FINALLY!!! A dealership that doesn't take all day to make a deal and sign paperwork!! I was in and out within 2-3 hours! Worked with Phillip Jones at the Jeep dealership to purchase a Jeep Renegade and worked with Cody Dale in the Finance Department. Both were very professional and easy mannered to work with, I never felt like I was pressured to buy a car/make a deal. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Deacon Jones, but it definitely won't be my last purchase!

At first I was a hesitant to visit the dealership, but I had a fantastic experience. My service consultant was Aaron Hodges, he was very knowledgeable and very personable. I was able to get my car serviced and it wasn't ridiculously expensive as I imagined. I felt secure having my car serviced here and I will gladly return.

I rarely recommend car dealers as most of them are just in it to sell you anything but these guys are great and are not pushy and will work with you to get the car you want at a great price! Jessica was great and came in on her day off but this issue took too long to resolve. I was lied to and not taken care of as a customer I will not return to any Deacon Jones ever. I have a brand new 2015 Chevy Tahoe and it has been broken since they tried to put tow hooks on the truck. They weaseled me out of $1000 and so much more. No faith in the m and horrible customer service. RIP Deacon Jone because they are running your business in the ground.

I have lost all faith in auto dealerships after my experience there. Maybe it was just an isolated incident. Either way, the idea that I now feel dooped by a car salesman, which I almost swore wouldn't ever happen to me, leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I thought that I was purchasing my 50th birthday dream car, but it has turned out to be a nightmare. Now I don't love my car. I thought I would!

We had been searching for a few weeks and dealing with different dealerships to try and find the exact deal we were looking for. Worst experience I have ever had with any company. The dealership called me 3 times during the week to setup and confirm a Saturday appointment. They also emailed me twice. I confirmed via text with Melinda the day before the appointment as well. I drive over an hour at 9am Saturday morning. When I walk in the office I tell the gentleman I was there to test drive the Black 2010 Tahoe. He responds that he sold it the previous day. After telling him that it would have been nice to have been notified before my 2 hour round trip. He then said well what can i do I sold it at 7pm last night, I then mentioned the numerous calls confirming the appointment and stated that canceling it should have been dealt with the same intensity. He then said well Melinda was suppose to call everyone; which this statement did not make any sense if he sold it at 7pm (the time his lot closes on Friday nights) and I was there at opening. He then began to just blame Melinda. He then asked if I wanted to see another Tahoe, which was the same price and had 68,000 more mile on it. I declined and left. He never apologized he just past blame. I then text Melinda with no response of course. I finally was contacted by the sales manager at their main lot after responding to an automated email, the first person to apologize and acknowledge the issues. The car was finally removed a week after they supposedly sold it, I question whether they ever had it to start with, it was $3K off the KBB value and they have two others on the same lot with 68k plus miles for the same price. I believe they just had it to get people on the lot....... 2 Hours of driving wasted.

Dropped my truck off Friday night to be serviced Saturday - oil change, tire rotation & general "look over" before heading out o f state on business. When I picked my truck up Saturday, the service advisor told me everything looked good, but when I started the truck, the Service Traction Control and Service Stabilitrac warnings were on. When I told the service advisor, he said "All we did was change the oil and rotate the tires, it wasn't anything we did." He didn't offer to check if there was something knocked loose or if it was even safe to drive! I asked if they could look at it, and he said "If you leave it, we might be able to look at it tonight." Leaving it was not an option as I was leaving the state the next day, so I asked "Will it be okay?" and he said "It should be." He offered nothing additional, just that it "should be" okay... LOUSY customer service!Now, I'm in Georgia and my truck is decidedly NOT right. the traction control is definitely out of whack - if I am not very careful accelerating, the tires spin, if I am in a turn, the truck will slide out to the side! I am not very pleased, to say the least.I left a voicemail with the service manager, but it's Memorial Day weekend, so I don't expect to hear from anyone until Tuesday, at least, if at all. If they do contact me, I'll update to reflect whatever takes place, but for now, their service department is not recommended.***BTW: The tires have 4 different air pressures. I'm pretty sure that's not right!

Great service and deal from Deacon Jones!! The sales guy was awesome. We were there late on a holiday but he never made us feel pressured or rushed and even took the time to help us through our onstar setup. We felt appreciated and taken care of; we would definitely buy from there again!

I just finished buying a Silverado 2014 and love the truck. They even gave me a great price for my trade in. I would rather deal with them than any dealership or even body shop around. I know I can trust Ken Jones and the rest of the staff of Deacon Jones. They also repaired my Chevrolet Avalanche when someone cut me off driving across the road. Even when the other person's insurance company stopped my rental services the guys from Deacon Jones Body Shop and Service Dept made sure I have something to drive to work.-Gary Langston

I feared I would be working with some high pressure salesman, but to my surprise, I did not feel pressured at all. Calif was extremely respectful and pleasant to work with. Neal Lambert and Darnell helped to wrap up the sale and I couldn't be happier with my new Buick Verano, nor could I be happier with my purchasing experience. Calif has also been excellent with following up with me after the sale. I have never had a car salesman do that before. This is my first purchase from Deacon Jones Auto Park, but it will certainly not be my last. I have visited dealerships all over the Raleigh area and found Deacon Jones to be number one. Everyone, from the receptionist to the General Sales Manager, was courteous and represented the company in the best way. I particularly appreciated the "no pressure" approach. I went knowing what I wanted, and they found the vehicle that met my needs. I took a few days to think about it, and then went and worked the deal.The facility was spotless, including the bathrooms. I believe that the dealership operates with the highest regard for the customer and their employees. I have already began to recommend them to my friends and family. Buying a car is a big decision and trust in the company you are dealing with is very important. I appreciate the fact that the company was founded on Christian principles and continues to build on that foundation. A special thanks to my salesperson, Brent Lambert and Neil Lambert, the General Sales Manager. From beginning to end, this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Deceptive practices.1. The Advantage Program. This $300 "insurance" that I was forced to buy although I decided that I didn't want to purchase it but was told that I had to because it applied to all cars purchased at your dealership. What is really interesting is the way that the purchase documents do not even reference it. 2. The Final Price. I was presented with a document that stated the final price was $29896. Which it evidently was since somehow someone decided that I was making a $1500 down payment. Discovered that little fact when Amy asked me for a check for that amount. Nice subtle number play. And yes, my wife and I did decide to the total price after this but it does show a certain deviousness to the way this company does transactions.3. The dealer also installed a warped aftermarket bedliner that I had to argue for 30 minutes that it was not suitible and that I wasn't going to pay for it. Evidently they routinely add aftermarket additions that are cheaper and of less quality. I had to call 15 days after they removed it to remind them that they still owed me a refund.

We were very pleased with our sales experience at Deacon Jones. The sales staff was very attentive to our wishes to look at other makes(Lincoln)and brought one in from one of their other dealerships for us to look at and drive. The sales staff worked very hard to find us an SRX equipped like we wanted and also worked very hard to get us a deal that met our desires. Greg Carter did an excellent job of explaining all the options on the new vehicle. Deacon Jones is an excellent dealership providing excellent service.

Brian Godwin was a great salesperson. I really enjoyed getting to know him and working with him. He was very knowledgable. He made me feel like he was working for me instead of the dealership. Brian did everything possible to get me the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I have already been back to ask him questions and he has been just as great after the sale as he was before the sale. Darnell Willoughby was wonderful once again at getting me financed at a great interest rate. I feel she went above and beyond what she had to in order to get me a good deal. She also spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. Darnell was great! I will definitely want to work with both of them again for my next car purchase.

I went to this dealership to look at used cars, as I thought that I would not be able to get monthly payments where I needed them with the purchase of a new car. However, the staff was able to work everything out so that I got a new car with the payments that I wanted. I was very pleased with the help that I received and didn't feel overly pressured by the staff or by the overall process of buying the car.

I brought my wives Avalanche in for using oil at 63,000 the service dept. ended up rebuilding the bottom end when she got the truck back the hood was dented,the fenders were scratched,the painted bumper on the front was all cracked up Paint that is.There was a ground strap not hooked up to the hood,cruise control was inop still this was a whole other complaint that it was brought in for.When we started to bring the avalanche back in the next day it started to skip then the check engine light came on. So now my wife does not trust the avalanche causing me to trade it in and go $5000 more in debt all because the service dept could not fix the avalanche right the first time...NOW I have traded the avalanche in for a 2008 dodge 3500 which once again the service dept has failed to fix this one on the first try so my wife will be bringing it back in sometime this week.IF you have any ?'s please feel free to call me at 919-427-3243 Thank you Donnie BakerI really enjoyed working with the sales team and the ladies in service I would recommend these people but the quality of the work that my wifes Avalanche and this 3500 dodge has recieved just all out SUCKS!!!
