Quite impressed with this dealership to be honest. I do not live in the area, made two phone calls . the first was a closer dealer that their service dept would not answer the phone, the second was this one. They were easy to talk to , easy to schedule a service with and reasonable on price. Their workshop was clean, mechanics friendly and they didn't look down on me for having a 30 y/o Infiniti like other dealerships have in the past. In all I was quite impressed from the initial call to the offer of a loan car (I turned it down and went for a walk) to paying the final bill. they even washed the car for me!!

My experience at DARCARS was excellent. I worked with Steven who made buying my new car an easy transaction. He was honest and straightforward, which made trusting his opinion easy. You can tell that he enjoys his job of finding great cars for families. He even answered my countless questions on his days off. Chris(the GM) was also great to work with and very patient. I live over an hour away from the dealership and he had me in and out, with my new car in less than an hour. I would highly recommend DARCARS when purchasing a new car/used. They take pride in their vehicles and also care about their customers.

Steve Wesley was great to deal with. His product knowledge, communication style, turnaround time and overall responsiveness was great. I would highly recommend him. He was completely straight forward with our purchase. Chris the manager was equally great to deal with.

GM Chris Frey and Service Manager Scott have turned this dealership around! they are doing an excellent job. They are straight forward with their customers, and provide top notch service. Kudos!
