John, our salesman, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the buying process fast, easy, and personal. His efforts resulted in me getting exactly the vehicle I was looking for when all other dealerships couldn't give me the time of day and insisted on selling me a vehicle I didn't want. If you want a salesman that will go the extra mile for you, you'll be more than happy with John who went 300+ plus miles for me.

buyer beware! dean arbor ford of west branch did not stand behind undercoating warranty on 2004 f150 crew cab. cab corners rotted out within warranty .

Drove 77 miles to buy a truck at this dealership. I can honestly say it was worth the drive. I Trade pickups quite often and have dealt with many dealerships in Central and Northern Michigan. These people were the best. Dan Smith and Jimmy Martin do exactly what they say and gave me what I wanted for my trade. They really do make it easy. Thanks to both of them. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.

The sales staff was very helpful and I was introduced to the service department. The dealership was well organized and I had a nice time. The price did not get a 5 because price can always be better

I purchased two NEW autos from them at the same time. 2005 Ford F150 Ext Cab & Focus.A few months later I went to service because the plastic around Focus truck key lock had cracked. The car was still in mint condition and I am very careful with my autos.She ( service Tech) came out and looked at it and said you abused the car didn't ask any questions nothing. you could see it was some sort of defect. I was insulted and left I wouldn't ever go back. They turn there back on you. And she was very rude. I took it to another dealer out of the county and they fixed it with no problem . Oh and by the way I paid for all there extra warranty's and the works. did no good. I call that sorry after the sale.
