I live in Connecticut Agreed upon a price over text, even had my credit/financing done beforehand so when I went to pick it up all was left was final pen to paper. After I'd been assured it was there for me, even confirmed THAT MORNING. So I'm on the road FOUR HOURS into my drive (one hour away from the dealership) and I get a call it's already been sold. So, Santiago Blanco, the manager KNOWING I was on a five hour drive, was completely alright screwing me over for a quick buck. So if you are considering buying from them, do so with a grain of salt, because they're completely comfortable putting their commission over you.

I had a great experience here with Miguel my salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable and above all not pushy. I didn't feel pressured at all. After visiting a few Jeep dealerships this was the best one by far. Their customer service was on point. Carlos made the finance hastle free. I was able to purchase my 2016 Jeep Cherokee with little problem!! I had visited 4 other dealerships and walked out each time, because they made representations that were not realized when I went in. Fefe was a man of his word and made my buying experience really great. Also, Edward was really helpful in financing. I recommend both very highly.

My head is ready to explode dealing with the level of bad customer service from this dealership! Second time I've had an issue and all I want is to get service and go on my way. I setup an appointment for a hitch recall (mind you the second recall of a new model Jeep Renegade in less than 2 years). Yesterday they called to confirm my appointment, which is good. Last night for the 4th in less than two years the remote and power locking system doesn't work.Can you imagine, you can't unlock your car doors and have to manually open them from the drivers side? So I come in 10/27 and what annoys me about this place is you walk in and stand there, look around, and wait until someone comes get you or you ask for help.So I talk to a guy who asks me why I was there and has me sit in another office. I was told the repairs would take 3 hours. If you can call to confirm why not tell me then the repair time. Normally I would wait but I had an interview to go to later. So I tell them I can't wait and how long for the just the power lock issue to be resolved, they say 3 hours. So 3 hours for the hitch and another 3 for the power lock, 6 hours really?I tell them it's important for the power lock since I don't use the hitch, but again its 3 hours. God forbid I'm in an accident or emergency and can't open my doors. So I ask to speak to the manager and the guy points in a direction. The manager wasn't helpful AT ALL and seemed to have an attitude of no concern about telling me it'll take 3 hours take it or leave it. So I turn and walk out, and nothing no trying to stop me, no phone call to resolve the situation.Last time I was there for a recall the young lady was able to schedule me in the express service. She can do that and the manager can't? To make it even worse for this dealership, I call the one in Clarksville. Lo and behold I was told the hitch takes 1.5 hrs and the power lock which is a software glitch 1 hour. That's 2.5 hours total and was able to schedule a time on Monday, tried the Rockville location and was told 11/21. This dealership is less than 3 miles from my house and I thought I could deal with average service. I'd rather drive 10+ miles to Clarksville where at least they're more truthful.

I have never gotten horrible service before! My sales person was beyond great tried everthing but one of the managers was beyond rude and no manners!! Just for how i was treated i left, i wanted to help my sales person but due to lack of manners i did not come back!!

I went in pretty well researched and knowing what I wanted in the car and the deal. They were very responsive to that. There was a bit of confusion as to whether my car was available at a sister dealership, so I double checked that and it was, and as soon as I told them, they got it straight over. I hope to change this car over as soon as the plug in comes out and I'll be going straight back to DARCARS. This is the third vehicle I have bought at three different DARCARS dealerships and my experience has been consistent over all three. As a bonus, Mark didn't tell me how to fill out the manufacturer's survey, but rather emphasized that I am the manufacturer's customer too and I should let them know if there's anything he could have done better (and he'd appreciate the chance to fix it first).

Saji in Finance was thorough and answered all my questions...even gracefully accommodated my 9 year old son's constant questions and curiosity...real good guys all around. Amir and Yusuf were amazing. I bought a preowned vehicle and I was unhappy with the original vehicle. I ended up bringing it back to them and they put me in another vehicle no questions asked. I"ve never imagine that i will be going to a dealer service repair to do all my car repairs. I mean Dealerships get a bad rep on overcharging on things that a mom and pop shop would charge pennies for. But i do have to admit that the trust that my vehicle is being handled by professional with factory parts being installed is always a rest assurance of ease.I've never seen a service rep deal so professionally as Brian Page... I believe that this guy is - DE! perfect image when it comes to customer service, i mean Just by his honest and sincere energy i have no problem spending hundreds :) "just Joking" Thank you Chrysler as long as Brian is at this location i will bring my vehicle to the dealership for all my repairs.

If you are purchasing a used car go anywhere but here!The worst of a long list of issues with my purchase is that Daniel Tulloch, while speaking of trust and the importance of customer relationship/satisfaction to him; asked me for a post dated check to "hold" after insisting I put $500 more down than I told them I had on the date of purchase. I was willing to take my business elsewhere; but he assured me it's done "all the time and there was nothing to worry about." After following the instructions he provided me, DARCARS still deposited the check before the agreed upon date. After figuring out Daniel was a conniver trying to make a quota; I escalated my concerns to Jovaughn, the sales manager, who assured me they whatever date Daniel told me, they "honor." Yet, here I am left scrambling to avoid my account being overdrawn for the bills I PLANNED to pay (including my RENT). Fortunately I have access to resources in a pinch; but that is beside the point.Amongst other things I plan to submit a VERY detailed complaint with documentation to the Maryland State Attorney General's office and The BBB. I am certain I'm not the first and won't be the last based on my dealings with this establishment so far. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE PERSONALLY & PROFESSIONALLY.This is THE WORST used car dealership I have ever done "business" with. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Purchased my 2016 Chrysler Town & Country from Darcars Chrysler of Silver Spring. Mark Russell was my sales consultant and Saji was the finance manager. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give my experience at Darcars a 12!! From the beginning, Mark explained the whole process and I was clear on everything throughout the whole transaction. He also stayed late and took the time to answer all my questions about the vehicle. I called to schedule a service appointment because my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan was not starting reliably and had left my wife stranded several times. Service writer said they were busy and asked if they could call me back. The call was never returned. Was able to get car started the next day and drove immediately to the service center at the dealership. Explained that if I turned the car off it likely would not start again. Service writer said I had to schedule an appointment and the nearest available appointment was in 3 weeks. I immediately drove to another companies service center and the car was repaired (bad TIPM in case you are interested) the next day. I will do my best to never deal with DAR Cars again.

Great experience. Saw the car I wanted on website. Yusuf quickly provided additional information and pictures. Drove four hours the next day and the car was waiting for us. No pressure, no hassle, no b.s. Everyone was friendly and efficient. We got an excellent price and the paperwork could not have gone smoother. I'd brave 95 again to buy a car from DarCars.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was assured that they would take care of the financing and tag transfer. 3 weeks later and the loan had not gone through and I received an email from the MVA to turn in the tags on the previous car since insurance had been stopped on it. I called the dealership and, since the accounting department was closed that day, left my number and was promised a call back on the next business day. I ended up calling them back and (after being transfered around a few times) finally got on the phone with someone who could find out the problem. Turns out, we missed signing one piece of paper. No one bothered to contact me for 3 weeks to alert me to this issue despite also having brought the car back in for some minor service THREE TIMES between the original sale and now. This dealership is nearly an hour's drive from my home and I now regret not working with someone closer.

We have long serviced our jeeps at Darcars (Commander, Liberty and Cherokee). When the old Liberty was staring to show its ten years, we decided to trade in at Darcars and purchase a new Patriot for my daughter. They got her Jeep loyality cash and college graduate discounts. Great price. Good price on trade in. Nice sales people. But our favorite was Uri Rendon in the finance office. He took his time to explain to my daughter her finance options for buying or leasing. After the deal, when we realized we had forgotten to bring in a promotional offer to get a free Ipod mini with the purchase of a new car--- Uri honored the coupon and when the Ipod took too much time to arrive, he went out and bought one himself and delivered to our home. We have long serviced our Jeeps (Commander, Grand Cherokee and Liberty) at Darcars. Always great service. When it was time for my oldest daughter to trade in Liberty and get a new car, we went to Darcars. We picked out a new Patriot Altitude. Great price, nice sales team, but it was the finance guy, Uri Rendon (who also works at their Volkswagon and other dealerships) who went above and beyond the cal of duty. He took his time explaining purchase financing vs. leasing in clear terms. After we closed the deal, we realized they we had forgotten a promotional offer to get a free Ipod mini, with the purchase of a new car. Uri honored it, and when the Ipod took too long to arrive at the dealership, he went out and bought himself and then delivered to our home. Wow--- talk about service!

I first met Sam Makalou May2011 when I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty . The service I received from him was fantastic. unfortunately I was involved in a very bad accident and was liberty was totaled. I few day ago I called my sales person to see the 2015 Jeep Cherokee and the service was the same as before, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Today I returned to start the paperwork and will pick I up on Tuesday 10/29/2014..Kodoos to a Sam!!!

Too many wrongs to ever make the experience okay or right. From not having my vehicle ready for 3 weeks after I purchased it (I only had it for one week during the first month); to the contract not being accepted by VW Credit because they were dishonest about the Certified Pre-owned status, which they made me pay for. So two contracts, several weeks without my car, having to bring it in for SERVICE during that time, to now having to bring it in for SERVICE for the same thing that was supposed to be fixed and not wrong in the first place on a Certified-Preowned vehicle. I will never, ever, ever do business with that dealership again. Highly do not recommend. Admittedly the purchasing process was enjoyable and everyone appeared to be charming and well versed and honest. I lost my value with them when I left the dealership with my loaner. Kad Dak

The "Ding Insurance" Policy I purchased was not honored by the dealership and I was given an estimate for 725.00. I spoke with Tammy Darvish's office manager and the policy was still denied. I took the car back later and was given an estimate for same issues of 3,000.00. In addition, I took the car in for servicing at 3/4 tank gas and it was returned below empty. No miles in was recorded and no major work was done that would require running the vehicle's engine when the vehicle was not in motion. The gentleman in the service department was helpful, however, my overall experience at DarCars showed a lack of professionalism and integrity on the part of the owner. As a child, when John Darvish ran the company, I don't remember my father having any complaints. As a consumer who works hard I expect to support businesses that respect their clients & honor their agreements and whose employes don't take other people's cars on joy rides. I will never purchase another vehicle from DarCars.

I first met with Jordan on a Friday and was treated well throughout the whole process. He was very professional and accurate with the information provided. I returned on Saturday to pick the vehicle up after inspection and again had the pleasure of working with Jordan. He answered all of my questions and I left the dealership a very happy buyer. I had such good service provided that I have recommended everyone I know interested in purchasing a vehicle to go see Jordan. It was a pleasure working with someone who is there as a guide and not just a salesperson. There was no forcing or any pressure in purchasing the vehicle, which I really appreciated.

The only thing that I was disappointed in was that I couldn't get the dents out of the car before I took it home. The service man that was supposed to do it was very difficult to schedule with.

I had a great buying experience with Jason Noa and the team at DARCAR last night. Was the price great. That depends upon how you define great. I felt it was fair both on the trade in and new car price. This was after very bad experiences in the past 18 months purchasing cars at Russell BMW and Koons Mercedes and more recently looking at new cars at Koons Jeep. I had a great experience with Mark at Darcars. He was very attentive, professional and honest. I am a self proclaimed "tire-kicker" Mark was patient with me while i test drove several cars over several months. He didn't push me into making a decision and allowed me enough time and space to make a good decision. I am very happy with my new Jeep. I also worked with Troia in the finance department. She did a great job explaining all of my options and never pressured me into making a decision. All in all i am very happy with my decision to shop at Darcars and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Valentyn has an inviting, friendly, yet professional personality and approach to presenting cars. He used no pressure-sales pitches or discussed any potential deals. Valentyn simply took the time to present the features of the car, answered every questions we had, and explained how the process would work. To be a new Salesman, he did an outstanding job, and made us feel that this was our decision and our purchase. My wife and I scheduled a visit with Naurice Mullings, Sales Consultant, to see a car that we had previously test driven earlier in the week. During our initial test drive, we heard a clicking sound coming from the driver's front wheel under braking, and I wanted to take some time to investigate whether the Fiat's CV joints, front wheel bearings, or differentials had been reported as problematic, and if so, whether they were covered under the manufacturer's warranty. After learning that these issues would be covered under the warranty, we were interested in test driving the car again, and speaking with the dealership's technician to ask whether any work had been performed on the car since it had been purchased by the dealership.When we arrived, Naurice greeted us, told us that his manager would see us immediately, and then quickly left the showroom floor. We waited for over an hour in the showroom during Memorial Day weekend, yet the manager never came to speak with us. We were sitting at a table in front of the manager's window, facing the manager, who was also facing us. The manager had greeted us when we arrived, and had indicated he knew who we were and why we were in the dealership. We eventually approached the manager to inquire where Naurice had disappeared to. The manager responded with a half hearted, "I was just about to come talk to you." He told us that another buyer had arrived 30 minutes before us, and had bought the car. After being told the situation by the manager, I called Maurice, who explained that he knew what had happened, but he was so upset about another sales person selling the car to another customer, that when we arrived he couldn't bring himself to tell us the truth. Naurice said that he knew the car was already sold to another buyer before we arrived. The manager's claim that he was "just about to come tell you" is flimsy at best. The manager was sitting in his office, joking with a service tech the entire time we were in the dealership. Nothing was keeping him from telling us the situation other than his own bad business acumen. Had either Naurice or the sales manager explained the situation when we arrived, we would have accepted it without issue, and would have looked at other cars offered by the dealership. But treating us as they did is unacceptable. After briefly discussing the situation, my wife and I agreed that if the dealership's sales consultant and management would treat us this way BEFORE they have our money, we certainly wouldn't want to find out how poorly they'd treat us after we bought a car from them. We left the dealership immediately, and will not return. We have no issues with a dealership selling a car to the first interested buyer that makes an acceptable offer. The other buyer arrived first, so he got the car. We would expect nothing else. We will not, however, accept unprofessional, inconsiderate behavior. We will not do business with this dealership in the future, and we recommend to other car buyers that they steer clear of this DARCARS location. There are tens of thousands of cars for sales in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. You can easily find another dealership to address your needs.

While deployed in Afghanistan, I made contact with DARCARS of Silver Spring, MD, to inquire about available DODGE NITRO SHOCKS for purchase. During this time, I met Mr. Buzhak who from the start has been the utmost professional in helping me obtain this purchase. Coincidentally, a DODGE NITRO SHOCK was brought in to the dealership and Mr. Buzhak quickly assessed the vehicle, including interior/exterior photos, and sent the description to me. He always kept me well informed on how the sale was going all the way from Kabul, Afghanistan and provided guidance on any tasks that needed completion to facilitate the process. To further demonstrate Mr. Buzhak's commitment to customer service and the DARCAR reputation, Mr. Buzhak personally picked me up from the Baltimore Airport upon return from Afghanistan to ensure I was taken care of and settled in. It was a very late night arrival and the personal sacrifice of his off-time is another indication of his devotion to duty. If it hadn't been for him, I would not have had transportation since I have no family/friends in the area although the demobilization takes place at Fort Belvoir, VA. Special thanks and gratitude go to Mr. Buzhak for taking such good care of me which is a testament to any other combat veteran I am certain he would do the same for. I also strongly recommend Mr. Buzhak for any management candidate training programs for his future career progression.

This dealership has given us our best car buying experiences ever, many times around! We bought two cars 2 years ago from this dealership and Ricardo and Steve were amazing, not pushy, and took excellent care of us. So much so that we came back and bought another car with Mark and again the quality of service was outstanding. They make the car buying experience enjoyable and catered to anything that we needed. We have recommended this dealership to many friends and they have all had equally wonderful experiences. We are even thinking of coming back again in the near future!

The customer service here is unbelievable. From what I understand it is under completely new management (which is wonderful btw) Tessa was a terrific sales associate and made sure all of my needs were met. The new General Manager James is so involved with every customer making sure that everyone is being properly taken care of! Even His own staff!! You could tell that he genuinely cared about everyone customer and employee. I honestly cant wait to see them again!

I've been buying dodge cars for quite a while. Many of them have been sports cars from SRT4 neons to the Chargers and Challengers of more recent years. I gotta tell you, I have never seen a better selection of SRT vehicles and I did my research to find me the right one. They told me "we'll get you the best price because we have more than anyone else". I figured, I'll give it a shot. Long story short, I got an awesome deal on an awesome challenger SRT8. Mark was my sales consultant. He really knew what he was talking about when it came to dodge. Anything technical, he knew. I was even greeted by the General manager of the place! I know that doesnt happen at most dealers. I really had a pretty easy experience and felt like everything was really straight forward. I will definitely be going back there!

My wife and I went in to buy the cheapest Caravan. The new car salesman was dismissive and not helpful, although he did give us a brief moment of his non-busy time to give us a fairly decent quote on a new car. Basically he didn't want to make money, and tried pawning us off to the used car guy, whose method was showing us a bunch if cars we told him we didn't want, on an Ipad.Afterwards we drove out to the Rockville location. Much better experience, although there quote was higher. We actually used the Silver Spring location's quote to lower our price, and ultimately we ended up buying the car there. They were fair, and acted like they wanted our business, despite the fact that we also told them we were only interested in the cheapest model. I would recommend that location instead if interested in a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep.

So i have 2012 ram1500 that i have purchased 3 month ago and i.buy cars from them every.year a new one......and they are allright in terms.of sales .... But service department is a mess u can.be sitting.all.day just to.change a fuse or while they check your loose brake pedal i have no.idea And please dont purahase any packeges from finance departments its a total scam

We had a great experience with Mark. He was very nice. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would totally buy from him again. He wasn't pushy at all but was there for us when we were ready. He had things taken care of before we even got there for the paper work so we wouldn't have to wait around. He was amazing. Then when it was time to do the paper work we were introduced to Steve Cole the business manager. He too was very helpful and explained in detail all of the paper work and the extras to where we could understand it. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family when they are ready to purchase a car. Thank you, you all were wonderful.

I wanted to share a story about our Jeep dealership, Darcars in Silver Spring, MD as a warning to those of you thinking about purchasing a Jeep there. My son needed a more reliable vehicle for college, so he used his college money to buy a 2011 Jeep Patriot Latitude 4x4. He thoroughly enjoys the vehicle, which is what made what happened even harder. Part of the purchase deal included 3 free oil changes from the dealership. When he was home on a break, he got one of those oil changes. About 3,000 miles later, when he had only 10,800 miles on the Jeep, the engine seized up. The dealership over 4 hours away at his college said "ENGINE LOST OIL FROM LOOSE OIL FILTER RESULTING IN LOWER END ENGINE DAMAGE". According to that dealership, the last to do an oil change did not tighten the filter properly. I contacted Darcars, but because it went so far after the oil change, they say they are not responsible. A friend who oversaw thousands of Jeeps for the USPS said that distance does not matter - when it is not put on properly, the oil filter can come loose at any time. Darcars jilted us out of another ~$4,000 because they would not back their service work. Know before you visit the dealership.

The dealership was good from the standpoint of a new vehicle purchase. However, AFTER the sale they failed to stand up for their work and the product. My son needed a reliable car for college so he spent some of his college money on a new Jeep Patriot. As part of the new car sale, he got three free oil changes. When he was home from school on break last winter, he got one of the oil changes. About 3,000 miles later, the engine seized up due to a "catastrophic loss of oil". The Jeep dealership at his college stated: "ENGINE LOST OIL FROM LOOSE OIL FILTER RESULTING IN LOWER END ENGINE DAMAGE". As they told me verbally, the last one to do an oil change did not put the filter on tight enough and it finally came loose, resulting in the engine rapidly pumping the oil out and then failing.I took up the matter with Darcars, but in their determination, the fact that it went 3,000 miles before it finally came loose means it was not their fault. However, a friend who oversaw thousands of vehicles for the USPS told me that distance does not matter - you go over a bump or turn the wrong way and suddenly it can come loose if it was not put on tight. Furthermore, the dealership for the same brand of vehicle at my son's college even stated that the cause was the oil filter being loose.Darcars did not back their work, and refused to pay the $3,654.67 it cost to have the engine rebuilt. I had to drive 4.5 hours each way to bring my son home from college and he had to take a bus back to pick it up, with us sharing another vehicle the whole time he was without the Jeep that we bought so he would have a "reliable" vehicle for school.I do NOT recommend this dealership as their sense of loyalty to their customers appears to be in question.

Noticed when making my phone appointment, the receptionist handled the call in a professional manner. Usually in the past this wasn't the case.Noticed my car was handled by a service assistant before seeing my service rep. This was nice.Had an 8 am appointment. Took entirely too long to finish my appointment. I was there for 4 hours. Don't think the work warranted that amount of time. It was appreciated that the car service took me to get something to eat while waiting that length of time.Explained to the service rep (lady) that air conditioner needed to be checked. She even asked me if it was blowing hot air or not working. When I spoke with the tech he hadn't checked it cause it wasn't written on the list. I wasn't happy. However, he immediately took it back and check it out and found the cause. I thanked him for that.The cashier wasn't very friendly but once I engaged her she smiled and all was ok.Lastly, I think this dealership needs to have a quiet wait room. You should realize that not everyone wants to look at or hear that television programing that's on. I not a tv person. Being there for 4 hours, I brought my work to do and there's no where to settle your mind at this dealership. Please think about getting a quiet room where people can work without listening to babies, tv, and cell phone conversations.Overall, no one tops Mr. Brian. He takes care of me every time with excellent service.I'll see you at the next visit.

I drove almost 200 miles to buy my Charger and they made it worth it. Gave me bottom line price and dealt with my trade before I even got there. Showed up and the car was ready, in all about a hour and I was on my way. No problems, best buy I every made. Thanks

Ijust bought a new Dodge charger there and they gave us thier best price for it and my trade by email. Drove 200 miles to get there everything was done no arguing just drove it and bought it. Less than 1 1/2 hrs for everything. Also they beat everyone elses price by thousands.

We had settled on a price throught email and text. When i got there they denied our agreed price. When i showed them a text that the sales man sent me to prove myself they agreed i was right. Then they proceeded to raise the monthly price we agreed on to make up the differance. They also raised the intrest rated they offered me in my email. They said they thought (I) was going to get that rate from my credit union. The email said nothing about a credit union. I don't even belong to a credit union!

If you have good credit and/or approved loan, please stay away from this dealership. The internal cut throat fighting is unbelievable and supported by the Delgados. I never would have guessed that customer service would be this worst in this challenging economy... Awfully is an understatement.

As an older, disabled, single lady I am so VERY greatful for a service manager like Brian Paige. When I walk in the shop he makes me feel as though I am the only customer in the world and he will go out of his way to make my visit to DarCars as easy as possible. I trust him completely and know in my heart that he will see to it that I get the best possible service. Today's visit was a huge blow to my wallet and he calmed me down and worked a deal that left me feeling really happy and extremely greatful. It's nice to walk in the door and see "your service manager" there and ready to help as well as support you. I have had the best experience everytime I visit DARCARS in Silver Spring, Maryland. I bought my car there 2 years ago and am totally satisfied with it and with the people who service it. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly, efficient and I actually look forward to going there. They even remember my name when I walk in. I would recommend them to anyone (and have done so).

I bought a 2006 Mazda MPV Mini-Van in June, 2006, and Brian Paige has been the Service Manager that I have been going to ever since. Brian is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and I would not trust my Mini-Van with no one else.I will continue to go to him for all the service needs of my Mini-Van.
