My wife and I went to Dellen on a Saturday looking for a vehicle for me. We ended up having a great buying experience with Rob Buss. I was looking for a Jeep Renegade Sport 4x4 with a manual transmission. I was a little disappointed that the only Renegade on the lot was an automatic, but after talking with Rob we were able to find exactly what I was looking for, and we were able to have it delivered on the following Monday. While we were discussing the Renegade my wife found a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that she liked. We were able to trade in her 2012 Dodge Journey for a very reasonable trade price and ended up taking the Wrangler home that day. Rob was great to work with, very honest, and never tried to push any add-on's or anything we didn't want or need. This was probably the easiest and best purchase experience we've ever had. Thanks to Rob, and Dellen for the great experience!

I researched a lot of vehicles online and came across a Patriot at Dellen that caught my interest. I made an appointment. Mike Fleener met me at the door. He shook my hand and answered every single question that I had. He had the car warming up for us (very important on a cold, windy night) and we went for a test drive. Mike was very informative, honest and straight forward with us. In all of my car shopping years, I have never met a car salesman who spoke openly and candidly with us about everything we had questions about....and somethings that he thought we should know that we didn't ask about. I would recommend Dellen and Mike Fleener to all of my friends and family looking to purchase a new or used vehicle...as a matter of fact, I already have sent one of my family members there. Just finished buying a used truck here. I have to say in my 30+ years of buying cars this was one of the best. No pressure, easy going process. I actually shopped around and went to a different dealership to buy the same truck. Of course it went south and I left. I called Don and told him the deal I wanted. He called me back later and said they could do it. During signing, there was some confusion on the price I offered. I showed Marshall the competing products and he corrected it immediately. If you are in the market for a new or used car, do yourself a favor and stop here. Gary and Marshall will do whatever it takes to put a great deal together for you. I live close to Nashville, TN and drove 4 1/2 hours because of the deal they offered. When I arrived the truck was nicer than described and all the paperwork was prepared and ready to go. I had a small window of time to look at a Durango and see if we were in the same ballpark on my trade. Jim Bowden had the Durango pulled up waiting for me upon my arrival and immediately began the assessment of the trade while I took a test drive. I had researched what I felt my vehicle was worth on trade and Jim was able to give me a very fair offer right away - no games at all and no pressure. We had a deal done within 30 minutes of my arrival. Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable as was everyone that I met at the dealer. Jim and Dellen will be my first stop next time I am looking for a new car.

Travis Green took me through the purchase of my new Ram, and from the appraisal, to showing me the numbers, and offering the dealer and Chrysler discounts, that really made a difference for me in the final purchase and signing the lines.. Travis is very knowledgeable in all aspects of handling of the sale and making me feel right at home and comfortable. Travis did mention that a rating on his job performance was coming down the pike via an email message, I was looking for a rating window that would ask me questions and I could mark my own choices of the whole process, I promised I would, however I have looked around and still cannot find anything like that but based on my being happy with the whole afternoon I spent in the office of Travis Green, I would rate him an even 10 on the whole deal, with 10 being the highest value as a customer service representative for Dellen. I'm sorry I don't do Facebook anymore, I did make it into a writing of a review there and that was all I could find.

Danny Nelson, my salesman at Dellen, went over and beyond what most salespeople do. This was my second Ram 1500 crew cab so I pretty much knew what I wanted. Looking for a left over 2014, for the value, they did not have the vehicle I wanted in inventory. After I found the one I wanted in Columbus, Ohio, about 150 miles away, they went and got it without a deposit or charging extra money. I unexpectedly found myself needing to replace my van. I searched for several days looking for a vehicle that I could afford and would meet my needs. I live near several dealers on the north side of Indy and was honestly offended by the salesmen I spoke with when I explained my circumstances. I saw a listing for a 2010 Chrysler van at Dellen Chrysler on Cars.com that appeared too good to be true. Despite my apprehensions and the dealer being 30 miles from my house, I called. From the first person I spoke to, Matt Grigsby to the management staff who helped me arrange financing I was truly impressed. They answered all of my questions, eased my concerns and did everything they could to make this the most positive car buying experience I've had for any of the over a dozen vehicles I have bought over the past 40 years.

We were looking for a newer van to replace our 2001 Chrysler T & C van and saw a used 1010 Chrysler T & C van that looked to be in very good condition. We worked with one of the salesmen and were treated very well. We were given a very competitive and acceptable offer. They also worked with a number of financial institutions to get us a lower monthly payment. They also replaced a damaged headrest and repaired a couple of other items at no cost at our request. The Warranty Forever plan was also a very good offer.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Dellen. My salesman, Mike Wallace, was very knowledgable and gave me a fair value on my trade-in vehicle. There was no need for negotiating. The Dellen crew are very professional and take the time to understand your needs. The finance manager, Gabe, found me a super low rate and a payment lower than expected. The service department does great job too. This is the third Jeep Wrangler I have purchased from Dellen and won't be my last. If you're looking to buy, I recommend Dellen.

We have purchased several vehicles (6) from Dellen over the years. I had a small problem with the last one and spoke with Nick Dellen about it when I was in having service work done on our truck. He assured me that he would work with us when we were ready to purchase another to make things right. He also gave me his cell phone number and told us to call him anytime with any questions and said he didn't care if it was Christmas Eve and we had a question to call. We recently saw a 2012 Ram 1500 that they had and we liked and wanted to meet to discuss. After a short negotiation session we agreed to terms, got financed and was able to pick up the truck in that same afternoon. I have been very pleased with Dellen and we will be going back to give them a chance at our business again. Matt Grigsby was our sales advisor and I would recommend him to anyone needing to purchase a vehicle.

I only stopped at Dellen to see the new Cherokees and met Rob Buss. He was unlike any Dellen salesman and knew Jeeps. My previous experience had not been good, and I had no intention of ever buying another vehicle from them again. Rob changed that. He found the Cherokee I wanted, and the entire Dellen team was wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend Rob Buss enough. They had a red bow on my new Cherokee Trailhawk, and I love it. Normally, car buying is stressful, but it wasn't with Rob and Dellen.

I was recommended by a coworker to try out Dellen in my recent Jeep Wrangler search. This was my first car purchase and I wasn't sure what to expect. I went to the dealership on a Saturday morning and walked out with a Jeep that afternoon. I bought my Jeep from Casey Putt. He guided me through the entire process and made it easy. I also brought my car to trade in and received a much higher offer for it than a dealership I had visited earlier in the week. I knew I wanted a new car but hated the thought of having to deal with a used car salesman. I had some bad experiences in the past of car salesman talking down to me because I am a woman. I did not find that at Dellen Dodge and I did not find that in Sales Rep., Gary Chambers. He was respectful and kind. The buying process was easy and painless. I never felt taken advantage of. I felt that it was all about me and getting me the best deal and the car I wanted. Gary stayed with me through the whole process and explained everything so there were no surprises. I LOVE my Dodge Journey!!! I never dreamed I could find such a wonderful car in my price point. It runs like new, it has everything on it and it is beautiful! I could not be happier. I've been trying to find the right Dodge dealership to purchase my RAM from, I finally found the perfect dealership in Dellen and the perfect salesman in Tom Roudebush. They had the right vehicle and the right deal and Tom was great. He was knowledgable and personable. My wife loathes most car salesman but she loved dealing with Tom. My husband and I went in with a tough situation - Upside Down in a very old car and poor credit score. Mr. Green was honest through the whole process and made sure that I knew he would do what he coulc, but he could not promise that we would be able to get a new car. Well, The worked hard to get us a better finance rate, which kept the payment where we needed it to be. These guys are great, we brought in our 2003 Dodge Neon with a leaky radiator. Their service worker, Don, was quick to answer and completely honest. They got the radiator in two days and we had our car back in three! I'll definitely work with them again

I've purchased many vehicles and this experience was the absolutely best experience I've ever had. I heard a commercial about the lifetime powertrain warranty and stopped to check it out. The staff was great and really listened to what I wanted and made a couple suggestions of vehicles to me. When I spoke with the manager he was very professional and I could tell that he really wanted to make me a customer of the dealership. The negotiation process was simple and hassle free. 5 stars for top notch customer service all the way through the process. I would definitely recommend Dellen Chrysler to any of my friends or family members, give these guys a chance! I won't go anywhere else for my next vehicle purchase.

I bought a new Jeep Compass there in June and not only was the customer service excellent but they provided me with a lifetime warranty that no other dealer I talked to would match. I haven't had it in for service yet but I did take my previous vehicle in there and was always pleased.

You want to avoid Dellen Chrysler Jeep in Greenfield, In. They listed 2 used vehicles for an internet special sale price of $1,000. But when we called them the actual price was $2,000. We were told it was a mistake but they would get back to us with a good offer. They sure did...$2,000 firm.
