The first person I had contact with was wonderful- she was available and answered back as soon as I had a question. Sales person Ian was great - didn't sound like a sales person. I felt like part of the family - until after the sales went through - then there was no follow up. I would definitely purchase another car through Della- the best place around. I even told my daughter to look there.

When I arrived, the gentleman was there to greet me and had my appointment set in the computer and was ready to go. The oil change and tire rotation took about an hour which was fine and expected. All was very good.
