Penny took great care of my vehicle in service while Scott & Matt helped cure my curiosity while looking at new vehicles and even made me a sweet deal on a new truck. Our Sales guy Todd was incredible. Everyone made sure that all of our question were answered and that the vehicle was what we really wanted and would be happy with. We were able to take the truck overnight to make sure and then went back Saturday morning and finished the paperwork. A big thank you to everyone at Dave Gill Chevrolet.

While they did verify the problem was with the wiper motor as I had told them I was charged $109 which was even higher than Toyota charges for diagnostics. Then I was told this simple part would take a week or more to obtain. Are you kidding? So I'll have to reschedule once it comes in and do this all over again. Next other companies apply the diagnostic fee to the repair to help defray costs, but you do not. Lastly is that I'm told the cost of the wiper motor is $350 which is outrageous, then about $250 for installation, again outrageous. I'll get this fixed but likely won't be back for my next repair. I'd hate to hear the cost had it been something a little more extensive. Signed, unsatisfied customer.

I love how they made us feel important an took there time explaining everything we needed. Everything went smoothly an faster then we ever had.
