I purchased a 2005 Jeep Liberty from Deals Unlimited. The staff and Bill S were great, I had my father with me and they all hit it off. They helped me when nobody else would and I drove off that day with my car. Got home drove it for a few days. when I got out locked it up went into my mothers and then went to leave the car would not start. I called Bill S ,he was trying to help over the phone, cause I live Jackson Mi and they are in Kalamazoo. He told me not tow it back there, but take it to Jb Customs. There they found out it was the starter and they would take care of everything. I personally Thank them all for all help they have given me. Everyone they is awesome and my father is going back to buy a truck from them. Thanks again eveyone from Deals Unlimited.

Flat out called me a Lier about engine light being on when I bought the vehicle !!! Soon as I left Mike Smith said it's as is . You call that good place to buy a car then sorry for you? He did pull it in the back,and cleared it. So it wouldn't come on again tell I pulled back out!!!!!! Cannot be trusted

Just purchased a Jeep Liberty through Deals Unlimited, My bank told me I made a slam dunk with the super deal that they gave me on my car. Bill the sales rep made sure everything went as smooth as possible. This has to be the most laid back car lot I have been to yet. I will definitely be back here for my next vehicle. I found this online and we drove down from grand rapids we ended up buying it n driving home that day! We r so happy with this vehicle or salesman bill has been amazing we had the truck foe a week and needed a few things done like the air conditioning we called bill up and came down to portage and he took care of everything plus gave us a loner car while it was worked on we will definitly be back to buy our next vehicle we are totally and completely satisfied!!!!!

My Husband and I looked all over for a new vihicle, we finally found one that we liked online and called about it. We drove up there almost closing time. Our sales man Jeff was excellent and didnt mind staying at all while we test drove the vihicle. We decided to come back up the next day to look at it in the light and again drive it. We loved our service, even when we wanted to look at other cars we found the night before he was more than happy to get them. I was 100% happy to get the durango. Overall I am definitely going back to buy my husband a truck there in the near future.

They had a Buick that we were interested in , When the sales person started it up ,it was loud and had a exaust leak , when I pointed that out to hem , he said he hadent noticed. We took the car for a test drive . The controls on the steering wheel did not work , the car had less prwer than I would expect for the year and millage. When we got back to the dealer I opened the hood and is smelled hot and like collent. I pointed all the things that we found wroung or in question , they offereed to have some of the issues looked at , but at the end of the day they did not want to realy do anything toward making this car right to buy for us , or anyone for that matter. So we left and bought a much nicer Buick from a deeler in Sturgis , mi. at $1200.00 lower and less miles.

My husband and I stopped at this car lot while shopping for a car. As we were driving through the lot, one of the lot employees (who we later learned was the owner) was moving a vehicle. He was backing up way to fast, and although we stopped and laid on the horn, ran straight into our vehicle anyway. When we first got out of the car, the manager offered to fix our car right away, but then changed his mind and said he wouldn't but would pay for the damages. Then he withdrew that offer too, and said "Sorry ma'am it was an accident. That's why they call it an accident." So the moral of this story: Deals Unlimited has no regard for their customers (or potential customers), they are not honest and have no integrity. Just imagine how you would be treated in the event you had a problem with a vehicle purchased there...

All contacts were made over the internet, they were professional and did not burden me with the heavy sales pitch. I understood the type of vehicle I wanted. The sales department was one of the best, they went the extra mile and stayed open a little later for us due to traffic delays. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I feel that I received a great vehicle for a great price!
