealership and just pulled into Daniels long and that is where we found our ford edge. Aaron helped us out so much and stayed with us till the end. If it wasn't for him and Jason we would have left colorado without a new vehicle and defeated. We love our vehicle and so do our kids!!!! We recommend this dealership for everyone! My husband and I just purchased our first new car at Daniels Long Chevrolet. We were very nervous about the experience and worried that the sales person would be pushy and dishonest. However, our experience at Daniels Long was the complete opposite. Paul Blessing sold us our 2013 Chevy Cruze. He was very helpful, nice and honest. We felt very comfortable while talking with him. We met with four other sales men at other dealerships and Paul is the only one that sat down and talked about the price and fees with us. The others only pointed to the price on the sticker which we knew didn't include any fees or taxes. Paul also only showed us what we were interested in; he didn't try to sell us a more expensive car or a car with features we didn't care about. Paul really listened to our wants and needs. We also took our time doing research and considering our decision. Paul was not pushing us to make a decision right away; he gave us time and space to discuss our options and make the best choice. Once we decided to purchase the Cruze Paul worked very quickly to get us through the paperwork process. We also met the general manager, Mark Barton. He was very pleasant and fun to talk to. We had a long conversation and he made us feel as though he really cared about us and not just about selling another car. The finance lady was pleasant as well but I can't remember her name. She took the time to explain everything we were signing. She also made me feel comofortable enough to ask more questions when I didn't really understand what the form was saying. I've bought a lot of cars over the years, mainly high performance. Most recently, an '06 Corvette. I decided I wanted to get the last of the C6s, the 2013, and used USAA buying service wherein Daniels is a certified dealer. The car I wanted was not in inventory, but I knew it could be had from another dealer. I visited Daniels Long on a monday with Heather as my salesperson. The deal offered by the Internet Sales Manager was miles away from what I knew the car, and my '06 Vette trade, were worth. Heather displayed outstanding initiative by going to Mark, the GM the next day. Mark called me that night with the deal I wanted, no drawn out negotiations or excuses as to why they "had" to price the new car above the target pricing I saw on USAA, and with full knowledge of the value of my '06 Corvette with 14,800 miles on it. Mark had the final say, but Heather made it happen. Her professionalism, aggressiveness on behalf of her customer--not the dealer, are almost unique in my experience. To boot, she has a charming and winning personality and it was a personal pleasure working with her. The dealer pays the sales staff's salary. But when an individual salesperson goes above and beyond for the customer--who pays everyone's salary, it is deserving of high praise. Heather deserves that praise. I would not hesitate to recommend her, and Daniels so long as she is there. Mark was great--straightforward, open and honest, and showing the quality of leadership with which I am used to dealing. But Heather was the key. Best I have ever dealt with.

I have to say working with Heather was awsome!!!!!! I would defently buy a car from her again! I felt extreamly comfortable with work with her, she didn't pressure me to buy any car (I think my Daughter pressured me more)! My biggest issue with any dealership is the constant sales reps being over assertive to buy a car, any car, and this is not the case here at all at Daniel Long! The whole place felt comfortable! My other Big issue is the service department, bottom line if I don't like the service department I WILL NOT buy a car from that store peroid! However that is not the case at Daniel Long... this is such an awsome staff that I brought one of my other vehicles over to get serviced Thanks to Ray and Dallas and the whole service department!! Billy and the young lady in the finance office made my visit as pleasant as they could have made it. My issue with this dealership was Aaron Berger. The saying goes the chain is only as strong as its weakest link. My experience with Aaron was fine until right after I signed for my vehicle. There was only one key presented to me and when I ask if there was a second key he looked me in my eyes and simply said "keys are expensive". I could not believe this guy said that to me. He came back and said they would check with the provider of the vehicle, but for him to tell me keys are expensive as cold as he did less than ten minutes after I signed for the vehicle was as nonprofessional as a person could be. More than a week I was calling to talk to Billy (salesman) to find out if he was able to get a second key because I did not feel comfortable drive around with only one key but he was not present because he was sick which is understandable, it happens. Aaron simply said he would give the message to Billy. He knew I only had one key and as far as I know he did not attempt to follow-up on the second key which to me would have been good customer service with him also knowing Billy was not available. When I was trying to make up my mind to by the vehicle, Aaron called in support of Billy and was great, but once I signed for the vehicle he did the Jackal and Hyde on me. I would never suggest anyone go to the dealership, as a matter of fact I will advise people to stay away because of this guy. I am not too proud of Billy either because to me, good customer service would have advised meet that there was only one key, but I guess he did what he had to do to make the sale. The one person who was great from the first moment I met her was the lady in finance. I really wish I could remember her name because she truly deserves to be recognized for the service she provided. When I went back to provide some paperwork, it was she who got on the phone and advised me that the second key was not available, but she could get the key to me at their cost, which was the same thing Billy offered. She was actually going to get Aaron while I was there but when I told her that Aaron was no help she did what she had to do to get me an answer. I believe her name was Maggie Michels. If I am correct, Thank You Miss Maggie.

I called in on March 21 of 2013 and talked to Billy Voyles, he was respectful and kind to me . I was very to the point on what I was needing . Billy asked the right questions and made me feel important. I told him we are looking to trade in one car and one truck and we need the best deal for our military budget and because of special reasons on why we had to do it. I normally do not like dealing with sales people at car dealerships. But Heather Morgan made it a very comfortable experience. On a scale from 1-10. I give it an 11. There was no pressure tactics what so ever. Most dealers want you to make a decision right there and then, or they will tell you that the price on the vehicle is a special and is only good for that day. Just a few days prior to making this car deal, we realized we had several long road trips to make this summer and needed a more comfortable vehicle. It only took one phone call to Daniel's Chevrolet and salesman Mike Newfeld to know this second vehicle purchase would be as smooth a process as the first purchase from Daniel's Chevrolet over a year ago. The vehicle we wanted was in their inventory, but not the color. Mike made a few phone calls and found the exact color with all the right trim and options for our needs. During the delivery process both my wife and myself were surprised both by all the new options so easily handled by the radio, and by the fact that Mike made us feel so comfortable while demonstrating some of these alien processes we had not been familiar with. Mike's expertise was obvious as he walked us completely around the vehicle which resulted in a really high level of comfort as we drove away with our new pride and joy. We had an excellent experience and will only service and purchase vehicle at Daniel's Long Chevrolet, I rely on their knowledge base.

My wife and I went to Daniels Long as a kind of a spur of the moment type of deal, not really looking to buy anything. We went to go look at the 2013 Chevrolet Traverse and immediately Brandon came to where we were looking and began asking us about ourselves instead of the vehicle, he made us feel right at ease. We then left to go get our trade in and came back but he was taking care of some one else so he introduced us to Mike and he really went the extra mile to help us get what we wanted and for a great and affordable price. I called my bank and was immediately approved for a loan and Mike got us in our new vehicle that night. The next day we went back to the dealership to go get the Traverse detailed and Mike explained to us in detail about the infotainment system that Chevy is installing in the new vehicles. Billy was awesome. He called me to come look at Sonics and I test drove one. I loved it. I told him he didn't even have to sell the car to me but he has to make the numbers work or we would walk. He didn't come back to the table to try and negotiate anything. He got what I wanted the first time. I did a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted and the trade I was taking in. The whole team is helpful. I went to Woodmen Nissan and they wouldn't work with me on numbers. They are also way less pressure than Al Serra. Know what you want when you go in and they will get it done for you.

Yesterday on 16Feb13 my wife and I went into Daniel Longs not very hopefull of getting my wife a vehicle a few days before I deployed after our other vehicle just broke down. Aaron Mattson talked to us and hooked us up with a very nice 2008 Trailblazer. He was very helpful and did everything he could to help us get into a vehicle that night. We got there at 6p.m. and drove out of there in our new vehicle about 3 hours later. We spent twice that time at Bob Penkhus earlier and didn't even have an answer about financing by the time we left. My husband and I was looking for a fuel efficient car first we tried Mazda and Volvo they were stringing us around for about a week then said we had to have 5k down. Something unfortunately we couldn't do. That same day they said no we went to this dealership got approved for a Chevy Cruze Eco. With 0 down!!! Something Mazda said we had to have to be approved. I went to Perkins first and they didn't even know what cars they had on their own lot! so i drove around and got horrible appraisals from everywhere else, then i went to the top of the hill and found Daniel Long Chevy and they gave me the best appraisal, plus they got me into the car that I wanted and could afford. I only know the names of the people i was in direct contact with but every single person was everything kind to me with even a simple hello. Again and again Mr. Gerry Burrows, Sevice Consultant, has provided professional and courteous service. When I needed parts for tire monitoring system, he quickly took charge and on another occasion he ordered a replacement head lined for my new Volt. The sales staff was really great. Had the all the people sit down with me and explaned what i could get and what needed to happen. thought that that was the best thing that happend insead of all the back and forth of prices and deal that could happen on the car.

I entered the dealership with no real intentions of buying at that time. I still wanted to shop around a bit, but I left there that day with the car and price I was looking for. This didn't happen because I was pressured into it. Eddie simply ask me exactly what I was looking for and went and found it. Then we talked numbers and came to a deal. I was given a really good price for my trade-in, and they still came off the sticker price as well. Eddie seemed to be very sincere and I never felt like I was being "sold to" but rather assisted with what I wanted. When Peter came to talk to me about a few items I wanted fixed before the purchase, I actually expected to get a bunch of excuses as to why they couldn't accomodate, but he just walked up and said they would take care of it and put it in writing. One of those items was to simply clean the car, which they did an excellent job on, but they went beyond that by buffing out and fixing several scratches on the paint. I had a great experience buying a car...this never happens. No Buyer'r Remorse because I got what I wanted, not what they wanted me to buy.

Dear Sirs,We were on vacation and on the day we where to leave my truck would not start. I had a feeling it was some thing minor and with limited tools on hand I went to your dealership. When i pulled in everyone appeared to be very busy, a gentlemen finally came out and asked what I needed, I told him and he said lets take a look i continued to tell him my concern that i was going sit in a waiting for half the the day only to be told it was something small. Mike continued to diagnose my trucks battery ( we both thought that was the problem) well David and Terry both came out and began to help, Terry cleared some codes and was very informative, I had one bad battery (2004 Duramax) so I replaced both of them. The rating I have issued is based upon my experience in purchasing a Centennial Edition Corvette, 2012 C6 GS 3LT 6 spd, on 5/31/12 from Daniels Long Chevrolet.Bill Holbrook met me on the lot as I was looking for a Vette as an investment purchase. I owned a 2011 C6 GS 3LT auto with paddle shift. Bill Holbrook is the most amazing sales rep I have ever worked with and I have purchased many sports cars in my life. He listened patiently to my wants, desires, and wishes, and answered a hundred questions. Bill is a true gentleman, and that quality is tremendously appreciated. The customer service that Bill Holbrook extended and continues to extend is the best I have ever received in my life. His knowledge of Vettes is extensive and he is an excellent educator not to mention his warm, welcoming, personality :)DLC has the best inventory on Vettes in Colorado! Instead of buying an investment car, I decided to trade after driving the Centennial Vette: I was hooked. Mark Barton, General Manager, is awesome on the customer service aspect as well. It was late evening when I arrived and these gentlemen stayed past 12 a.m. (way past closing time) to ensure all was perfect on my purchase from the test drive to the financing to the promised support after the sale which is rare to find: the promise is common, the support is not, but DLC is the exception. The trade was as smooth an experience I have ever had on a transaction of this nature. The trade-in offer from Mark Barton on my 2011 Vette was excellent and the price on the 2012 was excellent as well. Financing was a snap thanks to Jim Snider.Bill even followed me home to ensure my safety as it was very early in the morning.Regarding customer support/service after the sale: I have already called several times and gone by the dealership, all due to my learning curve, and each time I am given immediate attention from Bill, as well as support and education which is essential from a sales rep to a customer. There are always questions one has that may not be answered in the owner's manual or found on-line, so I go to Bill, who is always there for me and if he is with a customer, Mark Barton, Peter Vandenberghe, Billy Voyles, Justin Halvorson, and essentially all of the staff, are there to help me, and do :). I am confident and certain that they will take care of me and my 2012 Vette until the next one; if there is another one, since Bill put me into the perfect Vette for me! Even came with a ride home while the 4Runner was being serviced which has never been offered to me by any dealership or service center. Just overwhelming, superior customer service from the entire staff of DLC and yeah, it's a Toyota, but I won't take it to the Toyota dealerships in Colorado Springs, been down that road and it was a rough one. There is no comparison between DLC and the dealership I bought my first vette from or any dealer I've purchased a car from. I had just been insulted by another Chevy dealer and I called Daniels Long just to test if I was over-reacting. Mark answered the phone and I explained my situation and he said that he could help me. He put together a deal that was very attractive with the vehicle that I wanted, in about ten minutes. He asked Tammy Cousar to help me through the details and she was more than gracious, with no hard sales. Jim helped us with the financing and paperwork, and we were done with our deal in about an hour and a half. I have purchased over twenty cars in my life and this was the best experience I have ever had at any car dealership. I was extremely impressed with my experience with Daniels. Having had several "typical" sales experiences at some other local dealerships, I decided to try out Daniels up on the hill. I called and set and appointment with John to check out the new Cruze Eco. After a generous test drive (actually had over a 1/4 tank in the car! Usually they are sitting on the ADD GAS light) I decided that the car was for me. I explained what I needed to the Sales manager Peter and he said "yeah, I think we can do that". It was getting late so I came back the next day - to my surprise they had gotten me an ever BETTER deal on the car with a better interest rate that I had walked in wanting in the first place!John saw to my every need and even picked up lunch for me while I was waiting for the paperwork to finish processing.I can say for sure that I'll be back to Daniels the next time I need some new wheels and I recommend you do the same!

My experiences at Daniels was awesome! My sales man, Justin Halverson, was very helpful. I came in to trade in my jeep for a more gas efficient and more reliable car. He did exactly that! He didn't even bother shown me cars that had the same or less gas mileage as my jeep. He made sure that the car he put me in was safe and would be safe for a long time. He made sure that I had everything I wanted in a good car. He kept us entertained and made car shopping a fun experience. He never quit on me or tried pushing me in any direction. He was patient and very good at listening and understanding what I wanted. When I came to have my new car checked he made sure I was in and out as fast as possible. He made sure I wasn't too bored waiting for things to be taken care of. All in all, I would defiantly recommend going to Daniel's. I would also very much so recommend Justin for any of your car needs.

I was interested in a 2011 Chevy Cruze. The salesman showed me exactly the kind of vehicle I was interested in without dragging me all over the lot showing me cars "I might be interested in". Elijah was very knowledgable about the workings of the car which made me very comfortable dealing with him. They had the color I wanted and the price was very fair. I was allowed a lenghtly test drive, and drove away with the car I wanted. The transaction time was fast, F&I offered a good interest rate and I am now enjoying my new car.

While shopping for a new vehicle I found several dealerships that had the truck I was looking for and made inquires at a few of them. I found that at other dealerships I was either not responded to for a prolonged period of time or when someone did get around to helping me the customer service was poor. Daniels Chevrolet was different, the customer service was phenomenal. Matt Haley responded to my inquiry promptly and with all the information needed for me to make my decision. When I had a question he was not able to answer rather then get the run around like I had at other dealership he forward my question on to Mark Barton the General Manager who answered all of my questions fully. This team treated me with the care they would give a close friend rather then just another sale. I bought a Silverado 1500 in October of 2011. I was very pleased with my experience at Daniel's Long. I visited several other dealers in the Denver area and was not as impressed with the severvice. Some other dealerships gave me the impression of "What do we need to do to get you to sign this paper?" Where as with Daniel's Long if felt like the question was more like "What do we need to do to get you in a vehicle you be happy with." That went a long way with me and am glad I made the trip down to Colorado Springs to buy my truck. I felt very reassured that I made the right decision after buying my truck.

January 10,2012 I came to colorado springs to look at a car that I had found on the internet. Matt was the salesman that worked the internet contacts. He really got to the point about what I want and need. I prequalified on the internet, so that when I showed up, I would be ready to buy. I made the appointment with him and we got to the Dealership, I drove the car. A 2011 Camaro. I love the car its just what I was looking for. The only criticism I have is that the Dealership does not post the extras that they have put into the cars on the window sticker. So at closing my car cost over $2,000 of what I expected to pay according to the window sticker. Also the web site I found my car on showed that there were dealer incentives of up to $5,000 if purchased before January 31, 2012, When I asked about the incentives no one at the dealership knew anything about it. Later I was told that I do not qualify. No qualifications were listed or answers given. There were other complications during my purchase, and I was suprised that it took four hours to close the deal and drive away. I would recomend Matt to anyone who is thinking about buying either new or used. He was very helpful.

Buying cars is one of my least favorite activities in life, but they made this purchase as pleasant as possible. They were very patient through our decision process, knowledgeable, and put no pressure on us whatsoever. No typical car sales BS either. Cut right to the chase on price. Even let us take a couple of vehicles home overnight to see how we liked them and how they fit in our garage, and drove our previous vehicle to our home after we purchased the new vehicle from them since we were short a driver.

Billy asked about price and the sales manager said that there would be no negotiating since the model I was looking at "would drive itself out of the lot." I felt he embarrassed Mr. Voyles and I was totally turned off by the sales manager.

I ordered a 2012 Chevy Volt at the end of August and took delivery at the beginning of October. It's a great car--well worth the price and the wait. There were no demos, due to plant shutdown during the summer to retool for higher production--so I had numerous questions. Billy (my salesman) was patient with my questions, and got answers for me whenever he didn't know himself--he never tried to "snow" me and answered all of my questions accurately and honestly. Mark (the manager) made sure I met and got business cards from everyone I might need to contact in the future. Billy, Mark, and all of the employees at Daniels Long Chevrolet are very friendly and helpful. I've been back to the dealer several times since I bought the car. They have done excellent work and I've had a very positive experience every time. I would recommend Daniels Long Chevrolet to my friends without reservation. My daily commute is 32 miles, and I usually have 10-12 miles of all-electric range remaining when I get back home. Best of all, my Volt is entirely solar powered--which I highly recommend for anyone who wants to reduce pollution and/or eliminate dependence on foreign oil.

I looked at other dealers for a new Malibu. Daniels Chevrolet had the vehicle I could buy with the money I had. Mr. Mike Smith worked with me, answered my questions, and did not treat me in a demeaning manor just because I am a female. I could have gotten a vehicle with more of the extras I wanted and for my dollar at another dealership, but I did not like the way I was treated there. I felt as if Mr. Smith valued my business, and that I was valued as a new customer.

Michael Smith was very friendly and helpful. He worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted and would be happy with in the future even though it wasn't a Chevy. He also explained what we could expect from the dealership as to scheduled and other services.

My wife and I bought a brand new Silverado from Elijah and Peter. They were friendly and helpful through the whole process. I am in the Army and I was put at ease knowing that Elijah served in the Army as well and was always very honest with me. He treated me with respect through the whole process. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone there... Even the finance lady was great! I will be coming back for my next purchase. I will also be sending many of my soldiers here to buy a car. Thank you very much Daniels Long for treating the Military with Respect!

When we first arrived to "look" at a truck seen on the internet, the hospitality seemed appropriate. It wasnt long before we felt the hard sell coming from the salesman when I'd explained that I wasnt looking to "buy today". We kicked numbers around finally reaching a deal. We agreed that i'd come back in the morning to bring them a deposit for the vehicle. I kept my word as an honest man should, only to find the sales manager wanting to "close the deal" right then and there! Did I mention this was Christmas Eve? When I explained to them I was only there to give em the deposit as promised, the mgr got ticked off and starts rude comments such as "I thought we had a deal" and yaddy yaddy yah! He insulted me telling me there were numerous people interested in that same vehicle and that there was NO WAY would he accept my $100 deposit to hold it. He refused and tossed me back my check! I advised him that if he has SO MANY people wanting this vehicle, by all means sell it to them! He certainly doesn't need my money! Woudnt you know, that vehicle is still on the lot a week later! I wonder what happend to all those prospects? As of this posting, the salesmen is calling my cell constantly and has gone as far as coming to my home (while I'm not there) and leaving his business card in the door!! Is this creepy or what!!! In my opinion, customer service is equally important as the price and value. This experince was one that I would just assume forget! Do yourself a favoe and move on. Al Serra and Medved are a lot better Chevy Dealers to wokr with. You've been warned.

Bought a car that needed repairs - they made me pay for them. Told me that a light was on because of an after market exhaust but it was other. They told me that the car had a complete inspection but the transmission exploded the 4th time that I drove it - the transmission repair company told me that it had been bad for at least 1,000 miles. The dealer owed me some touch-up paint that I have never received 1 1/2 months later so I can't even touch up the paint to sell it, even though the paint was on the "We Owe" - it is almost impossible to get calls returned. The only positive was a nice sales person.

We traded in a 2006 Chevy Duramax (purchaded at Daniels Chevrolet in 2006) for a used 2011 HHR. The comments made by the used car service manager were very rude and almost undid the whole deal. These were comments we were not suppose to hear...to qoute "my God, what do these people want, something for nothing?" and "do it and just get them out of here". Also Taylor made us sign a hand written note about we would purchase a vehicle at this dealership once they appraised the Duramax. The vehicle we traded in was almost paid off...less than $8000 left and in perfect condition and completely loaded. I told Taylor that it was around $7900 left and he wrote up everything at $7000 making the numbers incorrect. Once the deal was done we did pay $270 which was ok. Then the dealership has not yet paid of the vehicle I traded in. We did this August 12, 2011 and today is August 28, 2011. ENT Federal Credit Union, first called us about getting a payment and now we are getting deliquent notices in the mail. The dealership has total disreguard to this issue. This is our credit and they do not care. When this dealership was Daniels Chevrolet, we dealt exclusively with Daniels, for 2 generations. All transactions were complete in 3 to 5 business days. Now that the dealership is Daniels/Long Chevrolet, everything has changed. I will NOT purchace another vehicle from this dealership.

This is the 2nd new truck I purchased at this dealership. The 1st truck was a 2004 when it was just Daniels Chevrolet. On both occasions my wife and I were afforded all the courtesies one would expect from a top of the line dealer. Al personnel were courteous, ready to provide information as needed. A small item that needed attention was noticed by Bill, the salesperson. I was told to bring the vehicle back in at my convenience for repair. The item was taken care of immediatley I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Daniels-Long..

This dealership was very friendly and helpful when I bought my used car at a reasonable price. I thought I was getting a great deal. When I bought the car, I asked to see a Carfax report...they didn't have one but had another report that was just as good. That report showed that the car was in good condition and didn't have any negative marks on it. Two years later, I sold the car; when the dealer that I sold it to pulled up a Carfax report, I found out that it had been in an accident. No wonder I was having more than a few problems with the car! If you buy a car from here, demand to see a CARFAX, and don't settle for an alternative. Beware!

Sold us a vehicle with a one year 12k mile warranty with some items they promised to look at the next day before we picked it up. They then informed us the next day that the warranty was void, no apologies, no attempt to fix the items we noticed during test drive. Horrible customer service and obviously not trustworthy.
