I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox with Dean as my Salesperson. After doing my "homework" on- line I made the initial contact by telephone. Dean made follow up phone calls with further information and was there at the dealership visit and for the trade transaction. He was professional and congenial to work with as was Heidi in the Business office. Their attention to detail to walk me through the process done in a comfortable manner was appreciated.

I live in a different state than these guys, so the process was partially handled online and over the phone. Still had to visit them to make down payment, sign paperwork, and pick up the vehicle. One word to describe this dealership is efficiency. I was in-and-out of there in about 40 minutes from when I arrived, with the deal consummated and on my way home.

My contact at Decorah was Shane Panos. This was my first vehicle purchase via the Internet and Shane was not only patient with me, but very courteous and professional. The vehicle was just as he presented it and with my apprehension, all of my concerns were satisfied. Not only Shane, but Tom who delivered our vehicle right to our front door, was very timely in his arrival, again courteous much like Shane and above all knowledgeable of the transaction.
