We've had a wonderful experience with Dave Wright Subaru! I had something come up and wasn't able to make my appointment. Andy was able to bring our Forester to me in Solon at work to take a test drive and I knew it was the one for us! I spoke with Kent in financing to get all the paperwork on order. When we arrived, Andy came out to meet with us and walked us inside. Kent was able to get us an incredible plan together. We've been very happy with our purchase and our experience. Thank you guys!

Awesome compared to their "competition" if you can even call them that! They go out of their way to surprise and invite you to continue coming back and it's always a treat to know someone cares that much about your business! Would recommend 11/10 times.

Amazing staff. Explained all of our options and responsibilities. No pressure. Great car at a great price. No last minute hidden fees. Refreshing from any business in general, but auto dealerships in particular.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. This dealership is a nightmare to work with. I purchased a brand new forester from Dave Wright and have had several issues occur since purchase (all manufacturers issues, not due to my own habits) and they have done nothing but give me the run around instead of fixing it. I had to go to a separate mechanic for diagnosis and have them call their contact at Dave Wright to even get them to take my complaint seriously and schedule an appointment. My car is under FULL WARRANTY. There is no excuse for this. Their communication is terrible, their service staff and techs are unaware, wait times are longer than any other dealership I’ve been to, and they could care less about customer service once they make the sale. Save your energy and go to a different Subaru dealership. Love Subaru, but definitely avoid Dave Wright dealerships. And when you see this Dave Wright, you can contact me, I’m tired of not being contacted back by any of your staff.
