I went in for a tire rotation, oil change, air bag recall and asked for a car wash too. I was pleasantly surprised that it was all completed in less than an hour and to top it off, my floor mats were vacuumed; now that is service! This is my first time purchasing a car from DeNooyer and a Chevolet and they have an exceptional service department based on my multiple experiences with them.

I found a rubber seal lying on the ground by my car & I picked it up thinking that it had fallen off my car. When I came in for an oil change, the gal that checks people in, looked at the piece and looked at all my doors and said that piece wasn't mine. She threw it out. Then I was noticing the other day, that my left rear door looked like it was missing a seal. So I asked the fellow that puts the number on our cars and sets me up for service and he looked at it and said that the door was definitely missing a seal. He checked & told me that they had one in stock so he had the service department put the seal on for me plus put air in my tires. I told him what had happened about 3 months ago and showed him the gal that I had dealt with in setting me up for my oil change. He said that he would charge the gal for the part and they would put the seal on my car free of charge to me. Boy you folks are wonderful. I'm so glad that you folks didn't charge me for the seal because I felt that I had done my part in bringing it in and asking about it and being told that it wasn't a part off of my car. I trust you folks to know these things because I'm totally ignorant when it comes to servicing my car. I have depended on your service department for I can't tell you how many years. It has been at least 20 years if not more. I have never been disappointed and have always felt that I have been treated fairly and honestly. Your service department is absolutely great!!!

You scheduling on line sucks. website said there was no availability until the following week. Could not ge tanyone on the phone and left a message. no one called me back. Finally got through and was able to get in the next day. My man Dan did a great job of taking care of my issues. I would reccomend Dan all day. your scsheduling, not so much.

I had a problem with my car overheating about a month & a half ago. They fixed it up quick & were great. The part was very expensive but that's just because it's not a typical, high production run, car. Last week I had a tire blow out & they again got me the right tire fast, but when I picked it up, there was now a 'check engine' light on that wasn't before. They teched the issue & found out that same expensive part had gone bad again.When I reminded them I just had that fixed, they rushed another there, while letting me use their rental for work.After it was fixed fast & right again, they didn't charge for for the labor or anything.They didn't even charge me for the rental(!).It's unbelievably rare to run into any business who still 'stands behind their work' in this day and age to that degree.That's why I'm loyal to only have them work on my baby (car) ;)Thanks Dan & all others!!!

I selected a person on-line as my agent. When I got to the dealership, I did not see that person. So I asked one of the four people sitting there not doing anything if they could process me, and they said I was assigned to the only person there that was busy. I had selected a person on line just so I would not get this person, because he had insulted me the last time I was there for service. But, I had to wait for him anyway. Then while discussing my service I added that I wanted new windshield wipers. However, when I got the car back, I did not have new wipers. When I asked about it, he told me to go purchase them from the parts department. So, I went there to do that. There was one person there, but he was helping a customer. There were six employees behind him 'shooting the breeze'. After no one helped me after awhile, I left.

I was looking to replace an 11 year old minivan that served our family well. I had my eye on the Traverse as we had one as a rental vehicle on a vacation once. After doing some research I went to DeNooyer's. I looked at vehicles and the salesman let me know about a car they had in the showroom that had extra discounts on it because it had been one of their service loaner vehicles. It was a beautiful color, Tungsten Metallic, and had the features I wanted, including built-in Wi-Fi for the kids to use.We discussed ways to purchase it and ultimately decided to do a lease since in three years we would have two kids in college and not need that large of a vehicle anymore. (I'll be getting an Equinox then). With the extra discounts for being a loaner vehicle and the good trade value they gave me on a pretty spent mini-van, I ended up with an outstanding lease payment! (Under $200/month on a car that stickered for over $35,000!) Plus with their Tires for Life program they will replace my tires for free if they wear out before my lease is up.The whole experience was easy and pain free. No high pressure. They gave me the information I wanted, reviewed various options on vehicles and financing and let me make the decision.Great job. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have bought or leased over 20 vehicles in our 46 years in the Kalamazoo area. And we have never been able to purchase or lease one from DeNooyer's Chevrolet, even though they are located less than ONE mile from our home. In virtually every other experience, another dealership or used car lot had a better deal. I was delighted this time, that after shopping around, the salesperson, Rick Tiller, also one of my former NJCAA All American golfers while I coached at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, was able to get us the BEST deal we could find. I am thankful for Rick's (and Jason's) efforts in putting this deal together. We love the 2016 Cruze and will are proudly leasing it for two years.

This is the fourth year in a row that I have taken my 2010 Traverse into DeNooyers because the Air Conditioning wasn't working. They keep telling me that each year it is something different wrong. This year it cost me $363 for an actuator (sp). The big question is: will I have to bring it back next year because the A/C doesn't work again?

I stopped in to Denooyer on a sunny warm day in March to find out information about a model of car I was considering buying to find out if it's right for me. The salesman, Mark, assigned to me had an attitude of being utterly uninterested to be helping me, answered most of my questions with quick one word answers, and had a look on his face that seemed to say, "What are you even doing here?" When my questions were done and I wanted to actually look at the car he brought me to, he couldn't even be bothered to show me any features of the car and instead walked away with the key to go back inside. On top of that, he left the car alarm enabled, so as I'm sitting in the car poking at buttons and such, the alarm goes off with the horn honking for a good 30 seconds until either it timed out or the salesman shuffled to the window to use the button on the remote to shut it off, leaving me standing out there looking like a complete idiot. I will NEVER do business with Denooyer and I will never give them even one cent of my business.

The service manager Herb Johnson looked at the light switch in the service area and made a temporary repair to the switch to get me by until the new parts they needed to order got in. This was on a Friday and the parts came in on Monday that the parts were in. I stopped in on Tuesday and Herb made repairs on the spot at the service center. Did not have to send it back to have a mechanic work on it and we was in and out in about 10 min. good jobCharlie Swain

Ashley and everyone in service was wonderful in taking care of the concerns and recall on my Traverse. I brought it in to be checked and they took care of the recall and said I needed new struts, I asked if I could leave the car and Ashley said yes and they would try to work on it that night and hopefully finish the next day. We thank Richard L. for taking the time to explain all the "bells and whistles" on the dash and setting my phone to the vehicle's blue tooth. It let me drive off more comfortably knowing "how to" deal with the buttons, etc., which were all new to me as this was the first car we've bought in 10 yrs. and there's a BIG difference in what's available with modern technology on the new SUV.

Generally an exceptional experience. Sales consultant was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Service team was good and I appreciated meeting the diesel engine technician, who was informative and seemingly honest about the engine, maintenance, and capability. Admittedly I have not purchased an American made vehicle in years (4 vehicles) and didn't think I would ever do so again. However, the dealership experience, initial quality of the vehicle and performance caused me to try an American vehicle again (I was very close to buying a Toyota Tundra). Congratulations to the Denooyer team for changing my mind.

We stopped in back in February to look at a truck and talk to Mike Snyder salesman and told him what we was looking for but we wanted to wait till summer to buy. He took down what we was looking for in a truck. At the end of March I called Mike and told him we was interested and found a truck that pretty much said what I wanted. He then took informational over the phone and get things going for usOne of things I like about Mike is he was not pushy and made sure that I got what I wanted and took the time to explain everything about the truck with us. My 2012 Silverado needed body shop work after a deer-truck accident. It took almost a month to complete, which created difficulties for me, but the body work was excellent. HOWEVER, on my first trip after the repair on I-94, i.e. the first time at 70MPH, the vinyl bed cover blew off unnoticed and I could not find it when I retraced my route. Scott, in the body shop, suggested I should file another claim, which would cost me another $250 deductible, but I think DeNooyer should cover the entire replacement cost since it obviously was not correctly re-installed after the body work was done.

Service is always good and usually very timely as it was today. Easy to schedule, love the shuttle service. The only suggestion is that the complimentary car wash always leaves VERY tough to remove and noticeable water spots. A couple minutes of hand or forced air drying would do wonders for delivering on this add-on. As it stands, I might be better off without it assuming the car isn't super dirty. It's borderline hard to see out of my back window due to the water spots. That obviously is an unintended consequence of something designed to be an "overdeliver". I appreciate the opportunity for real feedback.

Work was completed as requested and in a timely fashion. I was called when work was completed just before noon, but my cell phone battery had died before the shuttle driver later called to come pick me up so with out knowing they were trying to contact me, I walked (only 1 mile) to pick up my vehicle. After recharging my phone I received a call at about 4:45 from service wanting to know if I wanted to be picked up before the shuttle driver went home for the day. Now I call that concern for it's customers.

I find it very customer friendly ar DeNooyer's. I am greeted promptly with a smile and an attitude that is willing to find out my needs make sure they are met. Every time I have had service at DeNooyer's, the work has been done right and finished on time. I appreciate the free car wash, and the price for the service I had done was less expensive than the large national chain. I also, find the waiting area very comfortable with a good selection of drinks, and sometimes popcorn or cookies. Thanks for being so customer friendly.

I was coming home (Paw Paw, MI)from Battle Creek and a light came on that had the outline of an engine..I was going to stop at DeNooyer for a "free car wash anyway" so I had them look at it..I was told I would have to bring it back in on the next Tuesday..but Ashley Slack, checked to see if a tech was available, one was, they worked me in and I was out of there, within an hour, with my car fixed and washed! I was proud to tell my husband what I did..he was impressed!

I stopped in with no appointment because my steering was shaking and they could not look at the problem without an appointment at the time of 1:00 pm that day so I got an appointment and came back the next day . I guess the pit stop idea does not work for my problem, they found out the next day that one of my tires had a turn cord inside the rubber, the tires had all most 38,000 miles and I most like hit a pot hole which caused the weak tire too go bad. All 4 tires were replaced and the car drive like new again. Next time I will make the appointment if needed.VERN

I had a check engine light on and several recalls to get taken care of. Hadn't made an appointment but dropped the car off in the morning, was ready to be picked up just after lunchtime with all issues resolved.

I brought my wife's vehicle in for an unexpected repair and wasn't sure exactly what the diagnosis of the problem would be. Gary was extremely helpful in ensuring me that it would be looked at quickly and followed up in a very timely manner with the verdict. He was very honest with his feedback and assured me that it would be fixed promptly. The vehicle was ready less than 2 hrs later and the repair was less extensive than I thought it would be. Everything about our shopping experience at Denooyer was extremely positive and delightful. Barry Mitchell was very helpful in helping us determine what vehicle would be best and had a lot of insightful knowledge to help us make up our minds when we bought our Malibu. The atmosphere was very relaxed and non-pressured which my wife and I greatly appreciated. Our greatest fear when we learned that we would have to excellerate our car buying time was having to deal with car salesmen. Denooyer quelshed that fear right away and made car shopping an enjoyable experience which is what it should be. We can't say enough good things about our car shopping/buying experience there. We will more than happily pass along our recommendation to friends and family when they are looking and certainly pass along Barry's name in the process. I take my car to this dealership only. They have always been super nice and helpful. They do not pressure me into other services that I did not come there for. They recommend things, give me a timeframe of when they should be completed and let me make my decision without any pressure. The waiting rooms are nice and comfortable.

Herb helped me get my car on it's way to it's maintenance one service within minutes of arriving at DeNooyer. Everyone in the service area was very friendly from the service coordinators to the drivers who assist when and where needed. I waited in the new car showroom where the receptionist was very friendly and asked if I needed anything. Once again management and Kristina did a great job. There was a lot of confusion about what dept was doing the work and where to drop off my Car and pick it up where my old parts where left ect. I was sent back and forth a few times which a bit aggravating but in the end I was very happy with the work performed. Only other issue is why in the world would you use smooth tile in the service area? I fell getting out of my truck on the slick surface and hurt my back.

The service I received from Gary was excellent, although I was extremely disappointing! I appreciate the shuttle service, but when I requested a pickup at 5:30pm, I did not get picked up till 6:30pm! I called and a lady said they were on their way, 30 minutes layering spoke to a manager who said they should be here soon, 45 later I called and I got an answering machine. The entire time I didn't know if I was going to be picked up. Again, 1 hour later I was finally picked up. The driver apologized for the miscommunication. This experience makes nervous about using the complimentary shuttle service that I normally enjoy and appreciate.

I asked if I could use a car to go to YMCA while service was being done and Jason Sellers was kind of enough to let me use his truck. Came in with a battery problem. No appointment was made in advance. I was told it would be a while until they could get to it. I told them I had to wait, as I did not have another day to get the repairs completed. I work 30 miles away so the shuttle service was not an option. The service represenative made arrangements for a loaner vehicle so I could get to work and return late in the day. Repairs were completed as expected. Thanks.

The reason for my last visit was to repair my rims that got damaged when Denooyers gave me a new set of tires on the tires for life program. Will not get another set of tires from Denooyer if my rims will be damaged when installing tires. The inconvience is not worth it.

However, I received a call the day I made an appt. letting me know that a car salesman would meet with me since my lease was coming to an end; and that he would call for me once my car was "checked in." This did not happen. Further, I walked the showroom/lobby for a few minutes and NO ONE asked if I needed help or if they could assist me. And sales people walked by (me), front desk people talked with each other - NO ONE reached out to offer me any assistance. After a few rounds of that, I went and sat in the lounge to wait while my car was being serviced....I left the showroom disappointed.

Corey Johnson has leased me 1 vehicle and now sold me 3 vehicles from Denooyer. I am very appreciative that Corey listens to me and does whatever he can to deliver upon my requests. I trust him and appreciate that he doesn't try to oversell me. If I have concerns that I voice to him, he gets involved and does whatever he can to help me through the situation even if it is outside of his job responsibilities. I am not an easy customer to please, but Corey understands my customer service expectations and does whatever he can to meet them.

I had just worked an overnight shift and was very tired. They got my car fixed in about 90 minutes and I was happy and grateful. I have been taking my cars to DeNooyers for many years and will continue to do so.

The miles were getting to the limit on my 2011 Malibu lease with nine months left and knew I had to do something. Was able to trade it for an AWD Equinox which is what we wanted. The process was pretty quick after an initial contact with our old salesman (who had been promoted) and the new salesman found exactly what we wanted on the lot. We even received our USAA discount which I didn't go in looking for.

The Service Tire Monitor System light was on and I had brought it in 3 times and was never fixed. Gary told me that the would reset it but the warning light would come back on. It would cost $97 to replace it but except for the aggregation of the light on, it would not affect my car. Finally someone told me why it was not fixed in the first place! The oil leak was fixed and was told I had another small leak but that it would cost $750 and was not that bad to pay that much to fix it. I really appreciated Gary's honesty and how he did not try to gouge me.

Found the car we liked online, drove to Kalamazoo from Grand Haven and drove the VW. Todd Niedzwicki was FANTASTIC sales person and made the deal happen for us. Since we are from out of state there were issues with insurance, title registrationand transfer and we ended being with Todd for many hours but he really went to work for us and we drove out with the VW and I love it. Full tank of gas, oil change and car wash before we left, girls in the office gave us pizza and the entire staff was very helpful. We certainly would recommend DeNooyer for many reasons and customer service is something they show you just not talk about it.....again Todd thanks a million for going that extra mile for us.

I was shopping for a used Cruze. Out of 5 dealerships that I contacted through cars.com, Denooyer was the only one that was interested in helping me find the car I wanted. I contacted them and found that they had already sold the car listed on cars.com, but Dominique Denooyer called me personally later to inquire about what kind of car I was interested in, and that he could probably get it in. They were all friendly and courteous through a somewhat long process of me determining what I wanted and what I could afford. They were willing to communicate through phone, e-mail and even texts. No question, I would buy another car from Denooyer.

I researched my options online and then filled out the form for financing. Ryan contacted me and and was very helpful in getting all the information together before my visit to the dealership. He had one of the cars I was interested in ready for my appointment. He introduced me to Lindsay who when she saw that the Malibu I was interested in at first may not work introduced me to the Impala LT, which for me was a better option. I would highly recommend Ryan and Lindsay at DeNooyer for new car sales.

The Service Team is excellent at Denooyer. Chris was so helpful and took wonderful care of me. My engine was replaced ahead of schedule and he notified me with updates. Ashley is also very helpful. The guys in the service department go out of their way to make sure that everything is done to get my suburban repaired and back to me as soon as possible. I trust them completely. It's great to be able to take your vehicle in for oil changes or repairs and know that they are not going to overcharge me or take advantage of my limited knowledge of cars.

I did not want to spend $1300 on repairs but I have complete trust in all the service advisors. When I dropped my car off for service, I needed the shuttle service back to work. I was prepared to wait, but was taken immediately to work! At 5 pm I was pleased to find the shuttle waiting to take me back to the dealership to pick up my car. I was driven into the service area, no need to walk in the rain! My car was brought into the service area, again no need to walk in the rain! My car was washed, which I knew was happening, but it was also vacuumed, which I didn't know was happening! I love my car and I'm VERY pleased with Denooyer Chevrolet!

I bought a 2002 Honda Civic for $3000 from DeNooyer. The day after I bought it I drove about 50 miles and when I stopped there were huge puddles of coolant and oil under the car. I replaced the fluids and returned home, another 50 miles, and of course, more puddles when I stopped. I took it to two repair shops and was told at one that the head was junk and the head gasket needed to be replaced, and then at the Honda Dealer Service Center I was told that my car had a blown engine among a slew of other repairs, costing well over $5000 total. That's more than $2000 than I paid for the car!Needless to say I contacted DeNooyer and was told, you bought it 'as-is' sorry you lost 3 grand. They wouldn't give me my money back, they wouldn't offer to help with the repair bill, they just let a family of 4 give them $3000 and say "good day and thank you for your contribution".These people are greedy soulless individuals, all the way to the owners.Do not give them the satisfaction of taking advantage of you and taking your hard earned dollars.

I took my vehicle in because of an intermittent problem. The service consultant presented me with two options assuring me that if I chose to opt to hold off on service now, I would not be endangering my safety. He offered to top off all my fluids and wash my vehicle and send me on my way. I commend a business that is in the business of customer satisfaction and not focused on how much money it can make. In the long run, that business will be ahead!

This is a dealership that provides excellent service. I never have to worry about being sold something that isn't necessary. Staff is quick to point out ways to save money on repairs. I can also get my car in quickly and estimates of time for completion are accurate. I've never had to bring my car back to have repairs redone over the 170,000 miles I've had my car. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

We stopped in to find out more about the Cruze and Sonic, as our daughter was in need of a new car in Arizona. We did our collective homework, 1950 miles apart! Sara was very cordial in providing the information to provide a long-distance decision to purchase a Sonic (from the Arizona dealer). She was very helpful in identifying the incentive deals, the differences in the trim groups, and the benefits of the purchase with the Employee Family Plan. This allowed us to have meaningful conversations to assist our daughter in her decision to buy the Sonic.All of a sudden, Sara received information from New Car Sales Manager Jason, that my Impala was 7 years old and indicated that the incentives on the 2013 Impala's were very generous. Since the price was right, and Sara was so pleasant to work with on our daughter's deal, I pulled the trigger and now own a very nice 2013 deep-red Impala! I would not think twice about calling on Sara when we are ready for our next new vehicle.

The remodeled service area is a definite touch of class. Dick Lefkes was very helpful in determing what maintenance services for my 2011 Equinox were recommended at this point and what service discount coupons I had were applicable to the maintenance services I needed. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the front customer lounge with it's new furnishings was attractive and peaceful. I have been a DeNooyer customer since purchasing a Corvette in 1964 and would recommend them to anyone.

I was doing new truck research on the DeNooyer websight when I found the truck I was looking for. I was contacted by Cory Johnson and decided to go visit. I arrived at the dealership and asked to talk to Cory. While I waited Mike Snyder asked if he could help me. I gave Mike the trucks stock number so he went and found the truck, brought it around to the front doors so I could look it over. Cory arrived shortly and explained all of what the truck had to offer,and answered all of the questions I had. Jason Sellers stopped in to help seal the deal on my trade in number, which other Dealerships were afraid to do. Cory had all of the paperwork I needed and everything in order before I arrived to pick up my new truck. Jason also made it a point to stop in Cory's office when I was picking up my new truck to shake my hand. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a new vehicle. A friend was helping look for a car for my husband and he highly recommended Loyd. We found a car that met my criteria on the DeNooyer website. My friend was able to test drive it for me. This was a positive experience for my wife and I from top to bottom. We were treated fairly (more than fairly) in all aspects of the used-car buying process. From the initial contact to the final drive-away I was impressed.Initially I had reservations about buying through the internet and at a long distance (250 miles away in a different state) from the dealership but DeNooyer and in particular Barry Mitchell made the whole thing as easy to do as buying at a local dealership. They handled all aspects of the purchase including the proverbial "taxes and title" paperwork expertly and quickly.Price-wise, in the end, they beat their own internet price and bettered all my local trade-in quotes to boot. I had a detailed nationwide search set up on the internet that put DeNooyer at the top of the list as far as desired features vs price on the model I was looking for.Bottom-line, I highly recommend DeNooyer for any used vehicle purchase, and suggest you call Barry Mitchell for a great deal.

We purchased a van from the dealer at an agreed upon price. When a member of senior management checked to see the vehicle that was purchased, the price showing was lowered. The purchased had already been completed and the dealer still honored the price and refunded the difference in prices. In my opinion, the dealer could have, and many would have, simply said "Sorry. A deal is a deal." This type of integrity is hard to find. Excellent business ethics at this dealership. I would recommend shopping with them and will in the future myself.

Having gone through the process of purchasing a vehicle twice in very close proximity, I can honestly say this was the by far the best experience I've had. The service was as efficient as it was friendly. The staff (specifically Barry Mitchell) were respectful, approachable, honest, and helpful. The price was promptly and fairly renegotiated according to repairs the vehicle required. The oil was changed, the tank was full, the floor mats were brand new, and there was even a congratulation note on the dashboard. Oh, and it came with free car washes for a year, that was pretty cool too.I would and will recommend DeNooyer Chevrolet whenever I have the chance. Excellent service, fair price, friendly staff and a genuinely stress-free, even pleasant experience.

We've recently purchased two new vehicles in the West Michigan area with one of the purchases at Nenooyer Chevrolet while our other purchase was an Enclave at the local Buick dealer. This put us in an excellent position to gauge the overall sales/purchase experience between the two dealers and while the Buick dealer did a fine job of meeting our needs with one or two exceptions, Denooyer, with no exceptions, exceeded our requirements! A large part of this can be attributed to our sales person, Lindsey Wood who from beginning to end was attentive, professional and fully answered all of our questions. Her willingness to look inside our son's trade-in vehicle for a needed document without resorting to wearing a bio-hazard suit was duty above and beyond the call! I'm not kidding folks, it was that bad! My first purchase was an internet based sale in 2009. This was a great experience, as Barry honored an awesome internet priced deal, as well as an awesome price for my trade in. I also had a great experience with my recent purchase. Barry was extremely happy to get the repeat business, and it was well deserved. There was no pressure, or rushing the deal. I felt very comfortable, and was able to connect easily with both Barry, as well as Ryan Denooyer, who I did the final financial paperwork with. I was at another dealer ship and they showed me the oldest and most crappy and over priced cars with high miles they had on the lot was disappointed didn't think I could get finance because bankrupt any where else. So I thought I would just try at Denoory in Kalamazoo Mi. walked in there and Mark Avard was there talk with us and showed us supper nice cars low miles Mark said pick one out in our price range to try to see if we can get financing so we did and we walk out with with awesome 08 impala with low miles Thanks to Mark and Denooyer and God I and my Family don't have to ride to bus and that is truly awesome!!

Emailed the dealer about a specific car listed online. Barry responded quickly, and we set up an appointment for the next day. Barry was very friendly and we chatted about the car and found that we had a mutual friend. He and Paul from finance worked with me to get my payments into the range I was looking at. The price on the car was very good to begin with--Barry explained that they price their cars to market price (actual sales prices), rather than blue book price (list prices). They worked with me well past closing that night to try to get me in the car that night, but the underwriter at the bank was having computer problems. We finished up the next day, and I took the car home the day after that. Barry was very excited for me, which I appreciated, and promised to check in in a couple of days to see how I was liking the car. I noticed that one of my headlights was out--how we all missed this, I'll never know--and sent an email to Barry. He responded quickly and set me up an appointment to have it fixed. I received a confirmation email from the service department right after that, as well.I also received an email to set up an online service account, which keeps track of my vehicles and any services done at the dealership, AND allows you to put in a service request. I'm very happy with the awesome service I received and am still receiving!

I purchased a used 2009 Chevy Malibu LT this week from DeNooyer. This was my first purchase from this dealer, but they were referenced to my wife and I from a two different friends of ours that have purchased vehicles from DeNooyer in the past. Both of our friends said that they were a "No pressure" dealer and that they make you feel comfortable throughout the entire sale process. I was a little skeptical at first, as most dealers like to pressure you into buying the car at an unaffordable payment once they know you like the car. However, my wife and I worked with Barry Mitchell in sales and Ryan DeNooyer in financing, and both were extremely laid back and made the entire process one that I would do again in a heartbeat. I fully recommend DeNooyer to anyone looking to buy a car. Not only are the salesmen nice, but they go above and beyond and introduce you to the entire DeNooyer "family" while you are there (Service, etc.) You'll feel at home with DeNooyer. A day after the purchase, I noticed it seemed like the car needed an alignment. Barry told me to bring it on in at no charge to me and that they would take care of it! I would definitely buy from DeNooyer again in the future!

Going to Denooyer was a very relaxing way to shop for a new car. The whole process still comes with its stressors, but the sales team at Denooyer made it as smooth as possible. I felt very informed on my choices and Barry had even mentioned two discounts I didn't even know about---the credit union discount and the GM Owner Loyalty Rebate. Plus, free tires for life?! Could it get any better? Hint: The answer is "no".

I drove from Whitehall to k-zoo to look at the truck. When I got there to take it for a test drive the front wheel bearing was so bad that I only went a block and brought it back. I told them about the bearing and they gave me a cost to replace it. I then asked if they would split the cost ($400.00) of repairs with me if I bought the truck, "no" was the answer. So I bit the bullet, paid for the repairs, and bought the truck anyways. I just can't understand how they intended to sell this truck in the condition the bearing was in. They never said a word about it on the phone prior to me making the trip. I could tell there was an issue with the truck before we left the parking lot. I just feel as though they should have atleast split the cost of the repair with me. Barry was great to deal with over all but in hindsight, he could have, and even should have, gone to bat for me more as a prospective buyer of this vehicle. Keep in mind, I was asked to take this pole.

As a college student seeking my first "good" car, I was petty nervous. However, upon going to Denooyer, I was struck by how easy they made it. I had don literaly hours of research on my prospective car, only to find that they already knw about al the information. The informatin was spot on with what I had found out myself, and they answred all my questions, even the slightly silly ones.I was originlly looking or something a little cheaper then what I got, but, the price was fair and was clearly outlined when I first started looking at it.

My husband totaled his truck last week so a "new" car was a necessity. We shopped a bit on line and decided to go shopping last Saturday. We pulled into DeNooyer Chevrolet and spotted just what we were looking for right away. It was drizzeling and cold but there was a salesperson out to great us and see if he could help. Mark talked with my husband about what he was looking for and the specifics of what he wanted and asked if he wanted to test drive the Saturn Vue he was looking at. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase when we returned and my husband test drove another Vue as well. When we returned from our second test drive, Mark asked if he could answer any questions, instead of asking if he could "write it up"! It was a very relaxing visit and we did decide to purchase that day! Our next contact was Ray, the Business Manager. He was outstanding! He took the time to explain to us that when he looked for a lender he shops the best intrest rate for his customer! That made us extremely comfortable with the purchase knowing there was someone looking out for our interests! I have never felt so at ease when buying a car and am looking forward to dealing with DeNooyer's for our service needs.

Emailed the dealership from cars.com (actually emailed 5 dif dealships) and Todd was the first to respond, he even called us on the way to work. Drove all the way from Chesaning (2.5hours), knew what we wanted and when we got there our vehicle was already pulled up with a sign that said "Welcome Stephanie ". We had our 8mo baby with us and everyone there was so friendly, stopped by to see him and say hello to us. During the buying process Todd went to fill our new cars tank up and came back with a pop for my husband! Everything was explained very thoroughly and we loved our experience there.

I went to look at a car they had advertised on the internet. When I decided to purchase, I was initially told I couldn't write a personal check. They figured out how to make it work and the deal was done. I appreciated their approach to customer service and care.

My wife and I shopped on line and thruoghout SW Michigan. We heard all the pitches and empty promises from all the new and used car dealers. I finally called Denooyer and spoke to Kyle Jasinski. We were tired of all the running around comparing models and rebates an we was ready to buy! we said service and the financial package is what he had to beat to gain our business.we gave him one chance and explained that all we wanted was a sit down to negotiate the details with the he and his manager...together!we knew what we wanted and Kyle and Jason made it happen. They were completly upfront with us explained each program and earned our respect.we took their best price and program home with us to sleep on our final decision.Beleieve it or not a new lease program was introduced that was actually better for us than the one we had selected and these two gentlemen offered it to us and we are now proud owners of a Denooyer... Chevrolet 2012 Equinox.So if you are shopping for a Chevrolet I reccomend that you shop Denooyer. If you are shopping at Denooyer ask for Kyle Jasinski and Jason Sellers. My wife and I are both glad we did.

I had given Cory a heads up on what I was looking for via the dealer's website prior to coming in. He had everything ready to go when I came in so it was a very painless process. He also gave me exactly what I was looking for without trying to upsell me, and the deal was exactly as expected. I was pressed for time getting this vehicle and Cory having everything ready to go so I could just come in and do the paperwork was essential, and it worked out perfectly. He was also flexible about pickup, everything was ready when it was supposed to be. I would go to Denooyer again because of this experience.

I came in and looked at vehicles with Barry Mitchell. He was exceptionally easy going and helpful while I was deciding on a new car. I ended up being at the dealership for a couple hours and I never once felt rushed by Barry or any of their staff. He took the time to familiarize me with everything from the service department manager to which road is the easiest to turn down when I need vehicle maintenance. I was given a lot of advice from co workers to not go to a dealer alone because I was a woman... When I came back to work I made sure to tell them that Barry Mitchell wasn't the typical car salesman and I know he had my best interests in mind. I love my car and I am extremely happy with the friendliness I was shown from the entire staff. I have and will continue to recommend Barry Mitchell and all of the Denooyer staff for anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I always appreciate an individual that steps up and makes things happen. That was the case with Todd Niedz at DeNooyer. Todd is a "man of action" and was able to find purchase and deliver my car from another state! Hats off and thank you. My experience was so good that my wife found the vehicle of her dreams and purchased it a few weeks later. Thanks again. Two for two. Hopefully we can try for three for three as my son is beginning to look for another vehicle.

I'm more than happy to give a review. I was tired of searching for a truck, but finally found one at cars.com and met with Todd and Paul. The Chevy they showed me was beautiful ! Good price too !! The "great" rating above that I give to Loyd Pylat and Paul Vander Kamp is because they deserve it. Due to a recent divorce and change in my financial status, I wanted to talk with Loyd about any Chevy options I might have at this time to reduce the monthly payments I was making on my 2009 Chevy Malibu. I came in on a whim not sure if anything would work to help me and not expecting much to come of it. However, Loyd, who is always friendly and welcoming, let me know that I was at DeNooyer at the right time. He let me know that I could trade in my Malibu for a new 2012 Chevy Cruze and greatly reduce my monthly payments!! I got a new car (which I love) and reduced the monthly cost to me. Yea!!Loyd is always willing to help me the best way he can and doesn't make me feel pressured or unimportant. This car change is a big help to me without compromising the quality car (Chevy) that I love to drive. Loyd and Paul always take care of all of the paperwork and incidentals for a completely stress free experience. I felt nothing but happy and satified driving my new 2012 Chevy Cruze off the lot!!

We shopped around many dealers checking out what was on the lots. We saw an 07 Impala LTZ and my wife liked it. I checked out on the internet and filled out the form for information on it. Barry called we set up a time. We drove a couple of different cars but my wife like the LTZ. We discussed it and submitted the paper work for a loan. It took two days and they had an approval. It turned out to be with our credit union at a good rate. When we went in to sign the papers and get the car. It was already even with a big card in the window. It may be a little drive to go there but it is worth it. They try to work with you the best they can to get you what you want. It has been over a year and I still hear from Barry by phone or email and asking how things are going. Now I am looking for a used truck. I'll go back to "Denooyer" again for new or used vehicles. I worked with Cory Johnson at Denooyer, and he was fantastic. He helped me find the precise car I wanted, a Camaro convertible, and he went above and beyond the call of duty by also helping me get a good price for my trade in. My experience at Denooyer was exceptional. When they needed to acquire appraisals for my trade in, they provided me with a new loaner vehicle for two days, and Cory went out of his way to make sure he arranged buying details according to my schedule, which I greatly appreciated. In addition, Cory returned my e-mail messages and phone calls very quickly; I never felt as if my business was unimportant to him. In addition, the New Vehicle Sales Manager, Jason Sellers, and the Business Manager, Ray Schneider, also were very friendly and helpful. I just might add that with both Cory and Ray I never felt as if they were trying to sell me unnecessary "add ons" to my car. They certainly offered the standard add ons, but they were very upfront about what I really needed. So, I would recommend without hesitation the sales group at Denooyer. My experience was exemplary. I had been looking for a used late model Equinox, I checked on line and left an E-mail. The very next morning Barry Mitchell responded to my request, and suggested we discuss exactly what I'm looking for. Barry called me to report he had 3 cars I might be interested in? My wife and I went to the Dealership to just look and test drive the Equinox.Barry had the car ready as promised and was eager for us to try it out.Needless to say our test drive turned into a possible purchase. Barry did not pressure us at all and provided very friendly information. We said we were interested in buying the car, the rest is history. Barry was very concerned about our happiness and went the "extra mile" to see that purchasing the vehicle was as painless as possible. My wife and I never expected a car salesman to be so friendly and helpful! We are extremely pleased with how we were treated, and hope the Equinox will turn out to be the same. I had maintained that I would drive my 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan until she rolled over on her roof and pointed her wheels to the sky. It was a wonderful van and never gave me any trouble (other than the results of some poor work done by "professional" Dodge mechanic{s} ). My husband had a 2007 Hyundai Azera that he enjoyed using, which also was trouble-free. But - being senior citizens, we realized that we used the van 95% of the time and the car only the other 5% of the time. So we decided to trade both vehicles in on a new "something". After extensive internet searching, we found the vehicle we wanted. A 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. But ... it had to have some of the "bells and whistles" that I had grown accustomed to with my van - ie. dual heated seats, dual temperature controls, leather seats, etc. Our first day out to look at this model took us to DeNooyer's. We were walking around, looking at the models in the line when Lindsey came out to see if she could assist us. To make a long story short, we worked with her and ultimately came up with a deal that fit our budget. One week later, we are still in love with our Traverse and hope to continue to have a great relationship with this dealership.

I purchased a vehicle there prior and enjoyed the service I recieved. I traded my vehicle in for a new one and the salesperson, Lindsey Wood, was probably the best sales representative I have ever worked with. She never made me feel pressured to buy anything and was completely honest with any questions I had. If there was something she didn't know she found out for me. The next vehicle I buy will probably be from DeNooyer Chevrolet. The financial advisor was friendly and helpful and the service department has always been friendly and helpful from my previous purchase.

I purchased a 2009 Impala LTZ from Denooyer Chevrole, and I must say that I have never experianced better costumer service that at Denooyer. The salesman I worked with was Barry Mitchell extremley personable, no pressure what so ever. I found my vehicle on line and Barry delivered it. Cant say enough about this place, except for you have to come in and check it out for yourself.

This is the second car I bought from DeNooyer Chevrolet. They've been around Kalamazoo for a long time, probably for a good reason. The sales department does OK; no high pressure BS. If you know what you want, the biggest hassle is paperwork! DeNooyer's real gem is the service department; they work with you and don't recommend work that is not necessary. That builds trust. My 7-year old Malibu Maxx (wish I could get another one!), because all maintenance and repair work was done at the dealership, brought maximum trade-in and was in great shape at that point (36+ mpg from a V6!). I hope the new vehicle does as well.

My experience with DeNooyer Chevrolet in Kalamazoo, MI was excellent. I was looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle with a warranty and I was presented with many options to choose from. The sales staff weren't pushy and did everything they could to satisfy my request. If you're looking for a friendly environment for either a new or pre-owned vehicle, go to DeNooyer Chevrolet.

I was recently in a car accident where the 2005 Classic I was driving was completely totaled and I was in desperate need for a new car. In situations like this a used car dealer can send you off the lot paying too much for a car you didn't really want. Mike Snyder and the staff at Denooyer not only patiently and with zest looked for a car that fit me and my budget but sold it to me at more than a fair price. Out the door I paid less than Kelly Blue book and checking the area it was $1,000-$2,000 less than other dealers were asking for the same car, 2001 Buick LaSabre Custom, with similar miles. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was honest and friendly. I would recommend Denooyer and especially Mike Snyder to anyone looking for a good dealership that works hard to meet a customer's needs.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Denooyer. Coming from a Saturn family I migrated to Denooyer for service when Saturn closed on 9th street. I usually dealt with Ryan in service who was outstanding and most accomodating, I will miss him in service. I have always been a GM buyer and got the "itch" to look at the new equinox. Not needing a new vehicle, Cory Johnson made the sale. Cory was professional, knowledgable and fun to work with. I will recommend him to everyone I know in the market for a car. Over the past 6 years we have bought 5 cars/trucks. Two new cars and three used. We have traded in 3 vehicles. Barry has the sales person on all of our transactions. The overall service of DeNooyer is outstanding from the first step into the dealership to the service counter and sad to say the Body Shop (three trips for storm damage). All areas have the same commitment to friendly service and high quality work. I have found Barry to be very knowledgeable about his products. He is a car guy. If you are a woman shopping for a car then see Barry. He will listen to you and meet your needs. He treats my wife better than any sales person that has waited on her. I recommend him to anyone that wants a strong advocate for you when making your deal with DeNooyer.We have qualified for the "tires for life" and the service folks make that transaction easy without any hassle or pressure from us. I was in Kalamazoo for a soccer tournament from Crystal Lake, IL. I had taken my Chevy Suburban in to my local dealer on the Monday before my trip, because of a metal grinding noise. My local dealer replaced the brakes and said it was fixed. It wasn't. The noise returned and I was driving by and saw the DeNooyer dealership. I stopped in and the service department was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to send a courtesy shuttle back to my hotel so I could drop off my daughters cleats and they brought me back to the dealership and in less than an hour total the wheel bearing and hub were replaced. I was able to make the soccer game Saturday afternoon and return home safely on Sunday without giving the vehicle another thought. Thank you to all involved and especially Garrie. Leslie Miller

I applied for financing online and the next day I had an email and a phone call. I spoke with Cory - told him which car I liked off the lot. It was still available so I told him to get everything ready and I would be in on Saturday to sign papers and pick up the car. When we arrived the car was detailed and ready and the paperwork was mostly complete. I test drove the car, and returned. The finance team was finishing with another customer so we left for a little while returned, signed the papers, purchased a few of the upgrades, it was not a hard sell by Ray (which I really appreciated), and we went over the car with Cory and I brought it home. The dealership has called to set up my coating upgrade I purchased, picked up and dropped my car back off at work - which is a huge deal for me.I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

My experience with Barry was exceptional! We started out emailing and he sent me a listing of cars they had in inventory that met what I was looking for. In fact, most of our first contacts were made via email. Once I found the car I was interested in, I called Barry and made an appointment to see him. No high pressure sales pitch, which I liked. The loan department went over and beyond, helping me to get the very best finance rate. I highly recommend DeNooyer Chevrolet.

Salesman and finance manager were extremely friendly and personalable. I came from Muskegon late in the day and they were both willing to be there late to accomodate my schedule. The car was exactly what I was looking for and the financing was hassle free. I will definitely look to DeNooyer for my next vehicle and recommend them to everyone I know.The only thing that was sub-par about my whole experience was that the vehicle was not detailed very well. I know that the car had just come in that day and was being inspected. There was a tight deadline to have the car ready for me that day, but, someone rushed the detailing and was not very thorough. I buy a new car for me or my wife almost yearly, so, this is not my first buying experience. But, I will say, that Denooyer goes the extra mile to make it special. Love the personalized sign in the window when you come for the car. Great touch! Thank You.

We have ties in Kalamazoo and are familiar with DeNooyer Chevrolet but live some distance away. We were attracted to the dealer because of the normal Malibu LTZ inventory they have and of which we had observed. When we made our first serious inquiry, however, it was over the internet. Cory Johnson responded in a timely manner, answered our initial questions, and continued to communicate prior to our first serious visit in person and then as we were getting ready to travel to Kalamazoo and completed the deal. He was very helpful, courteous, to the point, and provided information on incentives that we were unaware of. The timeliness of his information allowed us to make a quick decision that if we would have delayed, would have resulted in the loss of a key incentive. I have had a great experience with DeNooyer Chevrolet and Todd Niedswicki. There were a couple of bumps along the way, but overall I felt that I was treated fairly and had a great experience. The best part of the experience was after the sale...when the car that I bought "as is" experienced a unforseeable problem less than two weeks after the sale, I contacted DeNooyer and asked if they would do anything for me as a show of good faith--and to my surprise, they paid for a portion of the repairs, even though they were under no obligation to do so.

Denooyer Chevrolet gave me options that other Chevrolet dealerships were not willing to give. The staff was very friendly. The vehicle we picked out was not at the dealership and we did have to wait but the dealership did not have any control over that, it was the delivery service that GM has a contract. The delivery service was trying to negotiate using a tactic of holding on to vehicle, which delayed the arrival of our vehicle. During this time, the dealership took very good care of us. They let us take a rental until it had arrived, thus relieving us of paying on our trade-in. They handled this with professionalism.

I purchased a used 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from this dealership a couple of days ago, and couldn't be more impressed with the staff and pricing. All of my questions were immediately addressed after I emailed them about this vehicle. I came in the same day for a test drive, and was informed that the wheel bearing needed to be serviced, and that they had already put in a service order. Any other dealership I have dealt with in the past would have let me figure it out on my own. After a test drive I felt confident this Jeep was for me, and went through with a very quick and painless process to purchase it. By the next day the wheel bearing was replaced. Todd and Paul were absolutely wonderful to work with, and I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know! This says a lot coming from me, because after being to many dealerships prior to this, I always told myself I would never purchase through a dealership again. Thanks for changing my mind! Jillian

I recently traded in a used (1994) Corvette for another used (1997) Corvette from your firm. My experience overall was the best I've had in purchasing a vehicle to date. Of course, you always want a better deal but I was satisfied with the cost and very satisfied with the way I was treated by Barry. I have since recommended your firm to two friends who live in the Kalamazoo area. The ability to go on-line and see the vehicles is a great thing for someone who lives in a different community and probably wouldn't visit your establishment otherwise.

Ray did a great job explaining all the financial information to me as well. He almost however, forgot to take my down payment check from me! Had to give him a hard time about that one...All in all OUTSTANDING experience :)

The sales person and finance person were very helpful. The process was expedited via phone, fax and email so that when I walked in the pick up the car, I was in and out. I would do business with this dealership again. They made the buying process a piece of cake!

Needed to trade in an old 4x4 to upgrade to a newer year, used model. Utilized the website very effectively. Everything was just as described online. Very helpful salesman, Todd Niedzwiecki, was honest and easy to talk to. Ended up purchasing a Nissan Pathfinder from him, and after the sale I took it to the local Nissan dealership to get a spare key made. They offered to do a free mechanical inspection because it is a Nissan and I was bringing it to them for the first time (loss leader, anyone?) - point: it's mechanically perfect! I got a great vehicle for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased and very much recommend them to one and all. I gave a n/a for "quality of work" because they did no work on this vehicle - other than, I assume, cleaning it, as it was spotless with new floor mats.

Todd was very helpful right from the start. We told him what we were looking for and price range, etc. He had us driving a used vehicle within minutes! There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions honestly and professionally. His character is outstanding! I was recently having car troubles, and contacted the Denooyer Service Department for repairs. Christina went above and beyond for me! She responded to my email immediately, and within minutes had arranged for my car to be towed to the dealership, and had even made transportation arrangements for me. Christina and Brian were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I usually feel very pressured when dealing with car repairs, but I did not feel that in any way. Brian did an excellent job on my car, and the repairs were completed very quickly and at a very reasonable price. They made me feel like I was their top priority, even though I'm sure they had many other customers. I will be returning for all of my future service needs, and have already recommended that all of my friends go see Christina at Denooyer's!

Making a decision on what automobile will first, fit your budget, secondly, will give you good service plus safety and thirdly, you be very happy after the automobile is in your possession. Cory Johnson did an outstanding job in achieving these requirements as he patiently sized us up to determine what vehicle would be the best for us. He was never overbearing with sales techniques but demonstrated professionalism through-out our entire sales experience. His goals was to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and then took the time to stand out in freezing weather (no coat) to explain all the bells and whistles on the 2011 Equinox we were leasing. Todd went above and beyond! He was very friendly and informative, very prompt service. He and Ray worked together very nicely to help us get the financing we needed to buy our new family car. I love the friendly atmosphere and no pressure sales. Todd made sure we had the car that was a perfect fit for our family with some nice extras. This experience has totally changed my view of buying a car from a dealership. Even my 18 month old daughter had fun! Todd and Ray did an awesome job of helping us keep her entertained while we filled out paperwork and such. It was much appreciated!!! When we need a new car I will go back to Todd!!!!!

We felt Sara was very friendly, down to earth was not pushy. Considerate of our needs and wants, didn't try to sway to another type car or color. Sara has a great sense of humor was able to put up with Gene. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a car.

DeNooyer Chevrolet made my vehicle buying experience amazing! Cory Johnson, the internet sales manager, was extremely responsive and direct with my email communication to him and he stood true to everything he told me regarding my vehicle purchase. This was a no nonsense deal and I really appreciate that when purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I were in and out quickly and everyone who was involved in our purchase process treated us very well. Along with Cory, Paul Vander Kamp made the boring paperwork a breeze. He certainly knew his stuff! I didnt have to question him on anything because everything was already complete and ready to be signed off on when we came to pick up our vehicle. Jay was very kowledgable and helped me find the best deal and then went through the extire car and explained all the bells ad whistles. Paul got a little ahead of me and I wasn't sure what I was buying so I saw him the following Monday and asked a few questions and he explained things to me again to my liking. Not sure about the quality of work. I've only driven the car 1 day but the person in the service department was very nice and explained everything. Sitting here now, I can't think of any questions that I need to ask them. I would definitely recommend DeNooyer and Jay to anyone interested. Very happy with my overall experience there. Plus it's amazing everyone there had a smile, shook my hand and looked my in the eye. Being a senior, single, woman, a lot of places don't do that. I really appreciated that.

I test drove many cars and shopped many dealerships before stopping in at DeNooyer Chevrolet in Kalamazoo Mi. I knew the car i wanted but could not get the customer service i needed until i stopped in to DeNooyer's. I talked to Sarah Anable about the car i was looking for and she went to town to try and find it for me. She did not try and talk me into one of the other cars they had on the lot like every other dealership did. She got me my car the next day!!! I was so pleased with the service i got there that i ended up bying my car from them and am very happy i did. There was no pressure at all. The little extra services they offer are great as well, like free car washes, and tires for life!!! I bought a 2011 chevy cruze ls with the 6 speed manual from Sara Anable and am very impressed with the car and the sevice. When I decided I was looking for a new vehicle I had called around to all the dealerships in my county and the surrounding counties. The only dealership that treated me with great attention and care was DeNooyer. Cory was the one that I spoke and dealt with and will recommend him to any one who is looking to buy a car. His knowledge, patience and friendliness definately makes him an excellent sales associate as well as a person. Me and my husband had 2 of 3 vehicles break down 2 weeks before Christmas. We looked around, and were feeling overwhelmed... And THANKFULLY went to Denoyer Chevrolet on Stadium Drive. We got 2 awesome cars, and it was easy, stress-free, and the sales people were all very accommodating to our family. My 3 kids (10, 11, 13) were kept entertained, fed, and engaged in conversation. We did most of our pre-work at home on the phone and online (Insurance estimates, financing options, car options) and when we got there, we test drove the cars, signed the papers and it took about 2 1/2 hours. We love the 12 month warranty that comes with the cars. Hassle-free shopping, friendly staff, and the competent finace managers. No surprises, it was exactly what we had discussed over the phone. Jarrod was an incredible help to me while I was looking for the right vehichle. He worked with us to stay close to our budget. He is a great man and was extremely helpful after we had the vehicle for a month. The camera stopped working on it and he made sure it got into the shop, it was fixed up properly, we had a rental car to use while we waited and came out personally to see how everything was going with the car. I would recommend Jarrod Sturgis because of his friendliness, his ability to find the right car for us and his desire to see our family satisfied with our purchase. My first experience with Barry was good, but the vehicle just had too many issues. After less than a year i went back, not totally satisfied. He was responsive and committed to finding me the right vehicle. Instead of pushing me into something he had on the lot he suggested we wait and started looking for what i wanted. When 2 options became available he presented them in an unbiased manner. Barry is a professional and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Everyone in service was great as well. I would highly reccomend this dealer and specifically Barry Mitchell. I was completely satisfied and i will buy from here again!

It was a pleasure working with Kyle Jasinski. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, the price was good and I felt I was not pressured into buying. Kyle answered all the questions I had about the car and was very informative. He sat down with me and gave me choices with honest answers about each of the cars I had in mind without feeling pressured or rushed. I was shopping around at other dealerships and after working with Kyle I saw a professionalism I hadnt received from any other sales employee. He was timely, detailed, and went above and beyond when working with me. My experience was wonderful and even after working with Kyle, I had a follow up call two days later which confirmed his great customer service. I highly recommend.

My wife and I were in the market for a new car. We had brand in mind but were not sure about the model. We did some basic homework in advance to have an idea of what the car would cost but not totally sure about incentives that would help reduce the price. We were familiar with the dealership but had not dealt with either Richard or Ray before. Both men listened closely to our questions and candidly/directly answered them. They took the time to be sure we were comfortable with each step of the overall process.Any commitments they made to date have been kept.

I had been viewing cars on Craigslist and became particularly interested in a specific one. The price seemed reasonable, and I could tell it was a nice looking car from all the photos, so I made an appointment to see it. When I arrived I noticed a welcome sign on the car, and a friendly gentleman, Todd N, was there to greet me. I went to DeNooyer to trade in my 2008 Equinox lease a year and a half early to save a little money. Immediately, Jay was crunching numbers and trying to help me make it work. Jay did not rush me into making this decision and was very honest and up front with all of the details. DeNooyer even did a vehicle trade with another dealer in Battle Creek to get me the exact 2011 Malibu I wanted. He did not push upgrades, but made sure I knew what was available and the price tag along with it. Jay and Ray both took a lot of time to answer all of my questions...even when I asked the same question three different ways. The Malibu even had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. The guys at DeNooyer are great. I have always received excellent customer service.

The customer service was amazing! Mr. Labram was really patient with me while I was picking out my car. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I first arrived at the dearlership, but he was very informative and successfully helped me chose the right car at a decent price. Went and got a Chevy Cobalt a couple weeks ago. First looked on their website for some info. They on chevy's site for some info about the cars. Basically we went and chekced out the dealer, the guy i was dealing with gave me the keys to one of the Colbalts i was interested in. So, my girlfriend and i took it for a drive.
