Went to Lakewood Toyota and was extremely unhappy with customer service and pricing but DCH Brunswick was able to turn that around and have me in the brand new SUV we wanted for an amazing price. Jacquelyn M was the main reason we chose Brunswick, she was awesome and a straight shooter. Upon arrival Travis was able to help make sure we got the best deal for our buck. Both of these employees were amazing and friendly. I highly recommend DCH Brunswick over all these other local Toyota dealers.

Recently, I purchased a Toyota 4Runner at the dealership. Initially when I came to look at the vehicle, I was greeted warmly & had a pleasant discussion with Nelson. He answered all my questions in a polite, honest & professional manner. I felt no pressure at all, & the purchase process went smoothly. The staff here were super friendly and accommodating. Amir helped us out and he was really professional and was open to any questions we had. It was easy to contact him with any further questions and concerns about the car we were looking at. Overall it was a great experience!
