Pretty painless used-car buying experience. Rafael was not pushy. I found him to be quite personable. He answered all of our questions when he knew, and found the answer quickly when he didn't. There was a minor issue with the vehicle in question, and he made sure that it was fixed in short order. Finance and final paperwork were pretty smooth as well. I would recommend talking to Rafael if you need a car!

Great team here from Carlos on the floor to Tony in finance. Very happy with the service and communication. This was not the closest dealer to me by 40 miles. But I will drive for great service and better inventory!
