I drove two hours to come get the best car ever. I was a little scared because of my situation, but Yashar and Hugo made a world of a difference. They were professional, kind, and extremely helpful. They definitely went above and beyond to make this happen for me. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Jose was a very nice rep. I brought my car in because I had a slow leak from a nail. The first day I was there for at least two hours (perhaps three). I had a tire policy which covered the service. It took over two hours to just have the coverage verified. However, a new tire needed to be ordered. So,they fixed the leak so that I could get home. When I returned to have the new tire mounted, I again waited over two hours. This was not acceptable in my estimation.

Outstanding customer service. They have done their job by providing an atmosphere that makes me want to bring my car back for all service. Thank you to Angie. Super smart and efficient. Also, he wasnt there yesterday but Jose was the first person I encountered in the service department back in December. He speaks to and listens to the customer on an authentic level. Thank you Nissan Service for the job you do

The staffers who helped me were all great! Made sure I knew all of my options and provided me with opportunity that ensured I left with the car I wanted. I also felt safe the entire time there amid COVID-19. Overall great experience and I will getting all service work done there as well.

For me buying a car is not on the top of my list of fun things to do. But with Jason's patience and Todd's generosity, this experience was actually the most comfortable and pleasant one I've ever had when buying a car.

Anytime a manager says this after you asked to speak with him, you should know something is up. I called to make an appointment to have my vehicle looked at. When I arrived I didn't get a good feeling about the place. Disorganized, messy, and people seemed confused about what they were supposed to do. I was quoted a $150 diagnosis fee, and when asked to speak to the manager about this, he came across as indignant and dismissive. I just moved to the area, and was looking for a good and trusted relationship. I'll drive further to avoid this service center. Too bad.

I bought a Nissan Murano 2015 11 months ago, like the most of the people know the car model some recalls plus it had a transmision problem, and the car start shake in the middle of the road frecuently absurd after paid 37,000$ you expect problems in a few year but my advisor was the most rude person ever when i went he was so busy that even say sit for cortesy me being 8 months pregnant, after talk for a long period he told you should paid 280$ for engine filter and another things after i paid 380$ prepaid maintenance, and i asked if i need leave the car more than a day nissan will cover rental vehicule he said no! After i call him night time and he told ahh the car is ready no explanation what is been done nothing, i told him that the car have some recalls and he ahh yes but you should know we dont have to advise you about it!!!!! Come back another day we dont have time to do it? He is serious why he is a advisor??? I have to lose another day of work use bus, metro, 8 months pregnant paid 37000$ for the car, i arrive at 8, and they were close, this guy we even told me we are about to close after call me at night, basically Mark Mcallan he can only have your keys and get a payment from you, i will said is a cashier not an advisor! What a employee!

At Darcars Nissan I felt like a kid in a candy store. Bryan Estrada was my sells person and he was so patience with me. I test drive 4 cars and could not make up my mind but he help me pick with his knowledge on my cars. At the end I went home with my 2015 Murano and its all thanks to his patience and profetionalism. I had visit 3 places before Darcars Nissan and I must say I bought here just because I was not pressure and I was helped with great profetionalism. Thank you Darcars ! Keep it up!

Couple weeks ago my dad bought a pre-owned camry from Darcars Nissan and he is really happy with the car. The sales person and the manager really helpful and nice to us. Also the process didn't take that long. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends!

I leased my Nissan Sentra mid-June. Six weeks later they told me they had made a mistake with the paperwork, and could I come in and sign it again. I did, and said I was worried that I had not received an invoice for the monthly payments. "Don't worry." Two weeks later I called them again and said I was worried I was getting in arrears. "Don't worry." Two weeks later I contacted the main Nissan Finance Department and was told my account was delinquent and I will be getting a late fee. I called Darcar three times, left messages, and was told they were "too busy" to return my calls. Since then I have spoken four times with the Nissan Customer Service: they say they have asked Darcar several times to call and explain/apologize. They haven't. I will never go there again.

I called to be scheduled to have my car tire pressure checked since the light had come on.The receptionist was very rude. I asked her name and she asked me why I wanted to know her name, I responded by asking to speak to her supervisor and she told me the supervisor is not in, I then asked to speak to anybody in charge and she transfered me to a guy named Todd? who said he was the sales manager, when I told him what had just happened and to find out why the receptionist was rude he seemed to brush it away like it wasn't a big deal. I just told him that I will look for another DARCARS Nissan to go to if that is how they handle their customers.

I visited a couple of dealerships and was on the brink of giving up until Mr. Jason Ku contacted me, like several others. But the difference with Mr. Ku is that I felt a touch of assurance and consideration. So I decided to give it a trial. Even when I had to postpone my initial appointment for family reasons, Mr. Ku did not sound phony or discouraged. I felt like I had a true relationship. I wished i had met a Sales person like Jason Ku years earlier! I am so delighted and love my purchase experience. Kudos Mr. Ku! Kudos Darcars Rockville! May God bless you all!Chris E.

I bought a used car from this dealership. I did not expect a perfect car being it was used but they should at least come through with what they say. When I was looking at the car I acknowledged to the sales person that it had one tire on the back that was different from all the others. I also said I would not be able to rotate the tire to the front. Knowing that on a front wheel drive car the front tires have to be the same brand and model. The sales person agreed. When I took it for a test drive the car pulled to the right. The sales person said they would align the front end. I decided to buy the car. When I picked up the car, the odd tire was put on the front. I was frustrated at this point so I took it to my local tire center and had the front end aligned. It is fine now but why could they not do what they said. When I sat down with the finance guy he said he could get the best rates and that I would not get these rates anywhere else. I did not inform him I had already did research and was pre-approved by several banks. The first quote was 2% higher then I had already received. After I told him the quotes I received he then matched it. It made me feel as if his best interest was making a commission and not getting me the best rate.

I found the car I wanted online and replied with an offer. After short negotiations we agreed on what I thought was a very fair price. I live in Lynchburg Va, so the next day I took the train to DC and then to the metro stop nearest the dealership. The salesman, Mauricio Levia, picked me up there and we went back to dealership to finalize the deal. He and the sales manager, Kambiz Faris, were both great to work with. We actually spent more time swapping stories than talking cars. Great experience and I'd definitely recommend purchasing a car from these two and their dealership, Darcars Nissan.

His Manager , Mr. Kambiz Faris take the time to explain everything, answer my questions and always trying to help me. Mr. Berry Feiz, financial advisor work hard to get find the best interest rate among all the lenders. They all stayed after hours just that I can have the car that night.

If you are interested in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend contacting Ramin Roshan and Kambiz Faris. Theyre both very dedicated to helping customers find the perfect car. Over the past 15 years, my family and I have purchased numerous pre-owned vehicles from Darcars and all of them have been purchased through Kambiz, the Sales Manager. A few months ago, I wanted to trade-in my vehicle for a pre-owned vehicle. I met with Ramin, the Sales Consultant, who offered me the best customer service Ive ever received. He first obtained a general idea of the type of vehicle I was looking for and then began showing me the selection that matched my preference. I test drove several vehicles and became very interested in one of them; a BMW. However, the BMW was out of my budget and I preferred a different exterior/interior color. Kambiz and Ramin told me not to worry or rush, and assured me that they will find me the exact BMW that I want within my price range. I gave them all of the specifications I was looking for and within one week, they found the exact car that I had requested. Not only that, but it was also below the price range that I had told them I am comfortable with spending. These guys are great. Theyre honest, patient, and most of all, they really want their customers to leave their dealership happy and satisfied. Even months after purchasing the vehicle, they still make themselves available to me and assist me with all of my questions. Again, I highly recommend them, and everyone I have referred to them has been equally satisfied.

Went into this dealership hoping we could trade out of our car and the salesman kept saying he could help us knowing we were upside down. They made us pick a car knowing from the beginning we couldn't get it, then when we get to finance this guy starts telling us everything that we already knew and the opposite of what the salesman told us.. I'm a salesman myself and I already knew this was going to happen and all they did was lie to us and that is not professional at all. So when we were leaving and we came to our car the Visor was broken and it wasn't before we came in. We asked the salesman what happened and he acted crazy! as well as the guy that appraised the car. Overall this was a horrible experience specially when I'm in the same business. I don't recommend this place to anyone whos looking to trade or get a good deal, this place gave me 5k less than what CarMax was offering me for my trade. Never again!

I bought a certified Altima from them. The salesman Ramin was not pushy and just gave me the figures to study. I was deciding between a new car and pre-owned. Drove both and decided that a Certified car was much better . It had a Better warranty and lower cost . His Manager ( Kambiz Faris ) was also very patient with us. It took us about 3 hours to buy a car. The first two hours was about choosing a car. I would go back to them again.

This is the first time I've ever written a review for a car. With that said, given my fantastic experience with Darcars Nissan Rockville - I felt compelled. For the past three months, we have been looking to buy a Nissan Leaf. The search was national, not just limited to our local area. After several weekly email exchanges with Mauricio Leiva, our Sales Consultant, whereby we specifically identified the characteristics of the Nissan Leaf we were after, we were pleasantly surprised to hear that Darcars had found a car specifically for us. Not only was it a perfect match but the way Mauricio and the sales manager, Kambiz Faris, worked with us on the pricing was first class. Some of the best customer service my wife and I have ever experienced at a dealership. As a final note, after we paid for the vehicle, Kambiz noticed that two of the tires that had passed both inspections (i.e. Nissan Certified Pre-owned and State Inspection) were in poor condition. Rather to let us off the lot with worn tires, he went ahead and ordered us a new set of tires at no added cost. If you are in the market for a new or used Nissan I highly recommend dropping in to see Mauricio and Kambiz at Darcars Nissan Rockville - they are knowledgeable and solid guys!

My family and I purchased two cars from this Darcars Nissan and both times their Sales Manager, Mr. Faris provided excellent customer service, offered their full support to find us the right car that we were looking to purchase. Mr. Faris and his team welcomed us to their dealership and allowed us to test drive and learned about their vehicles. They have a great selection of Pre-Owned and New Cars with no pressure. The vehicle that I purchased was serviced, was cleaned, was detailed, and the sales team did a great job go over the features of the car with me. I will purchase my next car from them again. Make sure when you go there ask for Mr. Faris. Thank you Mr. Faris.

I always take my car and all my family vehicles to get serviced at this location, I live in Germatown and less than a mile from my house there is another Nissan dealer but I always drive to Rockville for any service and the reason is the above and beyond customer satisfaction delivered by Angie, the best service advisor I ever had.She is the main reason I am a DARCARS customer for life!

I purchased my first Nissan yesterday from DARCARS Rockville & I was truly disappointed & taken aback by the poor customer service that I received from Sales Manager, Albert Tsou. After weeks of research and test drives, I chose to purchase my car from DARCARS Rockville because of the pleasant & no pressure attitude that I received from Sales Consultant, Roberto Jimenez. Roberto worked with me & produced a great deal on my new car. However, Roberto had to consult with Albert to determine the price of the car under a Costco discount program and assessing the price on my trade-in. Unfortunately, all of my interactions with Albert were confrontational, rude, and hostile. He couldn't provide adequate reasoning for the trade-in assessment price & then when asked for more information, he lied about checking with another DARCARS Honda as a reason for the assessment price. Needless to say, DARCARS doesn't have a Honda dealership & this was confirmed by another sales associate. I received several other great options for the purchase price of the car that I wanted. I chose to stick with DARCARS Rockville because of Roberto. However, I am disappointed by the poor treatment that I received from Albert & will be sure to warn my friends of my experience with DARCARS Rockville.

Thank you so much to the team at Darcars Nissan in Rockville! I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! Albert Tsou was wonderful, I never felt pressured and he really had my best interest in mind. I also worked with Dean from their finance team, he helped me understand every piece of my transaction to ensure I had not questions. Their team took the time to understand what I was looking for and work with me so that I was comfortable in my new purchase. Its so great to find a dealership that really cares about their customers. I will definitely be buying from them in the future and will refer all my friends and family!

I gave DarCars Nissan 5 stars 3 years ago largely due to a single wonderful service manager who shielded me from all of Darcars Nissan problems. Now that she was promoted, I get consistently polite, but fairly incompetent service. 2 stars because at least they are polite, and they seem honest .Some of the problems include:-Waiting 15 minutes or more for the parts department to even answer their calls.-Having a service rep give you her personal cell phone which is always either busy, or does not answer with no voicemail-Having the service department confirm that they can make a specific type of repair modification, but after arriving and leaving the car, they called later that they could not make that type of modification (install DRLs). The manager said that the mechanic needed to see the car to determine. Why? Isnt this a Nissan dealer who has database information on their vehicles?-Repairing a faulty seat belt buckle (red sensor light) for $20 in parts but $220 in labor.-$145 charge just to investigate certain problems.-Requiring prepayment on the ordering of parts - even just $20 worth!-Possibly recommending unneeded repairs? You will always be put on hold - are they understaffed?I still am in touch with the promoted Service Manager who now works for Darcars Corporate she is the only reason I will still deal with DarcarsNissan.

My wife and I went to the dealership the day before memorial weekend. Bought a pathfinder with the help of Jason Ku and Albert Tsou. Both of them are very honest people and easy to work with. The testing driving is smooth. Personalized the options and packages for my family and recommend the right car to us. Get very good discount from them. The financial part can be a little bit tricky. Financial manger will suggest many extended warranty & service and insurance plan. So need to do your homework before seriously buying.

Finding, learning about and making my decision to purchase a vehicle from the Darcars Nissan dealership was easy, fast and just an overall great experience. The staff there are very friendly and accommodating. The car I wanted (specific color) was located at a different location and they made the extra effort to go retrieve it and bring it back to me. Now that's what I call customer service!I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great team to help you find your dream car or truck!

We came in to look at a 2015 Pathfinder and had the opportunity to work with Jonathan. He is wonderful! He isn't pushy or overbearing, but very friendly and easy to work with. I never felt pressured to buy anything, although we did get the Pathfinder, which I love! Jonathan was able to answer all of our questions and even had us talk to another team member who had driven the car and was very familiar with it. If you want a good experience, ask for Jonathan. He was terrific!

We went to a car dealer today. Darcars Nissan Rockville. The car we were interested in was sold, but the salesman said he would check inventory. He wanted us to come inside. I said it was hot inside and we'd be outside. After waiting for more than 10 minutes "someone was using the computer" so inventory could be checked. He came back outside and said they didn't have the car we wanted. He still wanted us to come inside. So he went to get his manager. The manager wanted to give me his card. I said, "I don't want your card. All I want to know is if they have the car in inventory somewhere or not". The manager said I was being rude. I said why can't you just give me a yes or no answer. The manager to me to leave and never come there again. Rudest, most disrespectful treatment I have ever received at a dealership and I have bought over 40 cars.

Very Bad experience with this dealer...I test drove a 2012 Pathfinder they had a price... I told them it was high I gave them 2 counter offers, they said they could not take it. I left. The Manager called me two days later and I told him I was in New York to look at a couple vehicles...he said he would accept my offer and put a sold sign on the car because I was 5 hrs away and they would be closed by the time I get there. I left new York without looking at the cars I went to see....after leaving new York the manager emails me and tells me he sold the vehicle to someone else. This was a total disregard of honesty from the dealership and the dealer.

I sent the following letter to Andre:Andre,Quite frankly, I'm appalled you would even ask if I'm still interested in buying or leasing a Nissan Leaf! I came in last weekend to lease a car from Dar Cars. You and your friend there managed to convince not just me, but my friend Mike, as well, that neither one of us EVER wants to deal with Dar Cars. If you'll recall, several weeks ago, I called and asked how much it would cost to lease a 2014 Nissan Leaf. I was told it would be $189.00 per month, give or take a few dollars. My friend, Mike, and I came in and test drove a Leaf just a couple of weeks after that. At that time, we asked how much it would cost to lease a 2014 Nissan Leaf, and we were told $189.00 per month, give or take a few dollars. Two weeks ago, we came back and test drove the Leaf, again. We asked, yet again, how much it would cost to lease a 2014 Nissan Leaf, but this time, though, we actually spoke with a "finance guy," who crunched numbers and told us, "$189.00 per month."Needless to say, we walked away thinking, "Wow. This is the place for us." Just a couple of days later, you sent me an e-mail, admittedly addressed to my friend, Mike, trying to convince me to come back and make a deal with you. Remember that? We went back and forth, then, about trying to keep track of who the customer is, and you apologized for the mix up. Two days later, I got a call from someone else there, asking for Mike at my number, because you had not bothered to correct the information in your database. Nonetheless, Mike and I decided that the car, the sales pitch, and the price were just too good, so we decided to go back.Imagine our surprise when we came back last Sunday to actually order a car for me to lease. We had our checkbook in hand! You and your buddy gave us such a "bait and switch" song and dance. "Well, that $189.00 isn't for a 2014 Leaf, it's only for the silver 2013 Leaf sitting right over there." How incredibly stupid. At no point in any of our conversations with you or anyone else there did we specify a particular car, and we certainly NEVER specified "that silver 2013 Leaf sitting right over there." Then, to have you pull out that line: "Well, Nissan leases vary by the VIN number of the car, and until we have the VIN number of the car, we can't actually tell you how much it's going to cost to lease a vehicle." Again, how stupid. Every other Nissan dealer I spoke with was able to give me a quote for a 2014 Nissan Leaf -- without a VIN number!I feel the need to repeat: I am appalled! I was, in fact, so shocked by your poor salesmanship and customer service, I called and left a message for Tammy Darvish on Monday, hoping to speak with her. I figured, since she said so on the hold "music" tape, she would be interested in what happened, and why not one but two Nissan Leaf leases were not going to happen at Darcars. Pretty clearly, though, your shocking lack of professionalism comes from the top. Needless to say, she's never bothered to call me back. She's not even bothered to have an underling call me back to apologize for her tardiness in calling me back. It's five o'clock on Friday, five days later, so I'm not expecting a call back. Instead, I'm reviewing your dealership online. Please feel free to delete all of my information and my friend, Mike's, information from your database. We will most definitely NOT be doing business with Dar Cars. I'm going this weekend to a different dealer to get my Nissan Leaf there. I still love the car.To answer your question: What do you need to do to earn my business? Don't lie to me. Don't treat me like an imbecile. Remember my name. Remember who your customer is. Last but not least, I most sincerely hope you learn a bit more about customer service and how to treat a customer with respect, since clearly that is not something you have managed to figure out to date.I wish you well in your future endeavors,AmyThat's the letter. Need I say more?

Hello,I wanted to share our experience with Darcars, Rockville this week. The SUV we were looking for (2014 Nissan Rogue, AWD, SV with the premium package) was not available so we were given to test drive the SL model instead. The salesperson assured us that the SV model we are interested in have all the options the SL model we test drove does, except for the leather seats. We were quoted a price verbally of $27,500. We had to go back the next day to confirm the price so they can buy the car we wanted from another dealership. The price we were quoted was $27,500 total will all taxes and fees included. Then we asked for the Costco membership discount and we were told the final total price will be $27,060 after the Costco discount. They wanted us to complete an application for credit when we wanted to pay cash (???). We were told that our car will be delivered on Monday morning and we will get a call when it's been delivered. As we were getting ready to leave we were asked to go back in because the finance manager had made a mistake and a 2013 vehicle was priced instead so our final price was over $28,000. Additionally, it turned out that the moon roof option we were told by the salesperson we will get doesn't come with the premium package but it's another option worth over $1000. Well, it looks like we weren't lucky to get a salesperson who knows the difference between the models and the options they come with. Not to mention the incompetent finance manager who said that "it's normal for a human to make mistakes" and when we said that they should honor the price because it was already offered to us the salesman said "I didn't give it to you in writing....". I guess they don't think that a given word means something... So much for doing business with Nissan Darcars in Rockville. We will make sure we spread the word among friends and co-workers so there aren't more mislead customers...

Ever Since my parents and I found this place a year and a half ago they have been nothing short of spectacular!! My favorite employee is Kerrie and I would highly recommend everyone to use this dealership for service. I frequently go here to get my car maintained for regular oil checks and bi-monthly work. This is my go-to place if I wanted any work done on my car. Kerrie makes me feel welcome and always has a smile on her face! It is refreshing to see her and Darcars Nissan be so invested in who you are as a customer and not just another source of money. I will use this place as long as it stays in business.

The GM Eddie Morataya is someone that will help you in every way possible to put you in a new car, without being a car salesman. He is very knowledgeable about his products and finance. Even if I'm getting an oil change, he still greats me as if a new customer. I have bought several Nissans and this is the only dealership that I will give my business to or refer anyone to. Go see Eddie

My three visits to Darcars Nissan were all fantastic. Their service manager Kerrie Gorman was thorough and kept me informed about everything that needed to be done to my car. From oil changes to new tires everything was great. I also like the fact that my car is returned to me very clean. As a train rider I was very impressed that Darcars goes above and beyond to provide it's customers with a shuttle service to and from the metro. I would highly recommend Darcars Nissan and their Service Manager Kerrie to anyone.

I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership and after 4 months the vehicle locked up and it would not move...not a pleasant experience since my two kids and I had to walk home at night after we arranged tow. Because of the passed experience with their service department next door (355 Toyota) I thought of towing the vehicle to DARCARS Nissan to give it a try, now that my car is up and running I don't regreat it at all! Not only my advisor made my experience pleasant but he gave me the peace of mind I needed while I fought with the othr dealer to help me with the payment. My vehicle was fixed in no time and at a good price!! (Since warranty did not cover the repair) This will be my place of service while I have my vehicle and the place to purchase a vehicle if I decide to purchase a new one.

Jose has been wonderful with customer service and with making me feel like I can trust him and the Nissan team. Being a woman it's hard to know if the dealer is over charging you or lying but with Jose he is honest and straightforward as well friendly. Jose has gone over and beyond to make me feel comfortable with getting my car serviced at Nissan. I will continue servicing my car at the dealership.

I absolutely LOVE this dealership service department. I bought my car from this deal brand new. Let me tell you, my experience with Jose Adon has been so wonderful that, I am perfectly willing to drive 35.24 miles just to get my car service. In today's world it's not easy for a woman to take her car to a dealer for service and not wonder if the dealer is over charging her. I don't have to worry about that because Jose is very, straightforward, friendly, and always professional. Any questions or issue I have with my car Jose addressed it directly and fixed it. Jose has gone over and beyond to make sure that I am a very happy customer, I could not be happier with the service that Jose has provided, and because of that I won't trust any other dealer to work on my car.

This is my firs time purchasing a car from Nissan Darcars I had my car serviced and have received impeccable service and attitude by all Nissan Darcars personnel over the last couple of months. My accolades go to one individual who after I have made my visits to Nissan Darcars a "very pleasant" experience. Jose Adon "my" service advisor is not only friendly but exceptionally knowledgeable about keeping me on the straight and narrow in properly maintaining my Maxima. His guidance and direction has made my car and myself happy.:-)Nissan Darcars please keep up the GOOD work.Kattiy Lee-AdonFrederick, MD

I always hated going to dealerships because I always had bad experiences, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Darcars Nissan. Everyone was friendly, professional, courteous and did not pressure me at all. The sales person, Chaz Warner was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did not have to spend my entire afternoon at this dealership, like I had done in the past at other dealerships. Everything went easy and smooth. I highly recommend purchasing a car from them. They are awesome!!!

These people treat you by your credit score not what you are trying to accomplish. They make promises and can't deliver on their promises. Do not return phone calls. My credit was even ran on a vehicle that I did not want. I feel like that is unprofessional and uncalled for, and will be seeling action regarding it. We were lied to several times by David Linson and Dean did not return any phone calls. I understand our credit may not be in the best shape, but they wanted everything to be on their terms and did not meet the need. The most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever met.

It is so easy to complain about things that don't go exactly as planned, and it is very seldom that someone will take the time to write a nice review. Although there were some hitches in my first car buying experience, i feel that the overall outcome wasn't SO bad. I mean, i did get a new car! And i did it by myself!! My salesman was awesome, he was helpful and almost just as excited as i was that i was getting the car i wanted! The actual buying process was a little shaky. The manager that was working the night i purchased my car, gave me a headache for two hours about insurance. She wasn't understanding that i had already taken care of the car being insured, even though it wasn't MY policy (its my parents). She told me that there was no way the car would be insured, if my parents names weren't on the title of my car. It started off as being "the law" and then an hour later turned out to be "Darcars Policy" and honestly.. it just turned out to be a load of bologna! (ive worked in the car business for over 6 years, i know what i can and cant do!). But once the insurance issue was taken care of, the actual signing of papers and financing process was a breeze. The manager filled my tank up for my troubles (which i thought was customary when you purchase a vehicle anyway), but i took what i could get. So my overall experience wasn't horrible, but there is always room for improvement.

This overall experience has to deal with the purchase of a Nissan Maxima SV on December 22, 2012. What you will find in the following write up are issues concerning this vehicle In addition, I will explain how the issue continues and the steps I'm taking to resolve my compliant. Nissan has explained to me since I contacted Tammy Darvish (Co-owner) that they will fix the problem. However, if this problem is not resolved within one-month, my next step will be file a law suit. Please read the following: MemorandumDate: January 09, 2013To: Nissan From: Robert L. Blackwell Re: Vibration Issue____________________________________________________________________________________On December 21, 2012, I entered Dar Car Nissan located in Rockville, Maryland with intentions of purchasing a new vehicle and trading in my 1996 Ford Ranger. I test drove a Nissan Maxima SV and after debating pricing with the dealership, I received a new 2012 Nissan Maxima SV that had only 61 miles on it before purchase. During the drive home, I noticed that the tire pressure light was on during my drive that night. The next day (22nd), I brought the vehicle back to the Nissan service center. The service representative Hosea and Rose M. Bayat, Vice President of Customer Relations explained that since the vehicle had been sitting since May 2012, it is possible this is the reason. During the conversation, I also explained to them that the vehicle seems to vibrate during excessive speeds of 60mph. Hosea explained that the issue was due to the tire pressure being low and by adding pressure it would cure the problem. Within hours of driving the vehicle, I called the service center back and explained that the issue still existed and made an appointment for the Nissan center to look at the problem. On December 29, 2012, I brought the vehicle into the service center and they recommended a hard balancing of the tires. Rose explained that she had several Nissan Maximas come thru the service center with this issue but the tech would drive the car and provide a solution. The tech suggested hard balancing the tires. After balancing, I proceeded to drive the vehicle and within seconds, the issue still existed. I called the service center back and was told no one could look at the vehicle because of the weather conditions outside (possible snow & ice was forecasted that day). On December 31, 2012, I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs Division and explained the issue I was having and several vibrating issues I found other consumers were having on the Web. Vanessa, a consumer affairs representative, contact ext. 457330 issued me case no.10327577 and assured that on January 02, 2012, someone from Nissan would contact me in regards to the concern. On January 02, 2013, I received a contact from Richard, the regional manager for the Maryland division. We spoke about the issue and he explained that it would be handled on January 05, 2013. After taking the car in at 7:00am on January 04, 2012 and waiting for 3hrs & 15 minutes, Rose explained the issue still existed based on the service tech road test of the vehicle and that she would be contacting Nissan to find a solution. On this same day, after leaving the service center, I called Richard again and left a message with my concern. At approximately, 11:15am, a Nissan representative from Dar Cars contacted me and explained I would be receiving new tires on the vehicle. On January 08, 2013, at 7:00am, I dropped the vehicle off and was issued a rental car. At 7:00pm, on January 08, 2013, I picked the vehicle up and drove off. However, because of traffic at that time, I was unable to test the vehicle for the problem. On January 09, 2013, while driving to work on interstate 95 North to Arlington, Virginia at approximately 7:30am, the problem still existed; at which I called Richard at 1-800-343-6913 and left a message; who explained that if the matter wasnt resolved, to contact him the next day. On January 09, 2013, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division of Maryland as well as Fox 5 News Desk and will be providing them copies of my service report as well as emails and any other documentation required. In addition, all my conversations with Richard, as per him, were recorded as well. My concern is that I would like this matter taken care of or have the dealership provide me a new vehicle, being that this problem should not exist in a new car. Best regards, Robert L. Blackwell

Staff were always friendly and service-oriented. Brian Horst, Pre-owned Sales Manager, took great care of my particular case, being transparent, and offering good options. When I returned to the dealer, Brian kept up all of his promises. This is what you would expect of a great dealer. I am recommending Brian and Darcars Nissan of Rockville to all my friends, recommend you pay them a visit, and will keep him in mind for my next vehicle purchase.

They are not honest. They tried to swindle me. I got OTD $26,000 for 2013 Altima 2.5s even though I would pay for it by cash. If you wanna make a good deal, I highly encourage you to find another dealership.

This was my first time buying a car, and I really didn't know very much about the process or taking care of a car at the start. My mom was the one to reach out to a few local dealers and look in to my options for the car I wanted. Unfortunately, none of them had it in red, but Darcars did have it in black, which was my second choice. Albert, who we worked with through emails at first, was really professional and responsive, which made me feel much more comfortable with the experience. The other dealerships were unresponsive and seemed kind of skeezy. Chaz helped me with actually buying the car, even bringing me a different car of the same model when the first had a slight technical problem and going through the maintenance of the car. Dean helped with the actual paperwork. All three were really great to work with and I feel like I definitely made the right choice going there.

I was anxious about purchasing this new vehicle due to some very bad experiences in the past. But Darcars Nissan management and sales team has come thru and made this car buying experience a pleasant one. I am especially thankful to the General Manager Eddie for his great customer service. He took care of my daughter and me, and met every promise. I am thankful to all that took time to help us during this purchase and will recommend this dealership to others.

I should post my WONDERFUL experience with Darcars Nissan of Rockville. I normally take my cars to a decent local mechanic in Charles Town WV near where I live but there are times you need the dealer and there are none near me. I searched Nissan dealers on my route to work (Frederick, Gaithersburg, Rockville) and settled quite by accident on Darcars in Rockville. I made an appointment for the next day and since I got in early I met the service manager, Carrie, who seemed quite knowledgeable. There was a noise under the car she diagnosed, plus my WV mechanic told me about a gastank lining problem causing the check engine light to come on in my Xterra and the gas gauge to fail intermittently (he wanted to charge me $300). Carrie told me that the gastank problem was known in Xterras and it could be fixed under warranty (even with my 50,000+ miles!) Plus there were 2 never-serviced recalls that she had fixed that day. I came back a month later to repair the drivers seat (she replaced the seatback at cost) did the gastank (no charge). The 3d visit a month later (car is in the shop now) is to replace the stereo (I had it replaced by an independent shop 3 years ago and they did an AWFUL job) - so I am putting back in the stock but hi-performing ROCKFORD FOSGATE that I never should have replaced - fair price PLUS the dealer is doing an interior detail.Every time I brought the car in Carrie listened, gave a status update call, and delivered the car as promised. I don't like any of the current models but would seriously consider buying a Nissan anyway just to have Carrie and Darcars Nissan in Rockville work on my car.

This happens to be the very worst dealership I have ever been to. The were extremely rude especially the used cars sales man and sold me a car that broke down within 5 days and was unable to be repaired. They kept it in the shop for a month with no progress and no courtesy car. I have yet to receive my money back still and its been another two weeks. This place was so rude to me and they never return my phone calls ever. It was a terrible experience and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone ever! No one should have this type of experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

My car broke down the other day and had to be towed back to my house late night. I decided the very next day to buy a new car due to the expense of the repairs. I was debating between a used one and new one and eventually I ended up buying a new one. Thanks to the the Shahram, I decided on a brand new Nissan Versa Sedan 2012 for ~$14k! I felt I got honest advice on everything- which is the only thing I needed besides a new car. Thanks!

The staff was friendly, attentive, and willing to work with us. They searched the area for the car we wanted, picked it up, and gave us the same price as if it had been in their stock. Negotiations were smooth and we very willing to work with us on price. I would definitely recommend DARCARS and will certainly buy from them again.

Excellent new car buying experience. Up front with their pricing and offered the best price that other dealers could not match. We ended up with an upgraged Frontier for the same price that other dealer was offering for a lesser model!Friendly and efficient during the signing process - they made the entire paperwork experience easy. You have to expect to be there for at least a couple hours to get the financing, title, tags, etc., completed but this is exactly what you go through at ANY dealership to buy a new car!Highly recommended - ask for Zion as your salesperson!

Buying my car from DARCARS NISSAN ROCKVILLE WITH CHARLES "CHAZ" WARNER was the best decision I have ever made. I have bought several cars and, while I never had a bad experience, I also never had a great one until I bought my ARMADA from CHARLES at DARCARS NISSAN ROCKVILLE. CHARLES was my salesperson and he was very courteous and attentive. CHARLES "CHAZ" WARNER handled all the paperwork and explained everything in great detail. I had a fun time while waiting. Thanks to DARCARS NISSAN ROCKVILLE for showing me what a great car shopping experience is supposed to be like. I will not shop anywhere else for my cars from now on.

This is the 2nd new 3.5 SR Altima I've purchased in 5 years at DARCARS of Indianola Drive. I love them!!! From the e-mail request for the internet price, no games, no "give us your phone #" but a real quote electronically sent to my e-mail address and a "please call me if you are interested". No pressure, no gimmicks! I immediately called Andre Mbassa back and he told me to come out whenever I was available. I went out the next day (yesterday) and was treated like a queen. He and Sion not only met my expectations but they exceeded them. I drove out of the lot with the car I wanted and just like my last experience, no post cognitive dissonance, I know I got a good price and that they will take care of my needs with this car. I told them the next one will be a hat trick....I'll be back to purchase #3 when the time is right!

My service writer Kerrie Gorman has been very friendly and fantastic as far as taking care of my needs. The mechanics here Ive met are as well very friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in this area who wants great satisfaction and overall dealership experience!

Great place to buy a car - I would buy one everyday until the end of the year, if I could afford it! The staff was amazing. It felt like everyone bent of backwards to ensure no detail was overlooked. They found the exact car I was looking in an incredible time frame. The staff knew the ins and outs of the car, and every questions was quickly answered. The financing process, which is typically a grueling and arduous process, was quick and simple. Eddie walked me through every step with complete confidence. Looking forward to my next purchase with Darcars Nissan!

I purchased my Nissan Altima from Luis Montalvo. I was greeted with a warm welcome. Everything was very straight foward. They had the best price from the 5 dealers I shopped. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I met a manager names Albert. He made sure everything went smoothly. He answered all of my questions and even put the tag on my new car. I will do business with darcars again.

To be fair, this dealership did have the best Internet Price in the 150 mile radius from where I live, and they did honor that price. This alone was worth it for me to buy my Nissan Rogue here. The rest of the experience was very negative for me:1) I knew exactly what car I wanted to get from the start and knew the price as well (since it was an internet price from cars.com and they dont negotiate below that price which was already very low). So I was thinking this would be an in and out process. Somehow they managed to keep me there for almost 5 hours by making me wait and passing me around from one person to the next. One person would fill out 1 paper, the next would explain one procedure, the next would do 1 small thing and so forth, and each time we would wait. They didnt have the color of the car we wanted so we had to come back 3 weeks later to get the car, and even to just pick it up after all was seemingly done took another 3 hours. Both times they totally didnt care about my time even after I told them 5 times I am in a hurry.2) In the span of 3 week between when we filled out the paper work and when we actually picked up the car, I called them about 10 times for various reasons, and each time someone picked up they would say we will call you right back with the answer and NOBODY ever called back. Since I live 3 hours away from the dealership and cant just drive over, this was very annoying3) Another thing is, their computer system was weak. They couldnt find my vehicle/sale information by my last name or vehicle vin number. They kept asking who is your salesman (which I didnt remember) and they couldnt locate my records. Then when the financing person wasn't there, they couldnt figure out if he already submitted my paperwork to nissan or will only do so once I physically pick up the car. This made it hard to know whether I have a papyment due real soon or I still have plenty of time. All this should be easily available in the computer system as soon as I tell them my last name. With all that said, Id be willing to thru this mess of a dealership to get the price that I got on the Nissan Rogue.

When I purchased my Murano, I also at the encouraging of the salesman, purchased the Darcars maintenance package. I was told it would be $800 or if I wanted a replacement set of floor mats it would be $865. I opted to get the latter so that as the car aged I could get clean floors mats. I called Darcars to redeem getting the floor mats and was told they have nothing in their system indicating I was owed the mats and that unless I had documentation they would be able to do nothing for me. Since they are the ones that sold me that rip off maintenance package, THEY are the ones that should have documentation. I paid nearly $40,000 for a car and they can't give me the lousy $65 in floor mats I am owed. The sales experience was a joke as well. I will NEVER buy another car there and will be spreading that word like wild fire in every avenue I can.

I had my Nissan Murano serviced at DARCARS where they had to replace the faulted factory alternator under warranty. Several weeks later while driving at highway speeds, the alternator fell off the engine and almost came through the hood of the car had it not become entangled in the wires, hoses and belts in its way. The noise and jolt was frightening to say the least as the dash lights came alive. My wife and I were counting our lucky stars that we were not injured or worse if the alternator had come through the hood and windshield. We took the car to the nearest dealership from where it had broke down. They then called DARCARS immediately and spoke with Roberto after reviewing the records which indicated that it was indeed DARCARS that performed the alternator service. DARCARS at first denied they did the job.... Then after seeing the records, they tried to lay the blame on me because I am a mechanic.... We all laughed at that one... it was a sad denial...!The entire alternator assembly and mounting system was bent up and destroyed along with all the AC lines, electrical harnesses and hoses on that side of the engine. It took over a week for Nissan along with the dealerships to figure out what had happened and who would be responsible for all the damage. (It was determined that the service tech who replaced the alternator failed to tighten up the mounting bolts properly. He apparently "forgot to do it" after the rather lengthy recharging time of the AC system... a necessary procedure on this vehicle when servicing the alternator. The AC compressor needs to be removed.) It then took another two weeks to obtain all the necessary parts to finally repair the job. (You would think the service tech would have ordered the parts while the investigation was being conducted.... Not.)It's sad that Nissan goes through the trouble of making fantastic cars only to have them ruined by their service teams (in my opinion some are simply factory trained (blank) not worth a red cent.)So I put my foot down with this one and complained directly to Nissan Corporate. They claim they're fully aware of the quality issues regarding their USA dealer service network... another words they're just as frustrated with the system as we are.Maybe factory direct sales and service would work out better some day... until then... safe driving to you all and beware of some of those so called factory trained professionals!Take care

I was able to knock down at least $4400 from the MSRP price. Then amazing thing was I still got Nissan $1000 rebate and special financing. I thought they were giving me a pretty good deal. I did go in because their ads. But I ended up getting different car with more options. Not that they pushed the sale..just the base model was not totally satisfactory to what I hope for my second car. The manager and salesman were nice. They were not busy when I went in the first time to test drive all different cars. I was there 3 hours but I did not make a decision to buy eventually. I went for another Nissan dealer just to compare their offers. Then, their offer was indeed the better one. So I went back the next day to purchase the car. They were busy at the day. I was there for another 3 hours. Over all, I am happy with their service.
