From the moment I walked into the Hallman Hyundai dealership I was treated with respect and given all the time I needed to decide on which vehicle would best suit my needs. A salesman from another local dealership would direct all his attention to my husband ignoring "the wife" My Hallman salesman explained everything to both of us and in no way was condescending to me. He took the time to demonstrate how to use all of the features in the cars I was most interested in. This was my first time getting a car with blue link capabilities. I went back three times after purchasing my car to ask questions and I felt very comfortable and encouraged to come back as many times as I needed to learn about the features in the car. There is a huge difference in not only the make and model of a car but in the attention you get from the dealership. This is the car dealership I would want my family and friends to experience for themselves.

I originally went to Hallman Chevy across the street and met with Joe Fallon. He listened to my needs, put me in a car that I liked, and insisted that I get a car I wanted, not necessarily one that was in his lot. He suggested that after I look at his vehicles that I also go over to the Hyundai lot and take a look at those vehicles as well since I already had a Hyundai. He worked up the numbers on the Chevy while I met Jason Pamula over at the Hyundai dealership. It didn't take him long to to figure out what I needed that was within my price range. I took the car for a test ride and I was hooked. He let me know with my past military time and being a Hyundai owner already that I was eligible for a few rebates. It was appreciated that he was very honest with me from the start and I enjoyed talking to him about his own military experience. I felt that my needs were put first with both Joe Fallon and Jason Pamula. I have already given both names to a couple of friends who will be in the market in the next year. Thanks Joe and Jason!!

I have purchased a lot of cars in my time. In fact, I owe two businesses. Thus, buying a car is a must. As often, you tend to hassle and go back and forth with a dealer for a fair price, whereas you feel that you are getting a deal. In this dealer its not the case. From the second I walked into the door, Zac Czerwinski (leasing and sale attendant), treated me like a friend. He literally looked for my best interest. Not once, I felt taken advantage of. It felt like having a conversation with a friend who was looking out for my best interest. Now, I ended up leasing a Hyundai Genesis 2016 Ultimate Package. A very nice car! Better than most vehicles I have tested in the past. During the sale, and even delivery of the vehicle it was a joyous experience. I was laughing, and I felt that I made some new friends. From someone who just moved from California. I can tell that I will always do business here. Whatever training was used to teach Zac, they should do the same across all dealers. Was in the market for a newer Sonata. Hadn't looked at the 2016s yet, but was looking to update my 2011, since it was overdue in for another recall. When Zac put me in the driver's seat of the new one, and I drove down the road, it seems like it was driving itself. It was so easy to control and the print on the info panels was large enough for me to read. Love my new Sonata! I'm so glad Zac knew I really wanted/needed and deserved a new Sonata instead of a used one!

Plus I had left a glass in the courtesy vehicle and when i went back to get it nobody drove the vehicle but my glass was gone and it grew wings and flew away .... I had the glass for 5 years ...gift from Disabled American Veterans as I am a Vet and they more or less made fun of me because it was "just a glass" .... will never ever go back there for ANYTHING

I needed a new lease and when i went to trade in my current Honda, the dealership said it would be an extra $50 a month for a lower model. the argument was that the new base model came with many more standard features such as bluetooth and backup camera.. i was not that impressed. i shopped around a little bit since a car to me is nothing more that a transportation solution (take note). Hyundai had the best price point for the features offered to me my needs. I actually don't even need the bluetooth or back up camera but it was nice they were standard for the lease price i paid. this price was commensurate with the old lease from Honda.

My criteria for buying (leasing) a vehicle was largely non-negotiable. I had so much to put down and only so much I could afford per month. Initially there was nothing close and I prepared to leave and look at other dealerships in the area. The salesperson asked me to stop back after I looked elsewhere. He was going to search for discounts to bring the price closer to my range. An hour or so later I returned after having found a used car that I intended to purchase at a nearby dealership. The salesperson informed me that he'd come pretty close and gave me the figure. I broke into my happy dance.

I needed to trade in my 2005 Elantra, and went to Hallman's thinking of buying another Elantra. However, I found that Elantras had grown a lot larger in the past ten years. The sales person, Mark Connelly, was very knowledgeable about this. I ended up driving a 2015 Accent and liking it better than a new Elantra. It drives like my former car (except it's a smoother ride and the car has a lot more pep), and suits my needs very well, with not too many add-ons.
