I made my purchase through Costco and I was glad that the staff were happy to see me and carried through the Costco process seamlessly. The few negotiated points were handled professionally. All the staff who helped me were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The first routine maintenance visit went very well. I was easily able to schedule a change in appointment time when I needed. Staff were pleasant and professional and the waiting area was pleasant. Service at a later date kept the high standards. Subsequent repair visit went well with on time completion.

Stellar Service All Around! That's what I would say about my experience with Del Toyota. I have always purchased my vehicles there: whether lease, used, or in this instance, NEW. I am treated like family! Kindness, consideration, care, outstanding price, best automobile I could possibly put together in my price range: I couldn't be happier. Bill was there to greet me; Abbie was there to test drive with me and show me every detail about my new car (what a dear man - we were like old buddies instantly!); Ken in the financing office was also outstanding! Took his time and explained everything to me (because this IS the intimidating part!). Everyone was extremely helpful and caring. I love my new RAV4 and wouldn't have purchased it anywhere else. Thank you Del Toyota!!! :-D Update: July 2021 Service Visit Utmost care with not only my automobile, but the client (me) as well. Excellent communications - kept apprised each step of the process as to updates, questions, maintenance/repairs needed, what to expect. Only Toyota authorized parts utilized. Itemized, understandable invoice. Reminders during the year when service is needed. Del Toyota is stellar and indispensable!

Been getting my car serviced here for a couple years now always make an appointment. Always do a good job and let me know if something needs to be done without pushing to get it all done right away. (Good at prioritizing and explaining) but i really do have a problem with making an appointment and then sitting there for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Whyd i make an appointment. Always takes way longer than it should.

I really enjoyed my experience here at Del Toyota. My sales person Adrian was awesome he didn’t try to upsell me any products that I did not need he did not try to sell me a car that I did not want. The finance department really worked with me so that I that my purchase price was something that I was comfortable with. I’ve been to plenty of other Toyota dealerships and nothing compares to the type of customer service I received here at Del Toyota. I must say I really love my car. Also Adriana has called me twice since I’ve had my car just to make sure that I’m still happy and that everything is OK now that’s what I called customer service that’s what helps you keep customers for life.

Service department stinks...they were rude to my wife....go somewhere else.
