April in the service department is wonderful. Quick service, had my care serviced (oil change, tire rotation), and inspected. The shuttle service is great, Derrick the driver is always polite and friendly. When my car was finished, they sent the shuttle back to pick me up. I had a coupon that I used on my oil change/tire rotation. There was a nail in my tire that they found when rotating my tires, they patched it for me at no charge. I feel Stevenson Honda of Goldsboro goes above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied! I use and will continue to use them for all my servicing needs of my 2015 Honda Odyssey. By the way I also called at 7:50 that morning to schedule my car, carried it, they bought me back to work and had me picked back up to get it by 10:15. I call that quick service!

I called because I was in a parking lot in Smithfield, NC stranded with my husband who had just had a chemo treatment, I dashed in to pick up two things came back out and my car wouldn't start. A gentleman from their service department came and tried to start it with their charger and told me it wasn't the battery. My call to where I should have made first,Stevenson Honda, told me what to do, called a tow service to pick up my car and the next morning April called me... It was the battery, I asked if while it was there could I have the go ahead with a regular service and of course they could!!! Had my car back that afternoon!!!

The salesman was NOT pushy. Zach Aubin was the salesman that helped me. He was not pushy trying to get me to buy something immediately. He contacted me by phone a couple of times over several days. Zach asked me what kind of car was I wanting to purchase. He found my car at the Stevenson Wilmington lot. Zach contacted the General Manager in Goldsboro who made arrangements for that car to be brought to Goldsboro. I purchased it with a lifetime power train warranty, in tact. I have been very pleased with Stevenson Honda in Goldsboro. It will be very important for me to get the same service from the service department.

After locating a Honda Pilot online, I contacted this dealer to ensure that the car was indeed available. I was assured that the car was there and available to look at this afternoon. I informed them that I would be driving an hour and a half to look at the vehicle and to please let me know if the vehicle became unavailable. When I arrived, I was horrified by the condition of the vehicle that was apparently being used as a personal vehicle for one of the managers. The car was dirty, sandy, and full of personal belongings. This was 4 hours after I had originally called and asked to see the vehicle. I am upset by the fact that they did not respect me enough as a customer to even clear the trash out of the car and wash it. I would not bother to waste your time or gas money driving to this dealership.

I received my Internet price on the car I had decided on, spoke with Internet Manager about my trade-in. Gave her the information on it, and received a tentative $1000.00 over book trade-in. Trying to make the appointment was hard. I had to call three times. The first time I got disconnected. The second the phone was picked up and hung up. This is not the first time it has happened to me. My service adviser was awesome.

I purchased a used Honda Accord from Stevenson Honda and my salesperson was a guy named Caleb. My credit was shot but he really worked a deal for and was so polite and professional, which was an unusual change for me to experience in buying a car. The lady who processed the paperwork was another story she never spoke to me or acknowledge my presence when I was in her office, she would only say "sign here" or sign your full name....never any conversation with me at all.............I felt as though she really didn't want me there at all.............but otherwise the sales persons are exceptionally nice and professional.......My car is fantastic!!!

3 1/2 years ago I bought a 2006 F150 from this dealership. Part of the deal was replacing the radio and new tires. It took a week to get the work done but everything seemed to be great. I moved to Virginia 6 months ago and while getting the safety inspection was told the tires are the wrong size and it's a safety issue. Turns out Stevenson Honda of Goldsboro put on tires that were 3 sizes too small (truck requires 255s and they put 225s on). This has resulted in 7% increase in recorded miles on the odometer and severely reduced fuel economy. On top of that, I'm having to get new tires when the tires on the truck are still in good shape (just too damned small) just so the truck can be legally driven. As I said, too late to do anything about it, but don't trust this dealer to do things right.

I could not be more pleased with this dealership. Friendly smiling faces greeted me at the door. Everyone asked if I was comfortable, could they get me anything, but no one "hovered". My experience was straighforward with the finances and everything was explained throughly. They worked to find me the best rates possible. I know, because I had already researched this area. Sleigh ride for Christmas? NOPE! ROLLING in MY NEW HONDA!

...We will not be purchasing a new Honda with any Stevenson dealership. We had a bad experience at the Goldsboro location, with no help from management. This was an uncomforatble experience. So, for those looking at Stevenson delearship for your next auto -- play it safe -- do your research and QUESTION EVERYTHING!!!

I purchased a New Honda from Stevenson Goldsboro in July. At first, things seemed to flow smoothly, but shortly thereafter I began to realize I got suckered big time. I was NOT given promised rebate of $2,500; the rebate is what sold me on the car. When I called the dealership, I did not get a straight answer from the salesman (Greg) or management (Rick & Diane). I then resorted to calling other Stevenson stores, to no avail. Also, after review the contract carefully, I find that a $2,000 service agreement was added -- without my permission. In fact, I stated several times that I did not want the warranty. I take responsibility for my stupidity, and for putting my trust in a corrupt auto dealership who essentially stole from me. I consider this a lesson-learned.

Salesperson was knowledgeable, courteous and non-pushy. He located vehicle we wanted in short amount of time and had it delivered to dealership. Explained features and is still available for all our questions. Purchasing vehicle (filling out paperwork, etc.) went smoothly. Financial person was efficient. They provided us with a car care package and a free oil change. I stopped in with a couple of questions, and they washed my Pilot at no charge. I really appreciated this.
