We had the best salesman. Our experience was rocky by no fault of Darlings. Our salesman Dustin was a very HONEST and pleasant young man. Dustin gave us 110% of himself and worked hard to find us what we were looking for and he did an excellent job. We are very happy with our new to us pickup. Recently our old van broke down. We were looking for a new or used car and we went to a couple of dealerships and they were not so nice. But then we went to Darling Ford and met Stacie Lezotte. She was a ray of sunshine and helped us find the perfect car for us. She made us laugh and feel respected. We also met Dan on the buying process he was great and friendly and very helpful with all the choices. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new or used car to Seek out Stacie at Darlings Ford. The people here are kind and helpful and have your back.

Was on vacation when my car breaks down. They were able to get my car semi-working because they were not able to get one of the parts. I asked them to call my dealer service and tell them what part I need which will have a lot. They agreed on it. A week and a half and 3 phone calls, still did not call. They initially claimed they called and no one answered. I called a few times and was able to get through. After I confronted them, they then said they are busy. If they are not going to call, don't agree on it. I also felt they over-called me both on the car rental and services since they know that I am on vacation and need a car.
