Went in for differential fluid change on 2014 v6 mustang. They forgot the friction modifier. Rear end started groaning on corners after 2 miles. Brought it back and they fixed it within an hour. Staff are polite and helpful.

First off, I do not own a Ford, but for regular service I take all of my vehicles to Denny Menholt in Butte. The service there is always performed well. In addition to oil changes (I typically bring my own oil and filter and get "The Works" package), I've purchased several sets of tires using their price matching guarantee plus installation, had transmission fluid changes, power fluid changes, tire rotations, alignments, balancing, essentially all the usual stuff you need done to keep a vehicle well maintained. With the exception of my father in law's truck I'm currently using (Chevy 1500), all of our vehicles are European, and at least 95% of the time there are absolutely no issues regarding maintenance work.

This visit was to address a issue that was not taken care on a previous service visit.I had complained that the on the previous service visit. The issue was the parking brake would not hold the F150 on any slope. The CSR told me it could not be adjusted.I asked for and received a callback from the service manager. He explained that he thought it could be addressed and asked me to bring my F150 back in for service.When I picked up the F150, they found the problem and repaired it. I tried several time dropping into Denny Menholt Ford to have my Ford Escape protection finish annual application applied. The person in charge of this was never not available. Finally I left my name and phone number to be called. Two days later I receive a call and made an appointment. At this time I was told it would take about 3 hours to reapply the protection on my vehicle. I left my vehicle and my phone number so I called when it was. I was ensured that I would be called. I was given a ride while the work was being done. I waited all day and finally about 3:00 PM, six hours after I left my car I called to find out if it was done. The person in charge was not available, he had already left.I got a ride back to the garage and no one had any knowledge if the work was done. The person who was in charge had all ready left and didn't let anyone know what was the status of my car. Finally one of the salesmen looked around the desk of the person who was to call me and found my keys a thought the work was done. Up until this time I had nothing but excellent service from the service department and answering any question I asked either the salesmen or the service department personnel.

I use Stan in the service department for Scheduling s;; p my service work. He is very professional and answers any question in such a way that I understand what will be done. I can count on my vehicle be worked on at the scheduled time and the work completed expeditiously. When the work is done Stan explains what has been done and goes over vehicle checks that were performed. The vehicle is vacuumed out and washed and ready to go when I get in it. The only con of going to this dealership for service is that even something as simple as an oil change or tire rotation requires an appointment and still takes over an hour. Everything else was fantastic: the facility is nice, the staff is very competent and friendly, the service was done correctly, and the price was better than anywhere else I'm aware of, so I will be coming back.

I have only had my Lincoln serviced twice since buying it in 2012. Both times the service was great and the staff has always been great too. I am a travel nurse so I only drive this car when I go out of town. I am not super knowledgeable about the electronics, GPS etc. Your staff has always been most helpful. I do not recommend to anyone because they have to make their own choices, but I will always tell others that my experience with Denny Menholt Ford is superb.

On the previous service work the transmission's rear seal was replaced. You folks had installed a rebuilt transmission, along with which I would presume a new rear seal was installed. 8,700 miles had been driven on the re-built transmission/rear seal(?). A puzzlement why the real seal had only lasted 8,700 miles? But then again it's a vehicle and they can be cantankerous at times, to say the least? Such things happen and life goes on.I've been bringing my 2 Ford vehicles to you folks for many years, out of which a solid trust has developed with your Parts Department crew, Stan in the Service Department and the mechanics that are the catalyst of your service. Well of course I'll be back, and I do recommend your Service Department to others.I gave the rating of 4 above, as we need to see how the transmission rear seal holds up, this time!! :)regards to all,

I usually get great service when taking my car in for service, it's the service agreement they offered and we purchased for $2400.00 in our contract that kinda upsets me, it really only covers a meager amt.,when you need a tune up, there's no way I used $2400.00 worth of service and it's only good till the end of this yr I believe, not happy with that.

Friendly people. The only other comment that I have is that the waiting area is set up for men, but have nothing there for women to look at as far a magazines. It is all hunting, cars, mototcycles, etc.

checked wrench code and found eoc and egr defective, also heater temp. control valve leaking. Replaced all. The Diesel mechanic that did the work completely explained the function of each defective part and their condition to my satisfaction. The service advisor, Kalan was very helpful.I have owned fords for years, but have a real problem with the rollout of the 6.0 and the history of problems. Ford should have stood behind the untested defecive and poorly designed engine and parts. The history of problems on my truck with only 74,000 mi. makes me inclined to purchase another brand in the near future.I only gave you high numbers because of your service, not for the rating of the vehicle itself.

It was just a routine service. They got me right in and were finished within an hour...even washed it!! All staff are so kind and thoughtful. There is a shuttle service available to take me anywhere. This time I stayed around and wandered through the sales lot. I met two absolutely NOT PUSHY salesmen who answered all my questions about various vehicles. All the staff that I dealt with from order date to the time I drove it out of the lot were very helpful.(sales & parts) When I called for my first 5000 mile service and said I was from out of town, and would like a early appointment at the earliest date. I was given a 9 AM two days later. I was satisfied with the results. On the day of my scheduled time I was treated very well. I personally am not found of doing surveys, but I find the service staff at this dealership to be very friendly, caring, and able to get my automobile serviced in a timely manner so my wait if I chose to do so is not too long. They try to get me in at a time that is convenient to me and get my car serviced efficiently. I sometimes wait for this service in an area that is both very comfortable as well as clean and inviting. I usually bring my own reading material but if I don't there is reading material in the waiting area to read. It is also nice to have my car washed when I go to drive it home.

I tried a couple of times to get my truck in without an appointment and couldn't get it done. I called and with the appointment I got the work done in a timely manner. Stan treated me really well and did a great job keeping me happy. Quick Lane shouldn't advertise that you don't need an appointment to get service because with my past dealings it appears you need one. I travel with this truck extensively and don't know when I will be in town so appointments are sometimes hard to do. I want to have Ford do my service as I feel comfortable that the work is performed correctly and to Ford specifications.

Normally, we have really excellent service at your facility. I went in for an oil change and know that the tire rotation is included. When I was told it was finished I asked if they'd rotated my tires and they guy said no, he did not feel that it needed to be done. I mentioned that it was included and I'd like my tires rotated and again, he said he did not feel that it needed to be done at this time, when I persisted that I wanted it taken care of I got a little attitude which I did not appreciate. I was at the facility for an hour and a half, which is a long time for an oil change/tire rotation. I'd still recommend this facility, like I said I've always been handled very well. This time I was not.

The service staff was friendly and professional. I had brought my car in for its scheduled service and with a headlight problem. They identified several issues and had me bring it back in for a more detailed inspection. I brought it in at 8 AM and it was done by 3 PM. They fixed the headlight, changed the battery, and replaced the spark plugs all for less than $300. Some of the issues that were identified earlier, turned out to be minor problems that only need monitoring. Overall, I was impressed with the service and know now that I can trust good work from them in the future.

Service was good, except for the seat heater. The heater, which was installed after manufacture by Brooks Hanna, had quit working. Service technician found loose wires, which he assumed was the issue, and took measures to fix them. After we took the vehicle home, we determined the heater was still not working. Since it is summer, it is not a huge issue, and we'll have it looked at next time the vehicle is serviced.

I bought a brand new Ford Fusion. The car has less than 4000 miles and the tire blew. The dealership is now claiming the tires are different than the car so not covered under warranty! I went out on a limb buying a Ford car. Next time I'll buy a Honda. The tires on those cars are superior to the cheap ones Ford puts on their Fusions.

In the past 12 or so years, I've purchased 8 vehicles and had most of them serviced at the dealership. For most of those years I was completely satisfied with both my sales and service experiences. A few months ago, I went to look at a new F-150. They have a great selection, and having purchased vehicles there before, I was certain I would be able to reach a deal. First, the salesman was clueless (my usual guy moved to a Dodge dealer across town) and knew nothing about the truck, he couldn't even tell me which engine was in the truck, he had to ask, this despite there being a certificate in a frame at his desk showing him as master certified. I found the sales manager to be incredibly rude, and the general attitude of people I encountered to be unfriendly and dismissive.I did buy a new F-150, from Bozeman Ford 65 miles away. I also have a 2006 Ford Freestyle purchased new at Brooks Hanna Ford. Recently I brought it in for service, and I always know that the service writers are charged with "upselling" products and services, I'm prepared for that. But, what happened, takes the cake. The service writer brings me this tab of paper showing me a red blotch of fluid, and a black, dirty blotch of fluid. He told me it was from my transmission and that it needed to be flushed out and have the fluid changed....but...my Freestyle is equipped with the CVT and is a sealed system, there is no transmission fluid to be changed. I was also told I needed new wiper blades, and they had been put on by myself less than a week earlier. I've also recenlty had shoddy work done, and it seems like nobody cares any more. They might have a shiney new building, but this dealership is not what it used to be. I have my oil and regular service done at the Chevrolet dealer in Anaconda, MT, and when I do have warranty concerns, I take the extra hour to drive to Bozeman. Brooks Hanna Ford won't see any more of my money or my business.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ken Bates at Brooks Hanna Ford in Butte MT. What an experience...not like any before...Ken helped me narrow down the vehicles thru questioning so that I did not have to look at everything. With his help I found the right vehicle relatively quickly. Ken was easy to work with and come to find out a really great person too. I was 6 hours from home so Ken made sure that everything happened in a smooth and efficient manner. Ken was even kind enough to send me back the 6 CD's I left in my old cars player. I can't say enough good about Ken and my experience with Brooks Hanna Ford. They are a great bunch of people. I am telling all my friends if they want a really great car buying experience even if they have to drive a little to get there go to Brooks Hanna Ford in Butte MT and ask for Ken Bates. I give them a 10!!! Thanks Ken you were and are greatly appreciated.

I was looking for a used Ford 350 at a good value, but I didn't want white, red, or black. I had been looking for two years when I came across an ad in the paper from Brooks Hanna Ford. It was a blue 350 with low miles and one owner that was local. I went on line to check out the truck. while I was on line, I filled out the app for financing. The next day I received a call from Ken "Norm" Bates and set up a day and time to see the truck. Ken place the truck on hold for me for the week, knowing that I lived on the other side of the mtn. and I would not be able to make it over until the next weekend. I met with Ken and from there it was easy. Ken made me and my wife fill at ease and answered all of our questions. Ken worked with us on the budget that we had set for ourselves as the amount down and with the payments. I came home that same day with the truck and very pleased with the truck and with the service I received from everyone at Brooks Hanna. Like they say, "No one beats a Brooks Hanna Ford deal". I know that I looked at many others who had F350's over the entire state, and I agree that no one can match the deal I received. Thanks to Ken and Jody for everything!

Need a car, go see Ken Bates! From the moment we came in, there was no pressure, no hassle, he answered all of our questions, and tried every trick in the book to get us into a car we liked and wanted to buy. But, alas it was not to be! We wanted to but a used car with our credit card (can't be 0% interest), but they have a $2000 limit on credit card purchases, We offered to pay the fees for going above that, about $160, but the main dealership (Ken called it "The Mothership!) said "no." I would have paid all the fees, plus the price, Brooks Hanna would have taken no hit on the credit fee, and we would have driven away with a car, making room on their lot. Not mad at all, just puzzled. But, when I decide to come in for a new car, I will first go to Brooks Hanna, and see Ken, he was amazing! I felt bad for Ken! I wish other car dealers were like this!
