I will try and make a long horrible experience w/ del toro a short one, bought a supposedly good running car from them, two days later "check engine" light came on, called and inform them about light on, was told to bring it in for service, did that, got the car back and AGAIN "check engine" light is back on, took it in for service and was told I have to pay for service for the light to be fixed, was so disgusted with them, come to find out they just turned off the light, such rip off. Thier finance company is a joke, they are just as crooked as the dealer themselves. I would not recommend anyone to be a victim with these crooks. Don't visit this xxxx hole. Karla L. (Auburn)

Del Toro Auto Sales was 100% the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was treated with respect and honesty by my awesome salesman Miguel, as well as Allan and Bruce. Everyone in the building was nice, and the environment was incredibly friendly and comfortable. These guys are doing it right. I came in knowing that I really wanted a Volkswagen Golf, I ended up leaving with a smile, my Golf and feeling of a great experience and confidence in my purchase, in all aspects. It was a Sunday when I purchased the vehicle the tire had picked up a bolt in the front tire and Miguel knowing I had a far drive home back to Mount Vernon went out of his way to get a patch kit and plug for the tire. They also of course offered to fix at no charge at my next convenience. I highly recommend Del Toro Auto Sales! The whole team is just great!

So I just got out of School I am 18 and I thought no one is going to be able to finance me. I GOT NO CREDIT. But I knew I was going to be buying a beater and I went there with the lowest expectations ever. One of the sales man name Miguel help me out and he said well lets see what we have asked me to do a credit and I was like what ever then he said lets go look at cars and we went but I notice that all the cars they had were no beaters they were pretty nice looking cars. But then he took me to a 2006 Mazda 6 I was like can I afford this and he said yes according to my financial manager. Well to make the story short with no credit I was able to drive of this lot with pretty much a wonderful car and low payment of 200dls. Unbelievable. Great place my sister is turning 18 next month I know were we are going to go get a car.

This place was some what of a small dealership. But the people inside were so nice. I got here thinking that they were going to try to take advantage of me but they didn't they up to the point, told anything that I wanted to know regarding my 2007 Chevy Impala. I thought my credit was horrible but they made me feel like if it was one of a kind. I just had a repossession about 6 months ago and they worked around that and got me into a car. I was like what what what. Awesome place I recommended to anyone looking for a car.

Extremly helpfull and friendly, was able to help where no one else could.they have went out of their way to help me into a car and have even called me back to make sure everthing is ok and car is working out, salesman Hugo was friendly and was a lot of help.

Wow!! What a nice surprise to be treated with dignity & respect by a used car dealership which deals with people who have poor or no credit. I really dislike car sales people and was pleasantly surprised to meet Hugo. Hugo was genuinely concerned that I needed a reliable vehicle & sincerely made the effort to help. He did not rush me and answered my questions honestly...when he didn't know the answer he said so!! Unlike some other dealerships, Del Toro asked me to pick some cars that interested me and we would go from there. We were able to find a car I am quite happy with thus far at a payment plan I am very pleased with. Del Toro has a nice selection of clean reasonably priced vehicles with relatively decent mileage. The lot and office are attractive and buyer friendly. Those of us who, for whatever reason, cannot buy from a big dealership need not be ashamed of our circumstances and allow ourselves to be mistreated. I am very happy with Del Toro's professionalism AND personal attention they show to their customers. I am quite pleased with my Saturn and definitely recommend them as a good solution to others. Check them out...they are sincere and will do their best to help you...not take advantage of you. Thumbs up for Del Toro!!!!
