Bought a 2012 Avalanche still under original bumper to bumper and drivetrain warranties.After about a month the front driver side headlamp assembly was full of moisture and the passenger side exterior door handle started pulling away from the door. Called Denooyer, explained what was wrong, made appointment, no problem, right? Wrong.The Day of appointment the 1st thing wrong was they had no idea why we came in, even though they send a confirmation with details of the problems. Then they started questioning the mileage, then what was covered, then told my wife they will get her a shuttle to take her home. What!?! Under the warranty they are suppose to provide a loaner vehicle of similarity. So my wife left with our vehicle and called me to tell me what happened. I called Denooyer and once again explained what was wrong, told them they were suppose to give us a loaner, car, and fix my truck. Oh no problem sir. So we rescheduled the appointment. Brought it in on that day, got our loaner, drove off, life is good, right? Not! About 3 hours later I get a phone call from someone who isn't our advisor telling me that the door handle is not covered under warranty because it's cosmetic. What!?! It's a door handle! It has function. Then they changed the wording and called it trim. So apparently if you buy a car, pull off the lot, and the door handles come off its on you. Then he tells me the moisture in the headlamp assembly is normal. I would've agreed to that statement except the other headlamp didn't have a bit of moisture in it. The driver side has had moisture in it for 3 weeks and counting. So annoyed! Then when picking up my unfixed truck they had something in the paperwork saying headlight needs a capsule. They said I declined the capsule. One, this was never mentioned to me and two, what the xxxx is a capsule and why do I need it if there is nothing wrong according to Denooyer service people. In Summary :Both of my cases, they are wrong andGM Warranties mean nothing to Denooyer.Done with Denooyer!

I saw a commercial on the 2016 chevy malibu and went to denoyer to get one and that was when my nightmare began . I spoke to this horrible salesman called Chris Magnano who rushed me into the deal without explaining into detail. Within five months this neww cars engine broke down five times after each repair . Chris never picked my calls or even return my emails . Denoyer don't care about you and your car after they get their money. If you are planning on getting new car Pls don't go to them or get any chevy model . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Terrible experience. Denooyer worked on my car and ruined the door panel. It's been there over 3 times now and still not fixed. Left voicemail messages and they never got back to me, time to switch dealerships. Would NOT recommend their service at all to do even simple tasks! They are all very unprofessional and do not care what the customers concern is. They caused so much damage on my new car that I'm hoping another dealership will fix under the GM warranty. You always have to wait around, and the service department never picks the phone up, it's always leaving voice-mails and hope that you get a call back. Their sales department is decent, however I will not buy another vehicle from them (I've bought two so far and have had nothing but issues due to their service department).

So im bringing my moms car in for some minor service the service for the car was good no complaints there. But when I walked in the receptionist was rude from the beginning she had an attitude and rolled her eyes numerous times and it was pretty evident she could careless about servicing me. So after I called my mom and got the full name of the guy that I needed help with she called him. I was standing near the receptionist dest for about 10 minutes and she didn't say a word to me. Then about 5 minutes later a lady walks in and she greets her asks her about her day..... she helps the lady and the lady is standing a couple of feet from me and she calls the lady by her name and goes "there's a seat ring area over there with water and bagels" I find it very ironic that the lady got exceptional service when I got very disgusting service. And the whole time I was waiting for the car to be finished I stood in the showroom waiting. Great customer service always starts at the botttom and works it's way up. And the customer service that I received was disgusting and I wouldn't recommend the dealership to anyone.

My friends and family have dealt with DeNooyer and have had nothing but good things to say. So My wife and I decided to give them a try. Well we went there and bought a 2014' F150. At the time of the deal it didn't have the rear tailgate on the truck and there was a crack in the front bumper and the front bumper was pulled out.. We were told the tailgate is in the body shop being fixed. We asked are you going to fix these things. We got from our sales guy was no we are selling the truck the way it is. Not to mention they were only taking $1000 off the asking price of the vehicle. If I wanted a vehicle like this I would've went to a buy here pay here lot where you get what you pay for. Then there were a few more dents and scratches in the truck doors and fender. . We said are you going to fix those. Sales guy said yes at first. Then all the sudden a day later well we aren't making any money on this truck so they are going to fix the tailgate and the holes in the interior of the truck and that's it. . So you'll have to pay for the other dents. Wasn't real happy about it because we loved this truck. But don't see how you can sell a $30,000 truck and not fix things asked. So we decided to buy this truck and they said it would be all set and were going to take care of the tail gate and the interior holes that they were going to take care of. So we went home and a few days later got a call from our sales guy and he said your truck is all ready. We got down there now coming from Amsterdam it's a 45 min trip one way. We walked around the truck and the tailgate wasn't fixed. Still had a big dent in it, The inside holes weren't fixed and the bumper wasn't fixed. I said to the sales guy what is going on?? I got well the tailgate was supposed to be fixed as he rubbed his head. And the bumper and other stuff well the body shop is busy. I said so you sell me this truck and it's not even done. He said well take it and Ill call you next week to get you in. We said fine. Better get us in. Well that following week my wife had to call him to get us in. So we ran the truck back down there. A few days later we got a call from the sales guy your truck is all set. So we went down there to pick it up. We get there and before we go in we look it over. This time the tailgate was done. The bumper was fixed. But the interior holes were not done and of course the rest of the dents on the truck were not done. So I got the sales guy to come out again and look over the truck with me. Showed him the interior holes are still not done. Body work still not done. He goes oh my god the guy who does that must have forgot. I said so now what, I have to take the truck and bring it back again. He said yeah. I said I'm not very happy. He said I know. I know. So we took the truck and again another week goes by. This time we noticed the truck was parked in our driveway and was leaking a pink fluid. My wife again has to call the sales guy to tell him we have a leak and see what is going on when we can get the truck in. He says I'll call you tomm. to let ya know. So we wait another day.. No call, she calls him and he says oh just call the service department and see if they can get you in and a rent a car. So now we have to make the phone calls to set things up. So she calls and they say we don't have a rent a car available for a few days. So now we can't drive our truck because we don't know what is going on with it. So after a few days our sales guy finally calls us and says bring the truck back down. I said if I bring it down please this time look the truck over to make sure everything is done before we come back to get it. So we drop the truck off. We get a call from the service dept. and they say they couldn't find the leak. You can come get it. We said no it leaks, drive the truck around and let it sit. It leaks pink fluid. Well they keep saying no leak found you can come get it. We said no now it has to go to the body shop. So we have bought the truck a month ago now. We have drove it maybe a week from it being back and forth so much. I am not very happy with the sales or service we got. I would not recommend you guys to anyone. I can't believe you treat people like that, after the truck is paid for and let it leave your lot. I do know I will not be back to buy another vehicle from you guys. Such a disappointment, Figured I would give your dealership a shot. Not a good first experience and that's too bad because I have many friends that are looking to buy new trucks. Everything went great. I had a great experience buying my new Cruz at a great price. I was in need of a new vehicle due to no mechanical issue but a medical issue. I was a proud owner of an amazing vehicle one of the best I've ever owned. Yeah, it was bitter sweet letting her go, sleek, fine lines and sporty. That's were the problem came in and after a total hip replacement at 56 and an extra 30-35 lbs., I was very uncomfortable in the drivers seat due to the design of the sport seat it created so much pressure it was painful to drive and I used to enjoy driving it was my career. I went in to meet up with a Bill Aspirin who my wife worked with previously for ten years, I met Bill to say hi while being introduced during a function or two. My wife throws a lot of well stipulations and limits on everything, I found Bill introduced myself and I gave him a very brief and information filed outlook of what was happing and what my interests were for what I was experiencing. We tried three vehicles as to not irritate the area to much so I could experience the fit and ride comfortably. The first was an SUV, not a fit...The second was the Malibu, it was comfortable and a definite car I would like to drive and experience and the third is the one I ended up with. He talked about it and showed me all the features while sitting in it, then he drove it off the lot to an parking area open and we switched spots, again going over more things the vehicle had to offer, I wasn't paying attention to time or comfort level, anything. Then he let me drive for a while, no pressure good conversation I drove where he instructed me to go, check out acceleration and braking, turning the driving experience. This vehicle i was driving even had a plow which we discussed and operated as well. Eventually we went back now between getting in learning what it had etc.. the drive, experience and now attention to the comfort, I was amazed I have been it the seat longer not just 2x or 3x but 5x my normal limit. The whole process was amazing, if you made eye contact with any associate in DeNooyer Chevrolet you were greeted back with a smile, not to mention the attention to the respect from each and everyone I met there. And the new Center were they go over the bells and whistles your car has They are amazing both of them there assisted with anything with complete patience and thoroughness. My experience and satisfaction with the product was unmatched. By the way I purchased my first Certified Preowned vehicle ever. 2015 Chevrolet Colorado with the Z71 off road package with plow. Looking forward to the time my wife and I go for her to have an upgrade. Thanks Bill Aspirin and DeNooyer Chevrolet for a very satisfying experience along with one of the best service I've ever had...I Love my new ride....it's awesome....I couldn't of dreamt of a truck with a better fit....

Just purchased another car from Dave Mattice and DeNooyer Chevy. We dealt with Dave about a year ago and when I called asking for him he immediately remembered me and was available to see us right away and had the cars we wanted to test drive ready. He was able to juggle multiple customers on a very busy Saturday and not make you wait for anything. It is amazing to deal with someone that knows everything about the product and can make you feel comfortable throughout the selection and the buying process. First time ever buying more than one car from the same person. I highly recommend Dave if you need a car. A real pro! Also, DeNooyer has been fantastic to deal with for regular service and even fit us in for an oil change during the buying process even tough we did not have an appointment.

Well after spending 2 hours sitting at the dealership, he still had no numbers. So he lost the sale and Norhstar Chevy got our business.

Don't impulse buy have and spend the time having the vehicle checked over good and if you do find issues bring it to there attenion and they will work with you . I found that the sales department is great but service could use some improvement but all in all they are a good company to work with.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and went to DeNooyer Chevrolet to look at Equinox's. From the moment I walked in the front doors I was welcomed and made to feel extremely comfortable. Scott Fyvie, my salesperson, took his time to understand my needs and was very knowledgeable about the Equinox. The buying process was easy and all involved, especially Scott, were extremely professional. Also a shout out to Chelsea from Allstate, who works out of DeNooyer. She reviewed my insurance with me and saved me quite a bit of money. DeNooyer is truly a one stop shop and buy dealership in my opinion.

I bought a used car from them which was not a Chevrolet. I took it home and noticed a noise coming from the car that got 100 times worse when I turned right. I took it back to them as asked. The first day they took all day to replace the two front wheel bearings and determine that's not it. Then it sat for 24 hours while they waited for a text from a Honda dealer person (whoever it was) to tell them it could be a steering issue. Now it has to go to Honda. I have asked repeatedly to cancel the contract and return my money and trade as is my right under the NYS law and they keep ignoring that request. Do not buy from them they don't care once the ink is dry.

The salesman stated the car was cleaned and buffed when it was a mess. Scratches visable on the body that were buffed out to a mirror finish after saying it was unacceptable. A letter from a bank stated that the loan amount was too much for the vehicle year and model. Obviously over charged us.

This was the first time I had serviced my vehicle at DeNooyer Chevrolet; I was pleased by the professional Customer Service I had received by Dwane Lockrow. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. As we were waiting my son and I walked through the dealership and once again had been greeted by salespeople and other friendly staff. The waiting area was very accommodating with breakfast snacks and coffee and even bottles of water. I finally found a Chevrolet dealership I can say I am extremely satisfied with and will be coming back to.

I was looking to get out of my old 2007 accord and into something more reliable, close to the price range I was paying for my car at that time and with only one stipulation - it had to have a sunroof. I worked with Dave Mattice and he showed me multiple cars with features I was looking for and worked with me on the price range. I wasn't rushed out of the dealership, he spent a lot of time letting me test drive multiple cars, sat with me in each one to show me the different things they had to offer and then he spent a lot of time with me trying to find the right deal that I could afford. I have never leased prior to this experience and the experience alone without even taking into account the great suv I walked away with would make me lease all over again! Visited this dealership with my sister, who's a first time car buyer, to price and purchase a vehicle. From the moment we arrived their salesperson, Chris Magnano, seemed blatantly annoyed that we were taking up his time, was highly impersonal to the extent it was uncomfortable, made suggestive references to the "cheap" vehicle we were interested in, and made no visible effort to help find the deal we needed to drive away happy. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere, and have been left with a long lasting negative impression of DeNooyer and the staff they choose to employ.

Who knew? Who knew that a Chevrolet Dealer would have the absolute best selection of used Dodge Challengers in the Capital District? Along with that, a very competent salesperson in Randy Raymond. I was heading out of town for a week so as always I called Duane for an appointment to drop off my car to have some issues fixed. He had someone give me a ride to the airport and I told him fix whatever needed to be done. I came home and my bill seemed pretty low when I picked the car up. Duane only did the important things needed now and some recommendations before winter. He had an opportunity for $2000 worth of repairs but only did what is needed for now. That is someone I can always trust and will bring it back in October for the rest of what is needed. Thanks for the HONEST service!!

I called for an appointment at the last minute and spoke with Dwayne. He told me they were very busy but he would squeeze me in but I may have to wait a bit. I had a headlight out and I had no choice but to wait because I had received a ticket and had to fix it. Dwayne had me in and out in a little over an hour and even signed my fix it ticket. He is the best and always takes care of me. Thanks for the quick service and for signing my ticket.

I went to denooyer to look for a USED truck, talked to Chris he helped me out told me all about the used trucks they have and what he has to offer, i ended up buying a used truck and brought it home, and i wasn't thrilled with the truck, i gave Chris a call he told me to bring it back and we will find something else, So after looking for a hour or two, i ended up in a BRAND new truck for not that much more! i absolutely love this truck, Chris helped me out in every way possible, he knows the product he sat in the truck with me and went over every single button, set up onstar Xm radio told me what the truck has to offer, i have to say that i have bought other trucks at different chevy dealers around the capitol but NO more!! Denooyer is #1 in my book and i will shop no where else! there service dept is great as well if you need any help at all everyone is willing to help and not watch you stand around Dan Quinn saw me waiting for some parts and asked if i needed anything to come to him and i cant say it enough that not only help from Chris and Dan but everyone in that place is awesome and trust me i didn't think i would end up in a new vehicle but dennoyer made that happen, they have so many vehicles and not just Chevrolet there are tons to choose from.. if you need to look for a new or used vehicle look NO MORE dennoyer is the place to be!

From the day I called the shop to learn about the repair process to the day I picked it up, I was 100% satisfied. I showed up without an appointment and could see Dwayne was very busy at the time. He took the time to look up and smile and then said Miss I will be right with you. He finished with the paperwork he had set it aside and gave me his full attention. There were other people there less busy but did not seem to want to be bothered that I was there. He explained that we would be able to get me in but may be about 15 minutes. I waited he updated me after waiting in the waiting room for about 10 minutes told me my car was in and he would come see me if there were any issues and updates. After about 15 minutes he explained I had had a dirty cabin air filter and the engine air filter was getting there but did not need it at this time maybe next visit. Because of his honesty I had him replace them both and will see Dwayne from now on. Thanks for the great experience.

Most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I traveled an hour only after being asked to do so by a sales associate who guaranteed that they could beat a quote that I received from a local dealer in my town. When I arrived the sales rep I had spoken to was unavailable so another salesman met with us. He asked me the specific quote a had received and I told him, he gave me an odd look and that is when the appointment took a turn for the worse. He told us the deal he could offer and it didn't beat the other deal. I politely told him we weren't going to make a deal here. he then proceeded to tell me the quote I was given didn't exist and called me a liar. His entire demeanor changed and I felt like I was being attacked. He was so disrespectful I will never do business here! I am so glad he showed his true colors before I made the mistake of purchasing from this dealer.

I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Challenger R/T from Denooyer Chevrolet the selection was amazing. I still don't know how they get so many performance cars and Challengers to boot. Even the Dodge dealers don't have as many Challengers on there lots. I went to just look at the inventory and wasn't really going to purchase a car that day. But when I saw what kind of deal I could get I was on board. The car was as close to new as you could ever find, Randy Raymond was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. He was unaware that I was a master tech for Chrysler and was testing his knowledge and he passed. The whole deal was a pleasure and I was treated with the upmost respect I will be visiting them again when I need another vehicle in the future. Every time I go in the dealership they are extremely busy. Dwane always has 2-3 customers at a time waiting for him. That says something when people will wait to see him rather than having someone else write the ticket. He acknowledges each customer and always takes care of the person in front of him first. It may take a little longer to wait but there is a reason he is so busy all the time, people trust him and like doing business with him. He is the best and the way he handles himself even when he is busy is second to none. He always takes care of everyone and I thank him and Denooyer Chevrolet for being the best in the business.

I typically change or buy a new car every 2-3 years. Different makes and models. So at nearly 50 years old lets say I have a bit of experience with this. I was looking for a 2500 Crew Cab loaded and Denooyer had the truck I wanted. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated with respect and never felt a bit of pressure. Bob Neet was my salesperson and I am glad he was. The experience in the industry he brought, gave me the absolute most (way more than I was expecting) for my trade as well as applying all discounts available off of the new truck. I walked out of there with the truck I wanted at a price that was honestly thousands below what I had been offered at other local dealerships. Delivery was a breeze and I left feeling appreciated as a customer. Great Job Denooyer. Awesome working with you Bob. See you again in a couple of years!

We came in to test drive a new malibu. The staff was very friendly and the sales staff, specifically Jamila, was exceptionally pleasent and very knowledgeable. We were able to test drive with no pressure at all. We were then given the oppurtunity to go and compare other cars and via email Jamila promptly and pleasantly answered any question to compare with other cars and set up an appointment with her at our convienence. At our appointment, we were treated respectfully and with courtesy by the members of the DeNooyer team and when we purchased our Chevy Malibu, it was a very painless process.

My husband and I were shopping for a Chevrolet truck as his 2005 Colorado had almost 100,000 miles and was starting to have issues. He had purchased his Colorado from DeNooyer and was happy with the experience, so we returned to this dealer. Salesman Andrew Lobb took great care of us and we purchased the last Colorado on the lot late on Tuesday afternoon. My husband needed it for a job he had on Thursday morning, and Andrew and the team at DeNooyer took care of all the details (including having a bed liner installed). We were able to pick it up on Wednesday evening. Andrew was great at explaining all the new features of the truck, especially the new electronics, and we drove away very satisfied with our experience at DeNooyer.

I was a hands on guy and used to do my own repairs, change my own oil etc. I don't have the time patience or the ability to do it anymore. In most cases the dealership is cheaper to change oil than it is for me to buy the supplies and do it myself. Was referred by a friend and was told Dwane was the guy. He is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to answering questions. Dealership has a real nice waiting area with donuts and bagels and coffee, cant beat it.

Matt Ross, a service advisor kept me informed regarding the repairs needed on my 2012 Impala. He was courteous, efficient and helpful. He offered me a loaner car which I didn't need and when my car was done,he sent a driver to my home to pick me up. He also kept me inform as to what repairs I needed and the cost of the repairs. I live out of the area and my son's car (formerly my car - a 2006 Saab 9.3) needed emergency repairs. He is student at SUNY Albany and for the past 5 years the car has had been meticulously maintained in Rochester by a Saab mechanic. Naturally I was a bit leery of an out of town repair facility. Phil Gagliardi took the time to call me, kept me advised of the repair process and was very flexible in pricing. They even provided a loaner car. I highly recommend Phil Gagliardi and the service center at DeNooyer Chevrolet.

Have been to Jiffy lube and I may at times pay a little less but I do not get the type of service I get when I am at Denooyer. Dwane has provided me courtesy shuttles to and from work and that is most important. The entire staff is friendly. Have worked with Dan Quinn before as well and he has treated me well. I was referred to dealership through Dwane Lockrow's nephew if I ever needed my Silverado serviced. Found out how good he really is after taking care of me. His nephew said he was the best and now I am convinced. Had my truck service there 4 times now and even though I have a free maintenance plan he treats me as if I am a customer spending money and I bought the truck from him. He has my business for the future and when I am ready to buy again I will be there to see him to set me up with a salesman.

I had gotten a flat tire and happened to be next to dealership. When I walked I was greeted by Dwane, and when I explained I had a flat he came out with a jack and helped me get the tire off, come to find out it needed a valve stem. In March of this year I started car shopping after having issues getting around in the rough winter. I had a Nissan Versa and was looking for something with a bigger body and better gas mileage, which was not an easy find. I had contacted Nissan telling them what I was looking for and they weren't as helpful as I was hoping. While looking for options in my area I came across a 2014 Cruze Eco on this website and it happened to be at Denooyer Chevy, which is very close to where I work. I scheduled a test drive for my lunch hour and was introduced to my sales person,who is referred to as Taz there (I believe his real name is Jason). He was wonderful and it didn't feel like he was selling to me during the test drive or even when we were talking about fiance options. He was super helpful and informative which helped my decision in getting the Cruze. Now I'm getting about 10 MPG more than I was in the Versa. I would recommend Denooyer Chevy and Taz especially for anyone looking for a vehicle in the Albany/Schenectady area.

This young woman was very attentive to my needs and questions, I felt as though I was the only customer she was dealing with. Having chosen the car I liked, I began the purchase with Sales Associate David Mattice. He too made me feel as though I was the only customer he had to deal with. Thanks to duane lockrow for the fast and reliable service. I knew exactly what to expect was provided a loaner car kept informed of the status and what the car needed. Duane told me a list of things my car needed, told me what was priority to repair and what I could wait to fix and did not try to push me to get everything fixed. I could have just as easily told them to do it all but I trust Duane and what he tells me. Spent $588.00 and needs another $400.00 worth of work but duane assured me I could wait until later in the summer, that is honesty so I thank you and will refer everyone to you.

I have been looking for a dealership that would make getting my car repaired a bit easier. Denoyer did that. Matt Ross coordinated everything and even helped me move my stuff (and there was a lot) from my car to the rental car. Renting was simple and efficient. The gentleman that gave me the rental car was friendly and easy to work with. I am impressed with the whole operation. From the owner Joel Denooyer, to Dave and Tim in management, to the staff, everyone is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and the best in the business. Dealing with people who actually care and are not trying to just sell you any car and send you on your way is very rare nowadays and is the reason I have done business and will continue to do business with Denooyer. I know its sounds too good to be true but don't take my word for it, go in and experience it yourself. Big dealerships can be intimidating, but I must say Andrew Lobb made it anything but that! I probably drove him crazy, but I am picky. In the end, Andrew put me in a 14 Cruze, silver, ( I really wanted white) 6 speed with all the bells and whistles one would want. Leasing for now, 2 years left, but I'm hoping the 2017 models are even better and I can get white!! No real complaints, but for a 2014 I don't have electric seats?? I do love it, zips right along and great on gas!! They have great customer service, I'm in and out jiffy quick and love the complementary coffee, bagels, etc.

I purchased my dream car from DeNooyer this November. I recently was in search of a SVT Cobra. Well DeNooyer had one so I contacted them. I spoke to Christopher Magnano there and he went above and beyond to help me out with the purchase of the vehicle. I was about 3 hours away from them so he sent me pictures videos and documentation on the car before coming. I must have driven him crazy, but he answered every question promptly, courteously, and most importantly honestly. well when I got there the car was exactly as described. Chris stayed later than closing in order for me to inspect the car.... He even had a mechanic put the car on a lift for me. Chris delivered everything that he promised. I did a tremendous amount of research on my own on vehicles I was interested in and I was dreading the next step of the process... visiting a dealership and working with a salesperson. My experience in having worked with Jay Paul was fantastic. Jay acknowledged that I had "done my homework" and then worked with me and the knowledge I had so that we could find the right vehicle for me and my budget. Being numbers related at that point in my buying process, Jay was willing to model as many financing scenarios on as many different vehicles as I requested in order that I have the information I needed to allow me to be confident and comfortable with my purchase. My purchase experience was positive, easy, clear and I felt based on honesty and in the context of recognizing that dealerships and sales people need to make money, they aren't giving vehicles away. If the quality of the vehicle and experience with the service area are consistent with my purchase experience, I will return to DeNooyer for my next purchase.

My experience was great. When my wife and I came in, our salesperson, Chris Armando, was fantastic and extremely helpful. He didn't rush the process and he gave us detailed information on the truck we purchased. Once the deal was complete, Chris took the time to show me how to use the features in my new truck. He also helped set up Onstar. I also had contact with a manager and the service department. All of which was a very good experience. The atmosphere here is nice and makes you feel comfortable. They gave me the car with bad wheel bearings, Terrible brakes, heated seats that weren't working, bad brake calipers and other issues. Their certified preowned 173-point inspection is a joke. Expected much more from Denooyer and i will not be back.

We have purchased our last two vehicles from this dealership. The sales staff treat you with respect and courtesy and are willing to meet you more than halfway on price. We have had nothing but fast dependable service from the Service Department. Couldn't ask for a better dealership.

I purchased a Certified Used Tahoe here after years of looking. To start I hate everything about buying a new vehicle I cringe just thinking about it I hate car dealerships and salesman and I've been to and contacted many dealerships thru the years and I have been to denooyer before dealing with 2 other salesman that I thought were rude. The first salesman has a Bluetooth in his ear and kept answering the phone while I was with him and he kept suggestingg that I look at another vehicle I didn't want I'm assuming because of price and like salesman number two I felt they didn't want to show me a tahoe because they didn't think I could afford it. Anyway if I was to write this review about my previous experience with those 2 I'd give it 0 stars and suggest you don't go there. The salesman I dealt with while purchasing my tahoe was Dave Mattice this guy was fantastic and why I'm writing this review. I felt I was dealing with a regular person not a slimy salesman he wasn't pushy he was very respectful of what I could afford and never once tried to steer me to something I didn't want. He took care of everything I wanted and said if I had any issues to contact him and he would take care of it. I contacted him twice with 2 little issues he took care of them and seemed very happy to do it he didn't try to push me off because he got the sale and wasn't rude at all which impressed me. Anyway I very highly recommend this dealership because of Dave if I was writing this based on the other 2 guys I wouldn't bother going. This was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had and if Dave is still there when were ready for a new vehicle I'll be back at Denooyer.

Only gets one star because I have to. Service team is nice but it's only because they know they are robbing you. After being told the problem when we brought the car in, they looked at it and determined that the problem was caused by something different. Only to tell you later that the problem that they were told about was actually correct. Then when a sensor fails in the same area they were working on they take no responsibility for the problem and charge you more money to fix it. They also tell you they're going to order a part (recall) for you and never do. And they are going to talk to their GM about waiving fees, and never do!

I had been looking for a used 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 in the limited "green with envy" color for quite a while and found one at Denooyer via the web. I sent in a web inquiry and was amazed that i received a call back from Denooyer in less than 5 minutes. No exaggeration - from my mouse click to my phone ringing was less than 5 minutes. After a few minutes of chatting with Beau and Dave in Sales I realized that these guys are on their game. Even after learning that I was located down in Charlotte, NC they treated me as if I was a valued customer standing there in person. We discussed vehicle prices and - based upon pictures and information they requested of my vehicle - they offered me a very fair trade-in offer for my car. After some pleasant negotiating over the course of the next day we settled on a price for the Challenger, which was again very fair. I drove up to the dealership, arrived first thing in the morning and was well treated. I immediately got the sense that these guys are car fans - they dont' just sell cars, but they are true gear heads. My new-car-to-be was already being detailed and they were putting the final touches on the paperwork. I drove out a short time later feeling that I was treated fairly and respectfully, and was very excited to be driving home in my dream car. I don't live in the area but I know people who do and would recommend them to anyone. Beau manages well and has a good team. Not to mention the best collection of used Challengers I've ever seen!

what ever happened to your used car inspection 15 days later oil change due. TPS had a fault 10 days no fuel in truck when I picked it up 7 vehicles purchased from DeNooyer and I am sad to say I am done with their rude service staff.

We had a wonderfully easy, no pressure experience with Jay. We purchased a 2013 Silverado and we love it! The facility is very clean and all of the staff is polite and create a positive atmosphere. We have a business preferred service account with DeNooyer and they always fit us in right away, even their service department is spotless with friendly mechanics/technicians. I always feel taken care of here and highly recommend purchasing from them as they gave the best pricing out of all the Chevy dealers in the surrounding area. Ask for Taz!

It was a pleasure dealing with Taz. I hope he will still be there when I buy my next car, I will look for him. I the am wrighting to give the highest praise to DeNooyer Chevrolet in Colonie N.Y. for helping me get the car that I wanted. I came in and was directed to Jay Taz Hall to see if he could help me. When I told him I had a particular model in mind he helped me out by checking for it. At the time he did not even any idea that particular model ( Impala LTZ ) was even available. He went on line and found it, and went and talked with Mr.Denooyer (owner) and found out that it was currently being built, but would be a short period before I could get it. I went ahead and placed my order for that vehicle. Called Denooyer and talked to Jay Taz Hall. Told him what I was interested in and he asked me when I could come in. I made the appointment and met Jay at the dealership. He greeted us and had the exact car I was looking for out front and ready for a test drive. We took the car for a ride and were very pleased. We went inside and talked figures, I was pleased with the outcome so we signed the papers. We have never leased before and after talking with Jay he answered all our questions and set our mind at ease about the lease. I visited a Balston Spa dealer before this and for a comparable vehicle with the same window sticker, DeNooyers price was $3000 less. I have not needed any service yet, but I have had letters from DeNooyer reminding me of the upcoming service due. So far I am very please with Jay and DeNooyer Chevrolet. Jay always returned any calls I made to him with the answers I was seeking. I would recommend Jay and DeNooyer.

I went into DeNooyer to get my Chevy Cruze that I had purchased from a different dealer that I was unhappy with, and I expressed my concern to the service manager who passed it along to a sales manager, Beau. He helped me get into a Chevy Spark, which was the original car I wanted when I was shopping in 2013. I had the Cruze for a year and was not happy with it but I got results from DeNooyer and was helped by Beau and Jay Hall. Both of them were very accommodating. It was quick and easy to sit down and fill out all the paper work and have my car financed. I got to take my car home that day, which made me so happy that I had my car that day and did not have to drive home in a car I did not like. Jay Hall really had a great attitude and even greeted me the same way when I came in for a service. DeNooyer is always helpful and understanding. I will continue to come back and buy cars from them as long as I can!

I found a truck online that I inquired about on Monday made the appointment to see it on Wednesday... Brittany confirmed my appointment Tues at 1141am for Wednes at 830am. I drove TWO hours get to the dealership, truck cant be found apparently is was just sold ....??? I am unsure of the salesman I dealt with but he was scatter brained to say the least... couldn't find trucks.. and trust me there "used" truck lot wasn't a very large spot... told me trucks had been sold and they were really just in a different spot. 20 MIN deal for a trade in was BOGUS! took 45min and not like they were busy! Certainly NOT top $$ DOLLAR for trade either! Very disappointing! My salesman showed me a 2010 Silverado that was very rusty and DIRTY and tells me remember it is a USED truck ... I totally understand that... BUT if I were going to try to sell something I would make sure it was WASHED and CLEAN. but for a 2010 to be that RUSTY its a total TURN OFF for sure... and doesn't give me good thoughts about chevy trucks holding there values or even lasting. SO after I left the dealership very upset and disappointed knowing my car was worth a lot more, knowing I drove 2 hours for nothing... I called Rebecca who I also spoke with on the phone and explained to her what happened and she was very sorry and was going to check to see when the truck was sold and what happened and call me right back here it is 3pm hours later and still NO phone call back... I went to my local home down dealership who offered me $2000 MORE for My Trade, showed me a just in trade that had not yet been detailed and it was cleaner then anything DENOYER showed me, it pays to shop local for sure! Don't waste your time here!

Of all the auto sales persons I have dealt with over the years , Mark ranks in the the very top group. I am writing about my experience with DeNooyer Cheverolet and my sales person Marc Murphy. I first have to say that it was a very long day, but well worth the wait. Marc was very helpful, professional and personable. Because it was such a long day he offered to buy my husband and I dinner. The dealership as a whole worked very hard at finding me the right car, getting affordable financing (which was tricky due to credit issues), and even the gentleman who detailed the car when everyone else was going home. (It was after 8pm, which was closing time). I went home with a beautiful new car. This is the second car that I have purchased at DeNooyer. I drove the last car for 10 years. I have already handed out several business cards to friends recommending Marc Murphy for their salesman and DeNooyer for their dealership.

On July 19, 2014, we walked into Denooyer Chevrolet and without a doubt it was the best car buying experience we have ever had; from the moment we walked through the door until we left with a new vehicle. We first talked to Pat who was an internet manager and she put us in the capable hands of Jason "TAZ" Hall, our salesman. Pat would come over to us throughout our time there to make sure we were doing alright or needed anything. TAZ was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgable and genuine. He made us feel like family as well as the rest of the staff we dealt with. Scott Hooke who was our finance person got us a wonderful deal. We got a fantastic monthly payment that no other dealership came close too. Thank you Scott for everything you did. Another wonderful person we dealt with was Jen in the insurance department. She saw to it that all of our insurance needs were dealt with and had new insurance cards for us when we picked up the car. We did not have to take care of anything, Jen did it all. terrible experience. We purchased a used vehicle, 2012, the car was turned over to us filthy and with scratches all over it. They ordered us paint so we could repair the scratches our self and the paint is the wrong color. This dealership cares about quantity not quality. I will never purchase from them again.

On 4/25/14 I purchased 2002 Corvette at Denooyer. I was greeted out in the car lot by Sales Consultant Tom Kelly, right from that time my pleasant experience began at Denooyer. He was not pushy, but very understanding of my needs and had knowledgeable answers for my questions. In ten minutes I was out for a test drive with my wife in a nice looking and classy vette. Upon return he was there waiting for us, no pressure after the test drive, only a courteous nature that would put you at ease. We went into the showroom and talked business, again no pressure. Worked out a deal with Tom and the Sales Manager in about 15 minutes, fair deal to me and my wife and the dealership for my BMW trade in and the Corvette price. A couple hours later we picked up the vette after signing the paper work and seeing F&I guy Mike Demers, who also was a pleasant person to deal with. Tom gave us a walk around the car and the facility and asked if we had questions and we were off with our Corvette. All and all, this was a very pleasant experience at Denooyer and would recommend this Dealership to any one looking for a automobile. Thank you Tom & Denooyer...

When Beau learned of my situation he went right to work for me, treating me like a VIP! In very short order he put together a vehicle that met my needs and finances, got me approved and into a vehicle I am very happy with and pleased to say I purchased at Denooyer. I rate the Beau and the entire staff there that I came into contact with including Scott Hooke, finance manager and Chris Magnano, salesman at 5 stars!!!

A friend of mine bought a new pickup truck and said that I should check them out if your looking for a pickup truck great selection. So we went to dealership looking for a pickup to pull our travel trailer no one would help us! Then this very young salesman, we think came out to see if we needed help but couldn't answer any of our techincal questions, and very snotty air about him! The kid gave me a sour stomach because we heard so much about this dealership how great it was. We got into our car and left. I guess when you drive into a dealership with a older vehicle they think that you won't spend any money!! We ended up at Mangino and bought 2 vehicles with no problems and a very professional sales people answers all the questions awesome service department!!

I got a chevy trailblazer, had a very good performance in which it convinced me to buy a new chevy car which was the chevy cruze..i was so amazed with its performance...it ran fast & the technology that the car has was very impressive which i didn't find with other brands...i will still keep my trailblazer and use my new cruze most of the time...

I had an excellent experience working with Joe Tomaselli. I came in with a vehicle I was upside down on that was the definition of a money pit. Joe took the time to look at several different vehicles with me, even letting me take one on a test and keep it until I got out of work. I was happy with the wide inventory of used vehicles. When it came time to complete the sale Joe was kind enough to come in on his day off to make sure everything went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Joe to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I am very pleased with the service I recieved here at Denooyer Chevrolet in Colonie, NY. Joe Tomaselli was very helpful in helping me find the right car for my business and was very helpful in making sure my vehicles where properly registered for the proper use. The Finance manager Louis Germano did a wonderful job getting me the financing I need to drive away with my new vehicle. The whole staff was freindly and greeted me when I entered the showroom. I am glad I decided to do business with Joe and am pleased that he was the salesperson I chose for my last three vehicle purchases. I was browsing the internet looking for a used truck. I was set on a Toyota Tundra, but decided to give a GMC/Chevrolet a second look. I always liked them, but the one at work is a one ton truck that rides horribly, and was turned off by it. I tried to see what my trade in was worth and had to give my contact information to get it. The next morning Rebecca Hanley called me to find out my interest. I explained to her that I was several weeks from purchasing, but would like to test drive a GMC that was on the lot, just to see how a half ton truck rides. She set up an appointment for me, and when I got there, I was met by Tom Kelley. I explained the same thing to him, and he understood that I wasn't quite ready to buy, but wanted to look. Rather than treat me like a nuisance, and make me feel like I was wasting his time, he was very helpful, and polite. We looked it over, and took it for a test drive. I really liked it and he asked me what I was looking to do. I told him my payment that I was looking for and if he can get that number I'd take it. I was very short on time, and he was very accommodating about that, and gave me the number I wanted. When I picked it up for delivery, he was excellent about letting me take a look at a few more items on the truck before signing the papers, and answered any other questions I had. Tom was fantastic. I never felt pressured or hurried and left very satisfied with my experience. I might have a small problem now that I have it home, and will contact Tom about it if I can't figure it out, but nothing in my experience there makes me believe it won't be taken care of. I highly recommend going to Denooyer, and buying a car from Tom. Thanks Tom.

My wife and I bought a Camaro, and a week later we found out she was pregnant. We were in a panic because we knew we would have issues with getting 2 car seats (as we already have a 9month old) in the back of the car. We called Chris Smith and explained our issue, and he assured us they would work something out for us. We drove down to the dealership to see what they could do. They not only bought the Camaro back, but they put us in the car we wanted, and at a price way below the blue book value. This has to be the best experience we ever had at a car dealership. Everyone was friendly, and extremely helpful. I will never buy from another dealer again, and I would recommend everyone go to Denooyer Chevrolet! They truly look out for their customers and make sure they are happy.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE FRAUDSWe found DeNooyer Chevrolet over the Internet (autotrader). We negotiated a price on a used Volkswagen Jetta and drove FIVE hours last weekend (11/2/13) to purchase the vehicle. Upon arriving and inspecting the vehicle; we found that the car had been completely misrepresented in their advertising. The car REEKED of smoke. The odor was so bad my wife couldnt even drive the car. No mention anywhere in their advertising or through their sales people gave notice this was a smokers car. The business manager Ryan Denooyer offered to pay for the car to be detailed in the hope the smell would be diminished as the ONLY possible resolution. There was no willingness to discount the vehicle because of its degraded state. There was no desire to apologize or compensate us for our wasted trip. This is the worst customer sales / service I have ever experienced at a dealership. After the bad experience I called and left a voice mail for the general manager Todd Denooyer; explaining our absolute frustration and disappointment with our experience. It has been 4 days and he has not attempted to even return the phone call. This is not professional. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE FRAUDS.

I thought my experience at DeNooyer Chevrolet was great. From the first visit, to driving the car off of the lot, everyone was very friendly and professional. Jamila (Sales person) did a great job in explaining the details and was a pleasure to work with. She was able to answer any question that I had and was available throughout the whole process. On the first visit, I was introduced to a manager and she offered assistance, which I thought made DeNooyer stand out from other dealerships. On the second visit, the owner also helped with the discussion, making the experience with the whole dealership very personal. The financial manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I have nothing but positive things to say about DeNooyer and my overall experience was great. The personal feel I got from the whole staff was a huge plus and I would recommend DeNooyer.

In 2013 we purchased 2 new vehicles from DeNooyer with Jay Paul as our salesman. Jay Paul is very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly the cars we wanted. We found a 2013 Corvette convertible grand sport 60th anniversary edition on the web at another dealership, in another state at the price that was acceptable to us. We told Jay Paul that that was the car we wanted at that price. He asked Joel DeNooyer if we could get that car at that price and Joel responded affirmatively and aquired that car for us. A couple of months later we were back at Jay Paul's desk ordering a 2014 Impala LTZ to be built the way we wanted with all the bells and whistles. That car was ordered with the assistance of Tom DeNooyer due to unforseen circumstances that prevented Jay Paul from placing the order personally. The car arrived in less than the anticipated six weeks. Both cars are great and the prices were what we were looking for. Our only problem now is deciding which of our new cars to drive each day. I had specific needs and wants in the vehicle I was looking for and he provided me with many different options to test drive. I ended up choosing a 2012 Chevy Impala and it had everything I wanted. I have never met a car salesman like Jason Hall. I am so impressed by this young man. I bought my 201He2 Equinox 2 years ago the 31st of this month. Every time I go in for service, if Jason is there he comes right out to say hello. I was there last week and the first words out of his mouth were Happy early Birthday. My birthday was the next day and I also had a card in the mail from Jason. He takes the time to talk and ask how my car is working out for me. He took extra time last week to explain a lease option rather than buying my car. He always goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. I went in looking to test drive/buy a Chevy Sonic RS. They didn't have the exact model I wanted but they were more than willing to find something as close to my needs as possible for a test drive. Jay "Taz" Hall was the salesman that helped me out and we ended up placing an order for my exact car online. Throughout the whole waiting period (about 6-7 weeks or so) I would repeatedly get text message updates from Taz letting me know the status of my order. How many people text their car dealer?! I thought this was awesome and very personable. I know other people who have purchased new cars recently and they did not receive the same level of service so I know that this is unique to either Taz or DeNooyer. Besides this, the dealership is extraordinarily clean (it was just rebuilt so I'm sure that helps), everyone working there is very friendly, and while I haven't needed repair work yet (phew), everyone in the waiting room seemed happy and the service guys all seemed very friendly. I originally went to this dealer because of the excellent service I noticed when car shopping with a buddy. I took notice how they didn't seem "salesperson-y" and it was all very personable. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars across the board is because once it came time for me to purchase my car, there was a bit of "salesperson-ness" which kind of disappointed me. Some of my questions weren't answered properly, maybe in hopes of getting a sale(?), but it wasn't anything drastic enough to get offended or anything. Just little things like "will the car tell me the individual tire pressures?". This isn't anything against just Taz, Mr. DeNooyer himself came over at one point and I got that stereotypical salesman vibe from him as well. Overall, this is an excellent dealer and you can tell they work very hard on customer service. When I went to pick up my car, I had lots of people coming to check on me to make sure I didn't need anything, make sure I didn't have any questions, update me on the status of everything. And as I alluded to earlier, everyone else in the waiting room was getting the same treatment and that was great to see. If they could just remove that last tiny bit of "salesperson-ness" it would be 5 stars across the board in my book. I am not sure how the rest of the salesmen are, but I'm glad I walked in on Taz's turn because I had a great experience and he was a great guy to deal with. Would not have any reservations on recommending DeNooyer or specifically Taz to anyone looking to purchase a Chevy.

They sold me a 2012 Silverado August 2012 - the salesman told me the repsale value would be based on the full price of 38k - not the price paid after rebates - come around to Sept. 2013 - the truck has $13,400 miles on it -of the 2500 miles are 3 trips taken- it is never driven in the winter and is washed regularly - when we put running boards on it - the mechanic noticed that the under side is starting to flake and rust. Took it to the dealer - said nothing he can do because we didnt have undercoating which was never offered by the salesman. So we went to the sales deparment to find out trade in value - $28k - based on the price paid not full retain as advised previously. ALL LIARS!!!!! The tell you whatever necessary to get the sale - doesnt matter if its true or not - LIAR LIAR LIAR!!!!!!!

Not only was I looking for a new vehicle after an unfortunate accident, but I was also looking for my confidence in driving again. In need of a solid and safe vehicle, I found myself at DeNooyer and could not have been more impressed by the entire experience. Upon entering I was immediately welcomed to the showroom and was introduced to Christopher Smith, who went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable behind the wheel again. It is with ease that he talked to me and walked me through the entire process; making me feel relaxed from the very start. He explained everything there is to know about the vehicle, answered all of my many questions, and the very few he didn't know the answer to, he found in what I would guess to be record time! Not once did I feel rushed, on edge, or like I was being pressured into making a purchase. Since driving off the lot, Chris has followed up with me to make sure that I am still enjoying my new wheels and to answer any questions that may have come up now that I have the vehicle. We found Denoyer Cevy after a online search. After contacting Jason Hall (Taz) with our specifics for a new truck we went over to the dealership. Jason was waiting for us and had our vehicle ready for our inspection. Jason was great. Not pushy at all and was very attentive to our needs. Needless to say, we left that day with our new Chevy. I was very hesitant to shop for a car after my dealings with Fuccillo Car dealer. The only thing ugeon that man is his head. The staff there is very rude and the cars are very pricey for what you are getting. Sitting down at the table with them was a nightmare. When I got to DeNooyer I was greeted by a gentleman Named Jason Hall azhe was very nice. He understood that I was apprehensive and he took his time. He never once asked hat do you want to spend?I hate that question. He asked hat are you looking for in a vehicle?He then began a search based on my needs. I test drove many cars never feeling pressured to buy anyone of them. I felt he just wanted to make me happy. That is why I purchased my car for DeNooyer. The rest of the staff at DeNooyer is also wonderful. I brought my car in for an oil change and they check my car out from bumper to bumper. They even replaced one of my light bulbs in my car. I normally would rather go to the dentist vs a car dealership. But this trip was amazingly pleasant. Chris Smith listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. He did not try to run me thru the mill and drain me for every penny I had. I had an issue with the keyless remote and he said to bring it back and I did. Within 30 minutes he had a new remote programed with a spare and off I went. The 2011 Impala runs great and I'm very happy with the gas mileage. I know where I will go from now on for a new or used car.

Tom DeNooyer! A man I consider to be wealthy! Yet I've met people of less stature whom seemed to look beyond me as we conversed. Since 2000 I've purchased 4 vehicles from him. Him personally! Most dealerships you don't see or know who the owner is yet Tom DeNooyer took care of me each time. Including my most recent purchase of a 2011 Chevy Silverado, crew cab. I mean each time he assigned "his guy" to handle the basics, yet the final numbers came from him! In fact I've never met an owner whose policy was open door and will speak w/ anyone. In fact he'd rather deal w/ a complaint head on then to get it second hand! However, he's such an incredible man to do business with I can't imagine having a complaint to be handled! In fact this last purchase we got to the end of dealing because I initially wasn't interested in a leftover. But, due to the sincere attention and interest in selling a DeNooyer product, Ed, proposed a deal that caused me greater consideration. However the deal had to be closed by Tom! Of no surprise to me, Tom offered me a deal I couldn't refuse! Now I'm a very proud owner of said vehicle! I stand proud to recommend this dealership and all it affiliates! In fact days after delivery of my truck I personally walked into Tom's office to express my gratitude. He gave me all the attention I required while he busily attended to phone calls and issues his staff presented in my presence, my presence, never rushing me like it didn't matter and the sale was done and so was he! Real quick, Lou Germano, top notch! In fact due to his efforts I got a better deal then 0% for 72 months! A lower monthly payment then agreed and with room to add a couple of very worth while extended warranties! Products, I might add, that he was very knowledgeable of! In closing I also had an opportunity to meet Joel DeNooyer as well. A person I had never met yet was very personable to me! DeNooyer Chevrolet, one word, AWESOME!!!!!

Good Morning, I was directed to Bob Neet at DeNooyer Chevrolet by a friend. I was told to go see Bob and he will take care of me. I met w/Bob "after" I had made an appointment w/him. I wanted the undivided attention of a salesman, w/out being interupted (phones ringing while "making the deal", people stopping by asking questions, etc....). Bob gave me his divided attention, which I appreceiated very much. Nice work. It was a pleasure working w/Bob and the team at DeNooyer Chevrolet. I was a little disappointed about the trade amount I got for my vehicle. I understand the rational that supports it. I felt the trade value was slightly more. I'll get over it. DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) in the Building!!! That's is awesome. How nice it was to get that taken care of before leaving DeNooyer Chevrolet. Not to mention having get the Actual Regestration in the mail, and having to put it myself. It is nice to be able to have everything taken care, before the customer leaves the lot. It was great to be able to have the vehicle the SAME DAY!!! Last time I "Purchased" a new vehicle (from another dealer), I had to make (3) trips. It was approx. 30mi 1 way. Sent e-mail regarding vehicle I saw on Internet. Lela responded almost immediately. Made an appointment to test drive car. Saw Ed who works with Lela. Drove car, loved it. Went to talk with Jim for financing. He went through hoops to get me decent financing. Overall, a wonderfull experience working with the dealership. Dan Carll helped me pick out the perfect car for me. The 2012 Cruze Eco is a great car and gets incredible gas mileage. The turbo underneath the hood gives me a great power boost for that need for speed feeling. The handling on the car is amazing too. Not only was this car everything that i wanted, it was also really affordable. I wanted to keep the cost around $20,000 or less and this car was just slightly over it, but it is fully loaded with all of the gadgets and gizmos that i wanted. I love having the ability to leave my ipod in the car without having to navigate through the artists on my ipod. Instead i can use the awesome head unit for the radio. Dan also helped me out with my lease because of my budget since i am a college student. He did a great job offering me a low payment each month plus extra miles for my distant travels each day. I would definitely recommend Dan to any family member or friend for a future car purchase or lease. I can't wait to go back to him for another lease in three years. Thanks Dan!!

Go to this dealer if you would like to feel robbed,deceived, faked,...Went there to buy a used Suburban. Sales person had not had clue what was in the inventory and condition of the cars they had for sale. After wondering 1.5 hours around the lot I saw and liked a 2010 suburban. They come with initial offer of $38,000and after negotiation we agreed to $32500.After I signed all the paperwork and left the dealership to wait them to get vehicle and plates ready. Before I go to pick the car I went online and search listings for the same car. Surprisingly I came across the same car listed by this dealer at $33000. When I brought up this at dealer salesman's manager exactly told "he got it lower than that price" . HUH? no apologies nothing? If i was not negotiating they would be rubbing $5000.00. Happily without any shame.It was my mistake that I did not research on the internet before I went there. Do not be naive when you go there and expect you are in a robbery house.Here is the last part:Car had a small dink on the windshield that they had to put some epoxy to prevent it further cracking. Within 5 hours of waiting for car to get ready it has not been fixed. I have told that I will get a call from their service to schedule a time to bring the vehicle in to fix. Two days past still waiting for that call.

This was our first time buying from this dealership. We have owned Chevrolets before, but from a diffrent dealership. DeNooyer had a good selection of trucks in stock, and we found just what we were looking for. Our salesperson, Bob Neet, was great to work with! The facility is under construction. Even with this going on, everything ran very smoothly.

The car I purchased had 1,200+ more miles than advertised. When I inspected it I found that a salesperson had left personal items in the car. Coins in a cup holder, cigarettes and Q tips between the seats, a necktie and trash bags stuffed under the seats. The convertible top showed signs of leaking and a missing gasket and was sent to another dealer for repair before delivery to me.After, waiting 5 days I was told that the top was damaged so heavily that Denoyer would not be willing to repair it.The cancellation of the purchase was quick and professional.All of the people that dealt with me were fair and honest; Jason Hall did all that he could to make this deal work, but someone in the service side of the dealership should have caught the problems with the car before allowing it to be offered to the public for sale and wasting almost a week of my time.

The overall experience at DeNooyer Chevrolet was exceptional. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by the friendly staff. I explained the type of vehicle I might be interested in and was promptly and courteously taken to view a large inventory of Silverado trucks. Heath Murphy, the salesman was thorough and very knowledge in explaining the differences in the model types. He frequently asked what features I liked or disliked with each model we viewed and was very helpful with suggestions based on my requirements stated for the intended use of the vehicle I was looking for. I was never rushed or made to feel that I needed to make a quick or uninformed decision. When it came time to negotiate the vehicle price as well as a trade-in value I believe the final price was beneficial and fair for all parties involved. On the day I picked up the new vehicle Heath spent all the time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with and understood all the vehicle controls before I drove off the lot. I would definitely recommend DeNooyer Chevrolet to anyone I know who is looking for a hassle free experience.

Made a deal with the saleman to buy a car. The day of the purchase after i went to the bank to get the check he called and said they sold the car on me. Then they jerked me around for a week before i found the same car hidden in the back lot that was supposed to be sold.They also advertized a free ipad that they said i could not get with my deal. In the end i got my car and ipad but with much headache also the car need a wheel alignment witch cost me 100$.

Jack pays attention to what I want and he goes above and beyond to get me the right car at the right price. This is my 2nd car I have purchased from Jack, he is friendly and explained all the functions of my new vehicle. He was able to find the exact car I was looking for, when I picked the car up he went through all the paperwork like a pro and I was in and out in my new car in no time. I definitely plan on returning to Jack when I purchase my next vehicle and highly recommend his services to others.

I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Aveo from Denooyer Chevrolet on June 2 , 2011 I live in Vermont , so I had over a three hour drive to get to the dealership. I had no previous experience with them , and so all I had to go on was my conversations with Richard before I took the three hour drive I was pleasantly surprised of the friendliness of everyone there . I was promptly taken to Richards office and had no wait to talk to him . I did not get the typical high pressure pitch I am so use to . They had a great selection of cars but no pressure to buy the higher priced ones . Our conversation was very friendly , to the point, and no false promises The trade offer was great , and the bottom price even better . The time to come to a final price of my new car took less than 30 minutes . My experience with the financial manager also was enlighting . No pressure to buy all the extras that were available . The paperwork was done the car prepped and I was on my way the same day I highly recommend Denooyer Chevrolet to anyone that wants a great deal , no pressure , and straight forward conversations

I experienced good service in a timely manor and friendly customer service. Waited in customer lounge that was very comfortable. There was a courtesy area with refreshments that very inviting. The I proceeded to the parts department where I purchase a very nice item. The employees were very courteous.

The internet manager did not inform me in a timely manner that the vehicle I was interested in was sold. The dealership has contacted me numerous times to make good and I accept that everyone makes mistakes. As far as I'm concerned, this issue is closed.

DeNooyer Chevrolet was a great dealership to work with when purchasing my new (used) car. My salesperson, in particular, was informative, extremely helpful, discussed many options with me, showed me the inventory and helped me make the best choice for my needs. He truly went above and beyond. I had visited the showroom about 4 times before delivery and was always greeted by a member of the staff who made sure I was being taken care of. I would highly recommend my friends and family to visit DeNooyer! What a great experience.

I have been purchasing autos from Murph since 2005.4 vehicles all together. I have reccommended him to 4 other people who have also purchased vehicles from him. quite frankly without him I would not go to Denooyer. I will be waiing for my loyal customer bonus on my next visit to purchase a vehicle. I think I will be looking for a small 3 ton dump truck for my business. Hopefully Murph will keep an eye out for this for me.

the buying part was friendly and relaxed,However they told us the used cars went threw a multi-point inspection complete going over,thats bull.Had to bring the car back for a simple repair and they had it for a week. kept getting the run around. will never go back.

We were in the market for a mid-size SUV and had a very specific monthly budget to adhere to. When we arrived at DeNooyer we were approached & greeted by Bob Neet, a friendly-looking gentleman with a big smile. We chatted like old friends (we actually found out days later we were-through mutual friends) anyway we made him well aware of what we were looking for, he took us to see an Equinox, not a top of the line one, but one that was in our price range. Bob was very honest and easy to deal with.He quickly got a set a keys and we took it out for a ride - I fell in love (with the Equinox not Bob) anyway we had to leave and I asked Bob to call us with some pricing.The next day we spoke to Bob, long story short, we agreed on a great price! He was fantastic and I wasn't too bad either in negotiating-right Bob?We came back a few days later to sign all the paperwork etc, not expecting to pick up the car since it was late Saturday afternoon - boy was I wrong.We met with Mr Germano, very nice guy. He worked quick in processing the paperwork, calling the insurance agency, etc and he insisted that we take the vehicle home that day! Bob stayed probably later than he needed to-to be sure we were all set and happy. I think we were the last to leave. Now that's great customer service! My husband and I had started looking at different styles and models of cars about 6 months ago. We were looking at trading in our Subaru and thought we would just replace it with another Subaru. However, we wanted something different and smaller. We started looking on line and liked what we saw in the Chevy Cruze. We walked into DeNooyer and were immediatey greeted and impressed by Ryan. He was personable and listened to what we were wanting in a car. He was very helpful and did not try to "wheel and deal" with us. He was very knowledgable about Chevrolet as well. We never felt pressured into making a purchase. I personally have never liked the process of buying a new car because so often the salesman makes me feel pressured into buying. Not so with Ryan. He was a delight to work with and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a car. The Cruze is "my" car and I must say I love it. Ryan was helpful beyond the day of the sale. We purchased the car on a Saturday. He arranged to meet with me that following Monday to get my OnStar set up. Again, very helpful to me as I am not very good with technology! Ryan was the best and I am very grateful to him for all the assistance he provided us with!Thank you!

I was fortunate to buy the first Chevrolet Volt in the Albany area. Tom DeNooyer took my order personally. He wrote on my receipt "To be delivered at MSRP" when many dealers are charging hefty premiums on the Volt. Salesman Ryan Rocheleau stayed in touch before and after vehicle delivery and is always there to help. I could not ask for more.

Shopped all over the state for a spoecific Camaro at a good proce and a fair trade in value. Was shocked how many dealers were not intersted in finding the color I wanted. Finally spoke to Scott at Denooyer who was not only interested, bent over backwards for us. Price, trade in and car. We drove 2 hrs one way to deal with him and will do the same with out hesitation next purchase.

Ryan was a great salesman. He was very nice, and did not pressure me into any decisions. He explained everything to me. All of the paperwork was completed quickly, and was explained to me and very easy to complete. Denooyer really made my car buying experience very easy, as I was nervous walking in there not knowing what to expect! I'm very pleased with my purchase!

I was very impressed with dealership and the great service extended to me by Bob. He went out of his way to find me a car with the options I wanted quickly and I am very happy with this vehicle. Bob wanted me to be happy with the vehicle I purchased and did not pressure me into getting options I did not need which I find very refreshing in the current economy. When you buy from DeNooyer, you not only get a great vehicle, but they stay with you as long as you own the car. Service,Body Shop,Finance, Cashier if you need them they are there. They stand behind every car and don't bail on you if there is a problem. They bend of backwards to make sure it gets fixed and fixed right, not just fast. EVERYONE there is a true class act and worth fighting Wolf Road traffic to get to! I have 3 vehicles right now from DeNooyer and I wouldn't have it any other way! A 2008 Tahoe for hubby, 2009 Impala for me and 2009 Malibu for our daughter!

My purchase experience was just fantastic. Mike quoted me a price over the phone, told me he'd have the car cleaned and ready for me to drive when I came in. I was diving the car within 5 minutes when I arrived. 45 minutes later I was walking out with a receipt with the price I was quoted on the phone. Two days later I picked this car up in emaculate shape and love my car. Went back in at 5000 milse check up and found the service quick and easy. I love DeNooyer Chevrolet!

Well to you frankly I hate denooyer very much. I was very disappointed to their kind of service, I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander '06 last oct. 2006, this sales person was so good to us during the dealership, but after i gave my payment to the car, and to get it for pick-up, this sales person never shown, i talk to the sales manager he was so nasty. i wait 3 hours to have the car ready to pick-up, the wasn't clean, they only give me just 1 key, the gas is almost empty, even the "sale" mark on the windshield was not remove. all of them is a kind of shit!. i hope my experience with this kind of dealer will be a lesson to those who want to buy a car. i will tell this experience to all my friends. and i will send this report to the filipino community in new york. thanks to dealer rater. i love your site. more power.

Went to DeNooyer in March 01 to turn in a lease vehicle. Called ahead and spoke to sales rep who said anytime was fine. Great. Drove out with ride home following behind me. First mistake was going out on a Saturday. Dealership was mobbed with people. Told receptionist who I was there to see and was asked to wait. Waited 30 mins and still nobody met with us. Asked receptionist several times and finally spoke to a very rude sales manager. By this time I was upset because a lease drop off is supposed to take half an hour tops AND I had called ahead!! I explained this and this un-named sales manager gets nasty and practically screams at me "I'll get to you when I feel like it". Stunned and angry, I went back to the young lady at the reception desk and asked where a phone and phone book was was so I could call another dealer to make drop off appointment. Thankfully the young lady called one of the owners who took care of things and apologized. Needless to say, not a good first impression of yet another Albany area Chevrolet dealer. Hopefully things are different there now.
