My truck broke down during a visit to Decorah, immediately in front of this dealership. On a Friday late afternoon, without an appointment, Decorah Ford gave me a loaner and promised to work on the truck early the following week. Tuesday morning they phoned to inform me work had completed, and Ford warranty covered the cost. Amazing service, professionalism, and response. Highly recommend.

I should mention that I have enjoyed driving my new Ford Escape these past few months. It has a lot of "get up and go." Really lots of energy with nice handling. The first oil change and vehicle check were free. Thank you for that! There was plenty of room in the waiting area which was good since not all customers wore masks. Thank you for the prompt service and friendly staff.
