The buying experience was great. I was offered a fair price on the Kia Sorento and fair price n my trade in. We worked out most of the deal over the phone and email.

Super crowd of people at this dealership from IT all the way to the detail person who cleaned and preped the car went looking used ended up brand new these people can work magic and super nice not pushy would recomend this bunch of folks to all

Awesome experience, very sweet and helpful salesperson. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made, in less than two hours I left with a new Kia Soul. Everybody at the dealership was very friendly and very efficient. The new car drives beautifully.

My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle she could use as a rural mail delivery vehicle. We found a Honda Element on-line in our rice range. We called the dealer before driving the hour and twenty minuets to get there. They said the vehicle was still there. We drove up looked at the vehicle, drove the vehicle liked the vehicle. There was an issue with my wife driving it in the middle to deliver mail. We needed a mechanic to remove a plastic part which there were no service personal on site at this time. We told them that we would be back in the morning to check it out and purchase if all checked out. Drove the hour and twenty minuets back this morning only to be told that the vehicle was sold to an individual in Kansas. Talk about low down dirty! This had nothing to do with our salesman and everything to do with Kevin Creech. I will advise everyone I know to never do business at Deacon Jone Kia of Goldsboro. Will write my review on every website I can find to review dealerships. No way to conduct a business!
