Because the tech who wrote up the ticket was fast and to the point and informed me that he will call me has soon as he gets info about the trouble, which he did and then called me when car was ready. I never had to call dealership to find out what was wrong or if car was done.

I took my truck there for a leaks of what I thought was transmission seal. They diagnosed it, covered it under warranty and covered my rental car. Turned out to be a radiator hose clip issue. Randy needs to rub off on a few of the other service guys, he's solid.

I called in to buy a vehicle from these folks and was initially transferred four different times to four different "schedulers" who each asked me the same questions. I was then sent a video of the car via text followed by a text from a sales person 3 hours later. I responded with a few questions about their fees and the car, I never heard back. I emailed their GM the next morning to let him know I was trying to buy a car from them, never heard a thing. I then received a call from Niki, their rude internet manager who was very defensive. I told her I would like to make an offer of $28000 on a car listed for $30200, a good starting point in my opinion. Niki then transferred me to the preowned manager who was insanely rude. He gave me the "market based pricing" jargon. Everything is market based pricing! He said we should start negotiating at $38k if I wanted to start negotiating and that I should go to the auction. I never got his name because he pretty much hung up on me and when I attempted to get his name I was right back at the start of this wonderful cycle of communication. Avoid this folks at all costs, there are plenty of places to buy a car.

We were treated great, no pressure. When you arrive to the dealership you are greated by an individual (technician/rep.) who knows just about everything about ford vehicles, not by a salesman... hence no pressure. This individual is able to answer just about any question you may have about the vehicle you are looking at. How many miles per gallon, size of the engine, features and how they work, and any other question you can think of. The salesman does not enter the picture until you are reasy to buy, giving you the space to make a decision and not be pressured. I loved this new way of selling. Thank all you Trevor for your patience and answering all our questions, he was awesome! He actually picked the vehicle we purchased just by listening to us. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Thank you Julian for the friendly, quick and easy car buying experience. This is our 3rd vehicle from you, THANK YOU! We will be back.

I have taken my truck to the same dealer for a long time and never had any problems. I have had a rear end noise that they told me was tire noise, took it to them 3 separate times the noise is getting louder...tire noise. So I decided to take to Villa Ford that my friend told he is very happy with, spoke with Randy and long story short truck was fixed in 2 days! Excellent customer service on Randy's part. I took my 2015 F150 SuperCrew Lariat in for some body alignment issues and a screeching noise coming from my twin panel sunroof shade... I went in for my initial service. I also had problem with the drivers seat. After the car was there for about 6 hours they called and asked if I could leave it overnight in order to fix the seat. I said no. Then about 2 hours later they called and said the did not have the parts to fix the seat and I would have to bring it back. On the paper work it only references the call to keep the car overnight.

You Had my car for 2.5 weeks. My navagatior runs like xxxx now! Not accurate on completion date. Pay that much, shouldn't have issues. My navagatior doesnt run like it should. Never had these problems before. Navagatior seems to have shifting problems, and is stiff when going into gear. When acceleration the car is jerky. Should be smooth. I just paid that much for you to break my car. service department not good. Lies when car will be ready. Picked up my car and a coke exploded in side, no one cleaned it left it in sticky as xxxx all over. Had to complain before it was cleaned Yet again I have to go back to see if they can fix what they broke. Not a happy custome. If you have an expensive car don't bring it here,

I received a "first oil change free) when I brought my used 2012 Nissan from Villa Ford. The vehicle was purchased August 1, 2015, and I just put on a little over 3000 miles since the purchase, but decided to get the oil changed after driving it for a year. The service advisor came to my car as soon as I stopped in service area. I waited in the customer area and it didn't take long to complete the job. The service advisor explained what all was done and was very courteous and friendly and thanked me for the business. I love Villa Ford..............

There are not enough stars in this review to adequately express the excellent experience with Villa Ford and the outstanding staff who facilitated the sale of my new Fusion. Prior to purchasing at Villa Ford, I went to a large dealership which was much more local to my home and the place where I purchased my previous Ford. I was met with indifference and sub-standard professionalism, to say the least. Specifically, my request for a particular vehicle to be transferred between dealers was postponed for several days and I was purposefully lied to about the vehicle's location. Yes, I was given lies instead of support and service to facilitate the purchase. To this end, I decided not only to find a different dealership, but to look for a different car make. I had enough of Ford based on the treatment I was given as a long time loyal customer. However, fate intervened and I located the original vehicle I wanted to buy. Prepared for another round of lies and "car salesman snobbery", I pulled up to Villa Ford and was met by a group of employees who greeted me and bent over backwards to assist me. It was like I was THE most important customer in the world and their mission was to make me happy. Long story, but it resulted in a very happy ending. The product specialist, finance manager and the superior salesman AJ, created a memorable new car buying experience which I will never forget. Although the dealership is 20 plus miles away from my home, it is the ONLY dealership where I intend to do future business. Thank you and well done, Villa Ford!

Service writer (Paul Jackson) was knowledgeable and the price was fair. The time required was actually less than I'd anticipated. There was some concern for a possibly leaking cooling system, but Mr. Jackson was able to determine that was not a problem., He also determined that the automatic transmission service was not yet due, which was a great savings.

Your mechanics let the entire system down (even the sales department) when they failed for the second time to rotate the tires. Simple thing, now I have to go to my Goodyear dealer to get it done. Guess what, he does interval servicing too. Why not just go there instead in the first place? TELL THEM THIS (the mechanics). If they didn't do that, what else didn't they do? Did they actually do my injector service? Now trust comes into the picture, all over a simple tire rotation. Matt was the service writer and was very courteous.

Since this is our 3rd C-Max leased from David Wilson't Villa Ford, we knew what we wanted when we walked into the dealership. Within 3 hours, we drove off the lot in a 2016 Kona Blue C-Max Energi [SEL], but not without a little snag. Thinking that all the SEL's were the same...they are NOT...we inspected the car brought around for us to view, and went back to the office to proceed with the deal. It's only then that we were told: "You know that this vehicle has no backup camera." We did NOT. So, back to the drawing board. Car #2 was brought out for inspection, and we carefully went over the list of options. But, of course, the options cost quite a bit more $. So the well-advertised price for the big July 4th sale, floated away, and our monthly lease payment increased accordingly. Not once did the salesperson tell us that there are different packages available on the SEL in the initial negotiation. Since we already drive a 2015 loaded Energi, [SEL], we were dismayed to find out that our 2015 has many perks that the new car does not. But the bottom line...at 80 miles a gallon, it all works out in the end.

I was previously a GM vehicle owner for about 20 years, but decided to test drive the F-150 and give it a shot. I was very well taken care of by the staff at Villa, they answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough walk-thru of the vehicle before purchase. The work done was fine. I just had a problem with time it took. I had an appointment for 10:00am. I arrived at 9:45. The service rep said it may take 3hrs so I got a ride home. I did not receive a call till after 3:00pm to tell me my car is ready. It was just a 20,000 mile checkup . I don't think it should take that long.

I went to this dealership after looking online for a car. I knew my credit was not good but I wanted to see if I could trade my current vehicle for another with a lesser interest rate. I made an appointment to come see the vehicle and was treated like royalty when I walked in the door. After a test drive and talking some numbers I was waiting on the bank loan reply and to my surprise I saw another person test driving the vehicle I wanted. Shortly after a different man, other than whom I'd been working with, came in with my keys and told me they would call me if the bank decided to give me the auto loan. This guy pretty much pushed me out of the door. I felt extremely embarrassed and almost cried when I left this place. NOT BECAUSE I HAVE BAD CREDIT...BUT BECAUSE OF THE WAY I WAS TREATED. They hadn't even gotten a reply from the bank and were telling me to be about my way? I guess the people with good buying experiences here have great credit and lots of money down. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
