bought a car there for my wife had it 3 weeks. Needed multiple repairs from brakes, to parts for the motor. Then had to fight for Manufacturing warranty with the dealership. Then was told multiple times by their service department that vehicle repairs would be done on this day and that. Pretty much had to keep calling until they finally decided to move to a faster pace on getting the car back. (You would think the dealership would double check these used vehicles before selling them)

I would give a ZERO star if it was available. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. Ford customer service directly set us up. My vehicle had a recall issue and I needed a loaner while it was being fixed that they were supposed to provide. Everything was set up (or so I thought) my husband tows our car there (over an hour away from our home.) he arrives and deals with a VERY unprofessional lady in the auto repair shop. She had trashy leg tattoos and was nothing but rude from the moment they arrived. She said there was no recall problem and told my husband that we were told to be there at 8 for the loaner. This was also not true. I called to speak to them directly and she got mad and hung up on me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Nothing but trash works here.
