My first contact with Rafi was via the phone. I told him what cars my daughter was interested in and the budget. He was polite, helpful and professional. He doesn’t have the pushy attitude of old school car salesmen but is more geared toward customer satisfaction. He wants you to be happy and satisfied with your car purchase which allowed me the time I needed to make an informed decision. Got the brand new Taos yesterday and I am IN LOVE! This is the fourth car we’ve gotten through Derek and Volkswagen. We’ve followed him since there was a Woodlands location, we always specifically go through him, and we’ll never go to anyone else! He is a totally honest on all aspects of the sale and you’ll feel like you’re hanging out with your friend the whole time. Cannot recommend him enough!!

Service is ok but they seem to miss problems at time . Dealership has coffee , TV and some decent sofa chairs . Basic dealership prices are somewhat high on repairs here . Just had a tune up and still can't figure how it cost almost $300 for spark plugs and a engine filter . I am upset never paid this much for a basic tune up . Labor $175 parts $86 and a charge of $26 excluding taxes ,called for manger and was hung up on!!! I will contact corporate and I have 20 years experience in auto repair. Work like this is a 45 minute job !!
