I bought a Tiguan back in December. I do love my car but unfortunately have had nothing but bad experiences. I’ve been to the service time 7 times since purchasing my car. I recently picked my car up from yet another repair and within hours my check oil light came on for the 3rd time. I tried calling the manager to get an understanding why my new car needs to be serviced once a month and he never called me back. I have never once left a negative google review before and I hope that goes to say, I’m not keyboard happy trying to ruin a business but this is insane and I hope someone reads this and decides to go elsewhere for a new car.

Great experience. They actually saved me about 4k out of pocket because the issue I had was covered by my insurance and I was unaware. Scott was a paragon of customer service.

Easy experience - mostly done via text. Got great service from Chase Duke - a real pro. Got a good deal on a sweet vehicle and that's all you want. And I normally loathe the dealership experience but these guys made it easy!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to make sure if anyone is thinking about getting a new vehicle I would recommend at least stopping by and asking for Jason Moore. I absolutely hate stepping foot on dealer lot, but this experience was so seamless I thought I would share my experience. I just left the dealership where Jason met me on his day off to deliver my vehicle. When we were there last week everyone that crossed our path were professional and courteous. the GM Phil Dean was walking the floor and took the time to stop and talk to my family and really made the experience more comfortable. Jason went above and beyond, and my wife and I are extremely happy. I was given what I thought was the best deal, and I was given what I asked for on my trade. (Which I think was generous). I also met the service manager, Eric Harrleson, who I found to be honest and pleasant. Time will tell, and if I feel like I was treated unfairly I will certainly be back here to retract this review, but so far I honestly couldn't have had a better all around experience. I even dreaded the walk to the finance office, where you (I) always feel taken advantage of, but it was laid out exactly the way it was told to me, the extended warranty, obviously, was offered but when I declined that was it...no haggle, no debate, conversation over. I had such a great experience, honestly probably the best experience buying a car ever and wanted to share. Scott C

I went in to look at a CC and Ryan Troll recommended looking at the Passat as well. I was skeptical thinking that I wanted the CC. After looking the CC over I took a look at the Passat and was sold. This young man is skilled in applying a personal touch beyond his years and I was amazed at his knowledge of the product. Phil Dean assured that the car that we settled on was available as originally it was in the process of being transferred to an our of state dealer. Over all my wife and I were very impressed with the people at this dealership.

Dean Team was able to get the car I wanted at a great price, and the service was excellent. This is the second Volkswagen I've purchased locally, and the experience I had here was easily superior. Wes was extremely helpful and straightforward, and responded quickly to any questions/concerns. He was able to go the extra mile get all of the components, down to the smallest details. Blake also did an exceptional job cleaning and getting the car ready-it was shiny and spotless when I arrived! I hope the level of service remains this high for future service visits, and look forward to returning for future purchases. I would certainly recommend Wes, Blake and the whole Dean Team!

I cannot say enough of how well my car purchase experience was with Jason Moore. He went above and beyond any salesman that I have dealt with. I know that I will be a repeat customer. I know that I won't waste any time and for the first time I can actually say that I am looking forward to the next time that I purchase a car. Jason was so courteous and made sure the car was there knowing that we had to drive quite a distance. Jason took the time to take pictures so that we did not waste time if the vehicle wasn't what we were interested in. I highly recommend Jason Moore and the Dean Team!!

I recently bought a car from Dean Team Subaru. It has had been 8 years since I had gone through the process of actually buying a new car for myself. It took me about 2 weeks from the time I decided to buy it (my first visit to the dealership) to the time I actually finalized the deal. I found the Sales staff (Wes G.) easy to work with in a low pressure environment. They produced the dealership invoice (upon request), and I bought it at a price that I was comfortable with after doing months and months of research. We were close in the bid/ask spread from the very beginning, so I knew they were as transparent as they said they would be. Overall I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted.
