Awesome Customer Service!! The dealership relentlessly searched for our new Jeep Cherokee L with the option packages that were important to us. They located the vehicle 300 miles away & had it on their lot by end of the day… even before we committed to the purchase. My salesman, Jason Hansen, was very knowledgeable of the product and thoroughly demonstrated all the features, and he connected all the smart features to our phones. He showed us around the dealership and introduced us to each department. His communication throughout the process was outstanding!….Very impressed!!

I called to inquire about a specific car on the website and subsequently made an appointment for that evening. A short time later the salesman my husband and I would work with called to introduce himself and assure me the car would be at the front of the lot waiting for us. When we arrived we were greeted at the door and taken to meet Nick, our salesperson. He was friendly, confident and explained everything very clearly. After driving the car we decided to purchase it; with help from Nick and Izzy I drove it home soon after. The dealership was inviting and very pleasant to visit! I’ve never before purchased from a dealer and left knowing I will return when in need of another car.

I brought my Jeep to Deery for a second opinion from another Jeep dealership in town. Rick was detailed in going over any items they found. He also advised the issue I brought my Jeep in for was minor and something to keep an eye on, but not something that needed fixed right away. It is an expensive repair so I very much appreciated his professionalism and not just looking for a quick sale. I’m very happy to have found a trustworthy dealership in the area!

From the time I entered the lot I was greeted right away! Mike was awesome going over my wants and needs in a vehicle. Financing was super easy and did not take all day. Steven was very friendly and went over my options. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks guys, I love my vehicle!

This was by far the easiest and quickest car buying experience I've ever had. Ashley reached out initially, after I had begun my search online. She was super friendly, really listened to what I was looking for, and suggested several great options for me. Then she put me in touch with Mark Parker, who was the nicest and most helpful salesman I've ever worked with. When I got there, he had my Compass pulled up to the front, running with the air on, so it would be nice & cool for my test drive. On the test drive, I had a concern about my Jeep Compass, and the minute we got back to the dealership, he took it back to the Service Department to get it checked out. No one was pushy, when I said no to things, there was no push back, no pressure to buy this or that. The financing department was really fast & easy to deal with, and got me an amazing interest rate!! I will definitely go back to Mark Parker and Deery Brothers again!
