Normally I have had great experiences coming here. This time unfortunately I was not too happy with the service. My car had been forgotten and the tech went to the bathroom. I was a little pressed for time and after 20 minutes with my car up on the lifts and no one attending to my oil change I had to say something. All that was completed then was an oil change and nothing else, like the rotation and the checks that were supposed to be performed. Nothing was offered for me to come at a later date to finish. I’m just a little disappointed at the service this visit.

Went in for a oil change and a system update and couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. I didn't buy my ScatPack Challenger from Dempsey because they didn't have what I was looking for, but prices seem more than fair as I walked the showroom. The young man that actually changed the oil had a unique way of setting the hood pins to keep the cables from moving. Loved the tip!
