My wife Chris and I enjoyed our purchase of our GMC Terrain Denali. Our sales consultant Oliver Livingston was outstanding as we never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. We also met members of the Sinclair family, including Dan Sinclair Jr, the Sales Manager. My wife and I were given options to consider and as a result we feel like we were able to make an informed decision. As a result we enjoy our new Terrain! Thank you Oliver!!!

Nikki was amazing! She emailed me some vehicles based on my criteria, and when I got to the dealership, she was immediately available for our appointment. She had a couple of cars ready to go and it took me about 5 minutes to find the car I loved!! We went for a quick test drive & then she thoroughly went over all the options for purchasing the vehicle. She worked with me on my trade in as well. She also explained everything about my new Buick Encore and also is quick to text back when I asked more questions (after I got my vehicle home). Dave, the finance person was also great. It was the best car-buying experience I've ever had and I left completely satisfied and loving my car!! I'll definitely recommend Dave Sinclair to EVERYONE looking for a car, and especially Nikki Horr!!

I purchased a new truck from this dealer. They had quite a few trucks on the lot to select from with similar options. The entire staff was patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. No sales pressure here like at some dealerships. Nicki was great and made the whole process easy. The Dave Sinclair team is very customer service oriented. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Dave Sinclair Buick is a great place to buy/lease a vehicle. I just bought my third vehicle from them, and every experience has been great. Their prices are the lowest in town, and the staff is very personable and professional. This is a well run dealership, and is how you should run a business.

I reached out to Dan Sinclair, Jr. to help me find a very specific make, model, type, and year of a used car I wanted to purchase. He was exceptionally helpful and informative throughout the process. He found the perfect car in Florida, and he took care of purchasing it, shipping it, and preparing it for me back in St. Louis. All around great experience, and I’m very happy with my purchase. I will definitely call Dan the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle.

The service department went above and beyond! I was also impressed that Mr. Dan Sinclair came to the waiting room to ensure that everyone had been waited on and that everyone was comfortable. I was very impressed with the customer service which is a lost art.

The service advisor took the time to go over my car with me when I dropped it off, the repairs were made in a timely fashion, they even went ahead and fixed a recall issue that I had not even been notified of yet, and when I picked up the car, the service advisor took the time to go through exactly what the problem was and how they resolved it.

I take my wife's car to them for service. I am impressed at the volume of cars that they service. Yet with all of that they get the work done. Kudos to the mechanics. Clayton was my advisor. He is very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. He told me how long it would take and what it would cost. Surprisingly it was less than he quoted and took less time. Here's my hint, ask for early service. They supply you with coffee and donuts. Yummy. Actually when I was there, Dan Sinclair came out to the customers lounge and introduced himself to the customers. Handed us a card and said if we had any problems to let him know. Very good customer relations. Definitely recommend Sinclair Buick for your service needs.

Great experience from finding the perfect car to working with Adam Roberts. He worked very hard and was very informative and polite. Also, we enjoyed working with Michael Baek. We would definitely recommend Adam to anyone looking for a new car. Very happy with the total experience.

I will be the first to admit that I do not often write reviews when I have a good experience. That said, I had a FANTASTIC experience with this dealership 2.5 yrs ago. This is whay we returned here when it was time to trade in our next car. They did not have what we were looking for on the lot so they located one for us out of state. Was a little leary of this, however, I trusted them based off of previous purchase. BIG MISTAKE, I would not recommend buying in this manner. We had to leave our trade in there, was given a rental and told our new purchase, 2014 Acadia, would be in early next week. (This occured on a Friday evening) We signed papers and I left a deposit check. They cashed check the following Monday and by Wednesday, still had not heard about Acadia. Contacted dealer and they did respond promptly. Everything went shady from there, communication was very vague and in-consistent. Finally told to pick up new car the following Friday. Acadia has significant damage to the exterior, can only explain as it looked like it was side swiped down both sides of the vehicle. We expressed our unhappiness and Tom Brown got his manager, Dan Sinclair. Dan Sinclair, grandson to Dave Sinclair, is the rudest salesman I have ever dealt with. He spoke to us very condescendingly and treated us like dirt on his shoe, even though we were spending almost $35,000. The interior of the car was so disgustingly filthy, I can't believe they would ever present a car in that condition. After getting home we found food under the seats. At this point we felt stuck as they already had our trade in. I decided to enforce their motto "if it's not right, we'll make it right free". I made arrangements with Tom Brown to bring it back the following week for exterior repair and to detail the interior. He turfed me off to salesman, Bob Isenmann, which is the only right thing done in this whole mess. Bob kept me very informed and was completely transparent with the steps he was taking. They kept for 4 days and at the end the exterior looked so much better. We actually would never had known what was there before, which is how it should have been. The inside was still not clean, trash stuffed down in the pouch behind front seats. Food still caked on the dash buttons. Sticky candy, loose change, hair bows, and who knows what still in the tracks the middle row seats sat in. At the end of the day, I have an appointment to have the car professionally detailed, of course at my expense. I did request an extended warranty from Dave Sinclair because it was obvious that the previous owner did not take care of it and I wanted a sign of good faith that the dealership stood behind the vehicle they sold to us. Dave Sinclair refused stating that their mechanic did check over the car and supplied me with service records. Anyone could see where that could be questioned as they went through the interior as well, twice, and the cosmetics of the exterior damage. I guess they don't stand behind their vehicles quite like they pretend too.Moral of the story is, Dave Sinclair has drastically declined in their service with the latest generation's leadership. Also, you most definitely do not get the same courtesy of a clean car when they locate you one. Funny how every car they sat me in on the lot did not have food everywhere in it. Between both purchases, we have spent $65,000 with this dealership in the past 2.5 years, however, never again will I go to another Dave Sinclair dealership. The only positive out of this was dealing with Bob, he did what he could, within his power, to make things right. I would recommend sending Dan Sinclair to some customer service classes, he really should learn how to speak to customers with a little more respect.

Be sure you buy an extended warranty on a used vehicle, they will not service it if out of warranty unless you want to pay 125.00 an hour.We had only put 3500 miles on vehicle, when multiple problems arose. Took it to them they said sorry didn't purchase warranty but would look at for free, then offer us 30% off. It was only over warranty by 500 miles.Fixed part of the problems myself. Now we're at 4000 miles since purchased and more problems offered to wave diagnostic fee but repairs were my problem.

I went on line to find a new Buick Encore SUV for the least money paid. Hands down they had everyone else beat by thousands. Doubtful it would end up that way I call them they went over everything on it and sent me the price quote. It was as they said it would be. Three days later I drove 400 miles one way and picked it up. They were organized, ready and helpful. They didn't get to be the number one Buick dealership in the US by not selling a lot of cars. And they didn't sell a lot of cars by being high priced. They met my expectations after a lot of other dealers had not.

I was fortunate to already know what I wanted and they helped me find it and test drive it quickly. It was even cheaper than I had planned which allowed me to add back on all the extras I wanted. They also took the time to make sure they met all my needs and understood what I wanted.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Dave Sinclair Buick. When searching for a replacement for my '95 Jeep, your website advertised a Buick with only a few thousand miles on it priced thousands below fair market value, and far below any other dealer I researched, so we came-in to check it out, and it was right in the showroom as we entered. Raphael took my wife and I out for a test drive and it was an amazing vehicle. It ended up being even less expensive to lease a brand new 2016 Buick, and you had several amazing ones in stock for us to choose from. When we were finishing-up the transaction, Raphael even went back to our house and drove my Jeep back to the dealership for us! He offered us coffee, soda, and got my wife a cold water as he prepared the paperwork. While we waited for the Jeep's appraisal, etc., we had excellent conversations with Raphael and Steve, they are amazing people! And Raphael even gave me his cell phone number to call him if we have any further questions. A few hours later, I left with a beautiful new 2016 Buick Encore, and at an amazing price! I feel as though I would have ended-up with a lower-end Jeep for about the same price had I gone to a different dealership (and I have been a loyal Jeep owner my entire life, having owned 3, but that Buick is so amazing, it was an easy choice to switch brands). My wife purchased a Hyundai sedan with cash last year from a different dealership (we were not familiar with Sinclair at the time) and it took several trips to the dealership and about the same amount of time to complete the transaction. Your amazing customer service and low prices really set you apart from the rest! Thank you so much!

Brought car in for vibration in the front at 55- 60 mph. Was told tires were cupped and replacement (all 4) was recommended. Was told brake rotors were warped and that was the cause of the vibration, later told that is unlikely a cause. Then was told the rear tires were bad (yes, the new ones) and were replaced. Then was told all 4 tires were re-balanced and that fixed it. It did not. My car was in service for ~ 2 weeks, I paid $775 and the car is still not fixed. Both of the reasons given for the vibration in the front (the brakes and rear tires) were either lies or a really inexperienced mechanic. I will take my car to someone who knows what they're doing for all service from now on. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! A dealership is expected to have the foremost service experts on the cars they sell, a 14 year old with a smart-phone could diagnose this car as a suspension problem. That was never suggested or addressed.

I bought two used Chevrolet Malibu from Mead last fall for my family. Mead never pressured us at all. It took several trips for my daughter to find "her" car. He was very patient and understanding. Even emailed her when he had something she might be interested in. Best time I ever had buying a car! I highly recommend Dave Sinclair. Everyone we came in contact with were extremely pleasant. I'd definitely shop here again.

I was hit by someone running a red light. I took my vehicle to Dave Sinclair after getting a recommendation. My over all experience was very poor though. They estimated a four day period to repair my car and ended up having it for 12 days. I was told I would receive text messages or phone call updates on my phone. For the first five days I received no communication what so ever. I had to continually call to get updates. Eventually I had to get in touch with the owner when I hadn't heard anything about my car for four days and even the insurance company had no idea what was happening. Overall it was a very frustrating experience.

We bought a one year old Chevy Malibu with 24,500 miles, Wednesday Dec 2nd 2015, at Dave Sinclair Buick GMC 5655 S Lindbergh, St Louis, MO 63123. The sale happened during night time hours. Due to our work schedule, the first day to actually look at the car in brought daylight, was Sunday the 6th. We noticed the dashboard and seats very, very dirty, stained. There was also a crack in the passengers door / door panel and some damage to the front bumper. We contacted and sent pictures of damage to our sales person Mead Hanna same day. Emailed his sales manager Nick Godfrey about the situation as well. Offered solution was, to re detail the car and try to get the stains out. Also to get an service estimate on the cost, to fix the other conditions. The car is used, so it was sold is as. Last night 12/8 the car got re detailed and is almost as bad as it was before. It turned out, just the door panel as part costs $350 plus cost of installation, I guess a total around $500. We emailed the president Dan last night and are waiting to see if this if its not right, we will fix it for free situation is going to be fixed, to make it right. We are sure, if we would have shopped daylight, we would have noticed the flaws and would have walked away. Just wanted to let customers know, on what they could fall into shopping at any time, not just at night.

Dave Dinclair knowingly sold me a crashed car without saying it was crashed, they would not budge on the price $100, they offered me $700 for my trade in, and won't give me a new bumper because "it's not their problem anymore" the bumper used to be yellow and they painted it black but you can see the yellow clear as day on it, there are drips off the paint, the buff job was terrible, and half the clips are missing off the bumper. I've never seen a car with this many scratches on it, I'm getting 15 mpg in a car that is suppose to be getting 21, and the car now shakes very hard at 1000 rpms, yet somehow Dave Sinclair thinks this is my problem. I will go on every dealer rating site and post my horror story with this dealership. Please do not buy a car from this dealership, it is the worst one I've ever went to

Mark Brauninger came out to meet us. My son and I. My son made it perfertly clear we are just LOOKING. Mark proudly showed us the type of car we asked about. Mark clearly knew his inventory and product. Mark ask if we would like to test drive, no just thank you just looking. He was not high pressure. Mark asked us to come into the dealership to meet his Sales Manger, Mr. Dan Sinclair Jr. Dan asked, is anything they could do to get us into a car.No thank you just looking my son said,Dan shook my sons hand and we parted company. We went back in 3 days later and that's where the GREATEST experience of my car buying began and ended.I can not say enought good about the Dave Sinclair prefessional staff from, Mark Braninger (my salesperson) to Dan Jr, Mark Russo, Ted White, all I can say is, THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING IT POSSIABLE FOR ME TO OWN A BUICK, and I don't have Grey hair. :) and never will at Dave Sinclair GMC. Proud owner of a 2014 Metallic Blue Verano. If you ever see a beautiful 14 Metallic Blue Verano driving down Lindburgh that's me behind the wheel SMILING FROM EAR TO EAR. Hats off to all at Dave Sinclair GMC preowned department. POMB........

I purchased a certified pre owned Pontiac in May 2014 in the first year I had a battery go out i. Less than 2 months they wouldnt fix it I had to then I had my check engine light come on and they refuse to even look at it unless I pay $150 for them to plug a code reader in it! And then proceed to tell me the "extended warranty" which they pressure you to buy only covered me for 3 months!!! So now I have a car that I'm still paying on that I can't drive because it has expired plates because they could care less about you as soon as you leave in the car if it's not right they'll tell you it's your problem now. I wouldn't buy a soda from these idiots

Our experience purchasing our Lexus from Dave Sinclair Buick GMC was fantastic. First, working with our salesman, Mark Brauninger was so easy and straight forward. No games and all the patience in the world. Feels like we made a new friend. No matter how many times we changed our offer or requested additional information, Mark was pleasant and helpful. We bought a beautiful, low mileage car and Sinclair agreed to correct one small problem, and they did. After succeeding in our negotiations, we worked with Paris to finish the transaction. He was very helpful and informative in explaining about warranty options etc. I can honestly recommend this dealership and these gentlemen to anyone looking to buy a car. Truly a smooth, honest and pleasant buying experience.

I had an accident a year ago and my Kia Soul was repaired at Dave Sinclair GMC Body Shop. They did a great job then, but out of nowhere a year later I started having problems with the passenger side door. I took the car back to the Dave Sinclair GMC Body Shop and they spotted the problem (it was a plastic clip) and fixed it quickly and for free. Everyone there was courteous and helpful and technicians are knowledgeable and skilled. If I need body work again I'll be going back to the Dave Sinclair GMC Body Shop. The shop manager Bill was really great.

I contacted the Internet Department at this dealership about a week ago & spoke to Andrew LeBlanc. I let him know I did not live anywhere nearby, but was interested in a new GMC Terrain they had listed for $24,859. I told him I would need it shipped (and obviously wouldn't have a trade-in) and to please calculate the cost of shipping for me & let's try to work out a deal. He handed my information over to a sales associate, whom I spoke to on the phone, Tom Brown. He told me the vehicle was actually $27,133- over $2,200 more than it's listed for- and that the $24,859 listed on Cars.com was after trade assist & so forth. NONE of this was mentioned on Cars.com or in the days prior that I had been speaking with Andrew. Tom said he would talk to his manager & get back to me. I am a pretty calm & rational person, mind you, so I was very practical about this & told him I was willing to pay the asking price listed on Cars.com, plus reasonable shipping costs. THIS was their opportunity to make it right, but they did not. He e-mailed me letting me know the price was still firmly at $27,133 plus nearly $1,300 for shipping. He also mentioned that he "knows Cars.com was a little misleading." Cars.com wasn't misleading- this dealership put into practice a pricing model that is deceptive. The price listed should have been $27,133, because that is what anyone walking in off the street can expect to pay regardless of trade-in or what have you. Not only did they not try AT ALL to work anything out with me, but when I replied with my dissatisfaction I was completely ignored. They couldn't even muster up enough decency to reply to my e-mail. This dealership is exactly the reason the public does not trust car dealers- they are still using the old bait & switch method. To this dealership, I recommend looking into price transparency. To potential buyers, I wouldn't waste my time unless you appreciate a good lie.

I initially started my search for a new vehicle on line..like so many others. I was first contacted by Doug in the internet department. His level of follow up and research was extraordinary! Long story short...I was introduced to Bob and given amazing customer service! We found the right car (different from the one I saw on line) and could not be happier. If you are looking for an amazing experience buying a car.......go see Bob at Dave Sinclair!

I reached out to Sinclair on the internet to inquire about a truck I was looking for. Hannah Bizzle and Ellie were great, super friendly and extremely helpful. I worked with them to get the information I needed and then stopped by to check out the truck. My experience at most dealerships is to spend several hours going through the process of reviewing the truck, getting the appraisal for the trade and then going back and forth on the negotiations. I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had. I worked with Collin Akos when I arrived. I looked at the truck, had an appraisal within 10 minutes and was presented with the lowest price I'd seen out of any the dealerships I'd seen right off the bat. Unfortunately it was still just a little out of my budget, but this whole process happened within 30 minutes. I'm planning to save up a little more and will definitely be back to make my purchase. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

We were looking to buy a used truck. Rick Hayes was our salesman. Test drove two different trucks and Rick pointed out things that we might not had noticed, whether it was good or bad. He was honest right from the get go and was never belligerent. Unfortunately the one we wanted to buy was out of our price range and we couldn't make a deal. With that being said Rick never made us feel like we were wasting his time or that our budget was unrealistic(like other dealers did). He said he would contact us if they got something in that he thought would meet our requirements. I'd highly recommend to search their inventory and if you find something request Rick!

Purchased a new 2014 Encore today and the entire process was pretty painless. Andy Babor was wonderful to work with. He got us the deal we wanted (actually a little better) and we are very pleased. Have only had the car for about 4 hours, but so far so good. It was very late in the day (the dealership was closing) when we took possession so we didn't get all the time needed to go over all the instruments and such, but are going back on Saturday to turn in the spare key to our trade in and get a little overview on how things work. I've got the basics figured out, but there are a lot of bells and whistles to learn. :o) Overall, a great buying experience. Andy was a phenomenal help!!!

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Dave Sinclair GMC. From the first conversation with James Mills over the phone, I was put at ease. The expertise and professionalism of James and all staff was unbeatable. I came to this dealer to purchase a specific vehicle, and the sales staff did everything in their power to give me the most for my trade in as well as make sure I walked away happy. Even after posted closing times, Tim in finance as well as James continued to be extremely helpful in working to make sure I had the best deal. I would recommend Dave Sinclair GMC to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I just purchased my third car from Dave Sinclair, and I will continue to come back to them each time I am looking for a new one. The service is outstanding. From the salesmen to the finance team to the administrative staff, everyone is looking out for your best interest. On top of that, they products and knowledge the dealership offers is top quality. Each time I have left, I have felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, which is why I have continued to purchase soley from this dealership.

Steve Kohensky was a an absolute pro; Hanna Bizzle was exceptionally helpful and gracious. "Paris" the Business Manager was hard to understand, and a little bit of mumbler. Also, didn't have correct ledger of the option packages I declined. The presentation for the extended warranty was poor with no provided fact sheets and could not answer some basic questions on the coverage.I would suggest letting the sales pros (like Steve) handle that portion of the sale. He EARNED that opportunity.I am pleased that Dave Sinclair Buick-GMC stood behind their written quote, even though a GM rebate had expired. Absolutely no smoke or mirrors, bogus "rebates", or bait and switch that the other dealers tried.Absolutely World Class dealership.

AWFUL place and HORRIBLE customer service. We were pressured into a deal and told over the phone we only had 10 minutes to make a decision about the vehicle since it was the last day of the month. We ended up purchasing the vehicle after Bob, the salesman, took my husband by the arm and pulled him into the office to sign papers. We got the used truck home and noticed the front seat was completely damaged and loose. We called the dealership and they said to bring the truck back in to see if there was anything they could do. The dealership did fix the seat and Bob, our salesman, stated he wanted to take a picture with us and our new truck before we left. Most people would think this would be a happy "we just bought a new truck" photo. Instead my husband, Bob and I go out in front of the truck and Bob pulls out a sign that says in red capital letters "THIS TRUCK IS SOLD AS IS." Has anyone ever heard of a dealership doing this!? Lastly after owning the truck for less than 48 hours, we decided this truck was not good for our family and our experience at the dealership was very poor. We took the truck in less than 48 hours after purchasing it to the dealership to return it. We sat down with Dan Sinclair and told him the circumstances. Dan Sinclair stated they were unable to return the truck and the Explorer we traded in had already been "sold." He said he could place us in a different truck that may suit us better, but they would not let us return our truck. After continuing to talk with Dan and stating we would get a lawyer and contact news stations regarding our experience, he stated he would talk with his dad, Dave Sinclair and see if there was anything they could do. Dan came back in and stated "he was unable to get ahold of his Dad and for us to go home because he had a meeting he had to go to for a hour and he would call us later." What kind of customer service is that?! I refused to go home and asked for the phone number of Dave Sinclair, as well as the phone number of the wholesaler whom our explorer was supposedly "sold to already." Dan stated he would be right back with the phone numbers. In about 20 minutes Dan Sinclair came back with the number to Dave Sinclair, I never received the number to the wholesaler and Dan stated he would give us our Explorer back and we could return the truck if we paid a $150,00 "restocking fee." Dan stated we would be able to meet with his dad, Dave Sinclair regarding the issue. In short, we never once met Dave Sinclair who was supposedly going to talk with us. So I don't know how many lies we were told by this dealership. Long story short, we got the Explorer back after being lied to saying it was "SOLD TO A WHOLESALER." We returned the truck and were forced to pay a $150.00 re-stocking fee after being forced to take a "THIS TRUCK IS SOLD AS IS" picture and having multiple things wrong with the truck. We had a horrible experience with this dealership and Bob Isleman and Dan Sinclair. We will never be returning to this dealership or any of the Dave Sinclair dealerships again. Hopefully this will help someone else out.

I just recently purchased a new vehicle about three weeks ago. I chose to shop at this location because my sister, aunt, and uncle all purchased vehicles from here. I was very please with the whole process. My salesman Bob and the used car manager Dave Sinclair Jr. were very helpful. I took the vehicle home and when i returned to let them know i wanted it they both sat down and talked to me to make sure I was happy with my choice. When i did decide it was the right choice I went over to see the financed manager JP. He is a great person to deal with. Everyone at the dealership seemed to be in good moods with smiles on there faces. I would purchase another vehicle from there any day!!!

Top notch people to work with. I have leased and bought several cars from the people at Dave Sinclair Buick GMC and I have always been satisfied. I have worked with Andy Wahl and Mike Sinclair--both are patient and upfront. In fact, every time I have been confused about a price, they sit down with me and make sure I understand what it is I am paying for and what I am getting. At other dealers, I usually can't get a straight answer or something doesn't sound right. I know that if something isn't right at Sinclair Buick GMC, they will make it right. Well-worth the time to pop-in and see what they have. As a side note--I have referred all my family and friends. The best compliment I can give is sending over people I care about.

I spent hours of Tony's time looking at vehicles that I thought I needed and wanted until we saw a used car on the lot that was perfect for me. He was very understanding and patient and I appreciated his candor when there were some concerns I had with the final transaction.

I have been remiss in drafting a review of our purchase experience at Dave Sinclair Buick. We purchased our 2014 Buick Lacrosse on a cold snowy day January 2014. Dave Christ was our salesman. One word sums up the entire experience ... Wonderful ! Jeff was informed, patient, professional and met the challenge of responding to my husbands questions who performs an exhaustive research before we buy Just About Anything. Often he will know more about the purchase than the sales staff. Jeff responded to all his question without a moments hesitation. He was great!. As for the car ... well the car is also wonderful. Thank you all for making a car purchase a pleasant and memorable experience. Cathy Bauer

Their service department will fleece you blind. My check engine light popped on a week ago. I used my Snap On scanner to determine it was my throttle body motor actuator. I replaced the throttle body. My engine now needed the idle relearn done on it with the GM tech 2 scanner. I made the appointment almost a week in advance. The day before I took it in my air bag light popped on. So when I brought it in the service writer informed me it would be $99 to do the idle relearn, and another $99 to check the air bag code. Both are done with the tech 2 scan tool connected to the OBD2 port! As I only have a Snap On scan tool, I reluctantly agreed. I mean $198 for 20 minutes work seems fair. Right? I walked down the street and got some breakfast. About an hour later I was called and informed the idle relearn was completed and the air bag problem was determined. One of the front impact sensors had an internal failure, the part was $250 and the labor was going to be an additional $200. Obviously, I declined the work. I drove to a local auto parts store and picked up the sensor $80. I went home and installed the sensor in 20 minutes. Finished. I wonder how many old people and women they rake over the coals a day. I used to be an ASE master tech years ago. I didn't like everybody thinking I was a crook, so I'm now in another field. The techs are NOT the crooks, it's the SHOPS!!!

I went in the previous afternoon and picked out my car. I said I would retuen the following day to pick it up with my dad. I showed up and the man I worked with the day before, Bob, was with another customer. And instead of finding us someone who was available he stuck us in a room with no paperwork to fill out while we waitied. Twenty-five minutes later after my father yelled at Bob for beingso unprofessional someone was finally directed to the room we waited in to help us. Finally after we filled out the paperwork we were escorted to the financing department. That is where we sat for 2 hours waiting. No one explained the way we were financing the vehicle to the man setting up the loan so he messed everything up. Finally we leave with the car 4 hours upon arriving. Then one week later the bank started calling to say I had not filled out the correct amount of paperwork. I have since been called 6 times a day since and texted 10 times a day. I have done everything theyhave asked me to do, then inform me that wwasn't what I was supposed to do. I am a mom and they expect me to drop everything all day everyday to fix something they screwed up in the first place. They botched the paperwork and have harrassed me every day since. I will never go back to Dave Sinclair to buy another car and I will advise anyone else from doing so.

All these int dealers have 1 thing in commom that is very irratating. They advertise these super low prices. But its all just advertising gimicks. When you actually find out what you'll have to pay for the truck, its several thousand more than the advertised price! They'll tell you, "oh, thats the price if you finance with us, trade in a clean late model vehicle, and own a 1999 or newer like vehicle to qualify for the customer loyalty discount. Without these discounts, the price is 4-5k higher than what is advertised. Why can't they just be honest & give the REAL price 1st, then add that if you meet certain other requirements, you could qualify for certain discounts. A law requiring this would be great , in my opinion. & I've found that most dealers will try to dance around the issue & try to get you to come in for a test drive, so that they can apply some of their hi pressure sales tactics. That should be 1 of the advantages of internet shopping--not having to deal with salsemen. Just state your price & let the buyer choose to buy or not! This is my 1st int truck shopping exp, so I guess I'm the last to find out the unpleasant truth about it. Thanks for listening!

My salesman, Colin Akos, was extremely helpful in finding the right car for me. I was able to upgrade from my previous coupe into a very nice Buick Regal Turbo with ALL the bells and whistles. Colin was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Michael Sinclair, the General Sales Manager, ensured that a good deal went through for me. Both were extremely pleasant to work with and more than fair in their negotiations. Nothing beats the personal service provided by this dealership. Best dealership in town. THANK YOU

IT IS REALLY BAD THAT I TEST DROVE A CAR AND ADVISED THE SALES PERSON THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE BRAKES AND HE RELAYED THAT INFORMATION TO THE SALES MANAGER OR SHALL I SAY "NEGOTIATOR" AND HE THE SALES MANAGER TRIED AS WELL AS SUCCEEDED IN CONVINCING US THAT THE NOISE WE WERE HEARING WAS FROM THE CAR BEING POWER WASHED...WE TOLD HIM ABOUT 3 TIMES THE BRAKES NEEDED TO BE FIXED OR SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THEM...WE TRUSTED THEM AND THEIR WORD AND WENT AHEAD AND PURCHASED THE CAR...BUT THE NOISE NEVER WENT AWAY AND 2 DAYS LATER THE REAR BRAKES AND WHEELS STARTED TO LOCK UP AND MADE US ALMOST SLIDE INTO THE BACK OF SOMEONE...WE HAVE BEEN TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT 4 TIMES AND ASSURED EACH TIME THAT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED...ONLY TO TAKE THE CAR TO AN OUTSIDE MECHANIC AND FIND OUT THAT NOTHING WAS FIXED OR REPLACED....THAT YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY "ADJUSTED" THE BRAKES AND WITH THE WAY THE BRAKES ARE NOW WE COULD POTENTIALLY HARM OURSELVES OR SOMEONE ELSE.....WE ADVISED YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF WHAT 2..NOT 1...OUTSIDE MECHANICS SAID AND WE BOUGHT THE CAR BACK AGAIN EARLIER THIS WEEK....WAS TOLD THEY WERE FIXED BUT YET THE SAME PROBLEM IS HAPPENING.....YOU GUYS ARE NOT STANDING BY YOUR LOGAN OF "IF IT AINT RIGHT YOU'LL GET IT RIGHT"...BECAUSE THE BRAKES ON THIS CAR AINT RIGHT AND ARE AN EXTREME HAZARD. I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS CAR PASSED INSPECTION ACCORDING TO MECHANIC WE HAD LOOK AT THE CAR....ANY REAL MECHANIC CAN SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS FROM FIRST GLANCE..ACCORDING TO THE SECOND MECHANIC....BUT I GUESS WHEN YOU DO YOUR OWN INSPECTIONS THAT WOULD EXPLAIN HOW A CAR WITH EXTREME BRAKE PROBLEMS AND BRAKE FLUID LEAKING WOULD PASS........I WOULD THINK THIS WAS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD THAT YOU SOLD THIS CAR TO US IN THIS CONDITION AND WILL NOT FIX IT PROPERLY....I TOLD THE SALES MANAGER THAT THIS CAR WAS FOR MY TEENAGE SON AND SAFETY WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME....HE ASSURED US THE CAR WAS GREAT AND THEY YOU GUYS DON'T EVEN SELL CARS IN BAD CONDITION...YOU JUST "JUNK" THEM. BUT I GUESS THE SAFETY OF A MINOR IS LITTLE TO NO CONCERN IF YOURS NOW THAT THE CAR IS OFF THE LOT AND SOLD........I SURELY HOPE NONE OF YOU HAVE TEENS THAT ARE GETTING READY TO DRIVE AND SOMEONE SELLS THEM A CAR THAT COULD POTENTIALLY KILL / HARM THEM OR SOMEONE ELSE WHILE THEY ARE DRIVING....I GUESS THE VALUE ON THE LIFE OF A LITTLE BLACK TEENAGER IS WORTH WHAT...ABOUT $5000...THE PRICE OF THE CAR.....WOW...... HOW CAN YOU PEOPLE LIVE WITH YOURSELVES KNOWING WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS CAR......I BET GOD AND MR. SINCLAIR ARE REALLY SMILING DOWN ON YOU RIGHT NOW......TRY NOT

I just purchased a certified Pre-owned Buick Enclave from Dave Sinclair Buick in South County. It was a great experience. Everyone I dealt with treated me with respect, answered all my questions and there was no pressure at all. If you want a fair deal on a car or truck, give the Sinclair family of dealerships a visit. You won't be disappointed. Dave would be proud.

I have had my car worked on by this dealer 2 different times and have been very satisfied with each visit. The customer service is excellent & have not had any problems after getting my car back. The customer service employee has answered all of my questions every time and I have left both times with confidence that my car had been properly worked on. I know I trust this service department!

The customer service and buying process was above and beyond any experience at this facility. The people are friendly and helpful! The quality of repairs and their experience are above anywhere I have been before. The facilities are always clean and kept and visually improving upon them and the overall rating is great! Buying process us great and is better than any place I've been and being a union person and buying from a union backed dealer is an awesome experience!
