Visited 5 Jeep dealers in the Del. Valley and David Jeep was the winner. Most inventory on hand and most willing to try and find what I was looking for. While other dealers were saying "this is all we've got your best bet is to order online and wait 3-4 months", Kenny at David Jeep looked through the inventory of what was pending to come in from the plants. 2 days after stopping in he found the exact Grand Cherokee L I was looking for. 1 week later it arrived. Buying experience was as good as you can expect and closing the purchase out was a lot more efficient than many other dealers I have experienced. Will be my first stop next time.

Great service is only part of what you get at David Dodge. Large selection of vehicles - Jeep (my fav), Dodge, and Chrysler. The staff is friendly and accommodating. All work is explained prior to being completed so no surprises at cashier. Waiting room is comfortable and conveniently located between the sales floor and service area. 3/30/21. Stopped in for a follow up appointment to have the radio replaced. Service department is great, especially Dan. I left the car and was notified an hour later that all work had been completed! Very happy customer.

Had a phenomenal experience with Ed the salesman as well as all the finance managers. Smooth from start to finish and never felt pressured to commit to anything. I ended purchasing the exact car I wanted, at the exact price and felt like I got a great deal. I was in and out in about an hour and a half including a test drive. Highly recommend David Dodge!

I started my relationship with this dealership almost a year ago. I'm not one to post based on one experience so I waited until I had a few visits under my belt before making the review... I can't say much for the sales department as I didn't buy my jeep from them but the service department. My first dealing with them was getting my out of warranty engine replaced. After being quoted a price from another CDJR dealer I tried David Dodge and my price was way better than the other place so I had the work done. My engine was backordered at the time and was quoted a time frame of a month. Well a month came and went but I understand the meaning of backorder so I left it alone. I got a call from Steve on Friday letting me know my engine arrived and they're going to start the transplant on Monday with a day of completion of Friday. Again understanding the process it made no sense to start a major project on a Friday the phone call letting me know my car was done came to me on a Wednesday and It was the best news you can imagine... Fast forward a few months its time for an oil change so I tried the "Quick Service" and within 1hr I was back on the road. Fast forward up to few days ago with COVID19 hampering everybody everywhere this place made a valiant effort to get my car back to me in a timely manner. It took a little longer than expected but I just attributed that to Covid based on my past experience. So I'm definitely service customer that very well may convert me into a purchasing customer in the future Thanks to everybody in the service department for making my experiences way better than I ever expected.

A very unique dealership. When you walk through the door there is a feeling of family. The chatter among the staff and customers is lighthearted with laughter. Very comfortable. I was privileged to meet David himself! He is real, handsome, but it is his personality that makes him sparkle. Great experience. Thank you David, Ken and Ken’s “cube mates”, and Jan. You got me my “White Knight” Big Horn Ram, after a long battle with the Darkness of Garnet Ford.
