Ive been waiting patiently for 4 weeks now to here back from service mgr or salesman about a 2015 honda i purchased just last year that the service tech stated the tires are wornout with only 26,000 miles. Well Ive paid for tire rotation each time this car was serviced by davenport and was NOT ever once told my tires were wearing out or I needed an alignment.Now I feel like this especially since all service was performed at dealer, that this somehow should be covered under warranty or the dealer should take it upon themselves to satisfy customer

I purchased my first Honda in the mid 80's from Davenport. I have shopped otherbrands and others Honda dealers but found none that I trust as much as I do Davenport. From the sales staff to the service department 300,000 miles later,they are there to help. I have even had the service manager drive to where I was to unlock my steering wheel (at no cost) when I couldn't, due to a broken arm.

The experiences that I have had with Davenport have all been above average. The only negative was that no one called when my vehicle was ready. I gave a time of 12:00 to be picked up, but I could have gotten my vehicle back sooner and freed the driver to pick up others at that time. I appreciate Davenport continuing to do business in Rocky Mount and being a leader in the community.

Been on the phone with this dealer for 2 days now. Finally both agreed on numbers, ran our credit, finished financing options, had paperwork and car all ready to go and they gave us the thumbs up to come get the car. We had to drive over 2 hours so we made sure everything was 100% before we left to pick up the car and sign paperwork. While we were on our way, We had received phone calls from 2 different managers and also the finance manager, all ensuring us everything was ready and all we had to do was sign. When we were about 30 minutes away, graham called to let us know that they couldn't sell us the car because they messed up and couldn't sell the car until the 15th because it was in a loaner status until the 15th. Also said he came in an hour and a half early this morning to work on this deal. But never once was this ever explained to us, it was never brought up about being an issue at all. He also said he spoke with the owner and said that he said they couldn't sell the car. Never once did he say they would do anything to make it right, didn't offer another car, NOTHING. JUST SORRY, we will not sell this car to you. I was very upset and expressed that to him. They had assured us over and over again that everything was done and ready to go. I then called the finance manager, Sam. He gave me a total different story and said that Graham had accidentally gave us the same factory incentive twice and that it didn't make business sense for them to sell us the car. I'm totally done with this dealership and don't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere trustworthy and reliable.

Very Modern and up to date Dealer Facilities. Excellent Inventory. Allowed the Customer to drive a different Vehicle transferred from another GMC Dealer to make a decision on the vehicle the Customer preferred. Salesperson worked for the Customer to meet the Customer preferences for a particular vehicle and the associated body style/appearance package. Salesperson provided a product catalogue explaining the different appearance packages and engine types. Great Experience in purchasing a new vehicle. Salesperson went over in detail the many current functions to operate the radio/cd player and various menu options related to gas mileage, personal settings, ON-Star, Bluetooth, XM Radio etc. Love the Terrain, just the perfect vehicle size with plenty of room and ease of entry & exit from the vehicle. The Power Lift-gate is a major plus and easily facilitates loading cargo etc. Outstanding transaction and experience with the Dealership and the Salesperson. Made buying a new vehicle hassle free and an outstanding experience.

Great service, on time. Did little things they didn't have to but made a difference and showed they cared. While getting an OFL and a transmission fluid change and an air bag sensor replace along with the state inspection, they spotted a brake light burnt out on the window light. They replaced it for free. A little thing but a nice thing to do. I like them because I trust them.

Gene Langley was my sales associate. When I told Gene I was interested in purchasing an Odyssey the first thing we did was take a test drive. First he explained all the features of the vehicle in a very effective way. I then drove the vehicle and we continued to talk about the vehicle features. The purchase negotiations were very stress free. He listened and reviewed my pricing approach. We finally settled on a price. Gene was a friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant person through the whole purchase process. The financing manager on the GM side was very efficient in explaining all the paperwork that needed to be signed. Gene was very helpful in syncing our two phones into the Bluetooth system. During the purchasing process we spoke to three other associates in the showroom and everybody was pleasant and showed a positive attitude.

Bought the last car 9 years ago from Davenport Auto Park and thought I would ride through there on a Saturday. I asked a salesman if Phil Arnold was still working there and surprisingly he was! He put me in a 2012 Chevy Captiva and it had a serpentine sprocket problem but the service dept took care of it and I'm quite satisfied! Phil Arnold is a very nice salesman, I would reccomend him to anyone!

Service was for Airbag recall. I did not realize that GM would have a delay in the recall. My airbag indicator light was coming on & Davenport made the recall repair to keep us safe before we received the recall paperwork. Thanks Davenport Motors!!

Gene Langley was my sales person, Will Viverette the sales manager, and Angelo Phillips the finance officer were impeccable in the knowledge and willingness to accomplish exactly what I wanted to do. I have purchased three cars from Gene and would go no where else. Gene always puts his customers first that is why he is great at what he does. All three a great team to work with.

There was a 4th recall on my car..the service manager called concerning it (my car was purchased outside the U.S). That was very much appreciated especially since the prev. 3 recalls had some arrangement difficulties...Honda Canada to this service centre.

This was an "emergency" type incident, with hot line popping on, and they took the vehicle "on the spot", transported us home, gave us an estimated time it would be repaired and delivered on their promises.

Grant was especially nice and helpful in explaining to my mother something she did not understand in the charges. He went out of his way to speak with the manager and to assure that the charges were correct. He was very kind and courteous to her and to me.

The situation we had with our 2011 Chevy Impala actually began several months ago, prior to the 36k warranty expiration. We took the vehicle in, and they "repaired" it. However, now this same problem recurred, and with it being the same situation as it was months ago, the warranty covered this charge as well....THANKFUL for this.

I found the used vehicle I was looking for by viewing cars.com. The vehicle was of a color and condition with mileage which was advertised and was quite rare for a used vehicle. The advertised price was a bit more than I could afford. I made a 200 mile from home to the Dealership where I met the sales agent Mark and the business manager. After looking at the vehicle I decided it was exactly what I was looking for and their price was fair but I still couldn't afford it and decided the trip was for nothing except a learning trip for buying experience. The vehicle was exactly in condition as advertised with a couple minor flaws which Mark quickly made sure I was aware of and the fact that Davenport Auto would take care of the issues even if it mean them driving the 200 miles to my home, back to the Dealership, deliver it back to my home and then drive a loner they would leave me back to the Dealership. Oh my gosh!!! Have you ever heard of such a thing???? I was sold on them but still couldn't afford the vehicle. The sales manager and Mark got together numerous times racking their heads and looking for opportunities to save me money. Finally the figures got really close when they asked about the financing I had lined up and were able to beat my 'great' financing by .6!!!!! We made the deal...They seemed to want me personally to have the vehicle as bad as I wanted it!!! I could say a lot more about the experience, state numerous other facts which describe their quality throughout the whole experience. The main thing personally was the fact I have four children and my wife. I have incurable cancer. I needed a vehicle like this one to suit our purpose. They made it happen, one less worry in my life. Faith and friends help me make it....these are friends now!!!!

Susan, Dale and Pat took great care in giving me a brand new rental to drive for over 2 weeks while they waited on GM to send a special part for my Regal. They even brought my car back to me in Raleigh as I was unable to travel back to get my car. They replaced the part, changed my brakes and my oil as part of the repair. They went above and beyond....
