Great service! Called and reserved car with a small deposit. They parked it round the back until I could make it there to collect it 10 days later. No hassle with my trade-in, all very transparent and open with the numbers. Very pleased with our new car! Everyone was good about covid protocols - asked about masking etc., to whatever degree I was comfortable with. Overall great experience!

John (the sales rep) and Ethan (the financial man) we’re both more than accommodating, helpful and expeditious when it came to buying my car. I walked into the dealership to sell my truck. No hassle or pressure to trade in and the process to appraise took 15 minutes. I came back in saying I wanted a mustang Mach e and we looked at them. No pressure to buy. I bought one anyway. No insane dealership markup. This is hands down the best dealership I’ve been to and I’ve been to many in the past two decades. I was able to refinance and Ethan was more than helpful to get me my refund check in less than a week. I highly recommend ANYONE in the New England area to stop by here first. This is how business should be done. I am considering coming back here even when I’m across the country just to buy a car. Thanks to Ford Darling and the team. 10/10.

The flyers they send out are lyes and they do not want to work with anyone like they say especially Ethan (his head must have gotten to big after the new position)he was a lot different willing to help people now he doesn’t want to listen and would not honor the flyer from the big event this August and wouldn’t even try for us at all basically he Brang the paperwork up and the basically turned around and brought them back without trying to work with us very unprofessional and we needed a different vehicle do to my handicap situation now we are still with the vehicle that is unsafe for me to get into.
