I received nothing but exceptional service at this location. Any issues or changes that needed to be addressed with my vehicle it was rectified expeditiously. When I purchased my vehicle, they really handled their business and made sure my vehicle was delivered in a timely manner. Awesome job!

I honestly did like the customer service provided at this dealership. The person who helped my husband and me did an excellent job. His name is Farzad. I highly recommend him to anyone because he provides us with so much help and supports from beginning to end. Now we have our vehicle And enjoying it.

The only reason I gave a 1-star rating is that there's no 0-star rating (or less). DARCARS Ford has treated me from start to finish like an insignificant bug (although one who handed them $35000 cash). I still don't know who my salesperson was, since I was dumped onto Chico, the "finance" guy. Chico consistently lied to me. 3 weeks ago, he promised me that DARCARS would mail the $500 they owe me for the Farm Home rebate owed to me; to date, it hasn't arrived. He, and others, told me multiple times they'd call me back, but either never did or failed to do so in a timely manner. In fact, Chico lost the sale of the extended warranty because he said he'd call me back with the price, and never did. I bought the extended warranty directly from Ford instead. What's more, neither the license plate or car title has arrived, as Chico promised. There are only 20 days left on the temporary tags they supplied. In my 67 years, I've bought at least 10 new cars. This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. If you enjoy being lied to and made to feel like you truly don't matter, DARCARS is the place to go. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, go elsewhere. If they treat all their customers like they did me, it's one of the universe's greatest mysteries how they keep their doors open.

I hate leaving bad reviews, because I feel like most establishments have room for improvement. However, this management team is the worst. Their sales personnel are great! Super friendly, consistent follow-up, etc. But the managers and owners, take advantage of the customers. How are you going to tell me I have NO choice but to buy the Darcars insurance policy. Legally, I have the right to decline the offer. Don’t try to belittle your customers, as if they lack zero common sense. Be aware when dealing with this dealership. Check ALL paperwork, if you just have to use them.
