We just purchased our new 2021 NX300 after one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Our sales consultant, George Thomas, was the most professional, polite, knowledgeable car salesman we have dealt with over the past 45 years of buying cars. George was our point man for the entire team at Lexus of Mt Kisco that did an incredible job. This is the best dealership we have ever worked with. We are customers for life!

Had tremendously good buying/leasing experience with these guys, but service department is iffy. With a previous car I got from them, they were a little difficult with giving me my free service (not free, it's just included somehow in your price)...but it was such a turn off, I just went to Jiffy Lube. Today, a couple of years later, I tried to schedule a visit for a safety recall on a fuel pump, not a squeak or something silly like that. A failed fuel pump could leave me stuck in the right lane of the highway with my family...safety recall. I called once, got disconnected, I thought. Called back, politely mentioned I got disconnected could I please be reconnected to the service department, was immediately hung up on - again. Puzzled I called back to see how else I could schedule this visit, I wasn't upset just wondering if they were super busy in the service department. This time, no one would pick up the phone for me!!! No one would pick up the phone. This is literally, the worst treatment I've received at any dealership in my life. Even dealerships which seem to have a bad reputation have done better than this... Edit: received a call back from the dealer and everything was made right. Let's hope they follow through! Spoke to Dwight at this dealership.

The staff here has is very nice, respectful and patient. I submitted a request online through the Lexus website and Tom reached out and set up an appointment right away. He was really understanding to our needs and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured throughout our car buying process. Andreas, the general manager, was also great and worked with our budget. Shawn was also awesome and showed us all the tech stuff related to the car. In addition, the owner of the dealership came over to personally thank us for our business. To sum it all up, our interaction was great from the very beginning to the very end, and we will definitely be repeat customers.

My wife recently purchased a car from here; There was a discrepancy with the purchase that required us to go back to the dealership to resolve the matter. Ken, Mike (the 2 managers) Billy, the salesman, and Jessica (finance) all resolved the matter immediately and made sure that our car buying experience was of the highest quality. All of the people mentioned were the utmost professionals, were extremely knowledgeable and carried themselves with extreme integrity. They were straight shooters and there was no BS ever. I would buy a car from them again in a heartbeat. I'd recommend my mother to buy a car from Billy Walters, who is the consummate sales professional. They were just wonderful to deal with. I'd highly recommend this dealership and we will be purchasing from them again!

I recently relocated to Rochester, NY, but because I had such a great experience working with Lindsay on my first lease, I was more than happy to make the 5.5hr drive to Mt Kisco to lease my second vehicle. Lindsay and Ross made the entire process completely seamless and answered all of my questions over the phone & email! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus!!
