Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. **After seeing the reply below, I have to applaud the marketing team that follows up on your dealerships reviews. "Response from Owner" Gives an appearance that "you" actually are concerned. I've never heard from you, or anyone else at the dealership. Guess this is the DARCARS experience... If you prefer, I'll write a detailed account of my experience. 9/26/2020 Update I've never heard from anyone at Lexus of Englewood, DARCARS. 1. I guess the Lexus standard is to schedule an appointment to view a car. Upon arriving @ DARCARS, expect to drive the salesperson (in your own vehicle) to the location of the car you want to buy. Upon arrival, witness the magic of their online sales photographer! The fun begins, while you help the sales person, try and locate the car you scheduled an appointment to view. UPDATE- the "owner" never responded. Shocking, you a$$holes keep trying to reach me for maintenance.

Juan Rodriguez was my service manager. Mr. Rodriguez is the epitome of professionalism. He is absolutely the best and goes over and beyond. I feel so welcomed and taken care of. Best of the best. Mr. Rodriguez is very dedicated to providing exceptional service and a true asset to the dealership. Thank you for all that you do, much appreciated.

It’s unfortunate because the sales people are nice, and the dealership is clean and polished, but the sales tactics include bait and switch, over promising and under delivering. What the sales representative is not what the actual price of the car is. The sales manager will then counter with alternate pricing. This is an interesting tactic, but effective because the sales manager will not come out to say it to you face, but will send a floor manager, and so it’s not the fault of the sales person for misrepresenting the sale of the car. I would avoid and go elsewhere. There are more honest Lexus dealerships in the area that value their reputation and the customer experience. Go by the reviews on Yelp and Google, they’re accurate. Details: cash buyer for RX350 white with black interior. Brought details from another dealership to match. Said they could match deal with another car similar but not exact on the lot for 1.5K more. When it came to signing, it was sorry we can’t do that, we have to charge 5k more, it was a mistake that the sales person offered you the deal. They misunderstood the sales manager. If this starts to sound familiar to you, then avoid at all costs.

Tina Wilts is outstanding. I had an issue with the title transfer to my car and she went above and beyond in helping me get it situated. It was a lengthy process that took about a month, yet she was patient and communicative. I’m extremely satisfied with the help that I have received from her, and I’m sure that the company is grateful to have such an asset working for them. I 100% recommend anyone who is having issues to contact Tina for help.

I went car shopping with my daughter this morning... and she is now the proud owner of a 2017 Lexus! Our salesman was Juan Garcia, a newcomer to NJ and auto sales. He was extremely friendly, polite, and fun to work with; I am so thankful that Gail partnered my family with him! Now, fingers crossed, that our new Lexus runs as great as she looks (since DARCARS did not certify her).
