Sheri was a delight to work with. She was down to earth with no pressure, and she really educated me about the Sorento. I really enjoyed just getting to know her as a person. Jim, the manager, was very helpful. He explained everything I needed to know about a lease and helped me get into the car I wanted with a payment I was willing to accept. The only thing that could use some improvement was the detail job when I took delivery of the car. There were water streaks down the side of the car and on the windows. Part of the plastic wasn't removed. There was still some dirt in the back and there was no shine to the tires or dash. Also, all of the cars on the lot are pretty dirty. They need to be washed to make them more eye appealing.

Not only was I buying a Car but I got a bond with they are so helpful gave me so much information & I was sold on the deal it was no more car shopping for that day they got all the business..I am very well pleased with 2017 Forte thank you guys so much!

I recently received excellent service when I purchased tires from KIA in Hattiesburg. The service department staff go above and beyond to give excellent service. WL and Lisa are true leaders and are customers advocates for sure. I will continue to use the KIA service department and I have sent friends and will continue to recommend Dean McCrary KIA.
